As it was written, Posse Comitatus does not allow for any constitutional exceptions. The U.S. military is not supposed to be involved with law enforcement activities in any capacity whatsoever, and yet the Congress-passed bill has been so watered down over the past 50 years or so that armed soldiers could soon become commonplace on the streets of America.

“The law allows only for express exceptions, and no part of the Constitution expressly empowers the president to use the military to execute the law,” explains the Brennan Center about how Posse Comitatus is supposed to work.

“This conclusion is consistent with the law’s legislative history, which suggests that its drafters chose to include the language about constitutional exceptions as part of a face-saving compromise, not because they believed any existed.”

Despite all this, the DoD has decided that there are constitutional exceptions of Posse Comitatus. And because nobody with any power is willing to do anything to stop the DoD, the militarization of America’s police forces will continue to expand like a frog boiling in a pot.

“The Department has long claimed that the Constitution implicitly gives military commanders ’emergency authority’ to unilaterally use federal troops ‘to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances’ when doing so is ‘necessary’ and prior authorization by the president is impossible,” the Brennan Center further says.

“In the past, the department also claimed an inherent constitutional power to use the military to protect federal property and functions when local governments could not or would not do so. The validity of these claimed authorities has never been tested in court.”

No, the DoD cannot legally override Congress

The DoD chipped away at what is arguably the last remaining power of Posse Comitatus with the recent implementation of Directive 5240.01, which appears to expand the power of the executive branch, in this case the Biden regime, to weaponize the U.S. military against American citizens.

Instead of only being allowed to deploy troops overseas to fight wars under the direction of Congress, the White House will now, it seems, be able to deploy troops to the streets of America to crack down on whatever nightmare is about to erupt as a result of the nation’s irreparable political divide.

The following new provisions were implemented under Directive 5240.01:

1. While assassination of Americans is strictly forbidden, the directive’s language allows for lethal actions to be used against Americans who are deemed as “imminent threats.”
2. The directive expands the definition of “national security threats,” aligning with the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) broader definition of domestic terrorism threats.
3. Any intelligence-sharing that could result in lethal force being used must first be approved by the Secretary of Defense. However, Component Heads are still allowed to act immediately using lethal force for up to 72 hours before obtaining approval.

“Imagine waking up to discover that the U.S. military has quietly been granted the authority to assist in domestic law enforcement activities – including the use of lethal force against U.S. citizens in certain circumstances,” reports Technocracy.news, citing GreenMedInfo.

“Now consider that this change was enacted just weeks before an election, already surrounded by concerns about unrest, civil liberties, and potential government overreach. This is the reality of DoD Directive 5240.01, reissued on September 27, 2024.”

In 1997, he published a book with Bill Strauss, “The Fourth Turning: An American Prophecy—What the Cycles of History Tell Us About America’s Next Rendezvous with Destiny.” In that book, he suggested five catalysts for a major crisis—and four of the five have already come to pass.

“One of our events was a crisis over the debt, which would issue forth in a new tea party movement,” Howe tells “The Daily Signal Podcast.” He calls it “just completely random that we happened to use that phrase,” which the tea party movement adopted in 2010.

“The other one was a WMD [weapon of mass destruction] attack on New York City,” Howe says, noting the eerie parallel with Sept. 11, 2001. “The other one was the [COVID-19] pandemic, and the fourth one was Russia invading a former Soviet republic,” such as Ukraine.

The final potential catalyst? “A nullification crisis, where one or more of the states would actually nullify federal regulation, which would lead to a new secession movement,” Howe says.

According to his generational theory, America should expect a major crisis about every 80-100 years, and we’re due for another “rendezvous with destiny” such as the Great Depression and World War II. He calls these periods “fourth turnings,” and they force society to create a new order in the civic “outer world” about 40 or 50 years after “awakenings” drive people inward, seeking order in their spiritual “inner worlds.”

Why a Civil War Is Likely

Howe notes that “our politics have taken on this kind of Manichaean style, where the red zone and blue zone are so mutually exclusive in their sense of themselves, their agenda for the nation’s future, that it hardly even matters who’s leading the party.” (“Manichaean” refers to the tendency to view one side as perfectly good and the other side as perfectly evil, and it traces back to a world religion that arose with the prophet Mani in the 200s A.D., which taught that the physical world is evil and the spiritual world is good.)

He cites Carl Becker, who wrote an essay in 1941, “The Dilemma of Modern Democracy.”

“When most of what you’re talking about is the width of sidewalks and the diameter of sewer pipes, just coordination issues, democracy works really well,” Howe says. “But when you’re talking about issues that virtually define who you are, it doesn’t work. He said no one is going to accede to a vote count that goes 51% against you.”

“You are not going to give up everything you believe in just because you came up three votes short,” he explains.

Howe says U.S. polarization reached similar levels in the 1770s, the 1850s, and the 1930s.

When The Daily Signal noted that American polarization doesn’t neatly fall along lines on a map like in the U.S. Civil War, Howe says the presence of blue cities in red states actually makes conflict more likely.

“One misconception people have is that civil wars require geographically separated places,” he notes. “This is not true, and take a look at the Spanish Civil War. That was a brutal, horrible war, and there was very little geographical contiguity about it. … It was like honeycombed. The civil war in China was the same way.”

Even in the U.S. Civil War, there were “civil wars within states,” especially in “border states.”

“And actually, your point about blue zone cities within red zone states or vice versa is a classic reason why civil wars get touched off, and why they are never resolved amicably,” Howe says.

Problems for World in U.S. Civil War

“There are two ways in which we enter this fourth turning very differently from earlier fourth turnings, which are worrying,” Howe says.

First, he notes, “government is so huge going into this fourth turning,” while most fourth turnings require government to ramp up in order to face existential threats.

Second, he notes “the size and global power of our military” make the U.S. a central player in world affairs, so a U.S. Civil War will have massive ramifications across the globe.

“If it requires our forces around the world to stand down for six months, the entire world will remake itself,” he says. “The entire world, for better or for worse, depends upon our presence to be what it is.”

Howe also notes that during a civil war, one side often asks for external help: “This is a rule through all civil wars.”

So, When Would Civil War Start?

The Daily Signal asked Howe why the “mini starter crises” of 9/11, the tea party movement, COVID-19, and the Ukraine war did not “catch fire” and ignite the massive existential crisis that defines a fourth turning.

“The survival of the country has to be at stake,” the author says.

“With regard to World War II, I think FDR made the case—it was very persuasive for the country—we did not want to be the only democracy left on earth,” he explains.

“This is the way incentives work,” Howe says. “You’ve got to feel everything’s on the line to push you to do something.”

Things have to come to a head in order to force people to come together and create a new order in society. How exactly that will happen is yet to be determined.

As we have seen in Europe (mainly France), any perceived shift towards conservative influence in government will undoubtedly result in riots from the political left.  The media has so infected the minds of progressives that they truly believe conservatives intend to “end democracy” and launch an era of fascism.  So, in their view, all violence against conservatives (and even moderates) is justified.

Of course, their aggression and hysteria is only inspiring conservatives to respond with aggression in kind.  This is where the potential for civil conflict arises.  One side says only they are exalted enough to be allowed to dictate policy and law and that side’s ideology embraces moral relativism, so you can see where this thing is headed.  People are eventually going to fight back; they have no choice.

In the meantime, I suspect the rioting and looting America dealt with in 2020 will be a cakewalk in comparison to what we will see going into November 2024 and beyond.  Leftists claim they are “protecting democracy” but you will see very quickly that as soon as democracy doesn’t go their way they will abandon it in a heartbeat and try to win using other methods.

This means potential supply chain disruptions in major cities as well as no-go areas in many retail districts.  Sure, you might be able to get into a neighborhood to shop, but will you be able to leave?  And, will those suppliers even have any goods on hand? Or, will the stores be turned into empty husks?

One rising trend that should have all business owners and preppers on alert is the use of social media apps to coordinate seemingly spontaneous looting events.  These events can be organized within hours, encouraging some of the worst people to congregate and strike a business block without ever meeting each other before.  What I worry about is that these methods will expand beyond chain stores and local government buildings.

Travel routes will come under threat, freight could be targeted, and we may even see looters and rioters move into residential areas further away from the city center.  Supply chain issues will surely arise.  At the very least there will be concerns among freight drivers that they are taking a risk carrying truckloads of valuable resources into places where they could be surrounded by an angry mob and hijacked (or worse).

Large scale crime in general is bad for the economy.  As we’ve witnessed in cities like Chicago and San Francisco, unchecked crime forces companies to move out of a region and leave those places barren.  They call it a “food desert” where tens of thousands of people have no access to groceries or retail goods without traveling much further than usual.  Looting and rioting are an accelerated version of this scenario.  Once stores are looted or burned, they may never try to rebuild.

Necessities like long-term food storage are an obvious solution.  Even those that don’t believe a substantial crisis will happen cannot deny that there have been many incidents in the past few years where people’s resource access was unexpectedly disrupted. If you were living in the wrong place at the wrong time in 2020, you might have had protests and riots in your neighborhood that stopped you from leaving home or that destroyed nearby businesses.

What I am describing, though, is a much larger number of incidents with a longer duration than 2020.  I’m talking about prolonged civil unrest and I predict this will become the norm going into next year.

Don’t count on the government to provide sufficient aid.  Don’t count on FEMA rations or a national guard response that does anything other than exacerbate the problem.  Don’t rely on outside help – You’ll regret it.

Instead, put together a three week, three month, and one year survival plan.  Start small and work your way up and make sure you have at least some family or friends onboard.  There are different levels of civil unrest.  Sometimes it starts as a less malicious redress of grievances, but often it becomes a vehicle for random destruction.  The best way to counter indiscriminate violence is with directed and focused self defense, along with the proper supplies to keep you going until things calm down.

Also, don’t think just because you live in the suburbs or a rural town that these threats don’t concern you.  In Argentina during their economic collapse in 2001, gangs of looters stalked rural areas with impunity while cities ground to a standstill.  In the US we have similar circumstances in which economically and politically motivated bad actors could be inspired to sabotage normal services in the face of limited law enforcement opposition.

Organize accordingly and keep your own supplies ready.  There are plenty of people out there that think they are owed something.  They think they are owed a political win, or social power, or maybe they just think they’re owed access to other people’s stuff.  Right now, the US is a powderkeg waiting to go off and a grotesque sense of entitlement is the fuse.

If you know the signs to watch out for, you can observe a build-up of tensions and hostilities before SHTF in your neighborhood. Be observant so you have enough time to get your preps and emergency plans in order. (h/t to AskAPrepper.com)

But even the most experienced prepper who is vigilant can still be taken by surprise once a civil war starts. To help you prepare for a civil war, here are some tips to follow:

Make sure your family is safe

When chaos starts and bullets start flying, your priority will be your security and safety. Once you are safe, you can then make sure that your family is safe and secure.

Before SHTF, finalize a contingency plan so that when disaster strikes, your family knows what to do even if everyone is separated and you have no way to communicate with each other.

Run drills and make sure all family members know what to do and where to go. Your plan will be foolproof if everyone follows it and no one deviates from it unless absolutely necessary.

For your plan to work, you should get constant updates on the whereabouts of each family member. While you don’t have to monitor them 24/7, you should at least inform each other about your whereabouts every hour or so.

To avoid disturbing each other with constant calls, set up a family group chat where you can let everyone know where you are. When SHTF, you can quickly check your messages to confirm the whereabouts of your family members.

Once you confirm their locations, you can easily estimate how long it will take them to get home based on the situation in your area.

Once your family is safe together, start securing other aspects of your situation, like your survival supplies, comms plan and bug-out or evacuation plan. (Related: Prepping tips: Scavenging in the city when SHTF.)

Secure and hide your food supply

When civil war breaks out, all factions fighting against each other will need more food, water, medical supplies and ammo. If they find out you are a prepper, they might target your home to steal your supplies.

Before things go south, plan ahead and secure food, water and other essential supplies. Keep them well hidden but still accessible. Don’t tell anyone about your stockpile or armed groups will want to take them for their cause.

Keep your preps a secret by building or preparing a hidden room to bury caches. If this isn’t possible, hide your supplies somewhere else, like your basement or a spare room at home.

Another option is to leave a decoy cache that is easy to find so anyone who decides to steal your stockpiles will have something to take. Hopefully, this should be enough and they don’t look elsewhere.

At the start of a civil war, many items will be restricted or banned by governments or factions that have seized control over your area. Some examples are:

• Alcohol
• Fuel
• Radios and other communications gear
• Tactical gear
• Various items used as ingredients for explosive or incendiary devices
• Weapons and ammunition

Once you notice signs of impending chaos and civil war, conceal these items if you have them in your stockpile. Should you encounter soldiers going door to door, having these items in your possession could result in you being jailed, having your possessions taken or being executed on the spot.

Protect yourself by getting rid of these items or hiding them well to avoid any danger.

Comms security

During a civil war or armed conflict, radio communications, including amateur radio, are one of the first things that will become illegal.

In some cases, even possessing a shortwave receiver could be illegal. However, effective communication will be essential during a civil war so you need to learn how to use an amateur radio covertly.

Do your research and learn how to set up and use covert antennas. You also need to have a plan for how you will communicate with family and other prepping groups during the conflict.

Ask experienced preppers for tips on how to deal with direction-finding and jamming equipment. When SHTF, it won’t take much for others to triangulate your position and find your location. Make sure your comms plan allows you to stay updated on the changing situation as civil war intensifies.

Your comms plan should also allow you to maintain effective two-way communication with other preppers. If the front lines of battle start moving too close, you can monitor your comms and bug out before the chaos reaches your location.

Listen to shortwave radio broadcasts to get a good overall picture of where the fighting is. Good comms will also help you find out where the safe zones are and monitor news from outside the country.

Fortify your home

When SHTF, you must be able to protect your family and property from those who wish to do you harm. This means getting firearms, learning how to use them and securing your property to keep out trespassers.

While setting up a seven-foot wall fence around your property may seem like a good idea, this can make your home a target for potential looters. Having a giant fence makes it harder for someone to trespass on your property, but it is also one of the most obvious signs that you have things worth stealing.

If you want to build a fence to protect your home and property, try to make it look as innocent as possible. Settle for a sturdy chain link or a tall wooden fence.

When SHTF, you can add barbed wire or spikes on the top to prevent trespassers from scaling the fence.

Alternatively, you can use your lawn to your advantage by landscaping defensively. This means planting shrubs and trees strategically to provide shade and give you more privacy.

Take note that people might use your plants to conceal themselves so you need to be smart with your landscaping. When planting hedges and trees, make sure they won’t block your view of potential intruders.

Choose defensive plants with a lot of protective thorns and prickles. These can help deal damage to anyone attempting to break into your home.

Here are some of the best defensive plants to grow around your property:

• Bougainvillea
• Century plant
• Firethorn
• Spanish bayonet
• Tomato porcupine

Don’t forget to improve your door security by installing sturdy deadbolt locks and using longer set screws for door hinges and strike plates. If possible, install door jammers so you can buy more time in case of an attempted break-in.

As for windows, you can secure them with security film. Plant cacti or thorny bushes beneath first-floor windows to keep out trespassers.

Finalize your bug-out plan

If it’s too dangerous to stay at home, you may have no choice but to bug out during a civil war.

This may be your last resort if your home is located in the middle of two warring factions that show no sign of giving up their attacks.

Bugging out after a natural disaster is difficult, but during a war, it will be more complex. Before things go south, you may need several unique and independent routes and methods to escape the conflict as you bug out.

When drafting your plan, consider that you will probably not be able to use your preferred mode of transportation. This means if you plan to drive out of the danger zone, you should also have a plan B to get to your bug-out location.

The chances of civil war are exceptionally low and they don’t happen suddenly. This means you will have plenty of time to get your preps and plans ready before you find yourself in the middle of a warzone.

During a televised, prime-time speech Thursday night, Joe Biden declared war on “MAGA Republicans.” He didn’t use the word “war,” but his rhetoric was the most divisive we have ever heard from a U.S. President. He didn’t go after his political opponents as his predecessors often did. Instead, he went after the people who support his biggest political opponent and by doing so declared a de facto civil war.

That’s not hyperbole. Responses from both the left and right have been as one would expect from such a speech. The left, hungry for some semblance of a rallying cry or perceived victory after over a year-and-a-half of massive political failures, viewed this speech as the rallying cry to go after America First patriots. The right, which received the full force of direct insults from our supposed Commander-in-Chief, has been reloaded with righteous indignation. We were attacked and we’re preparing for the attacks to get worse now.

This could be the beginning of the end for the United States of America. That is not hyperbole, either. The globalist elites clearly instructed the White House to unleash dispensable Joe Biden, putting words on a teleprompter that could spark the implosion they desperately want. His handlers were instructed to juice him up, make him sound angry, and give him enough stimulants to keep his energy high throughout.

Their purpose is to begin the controlled demolition of this nation. They are trying to either spark violence from the political right or, more likely, to set the stage for near-future false flag attacks that will be blamed on “MAGA Republicans.” This is the most dangerous example of a Hegelian Dialectic that we’ve ever witnessed in this nation.

We have two choices: Watch it all unfold or launch a revolution. It really comes down to whether there will be a civil war or a revolutionary war, and yes, they are very different. The powers-that-be want civil war. That would pit brother versus brother, left versus right. A revolutionary war would pit the people against a tyrannical government. We want to see the latter but we much prepare for the former.

Civil War or Revolution?

As I’ve said on multiple shows recently, civil war is exactly what the globalist elites want. They need America to be weakened or destroyed in order to realize their goals of fully ushering in The Great Reset across the globe, and they don’t care whether we’re around to be a part in it or not. They just want us out of the way.

Civil war is the easiest way to achieve this. As I’ve said in the recent past, we must avoid civil war at all costs but we cannot dismiss it as a possibility. As smart people of the past have said, “Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.”

In the ideal scenario for the globalist elites, some America First patriots commit acts of domestic terrorism in response to the Mar-a-Lago raid, a future arrest of Donald Trump, or even this divisive speech by Joe Biden. We must not take the bait. Unfortunately, the powers-that-be have rigged the game and will likely initiate a false flag attack to blame on “MAGA Republicans.”

This is why Biden’s speech was so important to them. They NEEDED this speech to set the stage for whatever is next. Now, they have the seeds planted to suspend disbelief. A good chunk of Americans are sheep being led to the slaughter, so they’ll buy the narrative that “MAGA Republicans” are to be blamed. They’ll suspend disbelief and move forward against us. This is why we need to act quickly.

It’s time for a revolution. We have to start acting like our own government is out to get us because they are. It would be impossible for us to win an actual kinetic war against the massive forces arrayed against us which is why our only recourse outside of prayer is to get as actively involved in the information war as possible. We need to spread the word and convince people, left or right, that now is the time to do what most consider to be impossible: Stand against our own powerful government.

It can only be done by the masses. Small pockets of resistance will not lead to a proper revolution. People often get scared by the very word “revolution,” just as they did when a tiny minority of patriots wanted to fight back against the British ahead of the American Revolution. But at this point we have no other choice. They’re going to keep coming after us. They’re going to make things worse and worse until we push back and say enough.

Thankfully, this revolution does not need to be kinetic. We fight through civil disobedience, lawsuits, protests, and ringing the alarm bells as loudly as possible. Everyone must be made to understand that the Biden-Harris regime is not on the side of the American people. Those we reach do not have to be MAGA-hat-wearing Trump supporters, though they’ll obviously be the easiest to convince. Everyone must be talked to and an effort must be made to convince them that the federal government is out to control every American citizen. Those who are compliant with or even giddy about being told what to do by federal tyrants will not be safe. They’ll just be fed to the lions last.

This message is not an easy one to deliver, but we must try. The alternative is to head for the hills, and while that might not be a terrible idea I cannot willingly abandon the masses without trying to preserve the foundation of this nation. It may be futile, but we owe it to those who sacrificed before us to try to keep this nation from imploding.

If the globalists get their way, we’re all doomed. They’ve backed us into a corner. We can either lay down and hope someone does something, or we can do something about it ourselves.

The people are waking up like never before, which means the deep state must try to invoke more violence than ever before. This is why the narrative is being promulgated that claims conservatives are “semi-fascists,” even though the real fascism comes from the radical Left that rigged the election, destroyed America’s economy with covid lockdowns and shattered the First Amendment by ordering Big Tech to censor all dissenting views.

Now, the deep state wants to bait Americans into an armed, violent uprising. They’re got the tools to achieve it, too, since deep state jerk-offs are, in fact, master baiters. The coming indictment of President Trump is part of the provocation scheme designed to whip up the American people into an emotional state of revolt. And if that’s not enough, my sources tell me Democrats are making a highly organized attempt to rig the 2022 midterms and maintain control over both the House of the Senate, after which gun confiscation laws will be passed and signed into law to further provoke American conservatives into an attempted uprising.

It is critical that We the People do not fall for the provocations. Violence is what the regime wants to provoke, which means violence is exactly what we must reject. This is a time for all real Americans to “go Gandhi” against the corrupt establishment and demand the dismantling and banishing of this authoritarian, Marxist system of selective prosecutions and government-sponsored terrorism that has been weaponized against American conservatives.

CLAIM: IRS agents plan to arrest and prosecute Americans for failure to pay new “assault weapons” taxes

Over the weekend, I was told from a reliable, embedded source that the Democrats, if they hold the House and Senate, plan to pass new “assault weapons” legislation that would require nationwide registration and tax payments for each rifle (or pistol capable of holding more than 10 rounds) that a person owns. If this passes, anyone obeying the new law would effectively violate their own Fifth Amendment rights by testifying against themselves via registration of their firearms. Failure to register or pay new firearm taxes would result in one of the new 87,000 IRS agents visiting your home and arresting you at gunpoint for “tax evasion.” (This explains the need for 87,000 new IRS agents and why they need to be trained in the use of “deadly force” against the American people.)

This effort is not designed to actually confiscate all the guns, I’m told, but rather to anger the American people so much that they revolt against the government, thereby creating the chaos that the regime needs to declare an active insurrection and invoke a form of martial law that would see US troops operating on the streets of America.

Essentially, the Biden regime is trying to “J6” half the country and throw as many conservatives, Christians and pro-2A people as possible into gulags and death camps (formerly known as “quarantine camps” under covid, of course). The regime is merely one crisis away from pulling this off.

Remember that Democrats project all their own evil intentions onto their political opponents. When Democrats claim that conservatives are “a threat to democracy,” it’s because Democrats are trashing democracy. (They rigged the 2020 election with ballot stuffing mules, after all.) When they claim conservatives are violent, it’s because radical Leftists are violent. (Antifa, anyone?) When they claim conservatives don’t value children, it’s because Democrats themselves want to mutilate and murder children via transgender surgeries and abortions.

Every accusation the Democrats hurl at conservatives is actually a description of their own dark intentions.

The coming October false flag – can it be stopped?

In addition to the warnings described above — which would take place after the midterm elections — there’s a new warning emerging about an October surprise false flag attack that’s being engineered to portray conservatives and gun owners as violent terrorists. The media narrative is already being put into place on this, as you may have noticed, and the FBI is running a Whitmer-style false flag plot to recruit disenfranchised conservatives and make them the patsies in a large-scale bombing or shooting of some kind that will be tailor made for CNN and the media to push the final “conservatives are terrorists” narrative.

Nobody is better at plotting and carrying out large-scale acts of terrorism in America than the FBI itself, which of course masterminded the 1993 Twin Towers bombing, the Oklahoma City bombing, the Waco affair (with the help of the ATF) and the 9/11 attack in NYC. The FBI was behind each of them, running the ops, recruiting the “terrorists” and providing intelligence, hardware and technical assistance to carry out the attacks.

This new false flag attack is likely to be carried out just in time to strongly affect the early November midterm elections, and the staged terrorism event will be used as justification to arrest as many conservative podcasters (Gavin McInnes, anyone?), social media influencers and anyone to whom some level of “revolt” talk can be attributed. The First Amendment be damned, the Biden regime is going to say that any conservatives who merely expressed disagreement with the Biden regime are by definition guilty of yelling fire in a crowded theater and subject to arrest, even if they had nothing at all to do with whatever event unfolds.

That’s the mega-false flag event that’s being planned, I’m told. At the same time, there still exist white hat forces inside the FBI, DOJ, Pentagon, police forces, law enforcement, etc., who have a real shot at frustrating or even halting this effort. There’s a civil war right now inside the FBI and the Pentagon (both), and with each passing day, more and more government agents are realizing if they don’t get on the side of freedom and the rule of law, they will watch their own country go down in flames in the coming chaos. The worst deep state actors are rapidly running out of friends, and it is notable that even J6 wasn’t able to be pulled off like they had hoped. It fizzled. And the same may happen with the October surprise being planned. (Let us pray for peace and wisdom so that all those who are able to see can discern the truth about what’s happening and thereby help stop it.)

Improved election integrity in multiple states is also a positive factor

Notably, nearly two dozen US states have passed laws improving election integrity since the stolen 2020 election, and this may be a decisive factor in preventing the Dems from successfully rigging the midterms. If the GOP can seize the House — even without the Senate — the Biden regime’s most nefarious plans for gun confiscations and a civil war revolt are sent back to the drawing board. For this reason, voting for GOP candidates is critical to saving America, even as much as we are all fed up with the RINOs and the jellyfish spines of conservative lawmakers who seem utterly incapable of doing anything useful when they gain power.

In addition, many mainstream news publishers have seen enough of the lawlessness of the Democrats to start sounding the alarm. The WSJ, incredibly, is now calling out the FBI for its unjustifiable raid on Mar-a-Lago, as it seems the radical deep staters on the Left have gone too far even for Wall Street. After all, even the WSJ knows that a civil war or martial law is bad for markets, and as much as the WSJ pushes the mainstream narrative on almost everything (vaccines, Ukraine, etc.), it has obviously come to realize that if we don’t stop this lawlessness by the Democrats, whatever free market foundation still surviving in America is likely to be obliterated.

Tyranny is bad for business, in other words. Especially when you know where this is going: Price controls for food and fuel, followed by government seizure of private producers, resulting in full-blown fascism / communism as the government seizes the means of production and plunged America into a Venezuela-like collapse scenario, run by authoritarian tyrants who answer to anti-human globalists.

Many in the mainstream who have been anti-Trump for the last six years are now suddenly realizing that the Democrats aren’t going to stop at destroying Trump… they’re going to destroy America! Thus, they must be stopped simply out of a concern for self-preservation.

So the good news is that the most nefarious plans of the radical Marxists aren’t guaranteed to succeed. There are powerful forces now lining up against them, which is precisely why they’re pulling a “Hail Mary” false flag attempt to demonize conservatives and seize even more federal power under the next declared emergency. Critically, gun owners, Trump supporters and Christians need to stay calm and refuse to be cajoled into acts of violence. If they stay calm and resist the violence, the Biden regime ends up burying itself under corruption and fraud, and the American people have a real chance at restoring their constitutional republic.

Patriots are rightly angry with and frustrated by the attacks happening to Donald Trump. The Deep State seems bent on destroying him and they’re coming after all of us as well. But one of their primary steps along the way to achieving total control is to compel America First patriots into either participating in some form of civil war or disavowing such things and falling in line.

We can fight this. On today’s episode of The JD Rucker Show, I covered five ways we can fight them without sparking the civil war the powers-that-be so desperately want.

Before I get into those things, there are some preliminary considerations to keep in mind. First and foremost, the powers-that-be WANT a limited form of civil war. They may not (or perhaps they may) want large militia groups storming cities or hunkering down in impenetrable compounds, but they do want violence and acts of domestic terrorism to take place to justify whatever crackdown they impose against us.

Second, they want to split America First patriots into two groups. The first group are those who will remain silent and complacent out of fear of being targeted. These patriots won’t really fight back, so they’ll be allowed to exist in the totalitarian world envisioned by the globalist elites. The second groups are those of us who won’t sit back idly and who won’t comply. They want us jailed or dead.

The third consideration is that Donald Trump is very likely to be indicted. They seem willing to do anything, including manufacturing charges and arresting the rightful president, just to make sure they take us over our breaking point. If you think things are bad now, imagine if Trump is frog-marched.

Lastly, it’s important that we do not take for granted that our fellow America First patriots are aware of any of this. Spread the word. If we let emotions drive our actions as a movement, we will be quickly and completely quashed. Today’s show may be the most important one I’ve done in regards to immediate implications. We need to remain calm and act from intellect rather than pure anger. With that said, here are the five ways we can fight back without sparking a civil war.

Expect manipulation or a full-blown false flag

Warnings were issued over the weekend about anticipated domestic terrorism attacks. These warnings all pointed to angry “right-wing extremists” who are upset over the Mar-a-Lago raid.

It may be true that some are planning an attack. As I said, we’re rightly angry and some people turn their anger into violence. But I’m much more concerned about false flag or prompted attacked. We’ve had glimpses of what the feds are willing to do to take us down. The Gretchen Whitmer “fednapping” plot exposed their willingness to take anger and try to funnel it into illegal action. Their efforts to turn the January 6 mostly peaceful protest into an “insurrection” is well documented. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. What else have they done in order to incite criminal activity?

The most concerning part of their warnings is that they mentioned a “dirty bomb” that could be used near a government building or FBI headquarters. This was very peculiar because dirty bombs aren’t exactly easy to make. While they do not require the technical expertise of building a nuclear weapon, the materials necessary are equally difficult to acquire. Which is more likely, that a militia group reacting to Mar-a-Lago or a future indictment of Donald Trump got their hands on nuclear materials or that the feds are preparing for a false flag attack?

We need more RALLIES where they will get coverage

Generally speaking, rallies are considered positive events and protests are considered to be negative. The media will treat them the same. While our natural reaction may be to hold protests in front of government buildings, it makes more sense to hold rallies.

More people will come and the chances of things turning violent are lower. It may just be a simple relabeling, but it makes a difference in the potential outcomes. We can still get angry and voice our frustrations at rallies. Setting the mindset that we’re going out to support our president rather than to attack the FBI means we’ll get better optics, more attendance, and a reduced chance that the Deep State will get the attacks they want at these events.

Make GOP lawmakers and candidates acknowledge this is THE issue

I can count on two hands the number of Republican politicians who are really fighting for us. There are good candidates out there, especially at the local level, but even then we don’t know for sure that their campaigns will translate into action if put into office.

To me, this whole situation is a litmus test. Those who are out there getting ready to investigate the FBI and other organizations if the GOP takes control of the House or Senate are potentially good. The reason I say “potentially” is because even people like Mitch McConnell pretended to go after Obamacare all the way until he had a president who would actually sign a repeal. Then, we learned it was all talk.

We’ll have to see if they’re willing to take action, but at the very least they need to be talking about it. This represents an existential threat to America. Any Republican who isn’t screaming about the raid or the corrupt Department of Justice is compromised or complicit. THIS is the issue they need to be railing against right now.

Some will say that the economy is more important. I don’t disagree in the long-term, but here’s the thing. There’s only so much they can do about the economy. Even if they take control of the House and/or Senate, that will only act to stop more bad policies from coming to pass. They won’t be able to reverse anything, so the trajectory we’re on can only be slowed even with a massive red wave. But exposing and possibly even taking down the Deep State will require time and there’s none left to waste. They can do that with majorities. They can hold hearings and expose corruption. This is why in the short term it’s a more important issue.

Learn and share the FACTS about the raid to help “normies” understand

I could (and perhaps someday I should) write a book about the various versions of malfeasance committed by the Deep State in general and the FBI in particular. This isn’t new and spans many decades. But since the Obama regime was in office, we’ve seen a sharp rise in how badly they’ve treated the American people. They act like all of us are the enemies instead of the people they’re supposed to be protecting.

Until my not-yet-guaranteed book comes out, it’s up to you all to do the research and educate your friends and family. There are so many aspects of this raid and other recent actions by the Deep State that corporate media simply won’t cover. For example, the FBI unit that committed the raid happens to be the same unit that participated in much of Russiagate. Can we really say that’s just a coincidence?

Join or form patriot groups that want peace AND justice

This is where we get into dangerous territory. We all need to join or even build groups of patriots to act locally. Unfortunately, any time someone talks about groups of patriots, we’ve been conditioned to believe that must mean a militia group. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with militia groups, for the record. However, there’s still a stigma surrounding them that can make some people skittish.

What we need are peaceful groups who will help organize rallies, file lawsuits, and expose the Deep State to as many people as possible. That’s always challenging because most America First patriots are naturally individualists and groups are often built around collectivist mentalities, but we need friends and allies at the local level, especially if the crap starts hitting the fan.

Most importantly

As always, pray through it all. With the Lord’s help, we can fight this juggernaut of corrupt power. As long as we keep our heads cool and our minds working properly, the actions of the Deep State can be dealt with appropriately.

Let me state up front that I am not CALLING for civil war in this article or on the latest episode of The JD Rucker Show. I simply think it is unavoidable at this stage in American history so regardless of where any individual stands on the topic, they need to be prepared for what’s to come.

Who Are Our Enemies?

We need to understand who we are fighting if we stand a chance at winning. Most in the FBI, corporate media, the Democrat Party, and even many Republicans are willing participants, but they are just pawns. They are told this is about stopping Trump or enforcing the rule of law, whatever it takes for them to suspend disbelief in how wrong this all is. They just need a bit of justification and they’ll jump through whatever hoops they’re ordered to jump through.

Those in the Deep State control apparatus, leaders of the Uniparty Swamp, and executives in corporate media and Big Tech are the knights, bishops, and rooks being moved around the chess board by the powers-that-be, the globalist elites like Barack Obama and Klaus Schwab. They know enough to realize this isn’t just about Trump. They understand the plan well enough to know they are participating in evil, but they’re okay with it because they’ve been promised fortunes and power for their compliance.

The real force behind the raid and everything they’ve been trying to do to us since even before January 6, 2021, are those globalist elites who manufactured a Biden-Harris victory. These are the architects of The Great Reset, the powers and principalities behind the Liberal World Order. We must understand that the World Economic Forum, the Council for Inclusive Capitalism, and other globalist elites are pulling all the strings and calling all the shots.

What Are Their Goals?

Stopping Trump in 2024 is just a cover story to get most of their pawns to play ball. It’s just the cherry on top of their globalist sundae. In reality, it’s America First patriots and Christians who are the long-term targets. They are using Trump to enrage us, to get us to do something stupid like blowing up a federal building, so they can justify martial law and engaging in their FBI police state as well as their upcoming IRS economic police state.

The true motive is division. They want patriots to self-identify so they can determine which of us can be controlled and which must be eliminated. This was prompted by their January 6 operation and has led us to the attacks against Donald Trump today. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to stand up and fight back. If we self-identify through our actions, we will be persecuted. But if we hide our feelings and try to play ball, we will be oppressed. If we’re going to face tyranny one way or another, I choose to fight it.

This is all about taking down the United States of America. You can’t build back better or have a great reset until everything comes tumbling down. They want America to implode with riots, violence, and polarization that rips through the nation. This is why a civil war is a bad idea. It’s also why a civil war may be necessary.

What Does a Modern Civil War Look Like?

Obviously, there won’t be armies coming together in separate geographic locations. During the original Civil War, the sides were clearly marked and grouped together. The civil war they have planned for us today will have combatants intermingled. That will sow chaos unlike anything we’ve ever seen.

There is likely to be domestic terrorism. And no, I’m not talking about the FBI’s current definition. I’m referring to real domestic terrorism, and there will be no way to know for sure if it really is the action of Trump supporters or false flags put forth by the Deep State to implicate Trump supporters.

We will see neighbor-vs-neighbor fights over political ideology. It’s already happening, of course, but it will get far worse as the division they’re stoking gets hotter and hotter.

There will be battles between the federal government and some states. Those governors and state legislatures that are truly willing to fight for the people — and unfortunately that list won’t include all red states — will do what they can to sue the White House and its departments. They will sign executive orders and pass legislation. We may get some wins for the sake of federalism, but we may also suffer some major losses. It’s hard to know how that will play out just yet.

But as more Americans are put on lists and the so-called risk of “domestic terrorism” rises in the form of fearmongering narratives, we will se more 4am raids on patriots. It won’t just be the high-profile targets like Roger Stone or Peter Navarro. They will be hitting as many average Joe Americans as possible. We’ve seen what happens when nations embrace this police state authoritarianism and the United States is showing major signs of following suit. The jackboots are coming.

We could be in for massive chaos as a result of all this. The modern day version of civil war will not be fought on battlefields but on the streets of cities and in suburban neighborhoods. All the while, the economy will continue to falter, driving even more strife, anger, and desperation.

What Should We Do?

First and foremost, those who are not born-again Christians must make the choice as soon as possible. Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and repent of your sins.

Then, start localizing your life. As easy as it is to just order from Amazon or run down to Costco, it behooves us to assume our local economy is the one that must be preserved as best we can. That means trading in the trip to a Walmart Supercenter for a longer drive to hit up multiple local businesses on your way to the farmers’ market.

This serves two purposes. First, your money is going to those around you, those who can be allies if things really do hit the fan. Second, it allows you the opportunity to make friends with people who can help you in the future, or who you can help if you can. There was a time not too long ago when buying food directly from a local farmer was common. There was a time not too long ago when people bought their supplies from their neighbors who happened to own businesses. We need to connect more with the people around us and less with people on social media.

Make family, friends, and allies aware of the need to get prepared. That doesn’t necessarily mean warning them that we’re on the verge of civil war since some will think you’re crazy, but talking about supply chain concerns or food shortages is an easy gateway through which we can start the conversations.

Find local groups to join, churches to support, and organizations to harness. It’s important that everyone with the means must do what they can to prevent themselves from being beholden to government. With dependency comes oppression, and those who are dependent and oppressed will not be great freedom fighters.
