Or, to me accurate, we’re diving deeper into conspiracies, especially as they pertain to the economy.

We covered the Council for Inclusive Capitalism who are the “tip of the spear” for the Globalist Elite Cabal. WE noted a growing conspiracy surrounding government censorship… twice. Rice is rising. Immigration policies are failing. Then, we talked to Jonathan Rose, co-founder of Genesis Gold Group.

The Next Plandemic? Experts Say Bird Flu Virus Is “Changing Rapidly” https://americanconservativemovement.com/the-next-plandemic-experts-say-bird-flu-virus-is-changing-rapidly/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/the-next-plandemic-experts-say-bird-flu-virus-is-changing-rapidly/#comments Mon, 05 Jun 2023 23:11:45 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=193306 Editor’s Commentary: There is a fine line between recognizing the machinations of those who are trying to roll out The Great Reset and falling for fake news that actually takes us in the wrong direction. I’m always skeptical of stories that claim the next wave of this or that is about to happen because it usually doesn’t. That’s not a testament for the globalist elite cabal as they clearly DO want to continue dropping aspects of their plans on us. That’s a condemnation of the fearmongering that often takes place in the name of sharing the “truth.”

The article below by Mac Slavo from SHTF Plan checks out. The attacks on the food supply have been too frequent to be ignored, yet corporate media ignores it or even “debunks” claims that our food infrastructure is under attack. This is a clear indicator that we’re on the right track when exposing instances of manipulation exacerbating the growing food crisis. They DO want chickens and cows “vaccinated.” They DO want chickens and cows culled. This is happening and the only path forward is to first attempt to stop them and second to prepare for it if they succeed. With that said, here’s Mac Slavo…

Experts are warning that during the largest ongoing outbreak of avian influenza or bird flu, that the virus is “changing rapidly.” Because of this, the elitists and rulers are calling for a mass vaccination campaign for poultry.

While emphasizing that the risk to humans remains low, the experts who spoke to the Associated Free Press said that the surging number of bird flu cases in mammals was a cause for concern. The virus causing record cases of avian influenza in birds across the world is changing rapidly, experts have warned, as calls increase for countries to vaccinate their poultry, according to a report by Medical Xpress.

Since first emerging in 1996, the H5N1 avian influenza virus had previously been confined to mostly seasonal outbreaks. But “something happened” in mid-2021 that made the group of viruses much more infectious, according to Richard Webby, the head of a World Health Organization collaborating center studying influenza in animals.

Since then, the outbreaks have lasted all year round, spreading to new areas and leading to mass deaths among wild birds and tens of millions of poultry being unnecessarily culled.

Webby, who is also a researcher at St Jude Children’s Research Hospital in the United States city of Memphis, told AFP it was “absolutely” the largest outbreak of avian influenza the world had seen.

“This virus is not being static, it’s changing,” Webby said.  “That does increase the potential that even just by chance” the virus could “pick up genetic traits that allow it to be more of a human virus,” he said.

The H5N1 bird flu virus has also been detected in a soaring number of mammals, which Webby described as a “really, really troubling sign”. Last week Chile said that nearly 9,000 sea lions, penguins, otters, porpoises, and dolphins have died from bird flu along its north coast since the start of the year.

Ian Brown, the virology head at the UK’s Animal and Plant Health Agency said it would take “two or three minor changes in one protein of the viruses” to become more adapted to humans. “That is what we’re really looking out for.”

Top 7 Ways Biden Regime and Big Food Corporations Are Crippling Family-Owned Farms in America https://americanconservativemovement.com/top-7-ways-biden-regime-and-big-food-corporations-are-crippling-family-owned-farms-in-america/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/top-7-ways-biden-regime-and-big-food-corporations-are-crippling-family-owned-farms-in-america/#comments Mon, 15 May 2023 00:15:32 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=192558 One of the keys to surviving the Democrat-led food and resource apocalypse is keeping local and family-run farms functioning in full capacity. The Leftists would call it a conspiracy by the Right, but the signs are far too obvious for it to be anything but a true conspiracy created by the Left.

As the Health Ranger has explained in depth on Brighteon podcasts, the Biden regime is a cabal full of tyrants who want Americans to live in the Dark Ages, with no stoves, no hot water, no flushing toilets, no cars, and wait for it… no natural food. The supply chain crippling and dismantling has been systematic so far, and the economic impact to family-owned farmers has been nothing short of apocalyptic.

As the natural health realm increases in popularity and strength, the Biden Regime moves to destroy it completely, paving the way for a communist Amerika

As the allopathic world of medicine gets more dangerous and less effective at helping sick folks cope, especially during and after the Covid plandemic, more and more consumers are turning to wholesome, fresh, unadulterated local farms for their steady supply of produce, including fruits, vegetables, berries, grains and oats.

Most local produce is free from GMOs and chemical pesticides, including herbicides and insecticides, plus the cost can be lower because less transportation expenses are incurred for the grower and sellers. Many local farmers also grow fruit, vegetables, and herbs in greenhouses, using mineral fortification and clean water that’s free of pollutants.

Here are the main 7 ways the wicked Biden Regime and top corporations are choking out family-owned farms in this country

  1. Dismantling and destroying the supply chain

  2. Beginning to make mRNA vaccines mandatory for farm animals

  3. Poisoning the animal feed with toxins and infertility chemicals

  4. Cost of transportation skyrocketing with fuel prices, trucking company interruptions

  5. Inflation is hurting family businesses more than corporations

  6. Pollution of land and rivers from dioxins, hospital waste, biosludge

  7. Push for lab-concocted, GMO test-tube meat and zombie eggs

Americans with small-to-midsized farms are finding it increasingly difficult to make a living and afford to keep their business going. The globalists and Democrats want to destroy our economy with delusional visions of ending all fossil fuel use in the next decade or so. Trains are mysteriously derailing with chemicals spilling onto small farms and polluting regions with dioxides and other “forever” chemicals. Food processing plants are exploding and suffering from random arson all across the nation.

Many farmers are finding out their animal feed is poisoned with chemicals, GMOs, and infertility drugs that keep their chickens from producing eggs, for example. These feeds are often coming from corporate entities that may be doing it on purpose to snuff out the “competition.”

Now, Bill Gates and his GMO minions want to inject every living farm animal with mRNA “technology” that will pollute their blood, meat, and byproducts with toxic spike proteins that, as we already know, cause vascular clots, myocarditis, pericarditis, and turbo cancer.

Then, with inflation skyrocketing, the cost of fertilizer, supplies, animal feed, transportation, stocking, and delivery of goods has also doubled, tripled, and quadrupled in certain areas. This is hurting the small farmers much more than the big corporations that highly benefited from the scamdemic, which lasted over two years.

European Country Becomes First to BAN Lab-Grown Meat and REJECT Insects as ‘Food’ https://americanconservativemovement.com/european-country-becomes-first-to-ban-lab-grown-meat-and-reject-insects-as-food/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/european-country-becomes-first-to-ban-lab-grown-meat-and-reject-insects-as-food/#respond Sat, 01 Apr 2023 18:38:52 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=191404 Italy’s government approved a bill on Tuesday banning the production and use of lab-manufactured food and animal feed, as the nation attempts to preserve Italian food heritage and steer away from synthetic choices.

“A battle of civilizations. In defense of citizens’ health, of our production model, of our quality, of our culture, simply our food sovereignty,” said Italian minister of agriculture Francesco Lollobrigida in a tweet Wednesday, adding: “Italy is the first nation in the world to say no to synthetic foods.” There will be fines up to €60,000 ($65,144) for failure to comply. If the parliament passes the proposal, food produced from cell cultures or tissues derived from vertebrate animals will not be allowed in the country.

“Laboratory products in our opinion do not guarantee quality, well-being and the protection of our culture, our tradition,” said Lollobrigida, a member of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni’s right-wing Brothers of Italy party, at a press conference on March 28.

Prime Minister Meloni had changed the name last year of the ministry of agriculture to the ministry of agriculture and food sovereignty, and Lollobrigida is an outspoken critic of the European Union’s food programs.

The agricultural lobby Coldiretti backed the latest move to ban synthetic foods and claimed that the bill was necessary to protect the local industry from multinational companies. Along with fines, the proposal seeks to shut down producers who violate the law and restrict them from obtaining public funding for up to three years.

Opposition From NGOs

The bill has received blowback from several supporters of cell-based agri-products as well as animal rights organizations.

“The passing of such a law would shut down the economic potential of this nascent field in Italy, holding back scientific progress and climate mitigation efforts, and limiting consumer choice,” said Alice Ravenscroft, head of policy at the Good Food Institute (GFI) Europe, an international nongovernmental organization promoting plant-based and cultivated meat.

“Italy would be left behind as the rest of Europe and the world progresses toward a more sustainable and secure food system. And the 54 percent of Italians who already want to try cultivated meat would be banned from doing so.

“The European Union already has a robust regulatory process in place for confirming the safety of new foods like cultivated meat, and regulators in the United States and Singapore have already found it to be safe. The government should let Italians make up their own minds about what they want to eat, instead of stifling consumer freedom.”

The GFI cited peer-reviewed research when it said that cultivated meat cuts down emissions by 92 percent compared to conventional beef, reduces meat production-related air pollution by 94 percent, and consumes up to 90 percent less farming land.

The bill put Italy at odds with other European nations like the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Spain, where the government is pouring in millions of euros in funding toward cultivated meat, said the GFI.

The anti-vivisection group LAV said that the policy was “an ideological, anti-scientific crusade against progress,” while the International Organization for Animal Protection said that cultivated meat was an “ethical alternative” that did not harm animals and was protective of the environment.

Cellular Agriculture Europe complained that Italy was limiting choices of consumers who were concerned about animal welfare and the environment.

Critics are claiming that the new law would not have a significant effect on the Italian economy because of the freedom of movement of products and services across the bloc.

Eating Insects

The Meloni administration is also against promoting insects as a suitable food alternative—a trend adopted by the European Union and backed by elite organizations like the World Economic Forum. In January, the European Commission approved two more insect species for human consumption in the region, even after acknowledging concerns about the bugs triggering allergies.

Last week, Meloni said the government was preparing policies that will require companies to label products containing or derive from insects following a debate on the use of cricket-based flour.

“The government has presented four inter-ministerial decrees which will introduce information labels on products that contain or derive from insects,” Meloni wrote on Twitter. “Citizens must be able to choose consciously and be informed from every point of view.”

The government is also reportedly considering including Italian cuisine in the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage.

Manufactured Food Crisis Continues With Massive Fire at a Top Five Egg-Producing Chicken Farm https://americanconservativemovement.com/manufactured-food-crisis-continues-with-massive-fire-at-a-top-five-egg-producing-chicken-farm/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/manufactured-food-crisis-continues-with-massive-fire-at-a-top-five-egg-producing-chicken-farm/#respond Sun, 29 Jan 2023 00:16:56 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=189535 Egg-producing Hillandale Farms in Bozrah, CT, caught fire today. A massive three-alarm fire is happening just as the nation suffers from unprecedented price hikes on eggs and other foods. According to WFSB:

Crews are battling a massive 3-alarm fire at an egg farm in Bozrah. Officials say the fire is at Hillandale Farms on Schwartz Road. Fitchville Road is currently closed at Schwartz Road because of the fire. Multiple departments are responding to the fire including the Norwich Fire Department.

Here’s a short video of the still-smoldering farm:

Hillandale Farms raises over 20 million chickens for eggs and is one of the top 5 egg producers in the country.

According to The Gateway Pundit:

The Colchester Fire Department told the press the large scale fire has even caused water issues and more water tankers are being called to the scene.

As of now it’s not clear if anyone was hurt or trapped inside the chicken coop where the blaze started.

Here’s more video:

Editor’s Commentary: Most will mark this as just another coincidence in the huge list of events that continue to exacerbate the multiple crises facing Americans and the whole world. But as I often say, there are no coincidences.

Food processors, farms, and distributors continue to get hit with “accidents.” They’re happening just under the radar; often enough for some of us to take notice but spread apart just enough as to not draw suspicion from “normies” or corporate media. In my humble opinion, most of these events cannot be accidental, but the masses continue to stick their collective heads in the sand.

Call me a conspiracy theorist if you’d like, but I remain steadfast in my belief that every American with the means today should stock up on long-term storage food, especially meats. I’d rather be safe than sorry.

The Stage Is Being Set for a Massive Global Rice Shortage https://americanconservativemovement.com/the-stage-is-being-set-for-a-massive-global-rice-shortage/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/the-stage-is-being-set-for-a-massive-global-rice-shortage/#respond Mon, 12 Sep 2022 12:44:55 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=180806 This wasn’t supposed to happen.  For months, I have been writing article after article about the rapidly growing global food crisis, but even though drought is devastating so many other crops all over the planet I thought that there would be plenty of rice in 2023.  Unfortunately, I was wrong.  As you will see below, some of the biggest rice producers in the entire world are being hit really hard, and rice production is going to be way below expectations this year.  Of course rice is one of the primary staples that poor nations depend upon, and so this is a really big deal.  If there is a serious shortage of rice in 2023, that is going to have enormous implications for all of us.

An announcement that India just made should be front page news all over the globe right now.

India usually accounts for over 40 percent of all worldwide rice shipments, but now they have placed severe restrictions on all future exports this year…

India banned exports of broken rice and imposed a 20% duty on exports of various grades of rice on Thursday as the world’s biggest exporter of the grain tries to augment supplies and calm local prices after below-average monsoon rainfall curtailed planting.

India exports rice to more than 150 countries, and any reduction in its shipments would increase upward pressure on food prices, which are already rising because of drought, heat-waves and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Did you catch that last sentence?

150 different nations depend on rice from India. So where are they going to get their rice? Normally, India exports more rice than the next four largest exporters combined

India’s rice exports touched a record 21.5 million tons in 2021, more than the combined shipments of the world’s next four biggest exporters of the grain: Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan and the United States.

Europe certainly isn’t going to make up the difference.

Italy is the biggest rice producer in the European Union, and it is being projected that rice production in that nation will be down about 30 percent this year due to the endless drought that Europe is currently experiencing…

The unfavorable weather has already taken a serious toll on the rice industry. Estimates say farmers are expecting to lose around 30 percent of their yields this year, and the industry has already hemorrhaged around $3 billion as a result of the drought. Many of the most stricken fields are in the regions of Lombardy and Piedmont, which together produce around 90 percent of Italy’s rice.

Rice production is going to be way down in the United States as well.

California usually produces about 20 percent of all U.S. rice, but this year a severe lack of water for agricultural purposes is making things exceedingly difficult for rice growers in the state…

Rice farmers in Colusa County, 60 miles north of Sacramento, received 18% of the federal water shipments to which they are entitled, far less than normal and too little for many to grow the crop at all.

“Even in a drought, rice farmers have been able to get a fairly high percentage of the water they had rights to,” said Tim Johnson, chief executive of the California Rice Commission. “Now they are experiencing drought at a level they’ve never seen before.”

What we are witnessing is truly unprecedented.

I know that this may be hard to believe, but it is being reported that “about 300,000 out of the 550,000 acres committed to rice growing in California will go without harvest” in 2022.  The following comes from Zero Hedge

New satellite imagery shows a large swath of California’s rice fields has been left barren without harvest as fears of a ‘mini dust bowl’ emerge due to diminishing water supplies.

Kurt Richter, a third-generation rice farmer in Colusa, the rice capital of California, told San Francisco Chronicle that fields upon fields of the grain have already transformed into a “wasteland.”

A report via the US Department of Agriculture shows about 300,000 out of the 550,000 acres committed to rice growing in California will go without harvest. This could potentially drive up sushi prices nationwide because most of the rice produced in the state is for just that.

Of course many other crops are being hit extremely hard as well.

California normally produces approximately a third of our vegetables and about two-thirds of our fruits and nuts, and the lack of production this year is already starting to show up on our store shelves

High temperatures in the Western U.S. are hitting the produce industry, damaging crops, shrinking shipments, and leaving fewer leafy greens and fruits on supermarket shelves.

A California grower said some of his lettuce leaves are turning brown and melting in the fields because of crop diseases intensified by the high temperatures. In Pennsylvania, a retailer said its stores went a week without having strawberries to sell. A New York distributor has substituted honeydew melons for watermelons, which have become scarce.

Supermarkets say they are giving less shelf space to products with weather-induced discolorations, bruises or burns. Stores are cutting prices on poor-quality items to avoid getting stuck with them, and increasingly receiving products from Canada, Florida, New Jersey and Ohio instead of California, long the go-to source for U.S. grocers.

This crisis is only going to get worse in the months ahead.

I have been encouraging my readers to get prepared for a very long time, and I hope that you have taken that advice.

All over the planet, agricultural production is going to be way below original projections this year.  For example, just check out what is happening to olive oil production in Spain

In July, temperatures broke records to top 40 degrees Celsius (104.5 degrees Fahrenheit) across parts of France, Spain, Italy and Portugal. By early August, sweltering heat and a lack of rainfall had pushed almost two-thirds of land in the European Union into drought conditions, according to the European Drought Observatory.

Olive oil producers have been hit hard. Kyle Holland, a pricing analyst for oilseeds and grains at Mintec, a commodities data company, expects a “dramatic reduction” of between 33% and 38% in Spain’s olive oil harvest that begins in October.

Spain is the world’s biggest producer of olive oil, accounting for more than two-fifths of global supply last year, according to the International Olive Council. Greece, Italy and Portugal are also major producers.

For a lot more data points on the rapidly growing global food crisis, please see my previous article entitled “A List Of 33 Things We Know About The Coming Food Shortages”.

None of us have ever faced anything like this.

The food that will not be harvested in the months ahead will not be on our store shelves in 2023.

Food prices are going to rise to absolutely ridiculous levels, and the head of the UN is already warning of “multiple famines” next year.

This is not a drill.  Food shortages really are coming, and our world will be changing in wild and unpredictable ways.

Prepare for Dire Food Shortages as Most Fertilizer Production in Europe Goes Offline https://americanconservativemovement.com/prepare-for-dire-food-shortages-as-most-fertilizer-production-in-europe-goes-offline/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/prepare-for-dire-food-shortages-as-most-fertilizer-production-in-europe-goes-offline/#comments Thu, 01 Sep 2022 20:14:24 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=179905 The global food shortage is about to explode into a full-blown crisis that will lead to pockets of mass starvation and will even affect first-world countries around the globe.

That’s because the vast majority of ammonia production in Europe, which is a key ingredient in the production of fertilizer, has been taken offline, according to reports, thanks to the spiraling cost of natural gas.

Most of the continent’s liquified natural gas (LNG) came from Russia, but after the invasion of Ukraine, Western nations began sanctioning Moscow and that included ending purchases of inexpensive energy. As such, LNG prices have skyrocketed on the European continent, making ammonia production too costly.

“Ammonia prices, though volatile, rose 15% in 3Q and could climb higher as Europe’s record gas prices curtail output and send ammonia producers to the global market in search of replacement supplies to run upgrade facilities — with winter still around the corner,” Bloomberg Intelligence’s Alexis Maxwell wrote in a note.

According to Fertilizers Europe, which represents the top regional producers, as much as 70 percent of production is now offline, and that is certain to exacerbate the existing food shortages.

“The current crisis begs for a swift and decisive action from EU and national policymakers for both energy and fertilizer market,” Jacob Hansen, director general of Fertilizers Europe, said in a statement.

Producers including Yara International ASA, CF Industries, and Borealis AG in Norway recently dramatically curbed or even halted production after European LNG prices rose to a record 343 euros per megawatt hour, which exceeded the plants’ ability to economically produce their product.

“We confirm we are reducing and stopping production of some fertilizer plants in the different EU sites and this for economic reasons,” a spokesperson for Borealis AG said.

The benchmark natural gas price in Europe soared again by nearly one-third as Russian supplies to Europe through the Nord Stream 1 pipeline were cut to just 20 percent over the summer and now face a temporary halt for three days beginning Aug. 31.

Meanwhile, the regional fertilizer association is now warning as well that the shortage of ammonia production will impact several sectors across the European economy, but food will be impacted the most, of course.

“We are extremely concerned that as prices of natural gas keep increasing, more plants in Europe will be forced to close. This will switch the EU from being a key exporter to an importer, putting more pressure on fertilizer prices and consequently affecting the next planting season,” Maximo Torero, chief economist at the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, said.

Zero Hedge adds more details:

The closure of fertilizer producers across Europe lifted Mosaic and CF Industries as some of the top advancers in the S&P 500 Index on Friday, rising 16% and 15%, respectively, on the week.

Bloomberg Intelligence’s Maxwell said “cascading supply-side shocks” could keep fertilizer prices elevated well into 1H23 and may pressure farmers in the upcoming growing season, adding to even more food inflation as less fertilizer equals smaller harvests.

In addition, the outlet reminded readers that in recent months, the world’s largest fertilizer company — Canada-based Nutrien Ltd. — warned that shortages of the product will most likely extend into 2023.

CEO Ken Seitz told investors in May that “the conflict plus Western sanctions on Russia and Belarus has reduced fertilizer supply on global markets and could reshape crop nutrient trade, thus creating even more supply uncertainty,” Zero Hedge reported separately.

It is becoming more obvious that the global food shortage is about to explode into a global food crisis, as a lack of fertilizer production leads to fewer acres planted and, of course, less food cultivated, grown, and produced.

The world is on the edge of a food catastrophe, and we can thank the lockdowns and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine for it.

FOOD COLLAPSE: California’s Ongoing Drought Has Left Over Half a Million Acres of Farmland Unplanted https://americanconservativemovement.com/food-collapse-californias-ongoing-drought-has-left-over-half-a-million-acres-of-farmland-unplanted/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/food-collapse-californias-ongoing-drought-has-left-over-half-a-million-acres-of-farmland-unplanted/#comments Sun, 28 Aug 2022 00:38:11 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=179547 Editor’s Note: We have warned that the food crisis is coming for several months. We were actually late to the game on these warnings, but many are still not heeding them. This is a serious situation with multiple points of failure happening in the “perfect storm” of food crises. If you have the means and the space available, we strongly recommend getting as much long-term storage food as possible so you don’t end up in the government’s future breadlines. Here’s the article by Arsenio Toledo

The ongoing drought in California is keeping over half a million acres of farmland from being utilized.

According to data released by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), there are more than 531,000 acres of unplanted land in California. This constitutes a 36 percent increase from the amount of unplanted land in the state a year ago.

Around a fifth of the unplanted land is fallow – or land that is deliberately left unplanted to help rejuvenate the soil for the next planting season. The rest of the unplanted land is a result of natural disasters such as the ongoing drought. (Related: California’s untilled fields set to double amid water crisis in the state.)

The USDA data reflects how many California farmers are struggling to procure enough water to irrigate their crops as major government water projects supplying their water remain lacking as the drought in the Western United States continues into its third year.

Aaron Smith, professor of agricultural economics at University of California, Davis noted that the crops most affected by the water crisis are water-intensive field crops like rice and cotton, which have been declining for years in the state.

The decline in farmland utilization in California comes as production of certain crops like wheat and corn all over the country is expected to decline due to drought conditions, contributing to food price inflation.

Unplanted land to continue doubling each year the drought continues

The USDA’s report has three different categories for unplanted land: fallow, idle and prevented. The latter category refers specifically to land that can’t be used due to natural disasters, including drought.

In 2020, there were 74,200 acres of prevented land. In 2021, that increased by more than double to 188,800 acres of prevented land. In the latest report, the acres of prevented land once again doubled to 384,200 acres. Experts warned that if drought conditions persist, the number of acres of prevented land could once again double next year.

Analysts further noted that the estimated number of unplanted land is likely based on reports by farmers and only representative of the current crisis, which strongly suggests that the water crisis is much worse.

“When we look at the drought’s impact on agriculture, it’s not only the producers, the farmers that are impacted,” said Navdeep Dhillon, farm program chief for the USDA Farm Service Agency’s California office.

Dhillon noted that the increase in unplanted farmland across the state spells trouble also for harvesters, food processing and distribution centers, food delivery drivers and others.

According to the latest report from the U.S. Drought Monitor, most of California remains in severe or worse drought conditions with no immediate relief in sight. About 17 percent of the state, mostly in the Central Valley region, is classified as being under “exceptional” drought conditions, indicating a very high risk of fire and water shortages.

“That’s going to mean less water available for agriculture in certain parts of the state, most likely,” said Smith. “We will see some reductions in land use and certainly, I would expect less alfalfa, rice, cotton and wheat, which have been declining anyway.”

FERTILIZER COLLAPSE: Chemical Giant BASF to Slash Ammonia Production in Germany Amid Natural Gas Crisis, Reducing Nitrogen-Based Fertilizer Supply https://americanconservativemovement.com/fertilizer-collapse-chemical-giant-basf-to-slash-ammonia-production-in-germany-amid-natural-gas-crisis-reducing-nitrogen-based-fertilizer-supply/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/fertilizer-collapse-chemical-giant-basf-to-slash-ammonia-production-in-germany-amid-natural-gas-crisis-reducing-nitrogen-based-fertilizer-supply/#respond Sat, 30 Jul 2022 21:06:00 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=177395 As Germany’s natural gas supply runs dry, major corporations that use it such as chemical giant BASF are having to pay more for what they can get while also drastically cutting production.

BASF reportedly had to pay an additional 800 million euros (about $809.5 million) in the second quarter compared to a year earlier while slashing output of ammonia, which requires large amounts of gas in order to produce.

“We are reducing production at facilities that require large volumes of natural gas, such as ammonia plants,” announced BASF chief executive Martin Brudermuller in a conference call following an earnings report.

BASF is looking to tap external suppliers to fill the deficit, but there will still be potential supply disruptions. Ammonia is a fertilizer, after all, which means farmers will have more trouble getting it, which means more problems rippling throughout the supply chain.

“Reuters details how ammonia plays a critical role in manufacturing nitrogen-based fertilizers, plastic-making, and diesel exhaust fluid,” one report explained. “A byproduct of ammonia production is high-purity carbon dioxide (CO2) which is heavily used in the food industry.”

They refuse to admit it, but the world’s largest economies are now in a recession

The move comes after Russia announced that natural gas flows through the Nord Stream 1 (NS1) pipeline will be reduced by half, dropping from 40 percent to just 20 percent.

Other European Union (EU) countries have said they will reduce NatGas demand by 15 percent over the next eight months, but Germany faces a much more difficult situation as it has no liquefied natural gas (LNG) port terminals to replace the Russian pipeline on which it has long relied.

Sacrifices like less heat in the winter will have to be made, we are told, as well as the possibility of a lights out situation in Germany come wintertime.

Benchmark natural gas prices in Europe at the Dutch TTF hub have consequently hit their highest levels since March, shooting up 35 percent in just one week.

“Chemical companies are the biggest industrial natural-gas users in Germany, and ammonia is the single most gas-intensive product within that industry,” Reuters reported.

Arne Rautenberg, a fund manager at Union Investment, says ammonia is more than likely the first thing that will go amid the natural gas supply squeeze because of the time of year in which it is typically needed.

“In the northern hemisphere, nitrogen fertilizer is applied primarily during the spring,” Rautenberg said, indicating that the CO2 supply for the food industry is likely to experience disruptions.

“It can also be produced in the United States and shipped to Europe.”

Because of soaring energy prices caused by inflation, natural gas use in Germany and elsewhere was already being cut long before Russia invaded Ukraine, which prompted sanctions that have impacted the flow of natural gas through NS1.

VCI, a chemical industry lobby, says German ammonia production started being curbed almost a year ago. The economic impact of those cuts is now being felt in a major way and will lead Germany and the rest of the world into a recession.

“Less fertilizer means less food and more bugs,” wrote someone at Zero Hedge about how the engineered takedown of the global economy and food supply will lead the world into a paradigm of eating crickets and other bugs, just as the “elite” have long been planning.

“What does a world without fertilizer look like? Hint: It looks like global famine,” wrote another.

“The Germans may as well voluntarily report to the Rhine meadow camps of post-WW2,” added someone else. “Their voluntary subjugation is almost complete.”

What Is Your Plan to Make It Through the Worst Global Food Crisis in Any of Our Lifetimes? https://americanconservativemovement.com/what-is-your-plan-to-make-it-through-the-worst-global-food-crisis-in-any-of-our-lifetimes/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/what-is-your-plan-to-make-it-through-the-worst-global-food-crisis-in-any-of-our-lifetimes/#comments Tue, 21 Jun 2022 08:48:43 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=173789 We are being warned well ahead of time that it is coming.  Joe Biden has publicly admitted that the coming food shortages are “going to be real”, and the head of the UN World Food Program is now telling us that we could soon see “hell on Earth” because the lack of food will be so severe.  Food prices are already escalating dramatically all over the globe, and food riots have already erupted in Sri Lanka and elsewhere.  But most people in the western world are treating this crisis as if it is no big deal.  Many seem to assume that our leaders have everything under control and that things will work out just fine somehow.

Unfortunately, the truth is that everything is not going to be okay.

So far this year, the number of hungry people around the globe has risen to more than 800 million

Currently around 811 million people are experiencing hunger. Levels of food insecurity have doubled from 2019, increasing from 135 million to 276 million. Of this total around 48.9 million people are facing acute or emergency levels of food insecurity that require humanitarian intervention.

But this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Much worse is ahead, and David Beasley is openly warning that “hell on Earth” is coming…

The UN has warned that there could be “hell on earth” due to the global economic impacts of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

The Guardian reports that David Beasley, director of the UN World Food Programme (WFP), has said that the war has been “devastating” in conjunction with various other factors.

He said, “Even before the Ukraine crisis, we were facing an unprecedented global food crisis because of Covid and fuel price increases. Then, we thought it couldn’t get any worse, but this war has been devastating.”

According to Beasley, we will soon see “frightening” shortages of food, and those shortages could potentially spark civil unrest in literally dozens of different nations…

Dozens of countries risk protests, riots and political violence this year as food prices surge around the world, the head of the food-aid branch of the United Nations has warned.

Speaking in Ethiopia’s capital, Addis Ababa, on Thursday, David Beasley, director of the UN World Food Programme (WFP), said the world faced “frightening” shortages that could destabilise countries that depend on wheat exports from Ukraine and Russia.

But most Americans are not paying much attention to this rapidly growing crisis because they don’t think that it will really impact them personally.

For the vast majority of us, a lack of food is something that we have never had to be concerned about before.

During “normal” times, we could always go to the grocery store and fill up our carts with mountains of super cheap food whenever we wanted.

Unfortunately, things have changed.  Food production in the U.S. is going to be way below expectations this year, and the head of the National Black Farmers Association claims that we will soon see “a lot of empty shelves and a lot more high food prices”

Three weeks ago John Boyd Jr., the President of the National Black Farmers Association, said “We are in a crisis right now as far as the food chain goes with the farmer in this country,” adding “We’re going to see a lot of empty shelves and a lot more high food prices.”

In his forty-year career as a farmer, Boyd said he never imagined he would be “paying $5.63 for a gallon of diesel fuel, $900 a ton for fertilizer, and all-time high prices for soybean seeds.” All of the prices he mentioned are at record highs, pressuring farmers’ margins.

Of course we are already seeing widespread shortages of certain products around the country.

For example, Fox Business is reporting on the serious shortage of tampons that has recently started making headlines…

A spokesperson for Tampax, which is owned by P&G, told FOX Business in a statement that this is “a temporary situation, and the Tampax team is producing tampons 24/7 to meet the increased demand for our products.”

Meanwhile, the ongoing shortage of baby formula just keeps getting even worse...

Parents aren’t getting much of a break as the out-of-stock rate for baby formula rose to 73% nationwide for the week ending May 29, according to the most recent data by retail data firm Datasembly. It’s a significant increase from earlier in the month, when the national out-of-stock rate for baby formula stood at 45%.

On top of everything else, we are now facing a shortage of hot sauce

In April, Huy Fong Foods, Inc., the nation’s leading sriracha sauce manufacturer, sent a letter to customers about an impending shortage, which would directly impact retailers and restaurants.

“Unfortunately, we can confirm that there is an unprecedented shortage of our products,” Huy Fong Foods told Fox News Digital in an email.

These shortages are just a very small preview of what is approaching.

As I have been warning on my website throughout 2022, conditions are going to deteriorate quite a bit more in the months ahead.

So what is your plan to make it through the worst global food crisis in any of our lifetimes?
