The top institutional investors (major shareholders) in Berkshire Hathaway are: VANGUARD, BLACKROCK and STATE STREET —– ergo, the major shareholders in Heinz are BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street —- always drill down, please!!!

And since the Top Three are the major shareholders in each other —- the ULTIMATE cross–shareholding financial structure —- they are essentially one financial entity with exponential power!

(IMHO, the Big Four, BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street and Fidelity are the single operating major CONTROL entity!)
