HAVA mandated transparent elections yet the opposite has been the case with ballots and ballot images consistently ruled as being EXEMPT FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE LAWS across the nation!!!

Therefore, how can one tell if their ballot was even counted, let alone recorded as cast?!

All elections are therefore a sham!
