They have cornered the global market on vaccines and genetic engineering — they are the major shareholder in the company which owns the CRISPR patents!

The Gates Network consists of the main control element, the Gates Foundation plus the Gates Philanthropy Partners, Cascade Investments, Intellectual Ventures and the mentioned here Breathrough Energy Fund. Their investments are vast, covering a multitude of biopharmaceuticals and digital identity operations/global surveillance, genetic engineering research, food synthetics, etc. — the vast majority of biomedical research is funded by the Gates Foundation and Wellcome Trust.
