Christopher Wray – American Conservative Movement https://americanconservativemovement.com American exceptionalism isn't dead. It just needs to be embraced. Many have speculated in recent days that he would be fired once Trump is back in the Oval Office. Wray was involved in multiple incidents that hampered the first Trump administration as well as efforts to assist the Democrats’ campaigns over the past four years.

Speculation about such a move started circulating shortly after Trump was declared the winner of the 2024 election. Wray, who was appointed by Trump, has had a tumultuous reign over the federal law enforcement agency.

Most recently, he’s been called out by the House Judiciary Committee for “cooking the books” on crime statistics ahead of the election.

Trump supporters have been critical of Wray for years.

According to the Associated Press:

With Trump poised to reclaim the White House, Wray’s days as director may be numbered. Though the director’s job carries a 10-year term, Trump’s blistering and repeated criticism of his own appointee raises the likelihood that Trump would either replace Wray upon taking office or that Wray would leave on his own to avoid being fired. Such a move would give Trump a chance to reshape the FBI’s leadership in his own image at a time when he’s threatened to pursue his own political adversaries.

If Christopher Wray doesn’t step down, he’ll almost certainly be fired. Who would be a suitable replacement?

House Intelligence Chair Says US at ‘Highest Level’ of Potential Terrorist Threat https://americanconservativemovement.com/house-intelligence-chair-says-us-at-highest-level-of-potential-terrorist-threat/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/house-intelligence-chair-says-us-at-highest-level-of-potential-terrorist-threat/#comments Sun, 16 Jun 2024 20:41:08 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=206574 Editor’s Note: When reports come in from the least trustworthy halls of government, in this case the Deep State and RINO members of the UniParty Swamp, I generally dismiss them as disinformation. But considering the border invasion is in full swing with terrorists crossing over at will, this threat seems legitimate.

But there’s another angle, one I am not pleased to consider. All of this talk of coming terrorist attacks fit perfectly with the notion of a false flag being planned, especially considering the proximity to the election. Between the warnings, the border crisis, and the sources of the information all being propagators of ill tidings, I’m inclined to take the threats seriously. With that said, here’s Jack Phillips from The Epoch Times…

(The Epoch Times)—House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Turner (R-Ohio) said Sunday that the United States is currently at its “highest level” for the possibility of a terrorist attack occurring on American soil.

During an interview with CBS News, Mr. Turner was asked about reports of recent arrests with individuals with ties to the ISIS terrorist group in the United States.

“What’s important about these reports and what we’re seeing, especially in conjunction with [FBI] Director [Christopher] Wray’s public statements, that we are at the highest level of a possible terrorist threat, that the administration’s policies have absolutely directly related to threats to Americans,” Mr. Turner said.

He added to CBS News that the threats are “no longer speculative” and “not longer hypothetical” in light of public comments made by the FBI director during multiple congressional committee meetings in the past six months or so.

“We have actual administration officials stepping forward and certainly our committee and our committee members have concurred on the intelligence that we’re seeing,“ Mr. Turner told the outlet. ”That as a result of the administration’s policies allowing people to cross the border unvetted, we have terrorists that are actively working with inside the United States that are a threat to Americans.”

His comments came in light of reports, citing unnamed U.S. officials, that claimed that at least eight Tajikistan nationals with alleged ties to ISIS were arrested in several major cities including New York and Los Angeles. The Epoch Times has not been able to independently verify those reports.

On June 14, meanwhile, the U.S. Department of State and Turkey announced they would impose sanctions on three individuals who have ties to ISIS and are involved with a network involved in facilitating travel into the United States.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) sent a letter to Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) about requesting a classified briefing for all senators about ISIS threats, he told Fox News on June 12 in an exclusive.

“I have never been more worried than I am right now about an attack on our homeland” after the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021, combined with what he described as lax border security,” Mr. Graham wrote on X. Two days prior, he wrote on social media he has “been sounding the alarm for over two years” that the United States currently is at risk of a 9/11-like terrorist attack.

Earlier this month, Mr. Wray told a Senate committee the United States currently faces threats posed by foreign terrorists that “rise to a whole ‘nother level” following the Oct. 7 terrorist attacks in Israel, which punctuated the start of the ongoing Israel–Hamas conflict.

“Looking back over my career in law enforcement, I’d be hard pressed to think of a time when so many different threats to our public safety and national security were so elevated all at once, but that is the case as I sit here today,” the FBI director said at the time, while pushing for increased funding for the federal law enforcement bureau.

He also made reference to a terrorist attack at a concert hall in Moscow that left scores of people dead that ISIS-K, or Islamic State Khorasan, claimed responsibility for.

“We’ve seen a rogue’s gallery of foreign terrorist organizations call for attacks against Americans and our allies,” Mr. Wray said, adding that what is “increasingly concerning is the potential for a coordinated attack here in the homeland, akin to the ISIS-K attack we saw at the Russia Concert Hall in March.”

Mr. Wray had also sounded the alarm on his concerns about possible human smuggling operations along the U.S.–Mexico border and that Mexico should also provide more support.

Masked MAGA-Hat-Wearing J6 “Insurrectionist” Caught Flashing a Badge and Mike Lee Has Questions https://americanconservativemovement.com/masked-maga-hat-wearing-j6-insurrectionist-caught-flashing-a-badge-and-mike-lee-has-questions/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/masked-maga-hat-wearing-j6-insurrectionist-caught-flashing-a-badge-and-mike-lee-has-questions/#comments Sun, 19 Nov 2023 08:16:05 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=198571 (Discern Report)—The FBI and likely other “law enforcement” agencies had people planted in the January 6 crowd in an effort to incite the so-called “insurrection.” That’s not news to anyone who doesn’t get brainwashed by corporate media. But knowing it and actually SEEING it are two different things which is why this image captured by former political prisoner Derrick Evans is so striking.

The paused portion of a recently released J6 video shows a man wearing a MAGA hat and facial coverings flashing a badge at someone off-screen.

Evans Tweeted:

This was sent to me. Is this person flashing a badge? If so, this would prove there were undercover federal agents disguised as MAGA. I was thrown in solitary confinement for peacefully protesting. I just want the truth to be known. Please RT so we can get the truth either way.

January 6 Dude With Badge

Senator Mike Lee says he will ask FBI Director Christopher Wray about the damning evidence, but doesn’t expect anything truthful to come from it. As he noted on Twitter:

I can’t wait to ask FBI Director Christopher Wray about this at our next oversight hearing. I predict that, as always, his answers will be 97% information-free.

With over 44,000 hours of J6 footage released to the public and more promised by Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, we can expect revelations like this to come out on a daily basis for a long time. The question isn’t whether or not the events were orchestrated by the Deep State. That much is obvious. Going forward, we will be attempting to ascertain who was involved, who helped cover it up, and how deep the rabbit hole actually goes.

Will anything come from this? Probably not. Corporate media is obediently ignoring it all. UniParty Swamp members are giving their critiques and making excuses why they’re against it. Active conspirators like Liz Cheney and Adam Schiff are terrified. What has them all spooked? Lord Willing, we will find out soon enough.

Tom Elliott: The FBI has “Been Violating Americans’ Civil Liberties and Various Federal Laws From the Get-Go” https://americanconservativemovement.com/tom-elliott-the-fbi-has-been-violating-americans-civil-liberties-and-various-federal-laws-from-the-get-go/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/tom-elliott-the-fbi-has-been-violating-americans-civil-liberties-and-various-federal-laws-from-the-get-go/#respond Thu, 13 Jul 2023 08:57:40 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=194718 Tom Elliott, an independent journalist and founder of Grabien, has been making a name for himself in recent months with poignant commentaries while also highlighting some obvious truths. His penchant for cutting through the minutia is quickly apparent from his Twitter feed.

His latest take on the FBI is an absolute gem. No need for additional commentary as Elliott’s words do all the talking:

The FBI is a lawless, extraconstitutional agency that’s been violating Americans’ civil liberties & various federal laws from the get-go, yet has never been fundamentally reformed, nor have individual agents been held accountable for the most egregious crimes.

Today is but the latest example: After whistleblowers reported the FBI was illegally targeting Americans based on their religious beliefs, the @FBI’s Wray said he’s super sorry & it won’t happen again — but, as always, declined to actually punish anyone or reform anything.

Because that’s how this lawless agency’s always operated:

  • After the FBI was caught spying on the Goldwater campaign at the behest of Pres. Johnson, no one was held accountable, no one was fired.
  • When the FBI tried to convince MLK to kill himself, no one was held accountable, no one was fired.
  • When the FBI launched Cointelpro & seeded false rumors amongst Black Panthers to get them to start killing each other & innocent Americans were caught in the crossfire, no one was held accountable, no one was fired.
  • After an FBI agent murdered Vicki Weaver in 1992 while she held her infant daughter, no one was held accountable, no one was fired.
  • After the FBI murdered 75 Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas, no one was held accountable, no one was fired.
  • After the FBI falsely accused Richard Jewell of being the Olympics bomber, ruining his life, no one was held accountable, no one was fired.
  • After the FBI framed four innocent men of murder, two died of whom in prison and the other two of whom served 62 years behind bars, no one was held accountable, no one was fired.
  • After Comey’s FBI was caught running its own NSA-style domestic snooping operation that violated Americans’ 4th Amendment rights, no one was fired, no one was held accountable.
  • After the FBI screwed up Dylann Roof’s background check, enabling him to buy a gun and thus commit one of the worst mass shootings in history, no one was fired, no one was held accountable.
  • After gymnasts complained to the FBI that Larry Nassar was sexually abusing them, the FBI failed to follow up, and then falsified witnesses’ testimony to excuse their own inaction; no one was fired, no one was held accountable.
  • After Jeffrey Epstein was known to be sexually trafficking & raping minors, the FBI cut a deal with him which traded information in exchange for enabling his trafficking & raping to continue; no one was held accountable, no one was fired.

I have dozens of other examples and could do this all day, but perhaps the most important of all is that so many acts of terror & mass murder have been committed due to the United States having an FBI rather than a federal law enforcement agency that competently responds to emerging threats.

Believe it or not but the FBI has been warned about almost every mass killer/terrorist over the last three decades yet has somehow failed to stop almost every one. To wit: the 9/11 hijackers; the “Underwear Bomber”; the Fort Hood terrorist; the Boston Marathon bombers; three Americans who went to Syria to join ISIS; another ISIS-inspired terrorist in New Jersey who killed 3 in Washington; the Garland, Texas terrorists; the Pulse Nightclub terrorist; another terrorist who stabbed 2 in Virginia; the NYC bomber, Ahmad Rahani; the terrorists who struck the “Draw Muhammad” event; the Parkland, Fla. mass murderer; another ISIS convert named Corey Johnson; the Waffle House mass killer; the New Mexico terror compound; the Nashville bomber; the Boulder terrorist, Ahmad al Issa … Again, thousands of Americans would be alive today if Congress had already located the cojones to fundamentally reform & rein in the FBI.

In the meantime, the gravest threat to Americans’ safety & civil rights is not “white nationalists” or “domestic extremists” but rather the lawless agency that commits whatever crimes it wants without ever having to worry about being held accountable.

Ultimately, you cannot be pro “law and order” and “pro-FBI.”

It’s impossible to make the case for the prolonged existence of the FBI. Perhaps there was a time when they were salvageable, but those days are behind us. It’s time to defund, disband, or otherwise dismantle the corrupt and irredeemable Federal Bureau of Investigations.

Vivek Ramaswamy Has 15 Questions the House Judiciary Committee Needs to Ask Christopher Wray on Wednesday https://americanconservativemovement.com/vivek-ramaswamy-has-15-questions-the-house-judiciary-committee-needs-to-ask-christopher-wray-on-wednesday/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/vivek-ramaswamy-has-15-questions-the-house-judiciary-committee-needs-to-ask-christopher-wray-on-wednesday/#comments Tue, 11 Jul 2023 23:32:34 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=194657 Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy wants answers. He’s not alone. FBI Director Christopher Wray has been a boon for the Deep State, which means he has been a disaster for America.

On Wednesday, he will testify before the House Judiciary Committee. Ramaswamy posted 15 questions that he and many Americans want answered. With topics ranging from Antifa to Jeffrey Epstein, these questions would break the internet if anyone on the committee has the guts to ask them.

Here’s his post:

Ahead of FBI Director Christopher Wray’s testimony tomorrow before the House Judiciary Committee, I’m calling on Committee members to ask Wray the following 15 questions & hold him accountable:

  1. If U.S. voters in 2024 elect a U.S. President who seeks to shut down the FBI, what is your recommended plan to help execute on this policy directive in an orderly manner?
  2. John Durham issued a lengthy report in May accusing the FBI of acting negligently in opening the Trump-Russia investigation in 2016 based on insufficient information. As head of the Bureau, after having read and reflected on Mr. Durham’s report, what steps will the Bureau take to prevent baseless politicized investigations like that which impeded President Trump’s first term in office?
  3. In 2020, you claimed ANTIFA was an “ideology, not an organization.” Do you still believe that? If yes, who or what exactly do you believe destroyed downtown Portland, firebombed businesses, and attacked the city courthouse for months?
  4. Regarding the events of January 6 at the Capitol, there have been multiple reports suggesting that undercover FBI agents were involved in fomenting protesters. Can you clarify the FBI’s precise role in this situation and provide explanation of the facts?
  5. Considering cases like the Gretchen Whitmer “kidnapping plot,” do you think the FBI does a responsible job of handling informants and undercover agents? Do you believe FBI-led entrapment is and should be unlawful?
  6. Will you share the Jeffrey Epstein client list with the public?
  7. Will you investigate members of Congress who used a taxpayer slush fund for hush money to hide sexual assault allegations?
  8. What is your opinion about the Department of Justice labeling concerned parents at school board meetings as “domestic terrorists?” Do you share this view?
  9. The unprecedented raid of former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence raised serious public concerns about the political persecution of the current president’s chief political opponent. What alternatives did you evaluate before sending FBI agents to raid the residence of a former U.S. President?
  10. The FBI’s handling of investigations into Hunter Biden’s foreign business deals and Joe Biden’s involvement in these deals leave many unanswered questions about the Bureau’s decisions. Why do you believe that a settlement between Hunter Biden and the U.S. Department of Justice for a 10+ year-old offense was announced only within a couple of weeks following the federal indictment of the 45th U.S. President?
  11. Why did the FBI refuse to cooperate with Congress with respect to oversight inquiries pertaining to then-Vice President Joe Biden’s alleged involvement in a $5 million bribery scheme with a Ukrainian company?
  12. Is the FBI investigating Gen. Mark Milley for his supposed back-channel discussions with the Communist Chinese government shortly after the 2020 U.S. Presidential election?
  13. How many FBI agents were fired last year? How many should have been fired?
  14. Your predecessor James Comey received a multimillion-dollar book deal and charges six-figure speaking fees. Do you believe this is appropriate behavior for the former Director of the FBI?
  15. Do you believe it is appropriate for the FBI to celebrate the legacy of J. Edgar Hoover, the namesake of the building in which the FBI is currently headquartered?

What do you think of his questions? Will we ever get answers? Sound off on our Substack.

Judiciary Committee Says ‘Everything on Table’ if DOJ Fails to Produce Docs on Mar-a-Lago Raid ‘Abnormalities’ https://americanconservativemovement.com/judiciary-committee-says-everything-on-table-if-doj-fails-to-produce-docs-on-mar-a-lago-raid-abnormalities/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/judiciary-committee-says-everything-on-table-if-doj-fails-to-produce-docs-on-mar-a-lago-raid-abnormalities/#respond Sat, 10 Jun 2023 02:23:41 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=193433 House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) is demanding copies of Department of Justice (DOJ) documents concerning the FBI’s Mar-a-Lago raid after being told by a senior FBI official involved in the action’s planning and execution about multiple “unusual features” and “abnormalities” involved.

“Everything is on the table,” said a committee spokesman when asked by The Epoch Times if a subpoena and potentially an additional contempt charge against FBI Director Christopher Wray or other top [DOJ] officials could result if the documents demanded in Jordan’s June 9 letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland aren’t produced. Jordan has been pressing Garland and Wray for related documents for months but has yet to get them.

The abnormalities of the Mar-a-Lago raid were described to congressional investigators during a June 7 transcribed interview with Steven D’Antuono, the FBI’s former assistant director in charge of the Washington Field Office and, according to the Jordan letter, “one of the most senior FBI officials in charge of effectuating the unprecedented raid.”

“During his testimony, Mr. D’Antuono expressed strong concerns with the department’s pursuit of the raid and noted several unusual features in the department’s handling of the case,” Jordan told Garland. “Mr. D’Antuono, who had over two decades of FBI experience, noted his frustration that the FBI was going to be ‘left holding the bag again’ with respect to the search of President Trump’s residence.

“During his transcribed interview, Mr. D’Antuono detailed how he disagreed with the Justice Department’s approach to the raid and described several abnormalities about the Department’s actions in pursuing its investigation of President Trump.”

Among the abnormalities described by D’Antuono was the fact the Mar-a-Lago action was carried out by the FBI’s Washington Field Office, not the Miami Field Office, which would normally be assigned because of the Mar-a-Lago location.

D’Anuono, according to Jordan, told the committee that “FBI headquarters made the decision to assign the execution of the search warrant to the Washington Field Office (WFO) despite the location of the search occurring in the territory of the FBI’s Miami Field Office. Mr. D’Antuono stated that he had ‘absolutely no idea’ why this decision was made and questioned why the Miami Field Office was not taking the lead on this matter.”

D’Antuono pointed out to the committee that bureau officials told special counsel John Durham that field offices, not FBI headquarters, should run investigations.

Another abnormality was the fact no U.S. Attorney was assigned to the case even though that was standard FBI operating procedure.

“He explained that he ‘didn’t understand why there wasn’t a U.S. Attorney assigned’ and ‘raised this concern a lot with’ department officials because this was out of the ordinary,” Jordan told Garland. “Mr. D’Antuono indicated that he ‘never got a good answer’ and was told that the National Security Division would be handling this matter.”

D’Antuono said Jay Bratt, who leads the DOJ’s counterintelligence division, functioned as the lead prosecutor on the case. Jordan noted in his letter that “Mr. Bratt is the same department lawyer who allegedly improperly pressured a lawyer representing an employee of President Trump.” He was referring to an allegation by a former Trump lawyer that Bratt was pushing another Trump attorney to become a witness against the former president.

Multiple ‘Abnormalities’ in FBI Raid

A third abnormality alleged by D’Antuono was the fact FBI line agents opposed the use of a search warrant to force entry to Mar-a-Lago, and preferred that government officials obtain prior consent from Trump before entering the premises. Jordan told Garland that D’Antuono “indicated a belief that either you or Director Christopher Wray made the decision to seek a search warrant, despite opposition from the line agents working this case in the WFO.”

A fourth abnormality was related to the third, that the FBI agents at Mar-a-Lago did not wait for the presence of a Trump lawyer before entering the former president’s residence. “Mr. D’Antuono testified that the FBI sought to exclude President Trump’s attorney from the search, a move with which Mr. D’Antuono disagreed,” Jordan told Garland.

As a result of D’Antuono’s testimony, Jordan told Garland he wants “all documents and communications referring or relating to meetings between FBI and Justice Department officials prior to the execution of the search warrant on President Trump’s private residence, all documents and communications referring or relating to the execution of a search warrant on President Trump’s private residence, including those sent or received by the following FBI and Justice Department Officials, and all documents and communications between or among Washington Field Office agents and employees and the U.S. Secret Service about a potential search of President Trump’s residence.”

Wray barely averted a possible congressional contempt citation earlier this week when he agreed to allow members of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability to view an unclassified FBI document describing an informant’s description of evidence that President Joe Biden and his son Hunter accepted bribes from a Ukrainian energy executive while Biden was vice-president.

The Epoch Times has requested comment from DOJ but none was received by publication time.

FBI Director Confirms Existence of Document Alleging Biden Engaged in Bribery: House GOP https://americanconservativemovement.com/fbi-director-confirms-existence-of-document-alleging-biden-engaged-in-bribery-house-gop/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/fbi-director-confirms-existence-of-document-alleging-biden-engaged-in-bribery-house-gop/#comments Thu, 01 Jun 2023 02:09:41 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=193137 FBI Director Christopher Wray has confirmed the existence of a document alleging that President Joe Biden engaged in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national according to Republicans on the House Oversight and Accountability Committee.

In a Twitter post, the panel announced that Wray had told them the document was real and offered to let them review it, but has failed to produce the document for the Oversight Committee as a whole.

If true, the acknowledgment is the latest in an escalating showdown between House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and Wray over the document.

In a May 3 letter, Comer and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) revealed that they received “highly credible unclassified whistleblower disclosures” that the FBI possessed an unclassified record that “describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions.”

Comer gave Wray a May 30 deadline to produce the document or face charges for contempt of Congress—a deadline Wray missed. The threat got a boost after it won the support of Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), who agreed to hold Wray in contempt if the deadline wasn’t met.

On May 31, Wray met with Comer and others, when he allegedly revealed the truth of the document’s existence.

But he’s failed to turn it over to the panel, prompting Republicans to again warn that they’ll move forward with contempt charges.

“If the FBI fails to hand over the FD-1023 form as required by the subpoena, [Comer] will begin contempt of Congress proceedings,” the Oversight panel wrote on Twitter.

After the announcement, the White House criticized Comer’s investigation into the matter, calling it a “silly charade” and “yet another reminder that his so-called ‘investigations’ are political stunts not meant to get information but to spread thin innuendo and falsehoods to attack the president.

“He has already admitted this isn’t about uncovering facts but about trying to hurt the president’s poll numbers, so the only question left is how long he will waste time, energy, and taxpayer dollars to support a fact-free, politically motivated goose chase simply to get media attention and the Fox News spotlight.”

This is a reference to an earlier comment Comer made, saying, “Look at that polling,” in regard to the public opinion outcome of his investigations into the president’s business dealings.

FBI Reply

Wray’s agency, already facing allegations of weaponization, was accused by several Republicans of withholding the document in order to protect Biden.

In an emailed response to The Epoch Times, the FBI said that it “remains committed to cooperating with the Committee in good faith,” saying that it has made an “extraordinary accommodation” to meet Comer’s request while complying with confidentiality and national security requirements.

“In a letter to Chairman Comer earlier today, the FBI committed to providing access to information responsive to the Committee’s subpoena in a format and setting that maintains confidentiality and protects important security interests and the integrity of FBI investigations,” a spokesperson said.

“Last week, Director Wray scheduled a telephone call for tomorrow to provide additional details of the FBI’s extraordinary accommodation to satisfy the subpoena request.”

The agency dismissed calls to hold Wray in contempt, saying, “Any discussion of escalation under these circumstances is unnecessary.”

The Bidens’ Business Dealings

Due to the FBI’s reluctance to hand over the document, it remains unclear what the exact charges leveled against Biden are. But Republicans have long sought to learn more about possible ethical concerns in the Bidens’ business dealings.

In January 2023, days after Republicans retook control of the House, Comer sent a request for information related to art sales made by Hunter Biden.

Just weeks before the 2020 election, the New York Post published a report documenting findings from Hunter Biden’s laptop, which had reportedly been forgotten at a computer repair shop.

Among other findings, emails on the laptop revealed that while he was still the vice president, Biden had been introduced to a top executive at the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma.

“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving me an opportunity to meet your father,” reads an April 17, 2015, email allegedly sent from Vadym Pozharskyi, a Burisma executive, to Hunter Biden.

In December 2015, Joe Biden candidly admitted to the Council on Foreign Relations in 2018 that he threatened to withhold a $1 billion loan guarantee from Ukraine if a prosecutor looking into Burisma was not removed from his post. This threat came about eight months after Pozharskyi allegedly met the elder Biden.

“I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,” Biden said of the affair in 2018.

“Well, son of a [expletive],” Biden continued. “He got fired.”

If true, this would mean that Biden’s oft-repeated claim that he has had no role in his son’s business dealings is false.

‘Don’t Mention Joe Being Involved’

James Gilliar, one of Hunter Biden’s business partners, allegedly told fellow partner Tony Bobulinski in a May 20, 2017, email not to mention “Joe being involved.”

“Don’t mention Joe being involved, it’s only when u [sic] are face to face, I know u [sic] know that, but they are paranoid,” Gilliar told Bobulinski.

Bobulinski, who confirmed the authenticity of the emails in a later statement, replied at the time, “OK, they should be paranoid about things.”

Another email relayed from Gilliar to Hunter Biden, Bobulinski, and a fourth business partner on May 13, 2017, described the breakdown of each member’s shares in a Chinese business venture dubbed Sinohawk.

“’Sino’ for the Chinese side, ‘hawk’ for Hunter’s brother Beau’s favorite animal,” Bobulinski later explained.

Gilliar suggested each of the primary business partners would receive 20 percent. Another participant, called “Jim” by Gilliar, and likely referring to Biden’s brother, apparently was to receive 10 percent. Finally, the other 10 percent would be “held by H for the big guy.”

On Oct. 22, 2020, Bobulinski made a public statement confirming that “the big guy” was indeed a reference to Joe Biden.

The document alleged by whistleblower allegations could give a more solid basis to allegations of Biden’s business dealings if recovered.

FBI Director Christopher Wray has steered the most corrupt iteration of the Bureau in history, which is saying a lot about an organization that was born from corruption in the name of law enforcement. With Wray at the helm, even complicit corporate media has had a hard time covering up the various scandals and malfeasance that pop up on a seemingly daily basis. Leave it to Bret Baier at Fox News to help him run cover in a great PR move for the Bureau. He pretended to be a journalist by asking some “tough” questions, but gave no pushback against blatant lies told by the Director. Breitbart transcribed arguably the most ludicrous exchange: Host Bret Baier asked, [relevant exchange begins around 10:40] “Mark Houck, Pennsylvania pro-life activist arrested at his home in front of his family for an alleged violation of the [Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act], an alleged incident in which he was protesting in front of an abortion clinic. He was recently acquitted of all charges at trial. The show of force for that arrest, a lot of people said looked like what it looked like for a cartel boss who was holed up, that decision to use that force, was that by the book?” Wray answered, “Those decisions are made, as they should be, by the commanders on the ground in the field office who have the expertise about when to conduct operations safely and securely for the safety of everybody involved, not just their own safety and the safety of the subject who’s being arrested, but anybody else who’s around. And, to my knowledge, those processes were all followed in this case.” Baier then said, “Historically, FBI protocol is that a defendant has — if he has no criminal history, is not believed to be violent or pose a threat to public safety, that he or she is permitted to self-surrender rather than [be] subject [to] dynamic execution of an arrest warrant. Here’s what I’m talking about is the duel system, there’s that for a pro-life activist, but not that for a Black Lives Matter protestor who maybe torches a federal building over the summer. So that disparity, that dichotomy is what sticks in people’s mind if you listen to them.” Wray responded, “I understand that people have their opinions. All I can tell you is that we have one standard, which is, irrespective of ideology, of politics, in this country, it doesn’t matter what you’re upset about or who you’re upset with, you don’t get to express that upset with violence. And so, we are agnostic as to the ideology and focused on the violence. And I will say, as to your description of FBI protocol, it is not unheard of for the FBI, for example, to use tactical agents, for example, — which is not what happened in Pennsylvania, by the way — for even a white-collar arrest. There are situations where white-collar arrests have resulted in shootings. So, there [are] a whole lot of things that [go] into the judgment about what is the way to conduct arrests safely and securely that are made, I think appropriately, by the career agents on the ground who have the closest visibility to the circumstances and the FBI has a long history of conducting those operations with a far better track record of safety than a lot of other agencies, precisely because those people take it so seriously and so meticulously.” Watch: As Sundance noted at The Conservative Treehouse: It is almost too difficult to encapsulate the amount of parseltongue that flows so easily from Director Wray.

Breitbart transcribed arguably the most ludicrous exchange:

Did Mike Pence Plant the Seed for a False Flag Attack Against the FBI? https://americanconservativemovement.com/did-mike-pence-plant-the-seed-for-a-false-flag-attack-against-the-fbi/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/did-mike-pence-plant-the-seed-for-a-false-flag-attack-against-the-fbi/#comments Fri, 19 Aug 2022 13:35:36 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=178718

Mike Pence gave a seemingly heartfelt speech the other day to defend the “rank-and-file” at the FBI and to call on people to stop attacking them. We can only assume he means we need to stop criticizing them since I do not recall physical attacks against FBI agents recently. So Pence wants us to accept what they do, blame Merrick Garland for political bias, and move on as if there isn’t really anything wrong with the bureau itself.

He said, “Our party stands with the men and women who stand on the thin blue line at the federal and state and local level, and these attacks on the FBI must stop. Calls to defund the FBI are just as wrong as calls to defund the police. I also want to remind my fellow Republicans, we can hold the attorney general accountable for the decision he made without attacking the rank-and-file law enforcement personnel at the FBI.”

Listen:

Pence claimed the Republican Party is the party of law and order. This is mostly true, especially compared to the lawless Democrat Party. But the FBI has demonstrated time and again that they are not an organization of law and order. They unleash their devious tactics on the American people in a way that can only be seen as a trial run for a near-future police state. Today’s FBI operates under the vision of Barack Obama who pictured a federal enforcement unit dedicated to keeping law-abiding citizens in line with the Deep State’s nefarious goals.

Pence claimed calls to defund the FBI are like calls to defund the police. This is absolutely wrong. The stark difference here is that the uniformity of tactics and goals of our centralized FBI are fundamentally corrupt. Actions of individual FBI agents are defended by the organization even when they’re universally opposed by the people.

On the flip side, actions by individual cops who go over the line are disavowed by their departments. Cops get fired for doing their jobs wrong. FBI agents get promoted for doing what the people believe to be wrong. Most problems we have with police are diverse and truly one-off while the problems we have with the FBI are systemic.

This is not about holding Merrick Garland, Christopher Wray, or a few “bad apples” at the top accountable, as Pence would have us believe. The reason that so many are calling to defund the FBI is because the rot pervades throughout the bureau.

A majority of Americans believe the FBI is the “personal gestapo” of the Biden regime, but this is inaccurate. Pence and others would have you believe that Biden and Garland have somehow transformed the FBI into what it is today, but they seem to forget that the Gretchen Whitmer fednapping plot happened under Donald Trump and Bill Barr. They forget that people like Ron Paul have been calling out the anti-American foundation of the FBI itself for decades, or that we’ve seen Gestapo-like actions from the FBI since its inception.

There have been about two dozen whistleblowers at the FBI that have come out in recent days. That may seem like a lot, but that means there are around 7,800 special agents and 11,000 other FBI employees who are either too weak to speak out against corruption, too incompetent to realize the corruption exists, or are political hacks themselves who relish in it all.

Julie Kelly over at American Greatness put out an important thread Thursday that highlights why Pence is wrong to say the problems at the FBI are limited and that the rank-and-file are just cops doing their jobs.

Hey @Mike_Pence you should have a chat with these women, tell them to stop criticizing the FBI!

And you need to defend the FBI investigator in the Whitmer case who beat up his wife in a drunken rage and was arrested after driving around town drunk before cops caught him. GOP must defend law enforcement no matter what!

And you should tell Brandon Caserta, one of the 2 men acquitted in Whitmer hoax, that he shouldn’t complain that he spent 18 months in prison after FBI entrapped him. He’s innocent but BACK THE BLUE!

Hey @Mike_Pence hundreds of Americans have been tormented by FBI over Jan 6. Here’s one: Tom Caldwell, a former Navy Lt. Comm, dragged out of his house, watched FBI agents point rifles at his wife standing in her nightgown. Who are they to complain?

Those four examples are telling and when I was putting together today’s show I started making a list of other clear-cut examples of total corruption within the organization itself. After finding a dozen incidents that proved the point, I realized that chances are strong our audience is already well-aware that the FBI makes political decisions to determine not only which cases they need to pursue, but which ones require a full-blown coverup in order to prevent others from pursuing them.

We saw this in its starkest form with the Hunter Biden laptop coverup. Lest we forget, they had the laptop in their possession since 2019. Under Bill Barr, they chose not to pursue it. Instead, they went after Rudy Giuliani, John Paul Mac Isaac, and others who wanted the truth to get out about Joe Biden. Hammering home more examples of FBI malfeasance simply isn’t necessary for an America First audience who knows the corruption runs deep.

Before aborting that angle of discussion, a few conspiratorial thoughts crossed my mind. Mike Pence may be a backstabbing RINO and a compromised politician, but he’s not an idiot. He had to realize that coming forth now in defense of the FBI would be politically damaging. He could have just as easily skipped the calls to stop attacking the FBI by simply saying Merrick Garland should be held accountable. That’s the type of milquetoast statement he’s made in the past. Why would he risk losing political points to defend the FBI?

The possible reason is not good. As both an agent of the Uniparty Swamp and a minion of the globalist elites, Pence is a tool to spread the messages the powers-that-be want heard. It was conspicuous to me when I first heard it that he said we must stop “attacking the rank-and-file,” but I couldn’t put my finger on what bothered me about it until I stepped back and put more pieces together. We’ve heard warnings since shortly after the Mar-a-Lago raid that domestic terrorists may target FBI headquarters or other federal buildings. We even heard an odd warning from the FBI and DHS about a possible dirty bomb attack. Looking at it all as a whole, it made me wonder if they have something planned.

If nothing happens, then Pence’s defense of the FBI will hang over him every time the bureau does something bad. But what if something happens? What if there are literal attacks against the rank-and-file at the FBI? Donald Trump has been hitting the FBI hard for their raid and his supporters have been outraged by the clear political bias they’ve demonstrated. If an actual terrorist attack DOES happen, Pence will be viewed as being on the right side of the matter for calling on people to stop attacking while Trump would be blamed for inciting the attacks.

Average Americans do not want to believe our own government would engage in false flag attacks despite decades of evidence that they do. Today, the United States is a powder keg of division that’s ready to blow up in the streets of cities across the country with one major inciting incident. Were the Mar-a-Lago raid, subsequent warnings of domestic terrorism, and Pence’s politically inexplicable statement of support for the FBI all seeds planted in preparation for a false flag attack that would put a target on the backs of every America First patriot?

God forbid.

Dividing America has been one of the intentions of the globalist elites for some time. The riots of the summer of 2020 were a trial run. Imagine if both sides of the political aisle were prompted to act out. Imagine if the civil war most Americans desperately want to avoid is prompted by a false flag attack and subsequent crackdown on America First patriots. In such a scenario, Mike Pence would have the opportunity to be “the great uniter” of the nation. He would be positioned to be installed into the White House in 2025.

They say when all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. It seems all the machinations and moving parts in the various plots against America bring me back to The Great Reset as the end goal. It’s possible that my single-mindedness to prevent that ugly future makes me see conspiracies in every shadow. Then again, perhaps the reason I and others see it like that is because it’s true.

Christopher Wray Testimony in Three Parts: Ignorance, Ineptitude, and OOPS GOTTA DASH OFF, TA TA! https://americanconservativemovement.com/christopher-wray-testimony-in-three-parts-ignorance-ineptitude-and-oops-gotta-dash-off-ta-ta/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/christopher-wray-testimony-in-three-parts-ignorance-ineptitude-and-oops-gotta-dash-off-ta-ta/#respond Thu, 04 Aug 2022 19:37:42 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=177759 Deep State FBI Director Christopher Wray testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee today. As expected, he dodged most questions. As expected, he played dumb when he needed to be while trying to hide the failures of the nation’s top law enforcement bureau. Unexpectedly, he hightailed out early.

It started with his expression of complete ignorance to recently unearthed evidence that the FBI is targeting those who display symbols of patriotism such as the Gonzales Battle Flag. Senator Ted Cruz called him out on it:

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) slams his boot on the table in opposition to FBI guidelines on symbols that indicate violent extremist groups: “I will self-report right now that everyday in the Senate I wear my boots that have the Gonzales battle flag on the back.”

It continued with an embarrassing show of ineptitude as Wray acknowledged the person in charge of the Detroit Field Office, who oversaw the botched entrapment of those involved in the Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping plot, has been promoted to the DC office and is now in charge of the January 6 investigation:

Wray admits to Ted Cruz that the FBI special agent in charge of the Detroit field office during the Whitmer kidnapping debacle is now in charge of the DC field office during the J6 investigation.

It concluded with Wray needing to bolt out of there because he allegedly had a plane to catch:

You have got to be kidding me. What is more important than answering questions about the FBI’s actions under oath from Senators elected by the American people, Director Wray?

As usual, nothing will come from this. We see Senate and House hearings and far too many patriots cheer the soundbites that come from them, but where’s the action? Where’s the accountability? Congressional “oversight” is supposed to identify corruption, incompetence, and waste, among other failures within executive departments and agencies. Then, it Congress is supposed to hold people accountable. Unfortunately, one of the primary jobs of Congress has been diminished to made-for-television “gotcha” moments and undeserved cheers from whichever political base is being entertained at the time.

ZERO members of the FBI have been truly held accountable for any of the wide array of follies they’ve engaged in over the past decade or longer. We’ve seen a few get slaps on the wrist or lucrative early retirements, but there have been crimes committed by FBI agents. When we talk about the two-tiered justice system that benefits elites, the intersectional, and leftists, we have to also include members of the Deep State who seem to have total immunity for any wrongdoings they commit.

This has to change. If Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, or some other America First patriot gets into the White House in 2025, their first job is to truly dismantle the Deep State. Some would say it’s impossible. I would say it’s never been tried. Even during Trump’s first term, he did little to actually drain the swamp. We can mark that down as inexperience or we can call it a total failure, but I’m hopeful that he or whoever sits in the Oval Office will make the destruction of the Deep State and the dismantling of the Bureaucratic State their top priority.

Then again, we may not make it to 2024, so it could all be moot.

We have arrived at a time in history when we must start taking actions as individuals, as American citizens. That requires bravery, coordination, and a willingness to do things many of us thought would never be necessary in the United States of America. It appears that unless something changes soon, we will have no other option.
