The ruling class’s new report on last month’s cluster of human H5 avian flu cases in Colorado urges United States public health agencies to be ready to respond to cases in agricultural workers who often have limited access to health care. That means we should expect more people to be “sick” and the rest of us to have to submit to medical tyranny.

Public health workers, with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, screened 663 workers who were culling the birds. Of that, 109 reported mild symptoms like conjunctivitis — pink eye. Nine tested positive for the H5 avian flu and 19 tested positive for COVID-19. Those who tested positive for the H5 avian flu were treated with oseltamivir, a medication used to treat flu-like symptoms. –Colorado Public Radio (CPR) News 

As the virus continues to spread, the report states that U.S. public health agencies should “prepare” to “rapidly investigate and respond to illness in agricultural workers, including workers with limited access to health care.”

The report further calls for medical tyranny, but it’s disguised as claiming it is important to respond in a culturally relevant way, to include “the cultural and language needs of the agricultural workforce.” Since no one really knows what that means, we can break it down into “the slaves will be further controlled.”

Last week, the mainstream media became to fearmonger over domestic cats getting bird flu. The real problem is that they are attempting to say indoor cats with no way of being exposed to bird flu are testing positive. But remember, PCR (polymerase chain reaction) tests will find whatever they are looking for if they want them to.

There have been a few lulls in the fear-mongering over the bird flu, but it does seem to slowly be ramping up a little bit.

According to Galushchenko, and as reported by RT, there are plans to restore and build additional energy generation facilities and establish a decentralized energy supply system for the population. However, he suggested that this may be too little, too late, noting that Russian airstrikes have had a significant impact on the Ukrainian energy network.

“We need to prepare for a difficult winter. Unfortunately, it will really be more difficult than the previous one. Nevertheless, we must try to establish autonomous energy supply systems,” Galushchenko said, adding that “for our part, we will do everything to make sure that that is not needed.”

Earlier this month, European Union Energy Commissioner Kadri Simson told the Financial Times that Ukraine’s energy capacity was estimated to be down by a whopping nine gigawatts, or half of the electricity needed for the winter. “In freezing winter temperatures, some places in Ukraine may simply become unlivable,” Simson wrote, stating that “next winter is likely to test the resilience of the Ukrainian people in a way not seen on our continent since the Second World War.

Another warning, made back in June by Vladimir Kudritsky, the head of Ukrenergo, the national power-grid operator, also warned that power generation in Ukraine is expected to deteriorate, in part due to necessary maintenance works on nuclear power plants. He cautioned that power-generation capacity will not be completely restored by the winter, stating that the cold months will be “very difficult.”

“If we have shortages now, consumption is usually 35% less than in winter, then it is obvious that winter will bring even more problems related to covering energy deficit,” Kudritsky explained.

Additionally, Ukraine’s ruler, Vladimir Zelensky has previously reported that up to 80% of the country’s energy capacity, including coal-fired power plants and hydroelectric power, have been damaged or destroyed amid the conflict with Russia.

Because of this, apparently, the humans being ruled over need to be forced into submission with the “need” for “urgent” measures to prevent this from spreading to humans and transmission between humans being possible.

Even before this study, the rhetoric around bird flu has ticked up quite a bit. Once the “vaccine” is “ready” for injection into the slave class, we should expect that this will become a much bigger deal, whether it really is or not. Big Pharma and the ruling class are definitely looking to cash in just like did with COVID-19.

Their study, published in Scientific Reports is an open-access, multidisciplinary journal from the publishers of Nature, launched in 2011. It publishes original research from all areas of the natural and clinical sciences. The journal is known for its broad scope, aiming to facilitate the rapid dissemination of research and provide a platform for scientists to share findings with a global audience. Scientific Reports, suggests a potential new transmission route for bird flu and underscores the importance of developing new strategies to prevent and control the disease in poultry farms.

“Bird flu has been causing substantial damage to wildlife and the poultry industry, and also holds great risk for humans who work closely with livestock. It’s therefore vital to understand how the virus spreads and its potential routes of transmission to control and prevent outbreaks,” explains first author Associate Professor Ryosuke Fujita of Kyushu University’s Faculty of Agriculture.

In this research, according to a report by SciTechDaily, the scientists studied a wild crane colony in Izumi City, Kagoshima Prefecture, in southern Japan. In winter, the prime season for bird flu, thousands of cranes migrate to this area, with their dense numbers making them vulnerable to infection. During winter 2022-2023, 1600 cranes out of a colony of 10000 cranes died from bird flu. “We were notified about the cranes being infected and we had to act quickly,” says Fujita.

This still looks like it will be the next plandemic. The real concern here is that this time, those who seek total control over humanity will release something that is actually devastating to humans and that will really make them sick, meaning the slaves will clamor and fight each other for a “vaccine” that will “work” about as well as the COVID-19 injections did.

“The sabotage of railway infrastructure across France ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympics was planned and executed under the influence of Iran’s axis of evil and radical Islam,” Katz wrote on X (formerly Twitter) according to a report by RT.  Katz added that he warned French Foreign Minister Stephane Sejourne that “based on information held by Israel, Iranians are planning terrorist attacks against the Israeli delegation and all Olympic participants.”

“Increased preventive measures must be taken to thwart their plot,” Sejourne further wrote.

The French national railway operator, SNCF, said on Friday that arsonists set fire to signal boxes along the lines connecting Paris to several major cities, including Lille, Bordeaux, and Strasbourg. The “massive attack” disrupted traffic ahead of the Games and led to delays and cancelations, affecting 800,000 passengers over the weekend, the operator said.

French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal said on Friday that the “acts of sabotage on SNCF facilities were carried out in a planned and coordinated manner.” He wrote on X that intelligence agencies and police were mobilized to find the perpetrators. –RT

Sejourne reiterated that Israeli athletes are “welcome in France,” despite the tensions surrounding the war in Gaza and pro-Palestinian protests. France 24 and Reuters both reported that the Israeli delegation was given 24-hour security with an enhanced police escort.

According to The Telegraph, Israel will dispatch armed Shin Bet agents to Paris to provide additional security for its athletes and Olympic officials.

H5N1 has been responsible for an excuse that the ruling class uses in order to proceed with the culling of poultry. Now it’s being used to fear-monger dairy products, and continue to blast meat and eggs.

“These health requirements are in place for the 2024 Missouri State Fair in an effort to protect the dairy industry and all of agriculture,” said Missouri State Veterinarian Steve Strubberg. “There have been no cases of H5N1 influenza detected in Missouri dairy cattle. Still, we want to operate in a manner of caution while allowing dairy exhibitors the opportunity to show their animals.”

There have been five human cases of bird flu recorded, four of which have happened since January. Two cases have been recorded in Michigan, one in Colorado, and another in Texas.

“People should also avoid unprotected exposures to animal poop, bedding (litter), unpasteurized (“raw”) milk, or materials that have been touched by, or close to, birds or other animals with suspected or confirmed A(H5N1) virus,” the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said according to KSDK5, an NBC News affiliate.

Once bird flu enters the “mass testing” phase, we know that cases will spring up everywhere and make the plandemic appear to be more widespread, even though PCR tests are not diagnostic tools. 

Orban, who is a vocal critic of Western involvement in the Ukraine conflict, has repeatedly warned that ever more escalatory steps by the U.S.-led military bloc could eventually lead to a direct military confrontation with Russia, yielding catastrophic consequences. Russia has also warned the Western backers of Ukraine of the same outcome. So far, no retaliatory moves have been made by Moscow to follow through with its threats, so NATO continues to push further.

On Friday, Orban paid a surprise visit to Moscow, where he met with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Hungarian prime minister’s office clarified that he was on a “peacekeeping mission.” The discussion between the two leaders centered on potential ways to peacefully resolve the Ukraine conflict. Wrapping up the talks, Orban acknowledged that Moscow’s and Kyiv’s positions remain very “far apart.” He added, however, that “we’ve already taken the most important step – establishing contact,” and vowed to continue the effort. –RT

Hungary is a NATO member and has been since 1999. This is not the first time that Hungary has taken a stance that differs from the rest of NATO.

Orban was quoted as saying: “Today, instead of peace, the agenda is the pursuit of war; instead of defense, it is offense.” But when it comes to the U.S., war has always been about offense and involvement in conflicts.

He added that “ever more voices within NATO are making the case for the necessity—or even inevitability—of military confrontation with the world’s other geopolitical power centers.” He warned that this attitude “functions like a self-fulfilling prophecy.”

According to Orban, unless NATO changes tack now, “it will be committing suicide.

“We don’t know how more widespread it is,” said Arnold Monto, emeritus professor of epidemiology and global public health at the University of Michigan and co-director of the Michigan Center for Respiratory Virus Research and Response. But then, Monto revealed what we all know: PCR tests are being used to jack up the number of cases, just like they did with COVID, to illicit a panic in the masses.

“I think one of the reasons why we think we have so much in Michigan is that we’re testing more than most other states.”

Accuracy in testing doesn’t promote the narrative that will be shoved down the slave class’s throats. And, to add to ever-increasing fear-mongering over the bird flu, officials have started to warn that the virus is likely spreading through a variety of pathways, including people and vehicles, according to a report by WDET, a Detroit Public Radio affiliate (which is state-controlled and funded propaganda for the ruling class).

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports at least 45 people have been tested for bird flu, and 550 people have been surveyed for symptoms across the United States. “Based on the epidemiological findings, the majority of links between affected dairy premises, and between dairy and poultry premises, are indirect from shared people, vehicles, and equipment,” stated the USDA report.

The report also found most affected dairy sites use shared vehicles to transport livestock without cleaning before use and that many dairy farms have frequent visitors that could also contribute to transmission spread. “They think the transmission may be handling or equipment going from udder-to-udder and not the way flu is traditionally transmitted through respiratory,” said Monto. “But we are not sure because there are some cattle that have had respiratory symptoms.”

The risk to humans is now rising, as the media ramps up the fear campaign.

According to a report by RT, two Minuteman III missiles were launched from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California on Tuesday and Thursday, the Pentagon said. They were armed with dummy re-entry vehicles instead of the nuclear warheads they would normally carry.

“This test launch is part of routine and periodic activities intended to demonstrate that the U.S. nuclear deterrent is safe, secure, reliable, and effective to deter 21st-century threats and reassure our allies,” the Air Force Global Strike Command said about Tuesday’s launch.

There have been “over 300” tests of this kind so far, the Pentagon stated. It made sure to say that this week’s launches were “not the result of current world events.”

Russia also began a series of tactical nuclear exercises in one of its military districts last month.  But the Kremlin called it a response to the “unprecedented” Western escalation of the Ukraine conflict, fully claiming its tests have everything to do with the global war tensions. Since the tests, Ukraine has allegedly targeted two of Russia’s early-warning radars, raising the possibility of a nuclear exchange.

So far, there has not been any word from the military industrial complex, or the ruling class of the U.S. as to whether or not these tests were successful.

In 2021, the head of the US Strategic Command lamented that the service life of the Minuteman III cannot be extended for much longer. “That thing is so old that, in some cases, the drawings don’t exist anymore,” Admiral Charles Richard said at the time. The drawings that do exist are “like six generations behind the industry standard,” while the technicians who can fully understand them “are not alive anymore.”

Earlier this year, the Pentagon awarded a $405 million contract for the maintenance and service of Minuteman III missiles to Boeing.

The more that reject this abject enslavement the more people will realize that government itself is slavery.

According to Spanish newspaper El Pais, many in Ukraine are figuring it out.  In early May, a reporter from the outlet was embedded with a military patrol searching for draft dodgers in Sumy Region in northern Ukraine. The account of this event was published on Sunday on the condition that no photo evidence of conflicts between the troops and civilians would be included.

The public relations (propaganda) officer who organized the opportunity and set the restriction warned: “We have a large-scale social rejection of the army.” The newspaper did not say whether it witnessed any altercations.

”We have met men over 40 who are studying at university,” he said, referring to one of the legal ways to avoid the draft. “When the war ends we will be the most educated country in the world!” As if public education is anything other than propaganda itself, however, any way to avoid being forced into killing or being killed is being used by Ukrainians.

The military group was predominantly staffed by veteran soldiers who had suffered mental and physical injuries in combat and were deemed unfit for frontline duty. The ranking officer, a captain named Igor, expressed resentment for people who secure exemptions from conscription. –RT

The patrol combed a small town because rural areas have greater mobilization potential. This is partly because “people in the city are more educated and have more ways to get away,” Igor explained. So only the most ignorant of the slave class actually goes to war for their masters and they admit it. They actually “resent” those who want to be free from the war, murder, and death of the state.

This is very disturbing that other human beings are working as overseers of the slave class to help the rulers push out their orders.

According to a report by RT, a 29-year-old taxi driver in Sumy who has an exemption said he would probably volunteer if his city was under direct threat. ”Among my friends who are fighting, the only ones who have returned have done so crippled or in a coffin,” he said.

This isn’t going to bode well for the ruling class. Humans are slowly figuring out that morality falls on them, and at some point, they will have to tell their masters “no” to avoid harming their fellow man.

Even though it hasn’t mutated to readily infect and spread amongst humans, the government somehow knows which mutations it will take and has those vaccines already prepared and can produce more at will. This is starting to feel like another mass vaccination agenda could begin anytime.

According to a report by Healthline, studies suggest vaccines based on these would offer good protection against the bird flu virus circulating among cattle in the U.S. The ruling class isn’t concerned about making all of these “vaccines.” Its concern is that they won’t be able to convince people to take them.

“These [candidate vaccine viruses] are like seed stock that are kept in reserve in case there is an outbreak of that particular strain,” said David Diemert, MD, a professor of medicine in the School of Medicine and Health Sciences at George Washington University, and director of the GW Vaccine Research Unit.

But it probably won’t matter if that particulate strain is the one infecting humans or not. And it’s going to likely mutate even more making it less effective. So what’s the point in creating all these shots unless they have a vaccine agenda?

If bird flu started easily spreading to people, “[the candidate vaccine virus] can be sent to manufacturers to make millions of doses of vaccine,” Diemert said, “using the existing hen egg technology that we normally use for the regular seasonal vaccine.”

Long before there was even a potential for bird flu to infect and spread among humans, the rulers were warehousing “vaccines.” Is this just one more instance of a coincidence? Preparedness? Or something else, like another plandemic getting ready to unfold?
