Economists Warn: IMF, World Bank May Have Little Space to Maneuver as They Lend Record Amounts to Poorest Countries

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank have lent a record amount of money to the world’s poorest countries to help them cope with the pandemic, food inflation and the repercussions of the war in Ukraine.

Now, economists are sounding the alarm over concerns that the world’s biggest lenders are stretching themselves too thin in trying to bail out emerging market economies. This, they said, leaves the two institutions with little space to maneuver should future crises arrive. In line with this, government officials around the world were asked to ensure sufficient capacity for future emergency responses.

The IMF has already committed $258 billion to 93 countries since the onset of the pandemic, with another $90 billion to 16 countries since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Not all committed funds have been lent out yet, with the IMF recording $135 billion of outstanding loans, up 45 percent from 2019 and more than double the amount in 2017.

Former IMF Chief Economist Kenneth Rogoff said that while there is no big emerging-market crisis and banks have the capacity at the moment, they would be “very stretched” if countries head into more turbulent waters.

“If China were to come to the IMF needing a program, or the U.K. or some large country, suddenly, they’d be cash-strapped,” he said.

The World Bank, on the other hand, has increased its lending by 53 percent since 2019 to a record $104 billion in September.

Economists want the two banks to tighten their pockets as the possibility of a global recession will result in many countries having bouts of payment problems. A former World Bank official said the institutions need to go back to their original function, which is to be lenders of last resort.

Demands on both institutions could mount. Higher energy and food prices caused by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine have driven up costs and limited food supply in developing countries. Moreover, the Federal Reserve’s rapid interest rate increases have raised the costs of those borrowed in dollars, forcing many emerging market central banks to raise their own interest rates to limit currency depreciation and higher import prices.

Emerging markets worry about weakening currencies

Central bankers from emerging markets also said they worried that continued interest rate increases from the Fed will weaken their currencies and make them less attractive for investment.

At an event sponsored by the Institute of International Finance, Bank of Mexico Deputy Governor Irene Espinosa Cantellano said: “A lot of capital has gone to reserve currencies, and this is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of what might happen if there is a need to tighten [policy] even more rapidly.”

Meanwhile, Hungarian Central Bank Deputy Governor Barnabás Virág said policymakers have raised the base interest rate to 13 percent in an attempt to prop up the currency. This is well above the Fed’s previous policy rate of between three to 3.25 percent.

“All of us would like to know what will be the Fed reaction in the coming months because the strength of the dollar keeps the pressure on our currencies,” he added.

Emerging markets are now struggling to borrow from private lenders as their governments issue $88 billion of debt through Sept. 30 this year, which is just over half the level in the equivalent period last year and the smallest since 2015. Companies that are unable to roll over foreign debts are also at risk of bankruptcy.

More than 60 percent of low-income countries, defined as roughly 70 nations that qualified for global debt-payment suspension, are now in distress or at risk of distress as they are unable to meet their financial obligations. This is roughly double the 2015 levels, as per IMF.

“This raises the risk of a widening debt crisis in these countries – harming their people, as well as global growth and financial stability,” IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva said. (Related: A GLIMPSE OF THE NEAR FUTURE: Global collapse may follow pattern of Sri Lanka economic crisis.)

This year, the world’s 73 poorest nations owe $44 billion in debt service fees to bilateral and private lenders, which is more than the amount they receive in foreign aid.

“Debt service is taking away from the resources they would have for health, education, social protection, for climate, and importantly, for growth,” said World Bank President David Malpass.

As the human population increases, so does the demand for food. And to solve this, the World Economic Forum (WEF) and other climate change activists are pushing their bug-eating agenda.

The bug-eating agenda is no laughing matter: It is now seeping through mass media and the educational system as a way to normalize and even glamorize the consumption of bugs.

But why are these superpowers focused on forcing the mass public to eat crickets, mealworms and cockroaches? A WEF insider said they plan on breaking people enough to destroy the human soul.

One very important matter to the WEF is that humans have too many freedoms and that they consume too many resources – so they want to redefine what it means to be human.

On the WEF’s website, the organization is entertaining studies that say a good life does not need to be happy or meaningful. In other words, they see people as cattle that should consume fewer resources.

This is where their bug-eating agenda comes in: With the use of buzzwords such as “sustainability,” and “environmentally friendly,” the global elite is defining what a “responsible diet” is while shaming those who consume meat.

The WEF and other elites are in full propaganda mode in promoting bug diets, with celebrities now eating bugs on camera and mainstream journalists writing articles to promote the “inevitability” of eating what they now call “micro-livestock.”

A-list celebrities like Nicole Kidman and Robert Downey Jr. promote bug diets by eating live insects on camera and promoting “cricket protein” on late-night shows.

Elites are also using news articles to push their thinly veiled propaganda, including pushing for synthetic meat, which is part of the same agenda. These articles were filed under climate change topics to coerce and shame the world into adopting an unnatural diet based on insects and synthetic food.

If that’s not enough, the WEF is pushing the same agenda on the most impressionable: school children.

California public schools are now using posters that encourage children to eat bugs and educate others, saying that lots of people eat them. The habits that humans adopt in their formative years usually follow them for the rest of their lives, which is why the elites are infiltrating schools with their agenda.

Bugs carry parasitic diseases

The elites fail to tell people that there are studies that contradict their propaganda. A 2019 study found that consuming insects poses severe health risks to humans due to the transmission of parasitic diseases.

In a study examining 300 insect farms, parasites were detected in 81.33 percent of them. In 206 or 68.67 percent of the cases, the identified parasites were pathogenic to insects only, while in 106 or 35.33 percent of the cases, the parasites were also potentially parasitic in animals.

In 91 or 30.33 percent of the cases, the parasites were potentially pathogenic for humans, which means that “edible insects” are actually underestimated reservoirs of human and animal parasites.

In 2007, another study that focused on chitin (the natural structural component found in insect exoskeletons) found that it can cause allergic reactions in humans. Chitosan, a chemical compound made from chitin, was also shown to lead to the depletion of vitamins in the human body.

This means that while insects could show good nutritional value on paper, they could be toxic to humans as they can harbor parasites, affect the immune system, trigger allergies and even deplete vitamins from the body.

But despite these glaring issues, the elites are moving forward with their agenda, creating fake crises to push the public into consuming insects and synthetic products. The elites are laying their plans in leading people toward a “decreased” supply of meat and an increasing supply of insects and synthetic food products.

King of the Globalists: Charles III Is a Key Figure Behind WEF That’s Pushing the Great Reset

Upon the death of Queen Elizabeth II, her son Charles III ascended to the throne as the monarch of the United Kingdom. He will be officially crowned the following year after his mother’s death – on June 2, 2023.

Following tradition, the British monarch should remain apolitical.

But there is something sinister that people should be concerned about. Apparently, Charles III is a key figure behind the World Economic Forum (WEF) that is pushing the so-called Great Reset. (Related: EXPOSED: Meet Klaus Schwab’s 2021 Class of ‘Great Reset’ Soldiers.)

Charles III is a staunch environmentalist in the same vein as climate activist Greta Thunberg, quoting Christian Patriot News. The royal figure has previously announced the need for “a military-style campaign to bring the world to zero emissions.” Moreover, he has also called for the same campaign to “marshal the strength of the global private sector” using his globalist powers and the royal coffers.

During his time as the Prince of Wales, Charles III ignored the convention of royals staying away from politics. He did, however, promise to put aside his advocacy during a speech following Elizabeth II’s death.

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Australian Opposition Leader Peter Dutton have differing views on the new British king’s remarks.

“[As] the king, he will have a responsibility to dispense his duties fairly as the [late] queen did,” said Dutton, who heads the Liberal Party of Australia. “I think as the queen conducted her business, he is there now as an impartial person.”

Albanese, meanwhile, defended Charles III’s outspokenness on the climate issue as “appropriate.”

“Dealing with the challenge of climate change shouldn’t be seen as a political issue, it should be seen as an issue that is about humanity and about our very quality of life and survival as a world,” he said.

The prime minister, who also leads the Australian Labor Party (ALP), inadvertently revealed how his government will treat opponents of climate change. By insisting that climate change is apolitical, the Labor Party is casting anyone who disagrees with their approach as a partisan who does not care about the “very quality of life and survival.”

It oddly mirrors the same approach as attacking those who opposed lockdowns against the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) as killers, despite a plethora of obvious reasons why locking down millions for a virus with an overwhelmingly high chance of survival was a bad idea.

Charles III as a political monarch

According to Sky News Australia, dealing with climate change is intensely political – as the policies imposed in relation to it stems from a left-wing political ideology, namely massive government meddling in the economy.

Virtual addresses delivered by Charles III to the WEF back in June 2020 emphasized how the “Great Reset” sought to use the shift toward Big Government oversight seen during the COVID-19 pandemic to “reset” the global economy.

Moreover, the WEF would move to a form of neo-feudalism, where governments would collude with private sectors to facilitate a reset of capitalism to fight climate change.

Try as it might, Sky News noted that there is no hiding the fact that climate change remains to be one of the most political issues of recent times. And to try to mask this, the ALP is going to use guilt-laden rhetoric used by state politicians at the height of their COVID-19 future to ensure compliance.

Editor’s Commentary: Joe Biden declared the “pandemic is over” right around the time his regime ordered another 100 million at-home Covid tests. So which is it?

The answer is his statement about the pandemic being over was Joe being Joe, lost in the talking points he’s been programmed to regurgitate and botch. They just can’t seem to pump him with enough stimulants to keep him from saying dumb stuff, and the claim about the pandemic being over is just an example of him going off the regime’s script. That’s why they’re now busying themselves trying to scare up more concern for the so called autumn and winter surges.

There WILL be another surge, though not one that should concern anyone other than the most vulnerable. This surge will be based on Covid “tests” that are designed to paint every last coronavirus speck as a positive test so they can ramp up numbers and start pushing the latest round of jabs once again. Sadly, they’ve already started that before the so-called “surge” has been manufactured.

The U.S. has ordered over 100 million at-home Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) test kits from domestic manufacturers ahead of a potential case surge in autumn – and the midterm elections. Big Pharma companies are known allies of Democrats, so one can easily figure out where this leads.

But the White House and mainstream media will try to avoid that kind of conversation. In fact, the White House said this is only a short-term solution to the problem.

Dr. Anthony Fauci has been warning of a “likely” fall surge as early as April. The Biden administration predicted nearly 100 million Americans getting infections in the fall and winter, warning that the number was a median estimate and many more cases are possible, especially if a new variant appears.

President Joe Biden’s administration has repeatedly – and unsuccessfully – asked Congress for more pandemic funding. Last week, it requested $22.4 billion in emergency funding for the fall.

In a statement, the White House said: “The administration is acting, within its limited funding, to increase the supply of at-home COVID-19 tests in the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) by purchasing over 100 million additional at-home, rapid tests from domestic manufacturers.”

The administration also warned that it would be unable to provide enough tests, vaccines and treatments without more funding. It insisted that replenishing the existing stockpile of at-home tests will help meet some testing needs in the months ahead and will put the U.S. in a better position to manage a potential increase in testing demand in the fall and winter. COVID cases decreasing in September

COVID-19 cases have actually been decreasing in September, after plateauing during the summer months at over 100,000 cases each day.

The decline is not predicted to last long, however, as the combination of waning COVID-19 immunity and colder weather on the horizon will see more people heading indoors, which could send the infections back up. The trend is expected to reverse as soon as next month.

University of Washington epidemiologist Ali Mokdad predicted a rise in reported COVID-19 cases.

“There’ll be a rise in hospitalization and mortality, but not as high proportionally to the rise in cases simply because many of us – the majority of Americans right now – have been either infected or vaccinated or both, so we have some immunity,” he said.

This will be the third fall with COVID-19, and while infections and deaths still remain elevated, much of society has returned to a semi-normal state, with children heading back to school and offices bustling with workers.

However, Mokdad warned that while the Biden administration’s projections remain feasible, the currently dominant variant – omicron – still remains very contagious.

Meanwhile, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health epidemiologist Dr. David Dowdy said it is possible that the U.S. will see number of cases similar to the latest surge.

He posted this question: “I don’t think it’s unreasonable to think that we’ve had about 100 million infections the past three months, so why couldn’t that happen again in winter?”

Globalists Building “Technological Noah’s Ark” to Save Themselves From Mass Extinction Event

The vast majority of the world will perish, but the globalist elites are set to escape the Great Reset via a “technological Noah’s Ark.”

Yuval Noah Harari, author and lead advisor to Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum (WEF), noted during a discussion at the Warwick Economics Summit that the vast majority of the world will perish while the elites will survive a global mass extinction event.

Harari said the elites will be able to shield themselves from planetary catastrophes. He added that climate change is “the most pressing threat facing humanity.”

According to the WEF advisor, technology is key in this issue as it is the one that created the problem in the first place. Technology is also a key to the solution, but not the solution in itself because every technology can be used for good or for ill.

He also said people need to work on the technological aspects, but need politicians to direct it in the right way for the benefit of the greatest number of people and of the entire ecosystem.

“One of the biggest dangers in technological utopianism — [the belief] that, ‘Oh, the technology will solve it’ — is a kind of Noah’s ark syndrome, like in the Bible with the flood, that yes, eventually they built an ark, but just for five people or something like that. Almost everybody drowned.”

In 2018, Harari also wrote about the “useless class,” where liberal democracy’s philosophical appeal has gained strength due to practical advantages. Liberalism in politics and economics has allowed democracies to outcompete other states and deliver rising affluence to their people.

While he said economic growth may not solve social problems that are now being created by technological disruption, growth is still increasingly predicated on the invention of more and more disruptive technologies. With automation, old jobs would disappear and people will eventually not be able to cope, creating what he called a useless class – a class that elites deem unnecessary in their Great Reset agenda.

Harari: Humanity will be divided into two

Harari further explained that there is a very big danger when people talk about what the future will be like with climate change.

He claimed that humanity will be divided into two: a majority of people who would suffer and a minority led by globalist elites who have the resources, wealth and technology to protect themselves and even flourish in a kind of “technological Noah’s Ark.”

CNN host Bill Weir, who hosted the discussion, followed up by suggesting the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic as a “dress rehearsal” for the climate crisis.

“I keep coming back to the idea that the COVID pandemic is really a dress rehearsal — on a much smaller level — for the climate crisis,” Weir said, adding that it is also a reminder of how communities have trust and faith in science and each other.

He also said corporate control in the form of “benevolent capitalism” may yield planet-saving protocols: “Those who wait for those citizens to start dying, suffer the most. But at the same time, we’re still so divided globally within countries about these sorts of things, and there’s a lot of hope that if governments can’t pull it together, then maybe it’ll be corporations, like benevolent capitalism.”

In Case San Francisco Doesn’t Disgust You Enough, Human Sewage Runoff Causes Mass Fish Kill in the Bay

It will cost the San Francisco government around $14 billion to upgrade their aging wastewater facilities that are dumping nutrients from treated human sewage into the Bay Area. Currently, wastewater is feeding a giant algae bloom, which has lingered for two months and has killed tens of thousands of fish.

The algae bloom started appearing in late July but have since grown due to the number of nutrients from the urine and feces of the eight million Bay Area residents that are released into the water daily. One plant alone dumps 85 million gallons a day containing around 5.5 tons of nitrogen.

Scientists say the bloom was triggered by climate change, but its size, amount of organisms and how long it has lasted so far are due to human waste. It has resulted in the death of up to 10,000 fish that were suffocated by the algae covering the bay.

No sewage leaks had been found from the 37 plants in the area.

The bloom, which first appeared in Alameda, is now along Sausalito, Vallejo and Fremont, which is about 40 miles from where it first appeared.

Most facilities follow regulatory requirements, but the East Bay Municipal Utility District, (EBMUD) recently paid $816,000 for dumping 16.5 million gallons of partially treated wastewater in the Bay in October 2021.

The discharge is said to have found its way into the bay during a major rainstorm and was not purposely dumped. This is one of the issues with aging infrastructure. (Related: Toxic algae problem becoming a risk to human health and the economy, experts warn.)

The $14 billion needed to update wastewater plant systems will be used to cap the amount of nutrients dumped into the Bay, and this could be required in 2024 when regional permits are up for renewal.

However, the steep price tag could also cost ratepayers triple the amount on their water bills.

Algal bloom occurrence comes from gallons of untreated sewage flow

A similar algal bloom event occurred in 2010 as millions of gallons of untreated sewage flowed into the Bay.

Algae blooms happen when colonies of algae grow out of control. They only need sunlight, nitrogen and phosphorous to expand.

The red algal bloom in the Bay Area is said to be caused by a microorganism called Heterosigma akashiwo, which is always present in the Bay. The many years of dumping nitrogen into the Bay have poised this bloom to be one of the biggest in over a decade.

Algal bloom kills fish by suffocating them under a thick layer of microorganisms. As the algae grow, other plants die and become food for bacteria.

Jon Rosenfield, a senior scientist with the environmental group San Francisco Baykeeper, said algal blooms are like wildfire in the water. Harmful blooms can harm people, animals or the local ecology, and this particular one caused the mass deaths of fish by producing toxins or depleting the water’s oxygen levels, or both.

People are urged to keep animals and children out of the water after Oakland officials found “low levels of contaminants associated with harmful algal bloom.”

Rotting fish carcasses have already piled up in the waters, and the stench of rotting fish is also said to be so intense that some of them are resorting to wearing face masks outside to cover their noses.

Power Grid Collapse Looms: Drought Forcing Drastic Cuts in Hydroelectric Power Generation

Editor’s Note: There are many conservatives who avoid the topic of drought. It’s crystal clear that we’re in the middle of multiple droughts across the globe, but I often get lambasted in comments for even mentioning it. Until today I couldn’t understand it. Then, I realized that droughts are being used by climate change maniacs to promote their agenda. This must be why many on the right are denying they’re even happening.

They’re definitely happening, but not due to manmade climate change. If there’s anything manmade about them, it would be the manipulations of DARPA or other advanced technological groups working with the globalist elites. I’m not saying that’s definitely what’s happening, but I’d rather look toward conspiracy rather than pretend the problem doesn’t exist.

These droughts are causing massive challenges for both agriculture and energy production. It isn’t just hydroelectric energy production that’s affected. Water is used to cool the mechanisms of other forms of energy production, so if this drought continues we will be hurting in major ways beyond “just” food shortages. Low water levels are already causing problems with crop yields in the western part of the United States. An expansive, decades-long drought is also forcing drastic cuts in hydroelectric power generation.

Water is critical in generating electricity. Around 40 percent of water withdrawals – freshwater taken out of ground or surface water sources – in the U.S. go toward energy production, with a large majority of the shares used to cool down power plants. This process also requires energy to extract, purify, transport and deliver water to different areas.

However, the United Nations Environment Program warned earlier this month that if the dry conditions continue, two of the largest hydroelectric reservoirs in the U.S. – Lake Mead and Lake Powell – could eventually reach “dead pool status.” This means that water levels get too low to flow downstream, stopping energy generation.

The Bureau of Reclamation said that 950 feet is the lowest water elevation at which Lake Mead can generate power. It is currently only at 1,040 feet.

Lake Powell is in an even worse shape. If the water level falls another 32 feet, the dam will no longer be able to generate electricity.

“Water supplies for agriculture, fisheries, ecosystems, industry, cities and energy are no longer stable given anthropogenic climate change,” said Bureau of Reclamation Commissioner Camille Calimlim Touton.

Lake Mead fuels the Hoover Dam, which has a power capacity of over 2,080 megawatts, enough for 1.3 million Americans to use in a year. Lake Powell, on the other hand, fuels Glen Canyon Dam, which drives generators that go up to 1,300 megawatts.

When these energy sources stop generating power, there will be bigger problems to face in the next months as the cold weather approaches.

Doug Greenland, general manager of the Cortaro Marana Irrigation District (CMID), said that having low water levels is a big issue. “As an irrigation district, all of our power comes from Hoover Dam and we’re obviously watching the water level there very closely.”

The district supplies water not only to communities in Arizona but also irrigates over 10,000 acres of farmland.

Arizona to buy more expensive energy if dams fail

Lea Marquez Peterson, chairwoman of the Arizona Corporation Commission, said people may not realize that a lot of the inexpensive hydroelectric power from the dams came from the two lakes.

She added that public utilities and rural electric co-ops tend to use the power from hydroelectric dams, and the areas that are served by the co-ops may have to buy more expensive energy if there’s a shortfall on the market.

Arizona allocated nearly 19 percent of the energy generated at Hoover Dam. A study from 2015 showed that customers would see a nominal increase in their electric bills if Glen Canyon Dam stopped producing electricity. However, there is a ripple effect. Marquez Peterson said those in rural communities, retirees on a fixed income, agricultural users and small businesses who rely on clean utility power can be affected and must be prepared.

The problem is not limited to the U.S. either. Extreme weather around the world is causing all sorts of stresses to energy grids, with France needing to curb output from its nuclear power plants to maintain ideal temperatures and has received allowances to discharge hotter water back into rivers to meet their energy demands.

Low water levels in the Rhine River is also threatening to disrupt coal and gasoline shipments in Germany.

As average temperatures continue to rise, many parts of the globe will see energy demands grow while supplies remain constrained as water remains a key factor for both sides.

The highest inflation in almost 41 years has resulted in American households paying an average of $717 more per month, according to the Joint Economic Committee (JEC) Republicans.

Despite inflation slowing down slightly in July, the Consumer Price Index still reported that prices climbed 8.5 percent from the previous year. This was largely due to the rising costs of goods, including cars, food, housing and healthcare.

The JEC Republicans’ State Inflation Tracker calculated the average rise in household expenses in July to what they would have cost back in January 2021, when inflation was at 1.4 percent.

“While prices did not change from June to July 2022, prices increased 13.3 percent from January 2021 to July 2022, costing the average American household $717 in July 2022 alone,” their report said.

Fox Business pointed out that even if prices stopped increasing altogether, the inflation that already occurred, which resulted in the existing rise in prices between August 2021 and July 2022, has already cost the average American household an extra $8,607.

Inflation started to rise since the beginning of the Biden administration, putting financial pressure on many American households.

Unfortunately, this burden has been felt most by lower-income American families and middle-class households who are still recovering from the pandemic and whose incomes are already stretched thin and are heavily impacted by the volatile prices. The CPI report for July saw a continued rise in prices for other key items, including groceries, which have gone up 1.3 percent – its highest increase since March 1979.

Grocery prices have now seen yearly increases at 13.1 percent, and shoppers are paying more for poultry, dairy and vegetables.

While the U.S. unemployment numbers have remained relatively low and workers have experienced wage gains in recent months, inflation has erased much of those earnings. Real earnings dropped three percent in July as the average hourly earnings dropped 0.5 percent from June, when higher consumer prices are taken into account.

“While the boost to overall economic prospects is welcome, easing inflation will ring hollow with many down-market consumers whose wages are falling in real terms,” RSM chief economist Joe Brusuelas said.

Energy prices contributed to dip in inflation, but not enough

The decline in energy prices in July also contributed to the dip in inflation – falling 4.6 percent from the previous month, although it remains at 32.9 percent higher over the last year. The average gas price also fell 7.7 percent in July, but still up 44.9 percent from the same month last year.

The White House has also been criticized over the skyrocketing prices, which came right before the mid-term elections. The Democrats in Congress are pushing a bill that is meant to counter inflation, but many critics say it will only worsen the situation.

Experts say the “Inflation Reduction Act” will do absolutely nothing to reduce inflation, and an analysis of the Wharton School of Business warned that the behemoth spending bill would have an impact on inflation that’s “statistically indistinguishable from zero.”

President Joe Biden, who had been defensive for months about the skyrocketing prices, noted that there are lower-than-expected figures in July, and is using this as evidence that inflation is beginning to moderate despite remaining at historic highs. Experts have also cautioned that the high inflation could take months, or even years to return to its pre-pandemic levels. Seema Shah, chief global strategist at Principal Global Investors said: “Inflation will only decline at a painfully slow pace. Food and energy inflation are wild cards. Although inflation should peak soon, the broadening and stickiness of price pressures imply headline CPI will only fall to 6.5 percent this year, before the recession accelerates the decline in 2023.”

Scientists Believe a Megaflood Is Coming That Will Devastate California

California and most of the western part of the United States are currently experiencing an unprecedented megadrought, but this may change soon as scientists believe a megaflood is coming.

A new study predicted the possibility of disastrous flooding happening in California in the next four decades. Experts believe it would be unlike anything that anyone alive today has ever experienced.

Daniel Swain of the University of California, Los Angeles, a researcher involved in the study, described the megaflood as a “very severe flood event across a broad region that has the potential to bring catastrophic impacts to society in the areas affected.” He also said the megaflood is similar to the 1,000-year flash flood events seen this summer in the St. Louis area and Kentucky, but across a much wider reach, which could include the entire state of California.

This massive flood could turn California’s lowlands into a “vast inland sea,” according to the experts, adding that it might have previously happened before in the state.

They added without evidence that climate change is increasing the likelihood of these catastrophic disasters, causing them to occur every 25 to 50 years. According to so-called experts, climate change supercharges heavy rain events, which allows flash floods to occur more regularly.

The study authors also predicted that atmospheric rivers could become consecutive for weeks on end, and the area with the most destruction is expected to be the Central Valley of California, including Sacramento, Fresno and Bakersfield. The Central Valley, which is roughly the size of Vermont and Massachusetts combined, produces a quarter of the nation’s food supply.

California megaflood could cost upwards of $1 trillion in losses

A flood that could fill this valley could have the potential to be the most expensive geophysical disaster and is expected to cost upwards of $1 trillion in losses and devastations, especially in the state’s lowland areas such as Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

This would be more than five times the cost of Hurricane Katrina, which is currently the costliest disaster in U.S. history.

Moreover, the study authors noted that such an event in modern California “would likely exceed the damages from a large magnitude earthquake by a considerable margin.”

This study is only in the first phase of a three-part series that studied the effects of a future megaflood event. The next two phases are expected to be released in two to three years.

Swain said: “Ultimately, one of our goals is not just to understand these events scientifically, but it’s also to help California prepare for them. It’s a question of when rather than if [the megaflood] occurs.”

Over 150 years ago, a strong series of atmospheric rivers drenched California, causing one of the most exceptional floods in history. The catastrophe, which began in December 1861, occurred when nearly 15 feet of snow fell in the Sierra Nevada. The repetitive atmospheric rivers dropped warm rain for 43 days, dumping water down the slopes and into the valleys.

These events happened after a dry spell that left the state in a drought for decades. This demolished communities and transformed San Joaquin and Sacramento Valleys into a “temporary but vast inland sea,” with some areas buried under 30 feet of water for weeks, obliterating infrastructure, farmlands and towns.

Sacramento, which was the new state capital at the time, was left under 10 feet of debris-filled water for months. Four thousand people lost their lives, a third of the state’s property was destroyed, a quarter of California’s cattle population drowned or starved and one in eight homes were completely lost to floodwaters.

Finally, one-fourth of California’s economy was obliterated, leading the state to declare bankruptcy. Swain believes that the next megaflood will bring even more risks, with more people expected to be in harm’s way.

Shedding 2.0: The Vaxxed Are “Infecting” the Unvaxxed With Dangerous Graphene Oxide, Says Biomedicine Expert

Dr. Philippe Van Welbergen, one of the original experts to find damage from the blood due to the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines, found that unvaccinated individuals have graphene and self-assembling nanoparticles in their blood – a manifestation of shedding from those who took the shots.

Van Welbergen is a specialist in biomedicine who deals with chronic cases. He has postgrad work in women’s health in pharmacology, bio-pharmacology, advanced pain management and aesthetic medicine, which is why he was able to detect developments of patients that were seemingly out of character or did not make sense in terms of the patients’ diagnostic history.

“One of the tests that we run routinely as a diagnostic support tool is red blood cell morphology – it means that certain conditions can change the shape of a perfectly good red blood cell from a lovely little donut with a dimple to very strange shapes,” he explained during a recent appearance on the “Dr. Jane Ruby Show.”

The host, Dr. Jane Ruby, pointed out that there are two main ways the injections – whatever is in them – can be transferred to another person who is not vaccinated. This could be through inhalation or skin-to-skin contact.

Van Welberger said that in looking at the pure blood smears, which he took straight from an individual to the microscope, he noticed that the unstained blood “started picking up unusual, tiny structures” that he has never seen before.

He then presented data showing that red blood cells – which are usually round and doughnut-shaped – have been damaged by the spike protein. Those cells have become quadrangles or octagon-shaped instead of round. They have become messed up due to the spike protein damage and cannot be restored. “You can’t repair red blood cells,” Van Welverger explained. “So these things are basically lost to us.”

Moreover, because these cells have lost their shape, they cannot move through the macro circulatory system. Instead, they just bunch together and block things.

The unvaccinated somehow ended up full of graphene and self-assembling nanoparticles in their blood, which is the manifestation of shedding of those who took the vaccines themselves. This is often seen in unvaccinated children with vaccinated parents.

Children who had been infected with graphene oxide in their bodies, have seen different effects, although gastrointestinal complaints are the most common. This is because the cells are associated with ulcers, bleeding and even some forms of cancer.

Parents essentially allowing death of children if they let them get vaccinated against COVID-19

Taking a sample from a three-year-old, Van Welbergen showed that the child’s blood showed the presence of sloughed graphene fragments in blood samples, which he said were likely to have been passed down.

Another sample, from an eight-year-old unvaccinated child, had his right arm and upper right leg basically paralyzed, with his thigh unable to move normally. Van Welbergen said this means the child has experienced graphene transmission and infection.

Van Welbergen is not the only one who saw the negative effects of graphene oxide in vaccines on human red blood cells.

Dr. Bärbel Ghitalla and his colleague Axel Bolland, along with two lawyers Holger Fischer and Elmar Becker, found graphene oxide in their bodies after they had been injected with Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine.

Swiss researcher Armin Koroknay also found that vaccination causes immediate blood clotting at the microscopic level, with the worst effects on human blood seen after the second injection. (Related: Researcher sounds alarm after finding PARASITES, nanobots and graphene in COVID-19 vaccines.)

British microbiologist Dr. Sicharit Bhakdi also said that if parents allow their children to be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, it means that they are willing to have their children killed.
