During a wide-ranging interview on “Fox and Friends” on Thursday, Trump said that the Democrats have “conned” black voters

According to a 2020 CNN exit poll, Trump received 12% support from black voters. However, Trump would get the vote of 26% of black voters in the 2024 election, according to a Fox News poll released Aug. 14.

Co-host Lawrence Jones played a video clip of his recent visit to a Chicago barbershop to discuss a variety of political topics with voters. After watching the clip, Trump said that the black voters who “just wanted safety” were dealing with a “corrupt political system.”
