An informed source confirmed that both foreign and US agencies have been requesting metadata related to notifications from Apple and Google. This metadata has been allegedly used to link anonymous messaging app users to specific accounts on these platforms.

While the source, speaking to Reuters, did not specify which governments were involved, they characterized them as “democracies allied to the United States” and were uncertain about the duration of these requests.

“In this case, the federal government prohibited us from sharing any information,” Apple said in a statement. “Now that this method has become public we are updating our transparency reporting to detail these kinds of requests.”

Apple, meanwhile, has advised app developers to refrain from including sensitive data in notifications and to encrypt any data before it is incorporated into a notification payload.

However, this relies on the developers’ initiative. Importantly, metadata such as the frequency and origin of notifications remains unencrypted, potentially offering insights into users’ app activities to those who can access this data.

The news, which is hardly unexpected yet nonetheless deeply troubling, underscores the precarious path we seem to be treading, one that veers ominously towards policies that infringe on civil liberties.

The key cog in a functioning democracy, our judicial system, and its informed oversight exists precisely to prevent such oversteps. It endows a suspected individual with the crucial right to mount a robust defense against unwarranted infiltration by the state government. In a new climate change advertisement – if you can stomach it, the video is below – Apple employees of mostly the non-white variety can be seen sitting around a large conference room table talking to “Mother Nature,” who is depicted as, you guessed it: a black woman.

Since Western media now depicts the general population as being mostly black, even though black people make up just 12 percent of the United States population, it only makes sense that Apple would choose to feature a black woman as the face of the planet and the environment.

In the ad, Mother Nature enters the room and starts lib-splaining all about global warming and climate change, and how Apple can solve the “crisis” by “permanently” removing all carbon from the atmosphere – watch below, if you dare:

Apple CEO Tim Cook tweeted the video as well, along with a message to Apple customers and X (formerly Twitter) users that his company believes that “one of the world’s most urgent priorities” involves fixing the alleged problem of climate change.

“Today we had a special guest – a real force of nature – stop by to check on our progress,” he tweeted, trying to make a joke.

Apple’s obsession with black people and global warming is about as cringeworthy as it gets

The video opens with Cook and his employees rushing into the conference room nervously while waiting for Mother Nature to arrive. When she shows up, all sassy and ready to wag her finger, Cook and the rest eagerly hang on her every word about how to deal with climate change.

The table starts to rumble like an earthquake – the black woman playing the role of Mother Nature is quite large, so it only makes sense – before she sashays into the room and sarcastically apologizes, sort of, for keeping everyone waiting.

“Mother Nature: welcome to Apple,” Cook then states in dweebish form. “How was the weather getting in?”

Before Mother Nature can respond to Cook’s question, a thunderstorm rolls in outside to demonstrate the sheer force of her power.

“The weather is however I wanted it to be,” Mother Nature responds in arrogance. “Let’s cut to the chase: In 2020, you promised to bring Apple’s entire carbon footprint to zero by 2030.”

Mother Nature then makes a joke about Cook’s appearance, likening him to Henry David Thoreau, while mocking past promises he has made about climate change – the suggestion being that Apple has somehow not done enough to embrace the “green” agenda.

The unfunny bit proceeds with another nerdy looking plus-size nervously telling Mother Nature that Apple is on track to remove all plastic packaging from its products by the end of 2024, as well as using recycled aluminum and phasing out all leather from iPhone cases – because cows equal bad to leftists.

When it gets to the part about removing all carbon from the atmosphere, Cook proceeds to explain to Mother Nature that by the year 2030 – they really like 2030 for some reason – all Apple devices will have a “net-zero climate impact,” to which Mother Nature proceeds to engage Cook in a creepy stare-off contest.

“After watching that, it should be painfully and alarmingly clear to everyone that climate change is a religious cult that lacks sanity, and is not based in facts or science,” commented Revolver.news about the ad.

“And if we don’t deprogram these whackos quickly, this entire country will turn into one big GREEN kool-aid party, where, if Apple has their way, nobody survives.”

After attracting more than $1 billion worth of deposits in the first four days of launch, Apple has apparently restricted withdrawals and transfers. One man named Nathan Thacker, who lives outside of Atlanta, told The Wall Street Journal that he has continually tried but failed to transfer $1,700 from his Apple account to his JPMorgan Chase account.

Thacker tried to contact Goldman Sachs numerous times about the issue, only to be told to wait a few days for things to clear. It wasn’t until The Wall Street Journal intervened on Thacker’s behalf that he was finally able to access his own cash on demand.

Another man named Kevin Smyth, from Minnesota, expressed similar complaints but directly to Apple CEO Tim Cook via Twitter. He asked: “Was your plan to partner with a bank that holds people’s life savings hostage?”

In Smyth’s case, he had been trying to transfer $10,000 from his Apple account to U.S. Bank ever since May 16. When he was finally successful after a lengthy battle with Apple and Goldman Sachs, Smyth drained his entire $200,000 life savings from Apple and moved it back to American Express.

Goldman Sachs says holding Apple savings customers’ money hostage “has been excellent and beyond our expectations”

All over social media, Apple savings customers are fuming about similar withdrawal and transfer problems. The common thread seems to be that Apple and Goldman Sachs are more than able to take your cash, but for whatever reason are unable to give it back when you ask for it.

“Do not set up direct deposit using savings account by Apple,” one angry customer wrote. “You may not see that money for 3-4 weeks based on my experience. Let them have the nickels and dimes and nothing else.”

The Wall Street Journal reported that some Apple savings customers are seeing their money vanish upon initiating a transfer, but never making it to the directed bank account.

According to Goldman Sachs, only a “limited” number of Apple customers are experiencing these “glitches,” which as usual harm the customer while benefiting Big Banks and Big Tech.

Apple baited people into the scam by promising them a 4.15 percent annual yield, which is much higher than the standard interest rate offered by mainstream banks. It also dangled claims of fee-free banking and unlimited withdrawals as a lure.

Once customers fall for the trick, it becomes a battle and waiting game to get their money back from these usurious predators. Apple and Goldman Sachs, it turns out, are two of the most evil, greedy corporations on the planet.

In a statement, a spokesman for Goldman Sachs gaslit the public by insisting that everything is going not only smoothly but much better than corporate executives ever could have expected.

“The customer response to the new Savings account for Apple Card users has been excellent and beyond our expectations,” the spokesman said. “While the vast majority of customers see no delays in transferring their funds, in a limited number of cases, a user may experience a delayed transfer due to processes in place designed to help protect their accounts.”

“While we would not comment on specific customer interactions, we take our obligation to protect our customers deposits very seriously and work to create a balance between a seamless customer experience and that protection.”

David Sacks, co-founder of PayPal, went on with Tucker Carlson last night to explain what he believes to be the reason why Apple is going after Twitter and the peaceful protesters in China. It comes down to the root of all evils: Their love for money.

Carlson asked him, “If Apple did this, it would, it seems like it would effectively destroy Twitter as the force that it currently is. That would be an abusive monopoly power. I think everyone would agree. What can be done to stop that?”

Apple has threatened to suspend or remove Twitter from their App Store if Musk and his company continue to push the platform toward offering freer speech than in its pre-Musk days.

Sacks replied, “Well, yeah, I, I agree with you, Tucker, that you know what Apple is doing in China is not that different from what Apple is doing in the US. They’re willing to engage in censorship on a global basis, on behalf of their true paymasters. And by paymasters, I don’t mean consumers. Apple has them completely locked up. What I mean is the party in power, whether that’s in Beijing or Washington.

“This is the quid pro quo that MAGA Democrats have made. Of course by MAGA Democrats, I’m referring to Microsoft, Apple, Google, and Amazon. They have the most lucrative monopolies in history and want to continue minting money undisturbed. And in exchange for that, they will donate lavishly to the Democratic Party, and they’re willing to kneecap their political opponents with censorship if that’s what the party in power requires.”

He’s mostly correct. DC in general and most Democrats in particular have taken a very direct approach with Apple, Google, and other Big Tech tyrants. The Deep State has actively engaged with these companies to compel them to suppress speech from those who promote freedom, including Donald Trump.

That alone should make this a 1st Amendment issue. While private companies and individuals do not have to abide by offering free speech in the venues they control, the 1st Amendment prohibits governments from engaging in censorship. Considering DC’s tentacles are all over Big Tech, the interference Twitter is getting from government means the 1st Amendment applies. In fact, one can go so far as to say Twitter under Musk honors the Constitution far better than others in the space, including the authoritarians at Apple and Google who are going after him.

The one component Sacks missed during his interview is the non-government entities also applying pressure against Twitter through Apple and Google. The globalist elite cabal, including the World Economic Forum and the Council for Inclusive Capitalism, have also been calling the shots regarding censorship whether it’s in DC or Silicon Valley. Big Tech may be doing the bidding of the Biden-Harris regime, but the regime is doing the bidding of those who want to usher in The Great Reset.

China Daily is known for being a mouthpiece of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and responsible for spreading disinformation, especially about China’s ongoing genocide against the Uyghur population.

“Today, the iOS developer community is 30 million strong … and with more than five million Chinese developers and counting,” said Cook. “There’s no question that China has one of the most vibrant developer communities in the entire world.”

“When we created the App Store, no one could have guessed that there would one day be five million registered developers in Greater China alone, and many more that are working on apps,” Cook continued. “It just shows the creativity and vibrancy of the app economy. Chinese developers have always been at the cutting edge and I think that will continue to grow, and I can’t wait to see what you’re going to do next.”

China Daily interview latest incident proving Cook’s alliance with the CCP

Cook’s interview with China Daily and meeting with Chinese app developers were part of his push to maintain access to China’s deep pool of tech workers. It also highlights the kind of compromises Cook and other Big Tech companies are willing to make in order to do business in China.

This is not the first time Cook has consorted with members of the CCP. Last year, he held talks with a Chinese app developer who was later appointed as secretary of the communist party. He also spoke with another developer whose Chinese photography app prohibits content that “subverts state power” or “undermines the national solidarity” of China.

Apple also regularly blocks apps from the App Store that might be seen as offensive to CCP officials. The company also regularly shares the user data of its Chinese customers with government authorities.

On many other occasions, Cook has heaped praise on the Chinese tech industry, which is required to comply with the CCP’s many regulations and laws on national security. Cook also avoids criticizing the Chinese government’s human rights record and its other abuses despite being very willing to be openly critical of American politicians and the Republican Party.

“This further underscores the hypocrisy of corporate America, which preaches social justice at home and turns a blind eye when it comes to profits,” commented Republican Rep. Mike Waltz of Florida. “It’s absolutely shameful an American CEO would sit down with a communist, genocide-denying propaganda rag like China Daily.”
