Mark Davis, president of Georgia-based Data Productions Inc., has pushed for Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office to investigate his data since May 2021. Davis says he inquired again earlier this month after finding evidence of the same problems in Georgia’s 2021 and 2022 elections.

“The same thing is going to happen again in 2024,” Davis, who earlier this year scored a legal victory over the Stacey Abrams-founded group Fair Fight Action– told The Daily Signal. “I first brought this up to the State Elections Board in 2002. You can’t fix a problem if you don’t admit you have a problem.”

“The secretary of state doesn’t want to address this because it happened on his watch,” he said of Raffensperger. “I don’t know why he’s being like that. It’s happened on everyone’s watch.”

Georgia is expected to be among the most closely contested states in the 2024 presidential election. In 2020, Joe Biden carried the state over Donald Trump by 11,000 votes.

Davis, who earlier this year scored a legal victory over the Stacey Abrams-founded group Fair Fight Action, analyzed voting records based on data from the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office and the U.S. Postal Service. He had talked about the data in an affidavit used by the Trump campaign in disputing the outcome of the 2020 election in Georgia.

Davis provided The Daily Signal with his updated numbers as of February. They show that out of the 34,869 voters who cast ballots in the wrong jurisdiction, 4,696 who voted at a previous address in 2020 now are confirmed to have registered at the new address or have driver’s license information reflecting a change of address form with the Postal Service.

In May 2021, Davis’ analysis  of voting and postal records showed that a total of 10,018 Georgia voters cast ballots in 2020 using an old address but whose voter registration or driver’s license information now matches their new address. That means that now, 14,714 is the total confirmed number of voters whose registration or driver’s license information matches a change of address form, although they voted unlawfully at an old address, according to Davis’ analysis.

“As discussed Friday, attached is a file of 34,869 records I would like the Secretary of State’s Office to investigate for residency issues relating to the November general election,” Davis wrote in a May 10, 2021, email to Gabe Sterling, chief operating officer for Raffensperger’s office, months after the election outcome was settled. “Many of these voters may also have had the same residency issues when they cast votes in previous elections as well.”

Voting from the wrong address usually occurs when someone votes at a polling place assigned to a previous residence rather than a current address. Willfully providing false information on a voter certificate is a felony under Georgia law punishable by up to 10 years’ imprisonment and a $100,000 fine.

Georgia law states that someone may vote in his or her former jurisdiction only if the move occurred within 30 days of the election.

Voting rules posted on county governments’ websites say:

If you move outside the county in which you are registered to vote within 30 days of an election, you may vote in your old precinct for that election. If you move outside the county in which you are registered to vote in excess of 30 days prior to an election, you have lost your eligibility to vote in the county of your old residence. You must register to vote in your new county of residence. You will be assigned a new voting precinct and polling location. Remember, if you don’t register to vote by the deadline, you cannot vote in that particular election.

Putting aside statewide races, Davis stressed that voting in the wrong county means that some cast ballots for offices such as sheriff, district attorney, and state legislator that don’t represent them. These voters, he said, conceivably could vote in favor of county tax increases they won’t pay.

In what became an infamous phone call to Raffensperger and other Georgia officials on Jan. 2, 2021, in the remaining three weeks of his presidency, Trump and his campaign lawyers referenced the data from Davis’s affidavit in saying illegal votes were cast in the Nov. 3 election.

Trump’s phone call became part of the criminal indictment in Fulton County, Georgia, of the former president and over 15 associates for alleged conspiracy to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

“To put this into context, these are 18 people being put on trial for conspiracy in Fulton County, in part because of that phone call,” Davis told The Daily Signal. “President Trump and his lawyers were not asking the Secretary of State’s Office to manufacture 11,779 votes. They were asking the Secretary of State’s Office to investigate unlawful votes we were already aware of.”

Davis, who has worked with voter data since 1986, said he has testified in five cases of disputed elections.

Raffensperger’s office confirmed it would investigate in 2021, but didn’t respond to his inquiry in 2022, Davis said. He said he contacted Raffensperger, a Republican, and other officials in his office Feb. 1 to ask whether an investigation had been opened—and if not, why not. Davis said he also inquired about voter data beyond the 2020 election.

“I have data and corroborating evidence strongly suggesting similar infractions occurred in the 2021 U.S. Senate runoff and the 2022 general election, and I expect to see more of the same in the 2024 general election unless measures are taken proactively to prevent that from occurring again,” Davis wrote in the Feb. 1 email. “If I make the effort to get that to you, is your office willing to open similar investigations?”

The email said Davis inquired about the matter to State Election Board member Ed Lindsey in November 2022 after contacting but not hearing back from Raffensperger’s office earlier that year.

“[Lindsey] indicated that he had not seen a complaint from me, and suggested I resubmit it through the online portal, which I did in late November of 2022,” Davis wrote, adding: “I recently inquired about that complaint as well, and it apparently cannot be located either.”

Raffensperger’s office counters that Davis is wrong about Georgia’s law.

“Mr. Davis’ assertions are incorrect and mischaracterize Georgia’s laws,” spokesman Mike Hassinger told The Daily Signal in an emailed statement, adding:

This office previously reviewed his ‘data’ and disagreed with his conclusions. Georgia conducts rigorous list maintenance, including reviews based on NCOA [national change of address] data, within the requirements of state and federal law. Georgia law says that all persons whose names appear on the list of electors shall be allowed to deposit their ballots according to law at the precinct in which they are registered. None of the information provided by Mr. Davis shows evidence of what he erroneously describes as ‘illegal’ votes.

Raffensperger’s spokesman was referring to the state’s voter registration list, since Georgia law calls voters “electors.”

In 2015, then-Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp, a Republican who now is governor, voted along with the State Election Board to refer to the Georgia Attorney General’s Office a single case of a voter casting a ballot in the wrong county, Davis said.

“The Secretary of State’s Office changed its position on interpreting the law,” Davis told The Daily Signal. “The facts are no different than in 2015. Then you had one [ballot cast in the wrong place];  now you have thousands.”

Georgia election law says: “All persons whose names appear on the list of electors placed in the possession of the managers in each precinct and no others, except as otherwise provided in this article, shall be allowed to deposit their ballots according to law at the precinct in which they are registered.”

Davis said the law’s phrase “except as otherwise provided” reflects voters who are “not subsequently found to be disqualified” as discussed in another part of the statute, and those are “the exact voters we are talking about.”

In January, Davis won a federal court decision in a case in which he was a co-defendant along with the organization True the Vote and others. Fair Fight Action had sued over alleged voter intimidation after challenging the legality of votes.

Fair Fight Action was founded by Abrams, the twice-losing Democrat candidate for Georgia governor. U.S. District Judge Steve Jones of the Northern District of Georgia, appointed by President Barack Obama, ruled that Fair Fight Action had not presented evidence that voters were intimidated.

Davis provided his research to the Trump campaign during its challenge to the outcome of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. He testified to the Georgia State Senate’s Judiciary subcommittee on election law. IHe explained the illegal voting in sworn affidavits Nov. 30, 2020, nearly four weeks after the election, and on March 24, 2021, after the dispute was over.

“Mark Davis analyzed data from U.S. Postal Service change-of-address (COA) forms and compared it to voters who voted in their former precincts,” says the final state Senate report dated Dec. 3, 2020. “For example, he discovered that 14,980 out-of-state movers still voted in the Georgia general election. Another 40,279 moved across county lines more than 30 days prior to the election, yet still voted in their former county precincts, a violation of Georgia law.”

These initial numbers from shortly after the 2020 election included voters who filled out a change of address form by using  a post office box. So these likely were not voters who moved to a different county.

The count he sent to the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office was refined to subtract any addresses that included a post office box, Davis said.

I symbolically cracked my knuckles, put the article on one screen and prepared to rebuke the article on the other screen. But upon reading it, I realized it was written from a proper perspective. It wasn’t bashing Kari Lake out of spite. It didn’t claim the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election was fair and square. It didn’t call on Lake to get out of politics and let a non-MAGA RINO run.

As it turned out, the article was spot on other than one major point. And even though that point is major it’s not blatantly obvious, so I uncracked my knuckles and prepared to move on, leaving my ire on the table to direct at someone else who actually deserved it. But as the day continued the article nagged at me. I’m not big on writing about slight disagreements since there are plenty of UniParty Swampsters to go after passionately.

In lieu of a rebuke, I’ll add a bit of context that should clear things up. According to Duke, Lake should not be running for U.S. Senate because she should be putting all of her efforts and fundraising prowess to work in a focused effort to expose the massive, widespread voter fraud that stole the 2022 (and 2020) elections in Arizona. It’s an understandable and even noble premise for his article, but the flaw is this: She’s already done that and lost multiple times.

Nobody has fought voter fraud following a stolen election harder than Kari Lake’s team. Not Donald Trump. Not Doug Mastriano. Not Dr Mehmet Oz. Not Blake Masters. I like all of them other than Dr. Oz, but combined they didn’t fight their stolen elections as hard as Lake’s team.

Considering the efforts that have thus far yielded zero fruit, it make sense for her team to assume that the truth isn’t going to prevail. They’ve presented mountains of evidence that demonstrate unambiguously how ballot fraud at a massive scale took place in Maricopa County, but the UniParty Swamp system has them completely blocked off. They can’t get a judge that isn’t corrupt. They can’t get media coverage even from conservative news outlets who are scared of being labeled “election deniers.”

They can’t catch a break.

But here’s the thing. They ARE continuing to fight against all odds because it’s the right thing to do. Lake’s direct participation at this stage is not needed. She raised enough funds to make the case and it still wasn’t enough. Could she raise more funds? Sure, but that’s not the problem. They need more evidence that’s beyond the bombshells they already dropped.

Instead of fighting a single-front war, she decided to run for U.S. Senate while allowing her team to continue the uphill battle of exposing the fraudulent 2022 election. At this stage, they don’t need much from her. They can continue to fight on that front while she tries to get to Capitol Hill.

Duke’s assessment was accurate. I have no qualms about his perspectives. I simply agree with Lake’s decision that her efforts are better spent attacking the UniParty Swamp directly rather than continuing to participate in the ongoing 2022 election litigation. She and her teams (legal and campaign) can walk and chew gum at the same time.

As a reader of this publication… of course you have! You heard about it when the story broke and you probably shared it at the time. But here’s the thing. Your “normie” friends didn’t hear about it. The news wasn’t reported by corporate media propagandists like CNN or Fox News and it wasn’t talked about in any of the non-MAGA echo chambers.

With President Donald Trump engulfed by yet another indictment, it’s clear that he needs help. One does not have to be a Trump supporter to realize the implications of a conviction against a former president for “crimes” that are being manufactured in real time. It would be case-closed on the entire election fraud scheme, which means it will persist until they’re able to annihilate our country completely.

There’s another reason why now is the time to start spreading the word and “rehashing” the mountains of evidence of massive, widespread voter fraud that stole the 2020 election. Back then, the people weren’t listening. Even many Republicans didn’t want to hear evidence of a stolen election because the implication of accepting such a notion is to acknowledge that our nation is fundamentally broken. That was a bridge too far for many on the right, so they accepted their fate and thought, “We’ll get ’em next time!”

We will NOT get them next time if we do not properly litigate the 2020 election and expose the ongoing election fraud that’s happening. It happened in 2022. It’s happening now in preparation for 2024. And if we don’t stop it, we will never have a free and fair election again. It’ll be radical leftists and UniParty Swamp RINOs from now until the downfall of our nation.

People are listening today. Even “normies” are starting to realize the shenanigans they pretended didn’t exist are real. They’re asking questions. They want to see evidence. Now is the time to share it. Now is the time to litigate it in the court of public opinion while Trump’s lawyers litigate it in the court.

Going forward, we will be posting more and more evidence of 2020 election fraud at The Liberty Daily. We will “rehash” what Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis failed to properly expose in 2021. We will highlight the egregious and unambiguous examples of election fraud that were only seen by the small percentage who were paying attention back then. The biggest reason we haven’t seen more accusations is because most journalists, politicians, and citizen investigators are scared of being sued. Fox News and others learned the hard way that Dominion will use our corrupt judiciary to penalize anyone asking too many questions or making contested statements regarding the theft of the 2020 election and others.

But as Mike Cernovich noted on Twitter, at least one news outlet doesn’t seem too concerned about being sued.

The reason CNN doesn’t have to worry about being sued is because they will not present facts without censorship or bias. Even in the article referenced by Cernovich, the intention is not to highlight the vulnerabilities but to draw attention to the feckless Georgia GOP’s unwillingness to address them. It’s a square backhand to the face of those of us who believe the 2020 election was stolen and RINO UniParty Swamp members like Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger were either directly involved or simply turned a blind eye.

Ahead of the 2022 midterm elections, patriots were told we need to “move on” from exposing massive, widespread voter fraud. We were told the 2020 election was over so we just need a “red tsunami” in 2022 to address the issue legislatively. But that didn’t happen because it was never meant to happen. Going into the 2024 election, everyone who believes in America First must ignore the ongoing calls to “move on.” We must address voter fraud with everything in our power before another election is stolen.

If 2024 falls victim to conservative complacency like 2020 and 2022, it could be the last election this nation gets to have.

The reality is this: All but one minor sanction requested to be imposed on Lake’s legal team were shot down and the court ordered the signature verification audit to be expedited. Other than the minor $2,000 fine over poor legal wording, today was a victory for Team Kari.

The bottom line is this: Chances have never been greater for the exposure of voter fraud that has plagued the last two elections. Kari Lake’s case may be too much for even the corrupt judiciary to cover up.

“People keep asking me about my future. But I am laser-focused on seeing my court case through to the end. That’s my present. As for the future? I can promise you that I’m not stepping out of the political arena anytime soon. Not until I put the people of Arizona First,” she wrote on Twitter.

But in an interview with OANN, Lake said that she is strongly considering running for the U.S. Senate seat currently held by Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-Ariz.), who is up for reelection in 2024.

“I am seriously considering a run for Senate, yes absolutely,” Lake said. “Just because they stole an election … we’re so dangerous to them, I’m so dangerous to the status quo and this rotten swamp that they’re willing to steal an election to stop me and our movement. I’m not letting them get away with that. We’re not going away. And so I am seriously considering a run for Senate.”

Lake touted internal poll numbers against Sinema and Democratic candidate Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.). Reports have indicated that Sinema will run as an independent, potentially pitting herself against Lake and Gallego, who declared his candidacy for Senate several months ago.

Sinema, however, has not publicly confirmed whether she will run. But Sinema, a former Democrat-turned-independent, already filed her candidacy with the Federal Election Commission and identified as an independent.

“All the polling shows that I would win,” Lake also told OANN. “Not just the primary, the polling is showing that I would beat Kyrsten Sinema and this socialist guy that’s running for the Democrats, [Rep. Ruben] Gallego.”

Earlier in 2023, a spokesperson for Lake told news outlets that she met with members of a Senate Republican team in Washington. Few details about the meeting have been revealed, while Lake has said she will continue to pursue her election lawsuit.

Her initial lawsuit, filed days after the Nov. 8 election, said that Republican voters were disenfranchised on Election Day due to widespread issues at Maricopa County polling locations stemming from how the printers were configured. Election officials in Maricopa on Election Day confirmed the printer problem but asserted that no Election Day voters were significantly impacted.

Court Challenge

On March 23, the Arizona Supreme Court declared that most of Lake’s lawsuit was invalid and “insufficient to warrant the requested relief” under state or federal law. One of her claims, the court wrote, was improperly dismissed and said the Arizona Court of Appeals interpreted Lake’s challenge to Maricopa County’s signature verification process in an incorrect manner.

“Contrary to the ruling of the trial court and the Court of Appeals Opinion, this signature verification challenge is to the application of the policies, not to the policies themselves,” the court said, essentially keeping Lake’s challenge alive. “Therefore, it was erroneous to dismiss this claim under the doctrine of laches because Lake could not have brought this challenge before the election.”

But the state Supreme Court rejected the GOP candidate’s claim of intermingled ballots and asserted that “the record does not reflect that 35,563 unaccounted ballots were added to the total count.” The order said that the “Court of Appeals aptly resolved these issues, most of which were the subject of evidentiary proceedings in the trial court.”

If the state Supreme Court rejects Lake’s lawsuit targeting Maricopa County’s signature verification process, it’s not clear if she will appeal her case to a higher, federal court.

After lower courts refused to allow inspections by Lake’s team of the questionable ballots in Arizona’s largest county, the Supreme Court sent the case back to give Lake’s team access last week.

“I am thrilled that the Supreme Court has agreed to give our signature verification evidence the appropriate forum for the evaluation it deserves,” Lake said in a statement. “When we verify these allegations, there will be no doubt that this election was compromised and that the results fail to meet the standard of certainty as outlined in Arizona law.”

By not allowing access to tens of thousands of ballots with signatures that do not match, Maricopa County is covering up the biggest example of voter from the 2022 midterm cycle.

Conservative Arizona activist Tyler Bowyer explained what SHOULD happen during and after elections.

There are at least 35,000 questionable ballots, most of which are clearly fraudulent based on prima facie signature comparisons described by election whistleblowers. Democrat Katie Hobbs allegedly won by 17,000 votes.

“NEW Rasmussen Poll Reveals the Red Wave did happen,” Lake tweeted. She then added, “Lake, Hamadeh, and Finchem won according to poll, and 50% of Arizonans say the 2022 Election issues were done intentionally to hurt Republicans.”

She concluded the tweet with, “The Red Wave happened in Arizona. They had to cheat and lie to install their frauds in office. We, the People, will never go away. We demand honest elections.”

Several Conservative online news sources, including Steve Bannon, have picked up on this very newsworthy story. Newsweek ran a headline, “Video of Kari Lake Listing Off Democrat ‘Election Deniers’ Viewed 2M Times.”

This Rasmussen poll Lake referred to came out Friday, and the poll’s summary declared, “Most Arizona Voters Believe Election ‘Irregularities’ Affected Outcome.”

One of the key findings from the poll, conducted with College Republicans United, was “55% of Likely Arizona Voters believe it is likely that problems with the 2022 election in Maricopa County affected the outcome, including 35% who think it’s Very Likely.”

The poll also found, “Of the 92% of Arizona voters who say they voted in the 2022 election, the new survey found 51% voted for Lake, and 43% voted for Hobbs, while five percent (5%) say they voted for some other candidate.”

The poll of 1,001 participants of “Arizona Likely Voters” was conducted between March 13-14 and carries a 3-point margin of error.

Democrat Katie Hobbs was said to have won the election by some 17,000 votes or 50.3 percent. But widespread voting irregularities happened during the voting. Republican Kari Lake filed lawsuits during and after the election to protect voting laws and ensure accountability. They have been denied in the courts. Currently, her case is before the Arizona Supreme Court.

Democrats have a strategy of vilifying Republicans like Kari Lake as they termed her and other Republican candidates who seemingly lose suspicious elections “election deniers.” Lake turned the tables on them in a video where she called out Democrats as “election deniers.” It has gone viral on social media and has been viewed over two million times. Those on her list include “Hillary Clinton and all the Democrats”—later going into some specifics of 150 examples of Democrats “denying” election results. The video goes a long way to call out the Democrats on their hypocrisy in this matter.

“Since 2000, people have questioned the legitimacy of our elections. And all we are asking is that in the future, we don’t have to have that happen anymore. When I’m governor, we’re going to make sure we have honest elections,” Lake said in a press conference.

OPINION:

At the risk of being like all the climate change cult false prophets, I believe Kari Lake will win this legal battle and be the first governor ever sworn into office after proven systematic election fraud. Whether Democrats or RINO Republicans are ever prosecuted for this obvious charade will remain to be seen. Whether she wins this before the Arizona Supreme Court or the Supreme Court of the United States is the only question remaining in my mind. Her proof of election interference is conclusive.

The bottom line is that court justices must step up and uphold the law regardless of party. They need to do what needs to be done. Otherwise, I fear violence will be the next logical step. Americans’ votes and majority rules are sacred to the American psyche.

On today’s episode of The JD Rucker Show, I briefly explained that for the first time in two years, I actually have a little hope that a stolen election can be corrected. It’s not a LOT of hope, but even a sliver is better than nothing.

Independent journalist Ivory Hecker made waves when she quit her job with a Fox News affiliate live on-air in 2021. She worked with Project Veritas to expose massive corruption, propaganda, and gaslighting by corporate media. Then, she went out on her own to bring real journalism to the world.

On today’s episode of The JD Rucker Show, I was joined by Hecker to discuss what’s been happening since then, her plans for the future, and what she believes to be the most pressing issues in America today that corporate media refuses to cover. I was expecting her answer to be something associated with globalism, Covid-19, or any of the other major topics that she’s been covering on her show, but her response was both instant and unexpected.

“Oh, a huge one is elections. And that’s something that Fox was censoring as well, oddly enough. You would think, you know, Fox was all about election integrity, but they’re not. And they were really slick with their little tightrope that they walked like, ‘Ooh, we care about elections.’

“No, you don’t. They’re hiding some dirty secrets about how corrupt elections are. And I was one of the reporters on the ground getting the evidence sent to me from sources looking and verifying, saying, ‘yep, this is exactly the truth about some serious anomalies on the election’ that we’re not allowed to talk about.

“Fox shutting it down, saying ‘Ivory, we’re not gonna look at that. Let’s find anything else for you to cover but this huge election anomaly.’ And so we’re seeing blatant censorship and gaslighting from all outlets, definitely including Fox. And so when you see that censorship from the left and the right outlets, you realize that we’re in a really scary place.

“Elections are not secure. They’re not really getting more secure because there is a collusion between the government entities who put on these elections and the media hiding what’s really going on. And so we need to be very alert to this. The fact that Dominion is still used in so many states despite last May, the cybersecurity and infrastructure security agency put out a report on how just horrific Dominion is. Our own federal agency on cybersecurity said, ‘yeah, these machines are not secure.’ We’re getting all the evidence. The state of Texas banned Dominion in 2019. Thank God one state did, but there’s still like, what, 16 states or something that still use it, and that’s just one machine company.

“Most of these voting machine companies have big issues. And then you go to mail-in, and that’s another issue. And the security of elections is not being addressed. We are being gaslit like none other. And if our vote does not count, the future of our country is in serious jeopardy. We look at the guy who’s sitting in office as president right now, and if you look at the details of how that happened and how many millions more votes he got than Obama and Trump. The fact that Trump got millions and millions more votes than he got in 2016, yet, Biden destroys Trump’s record, destroys Obama’s record. Gets more votes than anyone in history, yet has no fans. Biden’s first visit to Houston that I covered days after being inaugurated, and he had no supporters at his visit as a brand new president with the most votes in history.

“Zero supporters showed up to clap for Biden when he walked into Houston, but there were protestors and Houston’s a blue city. So what’s really going on? Elections are huge.”

Until more people like Ivory Hecker stand up and acknowledge the massive, widespread voter fraud that has plagued at least the last two elections, we will not have a proper Constitutional republic. Free and fair elections are the cornerstone of our nation’s representative government.
