The polls, conducted earlier this October among thousands of likely and registered voters, indicate that the high stakes and fierce competition between Trump and Harris is tighter than ever. National polls reveal that Trump is experiencing a resurgence in support, while key battleground state polls show that candidates narrowly lead each other in certain states. For instance, an ABC News/Ipsos poll, conducted from Oct. 4 to 8, shows that Trump significantly closed the gap with Harris. The Democratic presidential candidate holds a narrow lead at 50 percent to Trump’s 48 percent among likely voters and 49 percent to 47 percent among all registered voters. Among all adults, excluding those who are unlikely to vote, the race has tightened with only a one-point difference between the two, well within the two-point margin of error.
These numbers mark a substantial gain for Trump since mid-September when a similar poll showed him trailing Harris by five points.
A CBS/YouGov poll, conducted from Oct. 8 to 11, also shows a similar result, with Harris holding a 51 percent to 48 percent lead over Trump among likely voters. This slight edge is just outside the 2.3 percentage margin of error and represents a one-point drop for Harris since September.
Additionally, an NBC poll, conducted from Oct. 4 to 8 among registered voters, shows the candidates tied at 48 percent, with a one-point loss for Harris and a four-point gain for Trump over the past month.
Meanwhile, in key battleground states, polls show that candidates narrowly lead each other.
A Wall Street Journal poll, conducted among voters in the seven key swing states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, reveals that Trump leads Harris by a razor-thin margin of 46 percent to 45 percent. Trump holds an advantage in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Nevada, while Harris has the upper hand in the remaining four states.
Trump and Harris have been locked in dead heat since September
That Trump and Harris are locked in dead heat has been evident in other polls conducted in September.
A Rasmussen poll, conducted among 1,893 likely voters, reveals that Trump narrowly led Harris at 47 percent to 46 percent, leaving three percent undecided and another three percent favoring third-party candidates. Both candidates have strong backing within their parties, with Trump supported by 87 percent of Republicans and Harris by 84 percent of Democrats. Among independents, Trump leads Harris by five points.
Demographically, Trump has an edge among White (51 percent) and Hispanic (52 percent) voters, while Harris is favored by Black voters (67 percent). The two are nearly tied among non-Black minority voters. Harris has substantial support from liberals (87 percent), while Trump holds 74 percent of conservative voters.
Economic factors also influence voter preferences, with higher earners (over $200,000 annually) leaning toward Harris, while Trump is more popular among lower-income voters with annual incomes of between $30,000 to $50,000.
Other polls show similarly close results, with Harris leading slightly in Pennsylvania in a New York Times, Sienna College and the Philadelphia Inquirer poll.
A poll jointly conducted by The Hill and Emerson College also shows Harris leading by a slim margin in Michigan (49 percent to 47 percent) and North Carolina (49 percent to 48 percent). In contrast, the poll shows Trump has a small advantage in Arizona (49 percent to 48 percent), Georgia (50 percent to 47 percent), Pennsylvania (48 percent to 47 percent) and Wisconsin (49 percent to 48 percent). The two candidates are tied in Nevada at 48 percent.

Trump’s post comes on National Voter Registration Day, which falls on the same day this year as Constitution Day.
Trump, a Republican who faces Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris, vowed that 2024 would be different from 2020.
For this election cycle, the Republican National Committee launched the Protect the Vote initiative. Under the initiative, the RNC has filed more than 100 lawsuits across 25 states and recruited more than 150,000 lawyers and volunteer poll watchers across the country.
Trump stated that because he and the RNC are watching, “the 2024 Election, where Votes have just started being cast, will be under the closest professional scrutiny and, WHEN I WIN, those people that CHEATED will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law, which will include long term prison sentences so that this Depravity of Justice does not happen again.”
“We cannot let our Country further devolve into a Third World Nation, AND WE WON’T!” Trump continued. “Please beware that this legal exposure extends to Lawyers, Political Operatives, Donors, Illegal Voters, & Corrupt Election Officials. Those involved in unscrupulous behavior will be sought out, caught, and prosecuted at levels, unfortunately, never seen before in our Country.”
Trump posted a near identical message on Sept. 7 on Truth Social, warning that election cheaters will be prosecuted. This came a day after early and mail-in voting began in North Carolina, also a battleground state.

In response to Trump’s initial Truth Social post about prosecuting those who cheat in elections, Minnesota’s Democratic Secretary of State Steve Simon, the president of the National Association Secretaries of State, asserted that Trump is a threat.
“Threatening people with punishment for cheating is deeply disturbing if ‘cheating’ simply means that you don’t like the outcome of the election,” Simon posted on X, formerly Twitter. “I trust the integrity of our election officials, who will keep delivering elections that are fair, accurate, honest, and secure.”

Trump challenged the outcome of the 2020 election, which Joe Biden won. Trump had previously prepared for a rematch with Biden after both won their party primaries convincingly. Democrats switched out to Vice President Kamala Harris after Biden’s poor performance in a June debate with Trump.

As a reader of this publication… of course you have! You heard about it when the story broke and you probably shared it at the time. But here’s the thing. Your “normie” friends didn’t hear about it. The news wasn’t reported by corporate media propagandists like CNN or Fox News and it wasn’t talked about in any of the non-MAGA echo chambers.
With President Donald Trump engulfed by yet another indictment, it’s clear that he needs help. One does not have to be a Trump supporter to realize the implications of a conviction against a former president for “crimes” that are being manufactured in real time. It would be case-closed on the entire election fraud scheme, which means it will persist until they’re able to annihilate our country completely.
There’s another reason why now is the time to start spreading the word and “rehashing” the mountains of evidence of massive, widespread voter fraud that stole the 2020 election. Back then, the people weren’t listening. Even many Republicans didn’t want to hear evidence of a stolen election because the implication of accepting such a notion is to acknowledge that our nation is fundamentally broken. That was a bridge too far for many on the right, so they accepted their fate and thought, “We’ll get ’em next time!”
We will NOT get them next time if we do not properly litigate the 2020 election and expose the ongoing election fraud that’s happening. It happened in 2022. It’s happening now in preparation for 2024. And if we don’t stop it, we will never have a free and fair election again. It’ll be radical leftists and UniParty Swamp RINOs from now until the downfall of our nation.
People are listening today. Even “normies” are starting to realize the shenanigans they pretended didn’t exist are real. They’re asking questions. They want to see evidence. Now is the time to share it. Now is the time to litigate it in the court of public opinion while Trump’s lawyers litigate it in the court.
Going forward, we will be posting more and more evidence of 2020 election fraud at The Liberty Daily. We will “rehash” what Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis failed to properly expose in 2021. We will highlight the egregious and unambiguous examples of election fraud that were only seen by the small percentage who were paying attention back then. More people are paying attention now so we must give them what they need to see.

]]>On today’s episode of The JD Rucker Show, which will air at 8am Pacific, I discussed eight reasons pulled from headlines that we should never trust anything this government tells us. In fact, we should go forward assuming that all government is fully corrupted. That’s unfortunate because I am not an anarchist. I believe in the need for limited government, so if we can’t trust them then we’re forced to head toward the purest forms of government of and by the people. That’s not how the Constitution was written as a whole, so we’re in a big pickle.
I discussed these eight topics that should convince viewers that government is not to be trusted:
- Pretty much everything we’re being told about the Ukraine war is a lie. That’s not a “pro-Russia” or “anti-Ukraine” statement. It simply means that the news coming out about Ukraine from just about every source is produced by some government for their own purposes. Today, our government is doing whatever it can to keep the taxpayer money laundering business through Ukraine alive.
- The Arizona election (and many others) produced results that are mathematically impossible. On the show, I turned to Patrick Byrne for a brief statistical analysis of why there is no way Katie Hobbs could have legitimately won the Arizona gubernatorial election. And hers isn’t the only race that has been stolen.
- The push for electric vehicles is actually a push to eliminate ALL private vehicle ownership by “normal” people. They say they want everyone to drive electric cars, but they aren’t telling the inconvenient truth that there isn’t nearly enough lithium for that to even happen. Once they can outlaw gas vehicles for the sake of “climate change,” they will spring on us the reality that they really just don’t want us to have automobiles at all. Public transit, electric bicycles, and 15-minute cities are all part of the future they don’t want us to know about yet.
- The world economy is being herded toward collapse. There’s a very sad reality happening right now that’s not getting any attention. Governments across the globe are preparing for “bail ins,” which means banks will be given the power to take our money to preserve themselves. This along with every other ludicrous economic policy coming from our “representatives” tell us they are preparing for a full-blown economic collapse. Or, to be more accurate, they are manufacturing one.
- Most in government are attacking the Constitution instead of defending it. In the United States, public servants swear to defend the Constitution. But what we’re seeing in reality are attempts by people on both sides of the political aisle to sidestep or even subvert the Constitution altogether.
- Nobody in government, not even the “good guys,” are going after Pfizer following the Project Veritas bombshell. The Project Veritas bombshell about Pfizer’s “directed evolution” of Covid-19 should have prompted everyone in government to be screaming for answers. Instead, we’re getting silence. Even the “good guys” in government are avoiding the topic like an actual plague. Why is that?
- Governments across the world are pushing for food shortages so they have total control over supply and therefore the people. The Dutch farmers protested. They were then shut down. This is a microcosm of how governments across the globe are preparing to handle the coming food crisis. Instead of fighting it, they’re advancing it. As Henry Kissinger said, who controls the food supply controls the people.
- Child rapes are increasing and nobody in government is lifting a finger to stop them. There is absolutely no excuse in our modern society for child rapes to be increasing. With all the law enforcement technology and attacks on our privacy that we’ve suffered in recent years, how can “child sex traffickers” be achieving their evil goals so easily? And why are our “leaders” doing absolutely nothing to stop it? This, more than any of the other seven reasons, is the one that makes me have absolutely zero trust in government.
Even if you don’t watch the show, know this: Our government at just about every level and in nearly every country on the planet is not working on our behalf. They all have puppet masters of some sort, most notably the globalist elite cabal that’s pulling so many strings. It is my sincere hope that today’s show will open some eyes, not to mention hearts and minds.
]]>Under the FBI collaboration operation, somebody at Facebook red-flagged these supposedly subversive private messages over the past 19 months and transmitted them in redacted form to the domestic terrorism operational unit at FBI headquarters in Washington, DC, without a subpoena.
‘It was done outside the legal process and without probable cause,’ alleged one of the sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
‘Facebook provides the FBI with private conversations which are protected by the First Amendment without any subpoena.’
These private messages then have been farmed out as ‘leads’ to FBI field offices around the country, which subsequently requested subpoenas from the partner US Attorney’s Office in their district to officially obtain the private conversations that Facebook already had shown them.
‘It was a waste of our time,’ said one source familiar with subpoena requests lodged during a 19-month frenzy by FBI headquarters in Washington, DC, to produce the caseload to match the Biden administration’s rhetoric on domestic terrorism after the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot.
The Facebook users whose private communications Facebook had red-flagged as domestic terrorism for the FBI were all ‘conservative right-wing individuals.’
‘They were gun-toting, red-blooded Americans [who were] angry after the election and shooting off their mouths and talking about staging protests. There was nothing criminal, nothing about violence or massacring or assassinating anyone.
‘As soon as a subpoena was requested, within an hour, Facebook sent back gigabytes of data and photos. It was ready to go. They were just waiting for that legal process so they could send it.’
Facebook denied the allegations yesterday.
In two contrasting statements sent one hour apart, Erica Sackin, a spokesperson at Facebook’s parent company, Meta, claimed Facebook’s interactions with the FBI were designed to ‘protect people from harm.’
In her first statement, she said: ‘These claims are false because they reflect a misunderstanding of how our systems protect people from harm and how we engage with law enforcement. We carefully scrutinize all government requests for user information to make sure they’re legally valid and narrowly tailored and we often push back. We respond to legal requests for information in accordance with applicable law and our terms and we provide notice to users whenever permitted.’
In a second, unprompted ‘updated statement,’ sent 64 minutes later, Sackin altered her language to say the claims are ‘wrong,’ not ‘false.’
‘These claims are just wrong. The suggestion we seek out peoples’ private messages for anti-government language or questions about the validity of past elections and then proactively supply those to the FBI is plainly inaccurate and there is zero evidence to support it,’ said Sackin, a DC-based crisis response expert who previously worked for Planned Parenthood and ‘Obama for America’ and now leads Facebook’s communications on “counterterrorism and dangerous organizations and individuals.”
The Facebook spokeswoman didn’t tell us how reporting these people to the FBI was supposed to protect them from harm.
Even if there was no basis for the charge that the 2020 election was rigged, people who think that it was have a right to express their opinions. That’s how a free society works. But of course the lunatic and criminal left knows that the election deniers are correct. That’s why they are so anxious to suppress them. They know that if enough people are exposed to the truth, and the deniers’ arguments are looked at fairly, this could blow the brain-dead Biden government out of the water. That’s why they want to prevent to truth from coming out.
As the late great Bill Sardi pointed out, the fraudsters privately admitted what they had done, using veiled language they thought patriots wouldn’t be able to figure out. “Molly Ball, biographer for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and political writer for Time Magazine, pens these self-indicting words in the Jan 15, 2021 issue of Time Magazine:
‘There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes, one that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs. Both surprises were the result of an informal alliance between left-wing activists and business titans. The pact was formalized in a terse, little-noticed joint statement of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and AFL-CIO published on Election Day. Both sides would come to see it as a sort of implicit bargain–inspired by the summer’s massive, sometimes destructive racial-justice protests–in which the forces of labor came together with the forces of capital to keep the peace and oppose Trump’s assault on democracy.
‘The handshake between business and labor was just one component of a vast, cross-partisan campaign to protect the election–an extraordinary shadow effort dedicated not to winning the vote but to ensuring it would be free and fair, credible and uncorrupted.
‘They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding…. They successfully pressured social media companies to take a harder line against disinformation and used data-driven strategies to fight viral smears.
‘This is the inside story of the conspiracy to save the 2020 election, based on access to the group’s inner workings, never-before-seen documents and interviews with dozens of those involved from across the political spectrum. It is the story of an unprecedented, creative and determined campaign whose success also reveals how close the nation came to disaster.
‘That’s why the participants want the secret history of the 2020 election told, even though it sounds like a paranoid fever dream–a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information. They were not rigging the election; they were fortifying it.
‘The Fight Back Table, a coalition of ‘resistance’ organizations, had begun scenario-planning around the potential for a contested election, gathering liberal activists at the local and national level into what they called the Democracy Defense Coalition.
‘Protecting the election would require an effort of unprecedented scale.’”
The left conspiracy to suppress the truth about the election depends on the mass media, which denounce any attempt to expose the fraud. Paul Craig Roberts neatly skewers the media: “The Presstitutes Speak With One Voice. They are unanimous that there was no vote fraud committed by Democrats and that a record number of Americans voted for a president suffering from mental confusion whose campaign rallies went unattended.
If the presstitutes are so confident that there is no evidence to back the legal challenges, why are the prostitutes working overtime to discredit the challenges in advance? All presstitutes are in denial that there is any evidence of fraud. Why not just wait for the challenges to fail? Why all the whistling in the dark?
The Boston Globe, for example, claims that no election officials doubt the validity of the vote and that Trump ‘has launched a series of long-shot legal challenges in several state aimed at casting doubt on election results, despite no evidence of voter fraud.’
Even the financial news site, Bloomberg, has falsely declared that there is ‘no evidence of wrongdoing.’ How can the media know until the charges are investigated?
If fraud is not a possibility, why has the Georgia Secretary of State ordered a hand recount of the presidential race?
Why did Supreme Court Justice Alito order Pennsylvania election officials to segregate and separately count ballots that arrived after election day? Alito ordered the late ballots be kept ‘in a secure, safe and sealed container separate from other voted ballots.’
If there is no evidence of fraud, what is the point of such an order?
If there is no fraud, what is the basis of the legal challenges being filed by White House Counsel Giuliani? A former US Attorney who presided over high profile cases is not going to squander his reputation by filing legal challenges with no evidence.
There is plenty of evidence. The only question is whether the Republican Party and the courts have the stomach for the devastating blow to America’s reputation of proving that the Democrats with the complicity of the media stole a presidential election. The Republicans might be more inclined to protect America’s reputation than Trump’s presidency, and the courts could worry that establishing election theft would undermine Americans’ confidence in their system and lead to political instability.
Leaders have had to deal with these kinds of concerns before. Everyone on the Warren Commission knew that Oswald was not the assassin of President Kennedy, and the 9/11 Commission knew that the official story was false. The 9/11 commission chairman, co-chairman, and legal counsel later wrote books in which they said that information was withheld from them and that the committee was set up to fail.
It was impossible to tell the public in the wake of the Cuban Missile Crisis with the Soviet Union that their president had been assassinated by the US Joint Chiefs and CIA with the complicity of the Secret Service. The Warren Commission understood completely that destroying the public’s confidence in military and security leaders at a time of such tension with the Soviet Union would have been disastrous. The same for 9/11. The commission was not under any circumstances going to tell the public that it was a false flag attack necessary to launch two decades of war in the Middle East.
It is certainly the case that red state America knows the election was stolen, so withholding known information is not going to prevent a split in the country. It will simply make it worse by giving red state America proof that the system is broken and cannot be fixed.
Nevertheless, Republicans and courts might not realize this, and even if they do they might not want to be the ones who pull the trigger.
Karl Marx said that audacity, if audacious enough, works, and Lenin proved it. This, I believe, is what the Democrats and presstitutes are relying on.”
If we spread the word about this fraud, we can strike a blow at the soft underbelly of brain-dead Biden and his cohorts. This is what the great and heroic Murray Rothbard would want us to do.
