So why do the Tennessee Republicans allow Vanderbilt Hospital to mutilate children ?
Many doctors and music performers have *relocated* to Nashville from Los Angeles and New York.
That will explain what has happened to Vanderbilt.
Democrats moving into the city from out-of-state.
Also….Nashville has a Democrat mayor.
