(Article cross-posted from The Center Square)

Gas prices have risen significantly in recent weeks, according to pricing data from AAA. Gas prices hit a record high earlier in the Biden administration, surpassing an average of $5 per gallon nationally, before dropping back down.

Now they are rising again, currently at $3.85 per gallon of regular gas, up from $3.82 a week ago and $3.57 a month ago. In the last month, diesel prices have risen from $3.86 per gallon to $4.13 per gallon.

Food prices have risen as well. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics last week released its Consumer Price Index and Producer Price Index, two key markers of inflation that showed prices rose less than half a percentage point last month.

The CPI rose 3.2% in the last 12 months, and the PPI rose 0.8% over the same period, higher than expected. These rates have slowed from the rapid pace earlier in the Biden administration, but some food products have seen price increases that outpace the average inflationary rate.

Overall, grocery prices have risen much faster than the average rate of inflation for years.

The CPI for all urban consumers averages the cost increases for American cities, and many common household food items doubled or tripled the average CPI increase.

For instance, white bread rose 10.7% from July of 2022 to July of 2023.

  • Cereal and bakery products rose 7%
  • Cookies rose 7.9%
  • Breakfast cereal rose 5.1%
  • Rice rose 6.1%
  • Frozen and refrigerated bakery products, pies, tarts, turnovers rose 8%
  • Raw beef steaks rose 7.8%
  • Raw roasts rose 6.3%
  • Crackers, bread, and cracker products rose 8.2%
  • Ice cream and related products rose 6.3%
  • Frozen vegetables rose 17.1%
  • Nonalcoholic beverages and beverage materials rose 5.4%
  • Margarine rose 11.3%
  • Salad dressing rose 9.2%
  • Baby food and formula rose 5.9%

Some other products such as pork and chicken decreased in cost, 3.7% and 2.5% respectively in the same 12-month period.

Ryan Young, senior economist, Competitive Enterprise Institute, told The Center Square that some of the price hikes Americans are facing are related to money supply and spending problems while part of it also has to do with regulatory and supply chain issues.

“Inflation is cured by better money supply management,” he said. “The gas and food price hikes we’re seeing can be helped by expanding energy permitting and exploration, and by getting rid of protectionist agricultural policies and trade restrictions.”

Young also pointed to some hopeful indicators.

“Some context is also necessary,” he said. “Gas prices are going up. But they are also about 20 cents per gallon lower than they were this time last year. And the recent increases follow months of declines. As prices go up and down, and people tend to get angry at the ups while ignoring the downs, which colors the media coverage they get. And in last month’s CPI report, food prices went up slower than the overall inflation rate. Overall inflation as 0.2% during June, while food prices went up 0.1%.”

Republicans blasted the Biden administration after the latest pricing data was released, pointing to the soaring federal debt, and the money-printing that helps propel it.

“American families need relief from persistent and painful high prices,” Said Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo. “Joe Biden signed the Democrats’ reckless tax and spending spree into law one year ago. He claimed more spending would bring down prices. Once again, he was wrong. Prices are still going up. Americans are facing sky-high prices at the grocery store, at the gas pump, and while back-to-school shopping. They’re digging into their dwindling savings just to keep up.”

The Biden administration has pointed to relatively low unemployment and the progress made since the lockdowns during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., also took a shot at Biden after the data was released.

“This week, I have been traveling Florida to hear what issues families are facing, and in each big city or small town I stop in one thing keeps getting mentioned—inflation,” Scott said.

Farm Moratorium? Democrats Are Intentionally Destroying Our Food Supply Over “Climate Change” https://americanconservativemovement.com/farm-moratorium-democrats-are-intentionally-destroying-our-food-supply-over-climate-change/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/farm-moratorium-democrats-are-intentionally-destroying-our-food-supply-over-climate-change/#respond Sat, 18 Mar 2023 13:54:31 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=191075 Editor’s Commentary: A story from Oregon caught my attention because of its focus on diesel fuel and the energy crisis, but by the second paragraph I realized the bigger part of the story was the attack happening to our food supply. At a time when eggs, milk, butter, beef, and chicken products are becoming scarcer and more expensive, Democrats think it’s wise to place a moratorium on new and existing dairy and poultry farms.

Seriously.

For over a year we’ve been ringing the alarm bell about the inconceivable attacks on our food supply being done in the name of climate change. From the World Economic Forum’s goals of eliminating farms to Bill Gates’ intentions of forcing lab-grown meat on us, it’s clear American leftists and worldwide globalists are aligned against us to take complete control of the food supply.

This is the biggest reason we launched the only company in America that offers both frozen AND freeze-dried American beef in the same packages. The people want to eat steaks and other beef meals today, but it behooves us all to stock up on long-term storage beef as well. That’s why we launched Whole Cows (use promo code “nocrickets” for 15% off).

Here’s the article by Scottie Barnes from our premium news partners at The Epoch Times. The focus of the article is on the energy crisis which goes hand-in-hand with the food crisis. But pay special attention to what Democrats are trying to do to farmers and ranchers in our nation. This is The Great Reset unfolding before our eyes.

Critics Blast Oregon’s Efforts to Phase Out Petroleum Diesel and Restrict Farming

A series of climate bills now before the Oregon legislature could devastate rural communities and further fuel inflation, according to detractors.

The bills would phase out petroleum-based diesel fuel, levy sweeping new taxes on tires and off-road agriculture equipment, and place a moratorium on new and existing dairy and poultry farms, the majority of which are family owned and operated.

The farm moratorium “would magnify the strain on our food supply chain and further drive up costs for milk, chicken, eggs, beef, and pork,” wrote Republican state Rep. Cyrus Javadi, whose district on the northern Oregon coast has a timber, agriculture and dairy-based economy.

“Without diesel, we can’t provide the lumber and materials necessary to meet Governor Kotek’s homeless state of emergency declaration to build 30,000 new homes,” testified Angelita Sanchez before the Committee of Environment and Energy on March 9. Sanchez is co-director of Timber Unity, a natural resources PAC with 60,000 members.

If these policies are enacted, she fears they will create a break in the supply chain while raising the cost of goods and services to astronomical levels.

If It Moves, Tax It!

House Bill 3158, the “Clean Diesel Engine Tax” would levy a suite of new taxes on off-road machinery, such as that used in farming and logging.

Taxes would apply to sales and rentals of off-road machinery, tires, and the dyed diesel fuel used to power farm and other heavy equipment.

The bill also includes a “privilege tax” for engaging in the business of providing off-road diesel equipment and heavy duty vehicles.

The Oregon Farm Bureau (OFB) opposes HB3158 because it taxes “virtually every piece of equipment” that’s used in agriculture, as well as the fuel and tires needed to run it, at a time of rising inflation and other financial stressors.

It also burdens rural businesses with the cost of retrofitting trucks in the state’s largest metropolitan area, according to OFB.

Revenues from the tax would transfer to the “Clean Diesel Engine Fund.”

That fund provides grants to retrofit trucks to run on the new “green diesel” or biodiesel, which is required as part of Portland’s plan to phase out the sale of petroleum-based diesel.

Starting in 2024, petroleum diesel available for sale in Portland will be blended with renewable fuels at increasingly higher increments, until 99 percent of the petroleum content is phased out by 2030. The new blend will be called R99. Keeping one percent maintains federal tax credits for blenders and wholesalers.

Light and medium-duty trucks around Portland must be retrofitted to run the new green blend for owners to be able to renew their title and registration.

Until now, retrofit grants have been covered by $73 million from Volkswagen, which agreed to pay state governments $2.9 billion to resolve litigation over the auto company’s emissions violations.

However, the amount requested for upgrades now surpasses the money Oregon has remaining from that deal. That has lawmakers considering new sources of funding.

“Rural communities are not responsible for Portland’s air quality, but HB 3158 puts that responsibility squarely, and inappropriately, on the backs of our members,” the Farm Bureau said in submitted testimony.

Out With Petroleum-Based Diesel

Oregon’s SB 803 would essentially expand Portland’s petroleum-based diesel phase-out to the rest of the state.

Portland announced in December 2022 that it would become the first city in the nation to phase out the sale of petroleum-based diesel, calling it the first major step to reduce carbon emissions by 50 percent under the city’s “climate emergency plan.”

Opponents do not want to emulate Portland.

They claim the transition would raise the cost of fuel to the point it would be financially unsustainable for many farm and ranch families, hitting rural and low-income Oregonians the hardest.

“Petroleum-based Diesel runs 90 percent of commercial activity, including electric charging stations, lithium mining equipment, and the generators that provide emergency power backup to our hospitals,” testified Sanchez.

“Renewable diesel is not ready to replace that source.”

“To make the bio-diesel that Oregon needs each year would take nearly 13.8 million acres of farmland, but the state only has about 16 million acres of tillable soil,” testified Cody White, owner of White’s Hauling and Farm, which operates 40 semi-trucks.

Growing crops such as soybeans for biofuel could also displace food production acreage at a time when food security is a great concern, he explained.

Because Oregon does not produce soybeans, the state would be dependent on bio-diesel from other states.

With other states enacting similar restrictions on petroleum-based diesel, Oregon would be competing with California, New York, Washington, and Canada to purchase a limited supply of biofuels, Sanchez told The Epoch Times.

It would also be competing with China, which is the world’s largest soybean importer, accounting for nearly 60 percent of global trade and half of U.S. soybean export value.

“Meanwhile, 30 percent of all diesel rigs already meet emission standards and that number will grow as the market expands,” Sanchez said.

The Future of Farming

Meanwhile Senate Bill 85, the “Relating to Confined Animal Feeding Operations” bill would place a moratorium on new permits for farm operations” with more than 2,500 dairy cows and more than 125,000 chickens

The bill comes in response to a growing number of large operations proposed in the Willamette Valley near the Santiam River and concerns about pollutants and water use. It calls for an eight-year moratorium until the state studies the environmental, social, and public health impacts of such operations.

Nearly 700 environmental advocates, farmers and representatives from industry testified in person or in writing at a March 6 Senate Committee on Natural Resources hearing to express their opposition or support for the bill.

“This legislation would only accelerate the loss of family farms and local food production, killing jobs and businesses. As a result, Oregon would have to rely more on out-of-state livestock products,” Javadi wrote in his testimony.

Farmers with dozens to hundreds of animals shared their concerns about the future of livestock production in the state and its effect on the economy.

Nearly all raise chickens or cows for meat or milk products.

Large operators said they were forced to acquire more animals and land to pay for ever more taxes and fees and abide by regulations to compete in an industry controlled by multinational corporations.

Smaller operators talked about the impact to rural communities when a handful of large operators take over, driving up land prices and consuming limited water resources.

“We have slowly forced agricultural operations to get larger to survive. Yet now we’re here talking about limiting how big a farm can get or how many animals we think are appropriate,” testified Greg Addington, director of the OFB.

Eight lawmakers, including two Democrats in support of the bill and six Republicans opposed, spoke at the hearing.

State Sen. Suzanne Weber, a Republican, said halting new large operations and expansions for eight years would close many businesses in her district.

With at least 20 percent of the state’s industrial animal operations in his district, Republican State Sen. Lynn Findley, said the bill would be an economic disaster for his constituents.

Meanwhile, these bills continue to wend their way through Oregon’s legislature.

Blackrock’s Green Agenda – Not the Ukraine Invasion – Triggered the Global Energy Crisis https://americanconservativemovement.com/blackrocks-green-agenda-not-the-ukraine-invasion-triggered-the-global-energy-crisis/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/blackrocks-green-agenda-not-the-ukraine-invasion-triggered-the-global-energy-crisis/#comments Sun, 12 Mar 2023 15:47:21 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=191019 Contrary to popular opinion that the Russian attack on Ukraine gave rise to the looming worldwide energy collapse, a strategic risk consultant and best-selling author revealed that the crisis is a long-planned strategy of western corporate and political circles to dismantle industrial economies in the name of a dystopian green agenda.

In an article published on Global ResearchPrinceton University alumnus F. William Engdahl said President Joe Biden’s administration as well as the European Union have been insisting that the energy crunch was brought about by Russian President Vladimir Putin’s offensive in Kyiv. However, Engdahl noted that BlackRock CEO Larry Fink is believed to be the one stirring up the energy crisis pot.

In January 2020, Fink sent a letter to his Wall Street colleagues and corporate CEOs announcing a radical departure from corporate investment by saying that money would “go green.”

“In the near future – and sooner than most anticipate – there will be a significant re-allocation of capital. Climate risk is investment risk,” Fink said, stressing that “every government, company and shareholder must confront climate change.”

Fink, who manages some $7 trillion in investments, wrote a separate letter to their investor clients where he indicated that his company will cut certain high-carbon investments such as coal and that he would screen new investments in oil, gas and coal to determine their adherence to the United Nations’ Agenda 2030. He said companies and governments that do not respond to stakeholders and address sustainability risks will encounter growing skepticism from the markets, which would cause a higher cost of capital.

“Climate change has become a defining factor in companies’ long-term prospects. We are on the edge of a fundamental reshaping of finance,” he said.

Showing how the company has since then influenced the industry, penalizing carbon-dioxide-emitting companies has become the norm among hedge funds and Wall Street banks and investment funds, including State Street and Vanguard. Fink was even able to convince four new board members in ExxonMobil to end the firm’s oil and gas business.

The 2020 letter triggered a colossal disinvestment in the trillion-dollar oil and gas sector. Engdahl pointed out that Fink was even named to the Board of Trustees of the World Economic Forum (WEF), which was the main proponent pushing for the “Zero-Carbon UN Agenda 2030.”

BlackRock was also a founding member of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures and is a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investing (PRI), a UN-supported network of investors pushing zero-carbon investing. It also signed the Vatican’s 2019 statement advocating carbon pricing regimes. In 2020, it joined the Climate Action 100, a coalition of almost 400 investment managers managing $40 trillion.

The next year, Fink wrote another letter as a follow-up attack on fossil fuels, asking companies to disclose a plan for how their business model will be compatible with a net-zero economy. By 2022, an estimated $1 trillion already has exited the investment in oil and gas exploration and development globally. (Related: Meet BlackRock: The ‘architect of woke capitalism’ destroying America from within.)

Biden, BlackRock is killing the energy industry

In exchange for Fink’s “I am here to help” promise to Biden’s presidential campaign, the latter quickly announced getting rid of fossil fuels even before he was inaugurated. Biden also installed BlackRock’s Global Head of Sustainable Investing Brian Deese as the assistant to the president and director of the national economic council.

Deese provided a list of anti-oil measures to sign by executive order, which included closing the huge Keystone XL oil pipeline and halting any new leases in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR). Biden also rejoined the Paris Climate Accord that Deese had negotiated for then-President Barack Obama. President Donald Trump canceled this during his term.

Moreover, Biden’s environmental rules and BlackRock’s investing mandates started to kill the refinery capacity. “In the first two years of Biden’s presidency, the U.S. has shut down some one million barrels a day of gasoline and diesel refining capacity, the fastest decline in US history,” Engdahl said.

He also said that this year, “an added 1.7 million bpd [barrels per day] of capacity is set to close as a result of BlackRock and Wall Street disinvesting and Biden regulations.”

“Rationing” Is the New Globalist Buzzword as They Normalize Scarcity Ahead of Manufactured Collapses https://americanconservativemovement.com/rationing-is-the-new-globalist-buzzword-as-they-normalize-scarcity-ahead-of-manufactured-collapses/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/rationing-is-the-new-globalist-buzzword-as-they-normalize-scarcity-ahead-of-manufactured-collapses/#respond Sun, 26 Feb 2023 15:32:41 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=190836 The memo went out. The puppet masters among the globalist elite cabal are planting the seeds for the plebeians to accept what’s coming: massive shortages. Some might think this is just the powers-that-be getting ahead of what they perceive as a likelihood. But as many have been warning about for a long time, these puppet masters aren’t predicting it. They’re manufacturing it.

We have the poultry industries in western nations being decimated by a bird flu that has acted unlike any bird flu in history. Food plants continue to burn down. Crops are failing. It’s all (or at least mostly) manufactured and being intentionally spread to be blamed on climate change.

We have energy decisions being made by pretty much every nation that isn’t part of BRICS+ that keep us on the verge of collapse without pushing us all the way over the edge. This is so they can be ready for the big shove off the cliff when the appropriate time comes. It’s like Nancy Pelosi pre-tearing Donald Trump’s State of the Union Speech a little so when she’s ready to let it rip, it plays cleanly for the television audience. They want us to think it’s spontaneous (again, so they can blame climate change) even though it’s all being plotted with precision.

We have nearly every nation in the world at some stage of preparation and adoption of Central Bank Digital Currencies that will change actual capitalism into “stakeholder capitalism” before it’s blasted into a full-blown worldwide socialist “solution” to the problems they’re creating. Economic collapse will be used for economic control. If you want access to the ability to buy or sell, you’ll need to line up with whatever they say.

If all of this sounds too linked to be coincidence, that’s because it’s all part of their machinations. If it sounds familiar, that’s because the godfather of modern globalism laid out the framework decades ago.

“Who controls the food supply controls the people; who controls the energy can control whole continents; who controls money can control the world.” – Henry Kissinger

This is why we’re hearing the word “rationing” coming from corporate media and government officials. It’s all part of the plan. As with any long-term psyop, it will be easier to get people to accept and even embrace rationing if they let us know it’s coming through subtle repetition that will slowly morph into a constant drumbeat. The old “Russia, Russia, Russia” will become “ration, ration, ration.”

As Graham J Noble noted at Liberty Nation, this is all part of The Great Reset.

In 2020, a team of academics from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom produced a paper, “Rationing and Climate Change Mitigation,” which argued, as the title suggests, that rationing fuel, food, and even clothes could be an effective way to reduce carbon emissions. The paper was accepted by the journal Ethics, Policy and Environment in January of 2023 and published on Feb. 19. This would seem a pretty extreme proposal, even if it came from the most zealous of adherents to the cult of climate change, but perhaps it’s another nudge in the direction of the Great Reset. It certainly does align with a strategy championed since 2020 at the World Economic Forum (WEF).

GB News truthteller Neil Oliver used this week’s monologue to warn about this evil plan.

Here’s the transcript:

They’re rationing tomatoes in the supermarkets. We’re told it’s about supply chains, bad weather and the price of heating, but right now, in terms of the messaging, I suspect it’s more about pushing the word – rationing. Less about any believable shortage of food and more about getting us used to hearing the word.

No doubt, if experience is anything to go by, the rest will come later. My money says the rationing app for our smartphones is already sitting on a hard drive somewhere, ready when we are.

For now, it’s more of a familiar process of psychological manipulation. Get us acquainted with the general idea of food scarcity so that we’re well-primed when the planned reality is unrolled.

We were given the same treatment with words like “lockdown” and “pandemic”, “mandate” and “denier”. Nudge, nudge. Rationing is a word from our parents’ and grandparents’ generation, a bit like “War in Europe” and “Fascist” and now they’re back in fashion once more. Rationing, I ask you, while the landfills swell with fresh food dumped every day.

The manipulation is invariably about an iron hand in a velvet glove, softly, softly catchy monkey. Much of the messaging in the MSM is, and has been for years, redolent of World War II and the fabled Blitz Spirit, “We’re all in it together”, “making do”, “mustn’t grumble”, “doing our bit”, “standing up for democracy”, “defending the free world”, “sacrifice”, “keep calm and carry on”. Someone somewhere must think our heads zip up the back.

Since I’ve mentioned the “D” word, which is democracy, why not pause for a moment to consider whether any of us has had a chance to vote, voting being that part of democracy we’re invited to think matters most, on any of this.

Do you remember ever voting to give the government the power to lock us in our homes, to shut our children’s schools, our pubs and restaurants, shops and businesses, to tell us whom we could visit or have in our homes, whether we could go for a walk, travel within our own country, far less beyond these shores? Do you remember voting to empower employers to mandate medical procedures for their staff?

And while we’re on the subject of propaganda, who thought to convince us it was ok to demonise and exclude healthy fellow citizens on the grounds they might be carrying an invisible disease?

If you don’t remember whether or not you were invited to get involved in a conversation or a debate about all of this, perhaps it’s because you were, quite understandably, distracted most of the time by the bombardment of state-sanctioned messaging by politicians and the MSM.

Or maybe you were just afraid of the guaranteed ridicule or losing your job.

It’s not just us here in the UK either. I wonder how many US citizens ask themselves when they voted to have their government send well over 100 billion dollars to Ukraine at a time of critical hardship for millions of Americans unable to afford food or heating.

Rather than ask questions, or, in the case of the tax-paying citizens of East Palestine, Ohio, liberally dusted as they are with fallout from a vinyl chloride mushroom cloud ignited with the go-ahead of their own elected officials after a train derailment, perhaps querying why their predicament is not the stuff of a national emergency while fish die in their rivers and their pet and animals die in the fields, they are apparently expected to be reassured by the sight of Joe Biden posing for photos thousands of miles away in Ukraine, while air raid sirens provide sound effects and President Zelensky turns out once more in his freshly laundered combats.

So many times over the past few years, I have thought to myself: “Who do these people think they are”, all of them, once elected to office, herding us towards World War, taking away our natural freedoms? Who do these people think they are that feel empowered to disregard our liberty, our very existence as independent individuals, and spend their time posturing and politicking? Fiddling while Rome burns.

Who do these people think they are blatantly creating and then ignoring hardship, enacting policies to wreck livelihoods, economies and the wellbeing of millions and then standing by while real people suffer the consequences of their vainglorious, self-serving nonsense disguised by propaganda shaped only to distract? And by God do they need to distract us.

Let’s stop for a moment and think what the reality of the situation is – the undeniable reality – which is that we already have the potential for more than enough food, energy and everything else, courtesy of existing technology, and therefore any alleged shortages in the West are only fraudulent fiction.

I said at the top we were being familiarised with rationing and making do. There’s a glaring paradox in all this. At the same time as being nudged into thinking we must do without we are simultaneously drowning in surplus of every sort.

We have centuries of affordable energy under our feet and yet we are bullied into a false reality in which fewer and fewer people can afford to heat their homes or put fuel in their cars and vans. Every year we bulldoze billions of pounds worth of food into landfills while now being told to do without erstwhile familiar foodstuffs.

We do much the same with clothes made in sweatshops and worn once before discarding into those same landfills. We upgrade our phones and other tech and put last year’s offering in the bin, disregarding the lithium and cobalt and the rest of the precious metals mined by child slaves out of sight and out of mind. We will soon be ordered to junk our gas boilers and our petrol and diesel cars. Our governments siphon our taxes into subsidies for wind turbines and solar panels that will themselves be yet more toxic landfill in 20 years’ time.

It’s not just about consumables that we can touch. Every moment of every day we are deluged with information as well, data, and so-called news, but made increasingly incapable of discerning how much, if any of it, is worth knowing in the first place. So much chaff in which to hide the wheat. We are drowning in words but struggling desperately to find so much as a sentence worth reading.

Instead of being educated at school, learning objectively and meaningfully about our shared history, heritage and culture, about how to understand the world and contributing to its betterment, our children are too often indoctrinated with propaganda, drilled with ideologies predicated upon obsession not with the content of people’s characters but with the colour of their skins and the nature of their sexual preferences real or imagined.

A television series that has been the work of hundreds, if not thousands of people spread over a year or more – an effort that was once the stuff of a shared experience keeping us engaged and talking together as communities for months on end – is binge-watched in a single night.

In every way imaginable our dopamine receptors – especially those of our children – are being bludgeoned into numbness.

An eight-year-old boy with a smartphone and an internet connection can help himself, in a week, to more naked women in more positions and predicaments than Genghis Khan saw in a lifetime of murderous conquest.

Sickening surplus and overload all around and, yet, here we are, rationing food in our supermarkets? Pardon my French, but What the Hell?

Rationing tomatoes is just a symptom of how corrupted and bent out of shape our food industry has become at the mercy of greedy corporations committed only to profit for the few at the expense of the health of the many. Let me stress, not one jot of this is the fault of farmers – those out there in a government-made maze of regulations and obstacles to the job of producing healthy food for healthy populations.

EU regulations make it legal to label as “milk” the white liquid obtained from processing almonds and oats. There are to be ground-up crickets in the bread and hundreds of other food products besides.

Industrially processed vegetables are labelled chicken, fish and mince. They make oil from sunflowers and rape seeds, process away its rancid, toxic nature, and sell it in food, and as salad dressing and as an ingredient in soap powder for getting stubborn stains out of clothes. It’s in baby food as well.

Tomatoes aren’t in season in the UK in February, as you might have noticed. Why should they be? Why aren’t we concentrating our attention on what food is in season, and local, and good for us, and teaching people how to cook it?

I travel a fair part of the length of this country every week between my home in Scotland and this studio in London. Aside from the odd moment or two of built-up area, the vast majority of the landscape is green fields. Why aren’t we making the most of the fertile land with which we are blessed instead of lofty talk of handing a third of it back to the beavers?

If food is at a premium, reaching a point where rationing might be required, why are we paying farmers to get out of the business altogether and sell off their hand to transnational corporations for God alone knows what purpose? Why are planes and ships burning fuel to transport avocados for thousands of miles around the world from places where the mass cultivation of the product causes catastrophic damage to local water supply?

What do you think is the answer to these questions? Are our leaders so inexperienced, so clueless about the practicalities of the world that they just don’t know how to run the country for the benefit of the people they’re supposed to serve?

Or are they knowingly in the service not of the people they are elected to represent but of transnational corporations, the markets and the Bank for International Settlements? Which of the two options do you think it might be?

Or is it simpler and more depressing still? Have our leaders, in fact, simply persuaded themselves that distraction is the only game they need to play?

Are we simply to be fed a diet of propaganda and downright lies about health, food, the climate, war, biology, and race … until we are so unwell, confused, exhausted and anxious we won’t notice when they pick the last penny out of our pockets and lock us down in a digital ghetto watched round the clock by cameras and listening devices we pay through the nose to carry in our own pockets? And they’re rationing tomatoes.

Here’s the thing: the world has been run off the rails. No wonder it’s all about distraction – because distraction is all they have. Greed and unrestrained power have brought us to the only destination that was ever in view. Which is right here, right now.

They won’t fix the mess because the mess suits them. I don’t have all the answers – but I do know the solution starts with ignoring any more of their nonsense. The problem is not with the tomatoes they’re rationing. The problem is the surplus of lies they keep selling. Stop buying them.

10 Machinations of the Globalist Elites We Must Fight in 2023 https://americanconservativemovement.com/10-machinations-of-the-globalist-elites-we-must-fight-in-2023/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/10-machinations-of-the-globalist-elites-we-must-fight-in-2023/#comments Thu, 22 Dec 2022 23:22:38 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=186874 Many of us are currently preparing for Christmas. Others are just busy dealing with winter weather. It’s the time of year when we look ahead to prospects and threats. Unfortunately, 2023 seems to be gearing up for a lot more threats than opportunities so we must get ready now.

On today’s episode of The JD Rucker Show, I’ll be discussing the ten things listed below that I believe the globalist elite cabal will roll out next year. By “roll out,” I mean these are things that are already in play but that will ramp up or become more clearly problematic as our world devolves toward tyranny and oblivion.

It’s important to recognize their goals so we can better understand the plans they have for us. At the core of their attacks on the people, the globalist elite cabal wants to destroy freedom in general and religious liberties in particular. This won’t just affect the faithful as religious liberties go in both direction. It’s not only about having the right to worship who and how we want. It’s also the right to NOT worship who and how the state wants. As they experience in Communist China and other oppressive nations, the people are forced to worship government and bow to whichever gods the state presents them. To my atheist and agnostic readers and listeners, do not think this attack by the powers-that-be will spare you.

As I’ve noted many times, the machinations that we face — The Great Reset, the 4th Industrial Revolution, Build Back Better, the Liberal World Order, or whatever you want to call it — are part of a depopulation and control agenda. They want many if not most of us dead and they want control over the remnant. God will separate the wheat from the tares in the end. I cannot say definitively that we are in the end times, but if we are then I would argue that what we’re seeing is a precursor to the spiritual separation that will take place soon.

Let’s dive into the ten machinations I believe will ramp up in the new year. Considering that many of these things are already at ludicrous levels, ramping them up will cause mass devastation. It behooves us all to get ready immediately.

Important note: Invariably someone will read the list below and say that I don’t give enough details. I hate making people watch or listen to my show to get the scoop but each of these topics would require their own long-form articles to even scratch the surface. I’ll discuss each of them with 7-10 minutes worth of commentary during the show but for the sake of this article I must keep the descriptions brief. Otherwise, this article would be a short book.

1. Medical Tyranny Will Strike Again, but for Different Reasons

We all experienced medical tyranny in the ugliest form we’ve seen in our lifetimes over the last three years. Lockdowns, slave masks, prohibited worship, and vaccine mandates have turned the world upside down as the powers-that-be do everything they can to keep us from following the science.

It’s going to get worse. It’s also likely to be different in 2023. New Covid variants will arise and they will be countered (enhanced, actually) by more rounds of booster shots both new and old. It is possible that they will roll out a completely different Plandemic as well. But where medical tyranny takes a very different turn will be in pharmaceutical shortages. We’re already seeing everything from children’s fever medication to a wide array of antibiotics becoming harder and harder to acquire.

The public-private partnership that’s loosely in place today between the CDC, FDA, and Big Pharma will be advanced in 2023. The people will call on government to “do something” so they will oblige by socializing pharmaceuticals for the sake of “equity.” It makes sense to stock up on whatever meds you can get today. For antibiotics, our sponsors ship them to you directly following a telehealth session. Use promo code “Rucker10” for a discount.

2. Joe Biden Will Be Propped Up for as Long as They Can Keep Him

When I’m wrong I say I’m wrong. Last month I predicted that Democrats would push Joe Biden out. That still may happen, but my contacts have informed me that the wishes of the Democrat Party do not align on this topic with the machinations of the globalist elite cabal.

The powers-that-be love Joe. He does exactly what they want him to do. Moreover, he is a perfect distraction to keep conservatives focused on his gaffes and various foibles rather than the deep corruption of his regime. One can argue that they wanted Kamala Harris at his side specifically to prevent people from getting too excited about giving him the boot. Imagine if someone like Michelle Obama was the VP right now. The calls to eject old Joe would be deafening. With Kamala as backup quarterback, few are excited about elevating her.

3. Groomers Will Continue to Emerge From the Shadows to Normalize Child Sexualization

This is obvious to pretty much everyone. We’re witnessing children being exposed by unhinged parents, activist educators, and woke corporations to the most hideous of depravities. Sadly, abominations like “Drag Queen Story Hour” from just a couple of years ago seem tame compared to the overt sexualization that children are being exposed to today.

My mind cannot even fathom what they have planned for 2023. All we know for sure is that the exposure will be more common, the depravities will be more heinous, and the gaslighting of sane parents will be boosted off the scale.

4. LGBTQIA+ Supremacy Will Be Integrated Into EVERYTHING

Having male swimmers competing against females is turning out to be the tip of the iceberg. While there has been some strong pushback in some states, most are still embracing the notion of allowing boys in skirts to sexually assault girls in school bathrooms. We see some outrage after the coverups are exposed, but this outrage has thus far translated into very little in the way of changes.

In 2023, we can expect absolute prioritization of members of the LGBTQIA+ community in every facet of life. They won’t just incentivize companies and organizations to hire and promote from this “oppressed” group. They are already starting to shame any organizations that do not meet the arbitrary quotas. This is a supremacy agenda. It’s one of the biggest indicators that the powers-that-be are targeting religious liberties above all else. This is the topic over which many of the battles will be fought. If you take the side of sanity and true equality of rights (versus equity of outcomes), then you will be labeled as a homophobic, transphobic, religious zealot and bigot. Sadly, many “conservatives” will bend as a result because labels are, for whatever reason, important to many people.

5. Wars and Rumors of Wars

We have war in Ukraine. We have rumors of war in Taiwan, India, and the Middle East, among others. I don’t know for sure if this is what Jesus referred to in Chapter 24 of the Book of Matthew, but if it is then we are at the beginning of sorrows:

6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

7For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

8All these are the beginning of sorrows.

9Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.

Both war and rumors of war are used as control mechanisms. We’re seeing this in the omnibus bill with $45 billion for Ukraine, and even with that massive amount Volodymyr Zelensky says it’s not enough.

In 2023, he’ll get more. Will China invade Taiwan? Will a new war break out in the Middle East? What about the half-dozen other hot spots across the planet? At a time when a majority of citizens across the globe are struggling to survive, throwing more wars into the mix would be devastating for everyone, even those not in a war zone.

6. False Flag Attacks Will Frame Patriots as Domestic Terrorists

January 6 neutered many patriots. It sent some of us into hiding. It sent others toward the “safe” middle where they won’t get harassed by the corrupt FBI. Unfortunately, it was only the beginning.

We must expect false flag attacks next year. The powers-that-be use these to drive their various agendas. Being able to label anyone with a conservative and/or Biblical worldview as “domestic terrorists” gives the Deep State carte blanche with their actions against us.

7. Deeper Food Shortages Will Prompt More Bugs and Frankenmeat

To understand why we’re seeing manufactured food shortages as well as the next two items on my list, let’s turn to the Godfather of Modern Globalism:

“Who controls the food supply controls the people; who controls the energy can control whole continents; who controls money can control the world” — Henry Kissinger

Contrary to what some conspiracy theorists are saying, food shortages are not being manufactured to starve us. With an armed population, the powers-that-be would not try to act like Stalin or Mao against Americans because we would fight back before allowing our families to die of starvation. Instead, they want our needs to fall to the brink of desperation, at which point they’ll offer the solution of abundant fake food.

I will someday make the argument that lab-grown food of any sort is a complete abomination designed to destroy our bodies, minds, AND souls, but that will take more research. For now, just know that the globalist elite cabal wants all of the steak and eggs for themselves while we’re eating whatever government allows us to eat. I, for one, will be feeding my family from my increasing supply of long-term storage food (promo code “discern” at checkout for a discount).

8. More Energy Shortages Will Be Manufactured

Winter is here. Millions of Americans are already experiencing harsh conditions. But beyond the weather we’re also experiencing a series of global energy catastrophes that are driving up prices, forcing rationing, and pummeling the various means of energy storage and delivery.

It’s dramatically underreported that attacks on energy infrastructure are happening every single week. We’ve all heard about the attack on the Nord Stream pipelines but there are smaller attacks happening across the globe, particularly in America, that do not get much coverage. They’re whittling away at one of our most vulnerable points. If we see massive power shortages in 2023, it will be due in part to death by a thousand cuts against the grid. It is coordinated. It is manufactured. It is aligned with the globalist elite cabal’s agenda.

9. Tighter Economic “Squeezing” Will Turn Into Collapse Once CBDCs are Ready

The weak economy is getting weaker every day despite claims by corporate media and the White House that things are getting better. They’re not. You can torture the numbers until they say whatever you want. The White House has mastered this art in an effort to convince people things aren’t as bad as they seem. In reality, it’s far worse than most realize.

All that we’re seeing with the economy is driving us toward Central Bank Digital Currencies. The Digital Dollar is already being tested. When it’s ready, it will be implemented. This could happen as soon as 2023.

The vast majority of patriots are misinterpreting the 87,000 IRS agents the White House is hiring. Yes, this will result in more audits and financial tyranny for small businesses and the middle class, but they don’t need that many more IRS agents for that. The REAL reason to hire so many is so they can roll out the Digital Dollar. They will need a small army of boots on the ground to train the people, install the equipment and software, and facilitate the shift from paper fiat currency to digital fiat currency. It will be positioned as dumb luck that they had all these new IRS agents available when a financial collapse prompts the “need” for the Digital Dollar.

10. Climate Change Cult Will Drive ALL Policies

As I noted on Twitter:

The rapidly rising ranks of climate change cult members are the ultimate modern day religious zealots. They are the Westboro Baptist Church of fake science.

Attacks on freedom of religion aren’t just about preventing us from worshiping who we want. It’s about forcing us to worship who we don’t want. Climate change is quickly becoming the world religion as we are being told to essentially worship the earth through all of our actions. They want us to save the world from the doom that’s coming in a decade. That same doom has been coming in a decade for the last five decades, but those are just inconvenient details the cult members ignore.

Some bristle when I call it a “cult” but is there really any better way to characterize them?

The roots of this cult are pagan and its ultimate goal is to separate us from our Creator.

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. – 1 John 2:15

When they can get people to make all of their life decisions around maintaining their social credit score that is deeply tied to their personal carbon footprint, they’ll be able to dictate every facet of life.

Final Note

Now is not the time for despair. As bad as things seem to be right now, we know one of two things will happen. We will either overcome and persevere, or we are at the end and we will soon be home. Either way, our path forward remains the same. We fight the good fight, speak the truth, and prepare ourselves to deny dependence on government for as long as possible. Don’t fret. Instead, do what you can to secure yourself and your family. Then, do what you can to secure your friends, neighbors, and community. The last thing we should do is look to Washington DC or the rising globalist leaders to find solutions. Whatever they have planned for us, it won’t be good. Stay frosty.

How BlackRock Investment Fund Triggered the Global Energy Crisis https://americanconservativemovement.com/how-blackrock-investment-fund-triggered-the-global-energy-crisis/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/how-blackrock-investment-fund-triggered-the-global-energy-crisis/#comments Sun, 18 Dec 2022 12:23:06 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=186582 Most people are bewildered by what is a global energy crisis, with prices for oil, gas and coal simultaneously soaring and even forcing closure of major industrial plants such as chemicals or aluminum or steel. The Biden Administration and EU have insisted that all is because of Putin and Russia’s military actions in Ukraine. This is not the case. The energy crisis is a long-planned strategy of western corporate and political circles to dismantle industrial economies in the name of a dystopian Green Agenda. That has its roots in the period years well before February 2022, when Russia launched its military action in Ukraine.

Blackrock pushes ESG

In January, 2020  on the eve of the economically and socially devastating covid lockdowns, the CEO of the world’s largest investment fund, Larry Fink of Blackrock, issued a letter to Wall Street colleagues and corporate CEOs on the future of investment flows. In the document, modestly titled “A Fundamental Reshaping of Finance”, Fink, who manages the world’s largest investment fund with some $7 trillion then under management, announced a radical departure for corporate investment. Money would “go green.” In his closely-followed 2020 letter Fink declared,

“In the near future – and sooner than most anticipate – there will be a significant re-allocation of capital…Climate risk is investment risk.” Further he stated, “Every government, company, and shareholder must confront climate change.” [i]

In a separate letter to Blackrock investor clients, Fink delivered the new agenda for capital investing. He declared that Blackrock will exit certain high-carbon investments such as coal, the largest source of electricity for the USA and many other countries. He added that Blackrock would screen new investment in oil, gas and coal to determine their adherence to the UN Agenda 2030 “sustainability.”

Fink made clear the world’s largest fund would begin to disinvest in oil, gas and coal.  “Over time,” Fink wrote, “companies and governments that do not respond to stakeholders and address sustainability risks will encounter growing skepticism from the markets, and in turn, a higher cost of capital.” He added that, “Climate change has become a defining factor in companies’ long-term prospects… we are on the edge of a fundamental reshaping of finance.” [ii]

From that point on the so-called ESG investing, penalizing CO2 emitting companies like ExxonMobil, has become all the fashion among hedge funds and Wall Street banks and investment funds including State Street and Vanguard. Such is the power of Blackrock. Fink was also able to get four new board members in ExxonMobil committed to end the company’s oil and gas business.

The January 2020 Fink letter was a declaration of war by big finance against the conventional energy industry. BlackRock was a founding member of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (the TCFD) and is a signatory of the UN PRI— Principles for Responsible Investing, a UN-supported network of investors pushing zero carbon investing using the highly-corrupt ESG criteria—Environmental, Social and Governance factors into investment decisions. There is no objective control over fake data for a company’s ESG. As well Blackrock signed the Vatican’s 2019 statement advocating carbon pricing regimes. BlackRock in 2020 also joined  Climate Action 100, a coalition of almost 400 investment managers  managing US$40 trillion.

With that fateful January 2020 CEO letter, Larry Fink set in motion a colossal disinvestment in the trillion-dollar global oil and gas sector. Notably, that same year BlackRock’s Fink was named to the Board of Trustees of Klaus Schwab’s dystopian World Economic Forum, the corporate and political nexus of the Zero Carbon UN Agenda 2030. In June 2019, the World Economic Forum and the United Nations signed a strategic partnership framework to accelerate the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.  WEF has a Strategic Intelligence platform which includes Agenda 2030’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

In his 2021 CEO letter, Fink doubled down on the attack on oil, gas and coal. “Given how central the energy transition will be to every company’s growth prospects, we are asking companies to disclose a plan for how their business model will be compatible with a net zero economy,” Fink wrote. Another BlackRock officer told a recent energy conference, “where BlackRock goes, others will follow.” [iii]

In just two years, by 2022 an estimated $1 trillion has exited investment in oil and gas exploration and development globally. Oil extraction is an expensive business and cut-off of external investment by BlackRock and other Wall Street investors spells the slow death of the industry.

Biden—A BlackRock President?

Early in his then-lackluster Presidential bid, Biden had a closed door meeting in late 2019 with Fink who reportedly told the candidate that, “I’m here to help.” After his fateful meeting with BlackRock’s Fink, candidate Biden announced, “We are going to get rid of fossil fuels…” In December 2020, even before Biden was inaugurated in January 2021, he named BlackRock Global Head of Sustainable Investing,  Brian Deese, to be Assistant to the President and Director of the National Economic Council. Here, Deese, who played a key role for Obama in drafting the Paris Climate Agreement in 2015, has quietly shaped the Biden war on energy.

This has been catastrophic for the oil and gas industry. Fink’s man Deese was active in giving the new President Biden a list of anti-oil measures to sign by Executive Order beginning day one in January 2021. That included closing the huge Keystone XL oil pipeline that would bring 830,000 barrels per day from Canada as far as Texas refineries, and halting any new leases in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR). Biden also rejoined the Paris Climate Accord that Deese had negotiated for Obama in 2015 and Trump cancelled.

The same day, Biden set in motion a change of the so-called “Social Cost of Carbon” that imposes a punitive $51 a ton of CO2 on the oil and gas industry. That one move, established under purely executive-branch authority without the consent of Congress, is dealing a devastating cost to investment in oil and gas in the US, a country only two years before that was the world’s largest oil producer.[iv]

Killing refinery capacity

Even worse, Biden’s  aggressive environmental rules and BlackRock ESG investing mandates are killing the US refinery capacity. Without refineries it doesn’t matter how many barrels of oil you take from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. In the first two years of Biden’s Presidency the US has shut down some 1 million barrels a day of gasoline and diesel refining capacity, some due to covid demand collapse, the fastest decline in US history. The shutdowns are permanent. In 2023 an added 1.7 million bpd of capacity is set to close as a result of BlackRock and Wall Street ESG disinvesting and Biden regulations. [v]

Citing the heavy Wall Street disinvestment in oil and the Biden anti-oil policies, the CEO of Chevron in June 2022 declared that he doesn’t believe the US will ever build another new refinery.[vi]

Larry Fink, Board member of Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum, is joined by the EU whose President of the EU Commission, the notoriously corrupt Ursula von der Leyen left the WEF Board in 2019 to become EU Commission head. Her first major act in Brussels was to push through the EU Zero Carbon Fit for 55 agenda. That has imposed major carbon taxes and other constraints on oil, gas and coal in the EU well before the February  2022 Russian actions in Ukraine.  The combined impact of the Fink fraudulent ESG agenda in the Biden administration and the EU Zero Carbon madness is creating the worst energy and inflation crisis in history.

Brace for Impact as Energy, Economic and Food Crises Are Hitting at Once https://americanconservativemovement.com/brace-for-impact-as-energy-economic-and-food-crises-are-hitting-at-once/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/brace-for-impact-as-energy-economic-and-food-crises-are-hitting-at-once/#comments Wed, 30 Nov 2022 02:18:21 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=185635 The normalization of bad tidings has made many Americans numb to the realities that face us today. One can look at any one of the massive threats we’re facing and come to the conclusion that society is on the brink of collapse. Unfortunately, we’re not looking at one or two major threats. We’re looking at several and they’re all hitting at the same time.

For years, I’ve been the guy who pushed back against the “Chicken Littles” who have been declaring societal collapse on the horizon. I didn’t flip out over Y2K. I didn’t stock up food and ammunition during the 2008 economic downturn. I didn’t say America was going to fall under Barack Obama. I didn’t buy a year’s worth of toilet paper when the lockdowns started. It’s important to understand this because I’m someone who is generally hopeful. I’m no fan of fearmongers, but things have changed in 2022 and it’s looking even worse for 2023. The sky really is falling on multiple fronts and most Americans seem oblivious.

There are two existential threats I won’t be covering on today’s episode of The JD Rucker Show: rigged elections and the Covid jabs. We’ll talk about them later in the week. Today, I want to focus on three of the economic challenges we’re facing. Watch the show here:

Here are the stories I’ll be covering…

NYISO Warns New Yorkers About “Sharp Rise” in Winter Electricity Prices

Readers have been well-informed that the global energy crisis is finally coming to America this winter as energy bills soar. The latest sign of soaring power costs is a warning from New York’s grid operator.

In a press release, New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) wrote that millions of New Yorkers would have enough electricity supplies this winter to meet forecasted peak demand conditions.

While that’s a relief NYISO won’t have to resort to power blackouts this winter, the grid operator warned customers would face “a sharp rise in wholesale electricity prices expected this winter due to several economic and geopolitical factors that continue to impact the cost of natural gas used in the production of electricity.”

Bloomberg pointed out that NYC natural gas prices for January delivery were more than 60% higher than a year ago. Plus, diesel prices are through the roof as fuel supplies in the Northeast are dangerously low. Combine higher inputs to generate power, which means the added costs will be passed onto consumers. Homeowners Should Brace for Property Price Drop

Real estate prices have declined over the past several months, but there could be much more to come, data and some experts indicate. The median home price has dropped by about 7 percent since its peak in June. It is still up by about 6 percent since October last year and more than 35 percent up since early 2020, according to data from Zillow, a listing site.

Other market metrics have recently dropped far more precipitously though. Sales volume, for instance, is down more than 24 percent since last year. Construction started on less than 120,000 private housing units in October, down from more than 150,000 in April, according to Census Bureau’s seasonally adjusted data (pdf). Prices of lumber, the most common residential construction material in America, dropped by nearly 70 percent since February and are now roughly at the early 2020 level.

The housing market has been pummeled by the Federal Reserve’s lifting of interest rates this year, which have boosted mortgage rates from less than 3 percent in September last year to more than 7 percent in early November. The rates have since eased to some 6.5 percent. This indicates that the market has yet to reach its bottom.

“We expect a drop of 15-to-20% over the next year, in order to restore the pre-Covid price-to-income ratio,” wrote Ian Shepherdson, chief economist at the Pantheon Macroeconomics in a note last week.  [read more]

It Is Beginning: 41 Percent of All Small Business Owners Could Not Pay Rent in November

Many experts are now warning that we could see the housing market and the commercial real estate market simultaneously crash in 2023.  If that were to happen, it would put an extreme amount of stress on our financial system.  The only way we will avoid such a fate is if the Federal Reserve starts reducing interest rates.  Unfortunately, that isn’t going to happen.  In fact, officials at the Federal Reserve keep telling us that interest rates are going to keep going up.  This is literally a suicidal course of action, because higher rates are going to absolutely crush the economy.

If you doubt this, just consider what is already happening.

According to a new Alignable survey that was just released, 41 percent of all small business owners in the United States could not pay rent in November…

Due to high inflation, reduced consumer spending, higher rents and other economic pressures, U.S.-based small business owners’ rent problems just escalated to new heights nationally this month, based on Alignable’s November Rent Poll of 6,326 small business owners taken from 11/19/22 to 11/22/22.

Unfortunately, 41% of U.S.-based small business owners report that they could not pay their rent in full and on time in November, a new record for 2022. Making matters worse, this occurred during a quarter when more money should be coming in and rent delinquency rates should be decreasing. But so far this quarter, the opposite has been true.

In September, that same survey found that 30 percent of all small business owners could not pay rent. [read more]

Lobbyists Call on the US Government to Develop Digital ID Infrastructure for “Security” Reasons

A group of 10 advocacy organizations, including the Identity Theft Resource Center and the Better Identity Coalition, have called on Congress to pass the Improving Digital Identity Act of 2022, mandating the government to develop federal  infrastructure. The bill has advanced through committees in both the House and Senate, but it is yet to be put to a vote. In the letter, the organizations noted that in 2021, 293 million people were affected by data breaches, and that there has been a 333% rise in losses from identity fraud since 2017.

The letter further notes that the FTC estimated that there was a 3,000% increase in identity theft for public benefits from 2019 to 2020. And, the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has identified abuse of components of digital identity, like personally identifiable information, as the main cause of cybercrime and fraud in the country. Federal Reserve Set to Introduce Privacy-Crushing Digital Currency That Can Be ‘Controlled’ and ‘Programmed’ by Government Bureaucrats

“Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank President Esther George said in an interview that inflation is at risk of growing entrenched in the economy, making it difficult for the Federal Reserve to fight inflation without a recession. George said that labor is the driver of inflation now, rather than supply chain or production shortages, and the real challenge for policymakers is prematurely ending rate increases,” private intelligence firm Forward Observer reported in a note to subscribers earlier this month.

An accompanying analyst comment noted: “Fed officials have previously waved off the risk of recession, so this admission is significant. George is now saying the proverbial quiet part out loud, as [Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome] Powell has been engineering a deliberate recession since last year.”

Now, as an engineered recession is upon us, the same Fed will be introducing a digital currency that it can manipulate on behalf of the wishes of the deep state permanent government.

The N.Y. Fed said in a statement: “This U.S. proof-of-concept project is experimenting with the concept of a regulated liability network. It will test the technical feasibility, legal viability, and business applicability of distributed ledger technology to settle the liabilities of regulated financial institutions through the transfer of central bank liabilities.” [read more]

1.8M Chickens Slaughtered in Nebraska as Bird Flu Pecks Away at Food Supply

Another 1.8 million chickens were ordered to be culled in Nebraska after agriculture officials analyzed yet another bird flu outbreak on a farm. The latest culling comes after 50 million birds have been slaughtered nationwide to try and contain the ongoing outbreak according to AP, so who knows if it’s actually true.

Fortunately the Nebraska Department of Agriculture (NDA) issued a report, which adds that this is the 13th farm in the state to suffer an outbreak this year. According to the report, 6.8 million birds have been killed in Nebraska – the second-most behind Iowa, which has killed 15.5 million. After the affected flock is culled, the NDA will establish a 6.2-mile control zone around the affected premises. [read more]

100 Million Dead Birds Are Just the Beginning, Because This Pestilence Is Far From Over

Did you know that an extremely vicious virus that is currently sweeping across the globe has already killed more than 100 million birds?  If you haven’t heard about this yet, don’t feel bad, because most people in the general population don’t know about this either.  Like so many of the other nightmares that we are facing right now, the mainstream media continues to downplay the bird flu crisis and continues to insist that authorities have everything under control.  But of course the truth is that they don’t have this outbreak under control.  Flocks are being steadily wiped out all over the planet, and prices for turkey, chicken and eggs just keep going higher and higher.  If the bird flu spreads even faster in 2023 than it did in 2022, it won’t be too long before we have some pretty serious shortages on our hands.

Over the long Thanksgiving weekend, it was being reported that the official death toll in the U.S. has now reached 50.54 million.  That makes this “the worst animal-health disaster in U.S. history”

More than 50.54 million U.S. birds have died in what is the worst Avian flu outbreak in U.S. history, according to data from the Department of Agriculture, Reuters reports. It also marks the worst animal-health disaster in U.S. history.

But it is perfectly “normal” for tens of millions of our turkeys and chickens to be wiped out, right?

Unfortunately, this pestilence is not just limited to the United States.  In fact, the UK and the European Union “are also suffering their worst avian-flu crises”

Losses of poultry flocks sent prices for eggs and turkey meat to record highs, worsening economic pain for consumers facing red-hot inflation and making Thursday’s Thanksgiving celebrations more expensive in the United States. Europe and Britain are also suffering their worst avian-flu crises, and some British supermarkets rationed customers’ egg purchases after the outbreak disrupted supplies.

We have never seen anything like this before.

According to CNBC, the number of dead birds in the EU alone has reached “nearly 50 million”…

Governments across Europe have culled bird populations to limit the spread of avian flu. Almost six million birds have been killed in the Netherlands since October 2021, while Spain, Bulgaria, Denmark and France have also been badly affected.

Nearly 50 million birds have been killed in Europe this year as countries try to contain the disease, according to the EU’s Food Safety Agency.

Actually, that figure is a bit old, but I was not able to find an updated one.

But if you take that number and add 50 million from the United States, that gives us a grand total of approximately 100 million dead birds, and that doesn’t even account for the remainder of the globe. [read more]

Pray, Prepare, and Hope

It’s easy for Americans who are awake to what’s happening around us to do two things. First, we can become extremely concerned about the future. This concern manifests in different ways for different people. Some get angry. Others experience anxiety or depression. Many sit back and hope for the best. Others run for the hills. No matter how it manifests, the faithful who have read their Bibles know that this temporary life is just a stepping stone to something infinitely greater. Hard times were prophesied, so whether things get worse or if we’re given a reprieve and judgment has not yet come, we should pray and remain hopeful.

The second thing that happens is we look around and wonder why so many around us seem completely oblivious. It’s not just Democrats, leftists, or atheists. Even many if not most patriotic and faith-driven people seem to be underestimating the abysmal state of affairs in this nation. They know it’s bad, but they seem to believe it’s not THAT bad. This is why it’s imperative that the faithful and the patriotic spread the word. Don’t just drop a link on Twitter or Gab, though that would be nice. Email it. Talk about it in person. Please do what you can to help people wake up and do what they must to prepare.

Some may say it’s not their problem. I would argue that the more people who are aware and taking actions to improve their own situations, the harder it will be for the powers-that-be to achieve their evil goals. We need allies. But remember one thing above all else. Whether it manifests for us today or after we’re gone, our greatest ally is our Creator. Do all things for Him.

NYISO Warns New Yorkers About “Sharp Rise” in Winter Electricity Prices https://americanconservativemovement.com/nyiso-warns-new-yorkers-about-sharp-rise-in-winter-electricity-prices/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/nyiso-warns-new-yorkers-about-sharp-rise-in-winter-electricity-prices/#comments Tue, 29 Nov 2022 23:01:50 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=185637 Readers have been well-informed that the global energy crisis is finally coming to America this winter as energy bills soar.

For months we have pointed out, The Average US Household Pays 47% More For Electricity Than A Year Ago” and “American Energy Bills Are Set To Soar This Winter” and “Your Next Pain Will Be Soaring Electricity Costs As Energy Crisis Comes To America.”

And just as the cold season begins, there are 20 million households behind on their power bills. Now power companies are renegotiating power contracts with households, increasing the price per kilowatt substantially.

Winter is coming...

Americans will increasingly burn firewood this year to offset soaring electricity costs, just like millions of Europeans — as the energy crisis sends the western world back to the ‘medieval’ days of using stoves and fireplaces to heat homes because of failed sanctions against Russia and terrible energy policy by western politicians pushing ESG garbage.

Winter Shortages Are Looking Even Worse Than We Thought https://americanconservativemovement.com/winter-shortages-are-looking-even-worse-than-we-thought/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/winter-shortages-are-looking-even-worse-than-we-thought/#respond Tue, 22 Nov 2022 03:38:42 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=185326 If there ever needed to be more evidence that the globalist elite cabal and their minions in the Biden-Harris regime were manufacturing shortages, we simply need to look at the various situations forming a perfect storm of crises. There is nothing natural about shortages hitting food, energy, medications, and pretty much everything else at the same time. And no, it’s not “Russia Russia Russia” that’s causing it all to happen.

The only thing we don’t have a shortage of is more authoritarian government. Our dystopian future is forming before our eyes as DC plunges us deeper into debt both as a nation as well as for individuals and families. It’s all leading us toward “necessary” centralization of monetary control through central bank digital currencies. They don’t want to force most Americans to accept the Digital Dollar. They want a majority to be begging for them.

The easiest people to control are those who ask to be controlled. Readers of my articles and listeners of my shows are generally adamantly opposed to being controlled, expanding government, or embracing the various public-private partnerships that are popping up in every industry. But we’re a dwindling minority. No, that’s not to say that a majority of Americans are budding Neo-Marxists. Our problem isn’t with ideology. Our problem is with passion. Even many who oppose such things as CBDCs will not fight by our side against them. They’ll begrudgingly accept them because everyone else is. The herd mentality, even among most individualists and patriots, is becoming all-too common.

It’s as if many if not most conservatives have given up. This is by design.

On today’s episode of The JD Rucker Show, I dove into three articles that highlight various challenges that we’re suddenly facing. They’re not really “sudden,” of course; all of these things are part of long-standing plans that have been trickling out for years, even decades. The problem is we weren’t ready to fight them in their infancy and now that they’re becoming full-blown realities, most of us are struggling just to feed our families. This, too, is by design.

The final article I covered, which is posted below, highlights the hope that Brandon Smith at Alt-Market has for a potential happy ending. I don’t completely agree with his assessments, but I support many of the notions he posted. Perhaps I’m too cynical, but I don’t see a political solution to any of this. The midterms were the last chance to slow the bleeding. With the red tsunami thwarted through massive, widespread voter fraud, it’s time to find our solutions in We the People and, of course, our only true savior in Jesus Christ. Here is today’s show followed by Brandon’s article…

Is the American Pendulum Swinging Back to Reason? Maybe, but It Will Be a Long Fight

It should be considered an embarrassment for the states and districts involved, but the 2022 midterm elections are still being counted as I write this. In some cases, ballot drop boxes, mail-in ballots and “malfunctioning” voting machines have created a suspicious fog of uncertainty, and the uncertainty always seems to work in the favor of the political left.

Needless to say, some kind of change needs to happen – The majority of Americans are aware that ongoing trends of national deconstruction cannot be allowed to continue. Even the people that refrain from voting are watching the elections, just to see if the momentum of the country has shifted even a little. And, many people who tend to refrain are on the independent/libertarian side of things.

Times change and circumstances evolve, even if some people are too bitter or jaded to see it. The old guard Neocons trained in the Chicago school by Leo Strauss along with the acolytes of Irving Kristol are losing favor among conservative voters and many are dying out. The era of Bush family politics is going extinct; they were never conservative anyway.

What is left behind is a kind of philosophical stew – A mixture of libertarians, independents, Republicans and patriots that don’t necessarily affiliate with every aspect of the GOP but they will vote for a candidate with a strong stance against the woke propaganda and globalism of the political left. That’s what they are looking for.

For example, Ron DeSantis and his epic win in Florida shows us that the GOP is now being forced to address real conservative issues and concerns, whether they like it or not. Because if they want to win big like DeSantis they will have to start promoting the same policies and arguments as DeSantis. Republican candidates that don’t will not succeed, at least nowhere near the same level.

Many people assume that Trump was the impetus for this new wave of conservatives which has abandoned the Neocon coup. But in reality, the wave started at least a decade ago and we are only now beginning to see the results. Trump rode the wave, he didn’t create it.

Despite the claims of the mainstream media, there was indeed a red wave this year, but at the state level and in terms more subtle.

I consider keeping my own state red a matter of urgency. Montana conservatives recently witnessed what happens when we get lazy about voting leftists out of power. Our governor at the beginning of the covid event was Steve Bullock, a Democrat posing as a “middle of the road” pro-gun, pro-freedom guy. But when the federal government’s calls for mandates hit, Bullock followed right along with all other blue state politicians in trying to enforce unconstitutional restrictions and was incredibly malicious towards groups questioning such policies.

In 2020, we booted him out of office and most Democrats along with him. We learned our lesson – Keep the state red because in the event of crisis these people will exploit the situation to steal power and assert dominance.

I’ve had a lot of folks tell me over the years that voting is irrelevant and that conservative leaders at the state and county level would fold and submit to the whims of the feds when the time came for our liberties to be stripped away. These people were wrong.

The time did come; the pandemic was the perfect opportunity for establishment authoritarians to take all that was left of our freedoms forever. They certainly tried with all the tools available to them, including the controlled corporate media, big tech social media platforms, federal bureaucracy, etc. We passed within a short breath of full-spectrum tyranny.

The covid cult failed and they failed because red states across the country refused to comply, from the voters to the politicians. Conservative state leaders did not “fold” as many predicted, which means there is a chance to fight back on a level beyond defending our front porches with guns in hand.

At the very least, the actions of red states have bought us more time, and that is a precious commodity in an era of quickly escalating crisis. The situation is not quite as dire as I believed many years ago, and not as definitive as many liberty activists believe now. The end is not nigh. Our efforts are having an effect.

Am I putting blind faith in the elections? No. But there is valuable information to be derived from the elections and some of it tells a story of a country battling back from the brink of progressive insanity. Here are just a few factors to consider after the midterms:

Conservatives Were Out In Force

While the media constantly mentions a higher turnout for young voters this season, the real news is that conservatives had at least 3.5 million more voters overall than Democrats. Since the leftists are so fond of majority rule, it is interesting to point out the separation in active voters.

It is also odd that Democrats continue to declare “victory” in 2022 given they lost control of the House of Representatives. How can they declare a win when they came out the other side of the election with less than they had before?

Florida Sweep

Ron DeSantis crushed leftists in Florida based on a very vocal anti-woke, anti-establishment platform. He proved that this is what Americans want. Not middle of the road, not riding the fence or trying to be diplomatic, but remaining steadfast and uncompromising in the face of irrational zealotry and underhanded agendas.

Some people in the liberty movement have their complaints about DeSantis, but what I’m looking at is results and he has done more to stop the woke agenda in his state than any other state government in the country. He also stood firm against covid authoritarianism. Results are what matter most.

The “Blue Invasion” Threat Was A Lie

All the wailing and screaming I heard over the past two years about leftists relocating into red states during covid and changing the demographics was complete nonsense. I’ve been saying since the pandemic began – Leftists don’t move away from their hive and they aren’t taking over red states, at least not in the past few years. The latest midterms prove that the fear of “blue invasion” was pure paranoia. If anything, in Montana we saw far more conservatives escaping blue states to live somewhere they felt was safe.

After this election I don’t want to hear another half-baked theory about the Dems turning Texas or Florida or other strong red states to the dark side.

The Abortion “Blue Wave” Never Happened

Remember after the Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade the number of media outlets proclaiming that conservatives would be destroyed during the elections? Apparently, average Americans are not as concerned with the “right” to kill babies as they had assumed. States that have moved to ban abortion are not facing a blue wave and these laws will most likely remain in place.

This fact upends a long running narrative in the mainstream than any attempt to stop abortion is doomed to failure and that any political candidate that supports banning abortion would be soundly defeated. The narrative was merely a scare tactic to create a false consensus.

Ballot Harvesting And Mail-In Options Always Favor Democrats

One could debate the reasons why, but the Democrat tactic of relying on non-traditional voting methods always works in their favor. There is also the issue of potential voter fraud when it comes to mail-in ballots and ballot harvesting, as we are currently seeing investigated by the Attorney General of Arizona. The only way to be sure that such sabotage does not occur is to do what Florida did and require most voters to appear at polls in person.

In battleground states where this is not an option, it would seem that conservatives are going to have to learn the ballot harvesting game that Democrats play and use the tactic against them.

Americans Place The Economy Above All Other Concerns

Regardless of how the elections pan out, public polling before the midterms consistently revealed that the majority of Americans are worried about inflation and economic decline above all else, and the social issues that leftists typically run on are at the bottom of the list.

This means that the longer the economic crisis goes on the more Dems in power will be questioned about their solutions. It is perhaps ironic that leftists are so keen to hold onto government control when they are only going to continue to take the bulk of the blame for the continuing economic fallout.

They have no plan, and they don’t intend to do anything about it except spend more money they don’t have, which is what caused the crisis in the first place. At least conservative candidates are acknowledging the threat; leftists still refuse to admit the threat exists.

I believe the economic danger will continue to grow, and there is little that can be done about it with Democrats still clinging to the Senate and with Biden in the White House. Which means the work will fall to individual states to protect themselves from the shock. I suspect that in the end red states will survive while blue states implode.

Is our cultural pendulum swinging back to reason? Yes, I see signs of it everywhere, but the fight ahead is going to be long and arduous. It’s not just the globalists that we have to contend with, it’s the woke activists and useful idiots within our population that need to be diminished. It took decades for us to get to the terrible spot we are in as a society and it will most likely take decades to get us out of it. That said, there is hope. Over time this fight can be won and there are many millions of us at the ready.  If we can’t stop the current crash, we can at least determine who will rebuild.

Homemade Energy Crisis? Another Refinery, Owned by Chevron, Goes up in Flames – Sabotage of Oil Infrastructure? https://americanconservativemovement.com/homemade-energy-crisis-another-refinery-owned-by-chevron-goes-up-in-flames-sabotage-of-oil-infrastructure/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/homemade-energy-crisis-another-refinery-owned-by-chevron-goes-up-in-flames-sabotage-of-oil-infrastructure/#comments Sat, 12 Nov 2022 07:55:32 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=184787 The night of the midterm election, another oil refinery, this one owned by Chevron and located in El Segundo, Calif., caught fire under mysterious circumstances.

Firefighters were called to the scene, which was described as a “massive fire” – see the video below. Officials say they have no idea how the fire started.

The next day, Reuters reported that the “isolated fire” occurred inside Chevron’s 269,000-barrel-per-day (bpd) refinery and is now extinguished.

None of the facility’s “major processes units” were affected, the same report claimed. (Related: In September, numerous oil refineries in Ohio mysteriously caught fire and had to be shut down.)

Firefighters were able to fully extinguish the fire around 8:35 p.m. PST not long after the polls closed and votes were being counted.

A company spokesman from Chevron claims the fire did not impact the refinery’s ability to supply petroleum products to customers throughout the Southern California region.

Chevron facility where fire occurred produces 20% of vehicle fuel, 40% of jet fuel across Southern California

The fire began not long before 6:13 p.m. when dispatch was called. It was considered to be a “two-level alarm” affecting El Segundo, as well as nearby Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, and Lose Angeles County.

According to Chevron’s website, the El Segundo refinery in question supplies 20 percent of all motor vehicle fuel across Southern California. It also supplies 40 percent of all jet fuel consumed across the southland.

The incident occurred at a time when gasoline prices across California are soaring to $6 a gallon and beyond. They dipped slightly before the midterm election, but are now expected to increase by another $1 per gallon moving into December.

Meanwhile, “planned work” is said to be scheduled at two competitor refineries near Chevron’s refinery. These include Marathon’s 363,000-bpd refinery in Los Angeles and Valero’s 145,000-bpd refinery in San Francisco.

Is this all just a coincidence, or are these fires and “planned work” events being coordinated to further take down America’s fossil fuel supplies, and thus our country’s energy independence?

Keep in mind that many other refineries have also been hit with mysterious fires in recent months, as have a spate of food production facilities all across the country. Is this ecoterrorism and depopulation at work?

“Joe said no more oil,” wrote a commenter about the matter, referring, of course, to fake president Joe Biden and his anti-fossil fuel agenda. “First it was food supplies; now they are going after fuel capabilities.”

Another wrote that “they do this every time they need an excuse to increase prices even further.”

“It’s part of their playbook,” this person added.

If this is all planned as many believe it is, then the country, and presumably the world, is about to undergo a massive de-industrialization transformation, which means lots of depopulation as well.

“The ‘green’ movement will take us back to the Stone Age,” interjected another commenter. “There is no such thing as ‘global warming.’ Even the term ‘fossil fuels’ is a misnomer. The earth produces all the energy we need.”

“This will adversely affect the prices California consumers pay at the pump,” added another to the conversation – though many would contend that the rest of the country will suffer, too.

“Only thing is while the Chevron refinery fire will be local to CA, the halt of crude oil from SPR (strategic petroleum reserves) will have a nationwide effect.”

America’s fossil fuel energy sector is under attack. To keep up with the latest, visit Terrorism.news.
