Decision Desk HQ has called the state for the former and future president.

Trump went there 8 times during the campaign with Kamala Harris nearly matching him at 7 times. It was expected to be more competitive by some. CNN was apoplectic seeing the exit polls.

To win the election, Trump has to win:

  1. Pennsylvania, or
  2. Two of the the other three remaining major battleground states: Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona, or
  3. Michigan and Nevada

It’s very possible he could win all of them. Stay tuned.

Illegal Alien Arrested in Brutal Murder of University of Georgia Student Laken Riley https://americanconservativemovement.com/illegal-alien-arrested-in-brutal-murder-of-university-of-georgia-student-laken-riley/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/illegal-alien-arrested-in-brutal-murder-of-university-of-georgia-student-laken-riley/#comments Sat, 24 Feb 2024 01:07:31 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=201287 Editor’s Commentary: While corporate media and local authorities do their best to downplay the immigration status of suspected murderer Jose Antonio Ibarra, it seems crystal clear that he’s an illegal alien. He’s allegedly from Venezuela and is not a U.S. citizen.

Fox News, to their credit, did at least highlight that Ibarra is not a U.S. citizen. Other news networks danced around and often never mentioned that part at all.

This story has been in the national news spotlight since it broke Thursday. Let’s see how fast the coverage disappears now that it’s an illegal alien in custody. Here are the details generated from corporate media reports…

The University of Georgia Police Department has taken a suspect into custody in connection with the suspected homicide of a 22-year-old nursing student from Augusta University. The victim was found dead on the University of Georgia campus on February 23, 2024.

The suspect, Jose Antonio Ibarra, has been charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, kidnapping, hindering a 911 call, and concealing the death of another. Police Chief Jeffrey L. Clark stated that the evidence against Ibarra is “robust,” and that campus security cameras played a significant role in the arrest.

According to Chief Clark, the attack appears to have been a “crime of opportunity,” and there is no known connection between the suspect and the victim. Ibarra is not a U.S. citizen and is believed to be from Venezuela. His immigration status is currently unknown.

Authorities are asking anyone who saw anything “relevant or suspicious” between 7 a.m. and noon on February 23 in the area of UGA’s Intramural Fields and Lake Herrick to call 706-542-2200.

The victim, identified as a former UGA student who had transferred to Augusta University’s nursing program, was found with visible injuries near Lake Herrick within 30 minutes of a concerned friend calling the police when she didn’t return from a run. Despite attempts to revive the victim using a defibrillator, she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Autopsy results are pending, but investigators are treating the case as a homicide, and they believe the victim died from blunt-force trauma. Classes and events at both universities were canceled on February 24 as a result of the incident.

The last reported homicide on the University of Georgia campus was 20 years ago, according to Chief Clark. Authorities are asking the public to avoid the area around Lake Herrick as they continue their investigation.

Georgia Rejects Data Specialist’s Assertion of Thousands of Illegal Votes in 2020, 2021, and 2022 https://americanconservativemovement.com/georgia-rejects-data-specialists-assertion-of-thousands-of-illegal-votes-in-2020-2021-and-2022/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/georgia-rejects-data-specialists-assertion-of-thousands-of-illegal-votes-in-2020-2021-and-2022/#comments Sun, 11 Feb 2024 21:29:52 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=201083 (Daily Signal)—An expert in election data asserts that almost 35,000 Georgia voters in 2020 cast ballots from the wrong jurisdictions, but Georgia’s top election official hasn’t responded to his request for an investigation.

Mark Davis, president of Georgia-based Data Productions Inc., has pushed for Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office to investigate his data since May 2021. Davis says he inquired again earlier this month after finding evidence of the same problems in Georgia’s 2021 and 2022 elections.

“The same thing is going to happen again in 2024,” Davis, who earlier this year scored a legal victory over the Stacey Abrams-founded group Fair Fight Action– told The Daily Signal. “I first brought this up to the State Elections Board in 2002. You can’t fix a problem if you don’t admit you have a problem.”

“The secretary of state doesn’t want to address this because it happened on his watch,” he said of Raffensperger. “I don’t know why he’s being like that. It’s happened on everyone’s watch.”

Georgia is expected to be among the most closely contested states in the 2024 presidential election. In 2020, Joe Biden carried the state over Donald Trump by 11,000 votes.

Davis, who earlier this year scored a legal victory over the Stacey Abrams-founded group Fair Fight Action, analyzed voting records based on data from the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office and the U.S. Postal Service. He had talked about the data in an affidavit used by the Trump campaign in disputing the outcome of the 2020 election in Georgia.

Davis provided The Daily Signal with his updated numbers as of February. They show that out of the 34,869 voters who cast ballots in the wrong jurisdiction, 4,696 who voted at a previous address in 2020 now are confirmed to have registered at the new address or have driver’s license information reflecting a change of address form with the Postal Service.

In May 2021, Davis’ analysis  of voting and postal records showed that a total of 10,018 Georgia voters cast ballots in 2020 using an old address but whose voter registration or driver’s license information now matches their new address. That means that now, 14,714 is the total confirmed number of voters whose registration or driver’s license information matches a change of address form, although they voted unlawfully at an old address, according to Davis’ analysis.

“As discussed Friday, attached is a file of 34,869 records I would like the Secretary of State’s Office to investigate for residency issues relating to the November general election,” Davis wrote in a May 10, 2021, email to Gabe Sterling, chief operating officer for Raffensperger’s office, months after the election outcome was settled. “Many of these voters may also have had the same residency issues when they cast votes in previous elections as well.”

Voting from the wrong address usually occurs when someone votes at a polling place assigned to a previous residence rather than a current address. Willfully providing false information on a voter certificate is a felony under Georgia law punishable by up to 10 years’ imprisonment and a $100,000 fine.

Georgia law states that someone may vote in his or her former jurisdiction only if the move occurred within 30 days of the election.

Voting rules posted on county governments’ websites say:

If you move outside the county in which you are registered to vote within 30 days of an election, you may vote in your old precinct for that election. If you move outside the county in which you are registered to vote in excess of 30 days prior to an election, you have lost your eligibility to vote in the county of your old residence. You must register to vote in your new county of residence. You will be assigned a new voting precinct and polling location. Remember, if you don’t register to vote by the deadline, you cannot vote in that particular election.

Putting aside statewide races, Davis stressed that voting in the wrong county means that some cast ballots for offices such as sheriff, district attorney, and state legislator that don’t represent them. These voters, he said, conceivably could vote in favor of county tax increases they won’t pay.

In what became an infamous phone call to Raffensperger and other Georgia officials on Jan. 2, 2021, in the remaining three weeks of his presidency, Trump and his campaign lawyers referenced the data from Davis’s affidavit in saying illegal votes were cast in the Nov. 3 election.

Trump’s phone call became part of the criminal indictment in Fulton County, Georgia, of the former president and over 15 associates for alleged conspiracy to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

“To put this into context, these are 18 people being put on trial for conspiracy in Fulton County, in part because of that phone call,” Davis told The Daily Signal. “President Trump and his lawyers were not asking the Secretary of State’s Office to manufacture 11,779 votes. They were asking the Secretary of State’s Office to investigate unlawful votes we were already aware of.”

Davis, who has worked with voter data since 1986, said he has testified in five cases of disputed elections.

Raffensperger’s office confirmed it would investigate in 2021, but didn’t respond to his inquiry in 2022, Davis said. He said he contacted Raffensperger, a Republican, and other officials in his office Feb. 1 to ask whether an investigation had been opened—and if not, why not. Davis said he also inquired about voter data beyond the 2020 election.

“I have data and corroborating evidence strongly suggesting similar infractions occurred in the 2021 U.S. Senate runoff and the 2022 general election, and I expect to see more of the same in the 2024 general election unless measures are taken proactively to prevent that from occurring again,” Davis wrote in the Feb. 1 email. “If I make the effort to get that to you, is your office willing to open similar investigations?”

The email said Davis inquired about the matter to State Election Board member Ed Lindsey in November 2022 after contacting but not hearing back from Raffensperger’s office earlier that year.

“[Lindsey] indicated that he had not seen a complaint from me, and suggested I resubmit it through the online portal, which I did in late November of 2022,” Davis wrote, adding: “I recently inquired about that complaint as well, and it apparently cannot be located either.”

Raffensperger’s office counters that Davis is wrong about Georgia’s law.

“Mr. Davis’ assertions are incorrect and mischaracterize Georgia’s laws,” spokesman Mike Hassinger told The Daily Signal in an emailed statement, adding:

This office previously reviewed his ‘data’ and disagreed with his conclusions. Georgia conducts rigorous list maintenance, including reviews based on NCOA [national change of address] data, within the requirements of state and federal law. Georgia law says that all persons whose names appear on the list of electors shall be allowed to deposit their ballots according to law at the precinct in which they are registered. None of the information provided by Mr. Davis shows evidence of what he erroneously describes as ‘illegal’ votes.

Raffensperger’s spokesman was referring to the state’s voter registration list, since Georgia law calls voters “electors.”

In 2015, then-Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp, a Republican who now is governor, voted along with the State Election Board to refer to the Georgia Attorney General’s Office a single case of a voter casting a ballot in the wrong county, Davis said.

“The Secretary of State’s Office changed its position on interpreting the law,” Davis told The Daily Signal. “The facts are no different than in 2015. Then you had one [ballot cast in the wrong place];  now you have thousands.”

Georgia election law says: “All persons whose names appear on the list of electors placed in the possession of the managers in each precinct and no others, except as otherwise provided in this article, shall be allowed to deposit their ballots according to law at the precinct in which they are registered.”

Davis said the law’s phrase “except as otherwise provided” reflects voters who are “not subsequently found to be disqualified” as discussed in another part of the statute, and those are “the exact voters we are talking about.”

In January, Davis won a federal court decision in a case in which he was a co-defendant along with the organization True the Vote and others. Fair Fight Action had sued over alleged voter intimidation after challenging the legality of votes.

Fair Fight Action was founded by Abrams, the twice-losing Democrat candidate for Georgia governor. U.S. District Judge Steve Jones of the Northern District of Georgia, appointed by President Barack Obama, ruled that Fair Fight Action had not presented evidence that voters were intimidated.

Davis provided his research to the Trump campaign during its challenge to the outcome of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. He testified to the Georgia State Senate’s Judiciary subcommittee on election law. IHe explained the illegal voting in sworn affidavits Nov. 30, 2020, nearly four weeks after the election, and on March 24, 2021, after the dispute was over.

“Mark Davis analyzed data from U.S. Postal Service change-of-address (COA) forms and compared it to voters who voted in their former precincts,” says the final state Senate report dated Dec. 3, 2020. “For example, he discovered that 14,980 out-of-state movers still voted in the Georgia general election. Another 40,279 moved across county lines more than 30 days prior to the election, yet still voted in their former county precincts, a violation of Georgia law.”

These initial numbers from shortly after the 2020 election included voters who filled out a change of address form by using  a post office box. So these likely were not voters who moved to a different county.

The count he sent to the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office was refined to subtract any addresses that included a post office box, Davis said.

Former Trump Aide Harrison Floyd Set Up by Weaponized FBI, New Bodycam Footage Shows https://americanconservativemovement.com/former-trump-aide-harrison-floyd-set-up-by-weaponized-fbi-new-bodycam-footage-shows/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/former-trump-aide-harrison-floyd-set-up-by-weaponized-fbi-new-bodycam-footage-shows/#comments Fri, 05 Jan 2024 12:04:15 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=200065 (Discern.tv)—It’s no secret the Federal Bureau of Investigation is in the business of manufacturing “criminals,” not catching the real ones. Entrapment and manipulation have become their primary tools of choice and their targets are invariably patriotic Americans who pose a threat to the UniParty Swamp’s agenda.

Harrison Floyd, a former Trump 2020 aide and a co-defendant in the Georgia case against multiple patriots, was arrested and charged with assault in what seems to be a crystal clear example of authoritarian abuse.

According to conservative activist Collin Rugg:

FBI thugs fail to present their credentials and hunt down black Trump campaign aide Harrison Floyd at the direction of Jack Smith.

If only they treated Epstein’s associates like this.

In the video, Floyd, who called 911, tells Rockville officers that the agents, who didn’t identify themselves, approached him while he was holding his 2 year old daughter.

Floyd tells the officers that the agents rushed him and started touching him and his daughter.

“I did not push. I did not shut. I didn’t touch… I need to let my lawyer have a further conversation with you guys.”

Floyd was later arrested for second degree assault.

Unreal.

Here’s the bodycam video of Floyd recounting the incident prior to being arrested:

As journalist Mike Cernovich noted, this appears to be a setup:

Did the FBI agents identify themselves before drawing guns? This looks like a set-up. They wanted to assassinate the black Trump supporter, and make it look like he attacked them. Fortunately local police wear body cams. The FBI refuses to wear body cams

These incidents are going to continue until true reforms are enacted in the Department of Justice. The FBI seems to be corrupt beyond redemption. Defunding and disbanding the Bureau may be the only viable option.

In Georgia, President Trump and the 18 Defendants Can and Should SUE Fani Willis For “Malicious Prosecution” https://americanconservativemovement.com/in-georgia-president-trump-and-the-18-defendants-can-and-should-sue-fani-willis-for-malicious-prosecution/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/in-georgia-president-trump-and-the-18-defendants-can-and-should-sue-fani-willis-for-malicious-prosecution/#respond Thu, 17 Aug 2023 02:09:02 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=195822 With the 4th indictment against President Trump in motion, legal minds and wannabe attorneys across the land are speculating about his defense. But Chanel Rion from One America News noted that it may be time for Trump and the other 18 defendants to go on the offensive against malicious prosecution by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

HERE IT IS. GA code allows Trump and the 18 defendants to SUE @FaniforDA for Malicious Prosecution and Abusive Litigation.

Georgia allows lawsuits against prosecutors and members of law enforcement who are accused of false arrents, false imprisonment, abusive litigation, and malicious prosecution. Judging by everything we know about Willis and the case she put before the grand jury, it seems quite obvious that this Soros-backed DA has had her sights on Trump since long before she manufactured a case against him.

According to Justia:

A criminal prosecution which is carried on maliciously and without any probable cause and which causes damage to the person prosecuted shall give him a cause of action.

The key to all of this is the timing. All the Trump defense has to demonstrate is that Willis and the state targeted Trump at this specific time to upend his presidential campaign just ahead of primary season. Even if the case drags out through 2024, it appears to be perfect political persecution rather than an attempt to deliver justice, especially considering the nature of the so-called “crime.”

If the Trump team and those representing the other defendants jump on this soon, it seems very possible that they can be prepared to not only win the case, but deliver real consequences to the corrupt District Attorney.

Sound off on my Substack.

Is the Implosion of the Georgia Election Probe Against Donald Trump Happening by Design? https://americanconservativemovement.com/is-the-implosion-of-the-georgia-election-probe-against-donald-trump-happening-by-design/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/is-the-implosion-of-the-georgia-election-probe-against-donald-trump-happening-by-design/#comments Mon, 27 Feb 2023 00:58:15 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=190857 The “Orange Man Bad” folks in corporate media are certainly singing a very different tune than the one they had expected to sing this past week. After all, this was supposed to be the week when they finally got him. This was supposed to be their golden opportunity to gleefully report on criminal charges against President Donald Trump.

Instead, most have been talking about grand jury foreman Emily Kohrs. Some have issued criticism against Judge Robert C.I. McBurney, who presided over the special grand jury. Still others are concerned that the investigating district attorney’s team working the case improperly. It’s all a mess.

Is this by design? Probably not. It’s probably just bad decisions made by multiple people. But I can’t help but think of a race I saw in junior high. One of the most popular boys in 5th grade, who prided himself on being an athlete, was challenged to a foot race by a girl. Half of the school was gathered during recess to witness the event. They raced from one tree to another; looking back I’d imagine it was about 50 yards.

The girl was starting to pull ahead halfway through the race and the boy tumbled. He got up limping. He said she’d tripped him. I was within 10 feet of the incident and watching intently. She was far enough ahead at that point that he couldn’t have touched her, let alone been tripped by her. He just didn’t want to face the shame of losing to a girl so he fell and pretended to be too injured to race again.

That’s the feeling I get from all of this. Again, I’m not saying it’s likely that this is happening, but it’s possible. Why did Emily Kohrs do a media tour and say the outrageous things she said? Why are the judge and prosecution making themselves look like a slapstick version of justice? Why is the media plopping their great victory in the memory hole so soon?

As Pam Key at Breitbart noted:

ABC News reporter Terry Moran said Sunday on “This Week” that the interview blitz of Fulton County grand jury foreman Emily Kohrs “damaged the investigation” of former President Donald Trump’s call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

Martha Raddatz said, “The forewoman of the grand jury investigation of whether Donald Trump or others were interfering with the 2020 election, she’s now under fire after her media blitz this week. We are back with the round table, and Terry, you cover the courts for us. This interview may have been toe-curling, but did she really break any rules?”

Moran said, “Well, no formal rules because the judge said you can talk to reporters, and that is a grand juror’s right. Please, the judge said, don’t damage the investigation. That’s what she just did. She beclowned herself for one thing. She looked like a fool, like, somebody looking for their 15 minutes, and damaged the investigation because this is no way to run a popsicle stand, much less a grand jury investigation of the former president of the United States in one of the biggest Georgia cases in history. She created a nightmare for the prosecutor who may bring charges, for the judge who’s going to preside over any trials, and given a gift to all the defendants, Donald Trump, if he is indicted and others as well.”

Team Trump is handling it properly by NOT focusing so much on Kohrs and instead pointing at their potential future adversaries in the prosecution. Trump attorney Drew Findling went on Face the Nation to put the attention where they need it:

It’s legally imperative that Team Trump put the focus on their future adversaries because if charges are brought forward, Emily Kohrs will no longer be a factor at all. It behooves Trump’s legal team to highlight impropriety by the prosecution instead. As noted by Daniel Chaitin at Daily Wire:

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, a Democrat, may soon use the special grand jury’s findings to pursue charges by impaneling a separate, regular grand jury. After the special grand jury finished its months-long effort, which roped in 75 witnesses, Willis told a judge last month, “decisions are imminent.”

The special grand jury’s report remains mostly under seal, but Kohrs divulged how it recommends multiple indictments. She also said despite her desire to subpoena Trump, the panel did not do so because of considerations about limited time and resources.

Several legal experts warned the interviews given by Kohrs might create problems for prosecutors putting together any criminal cases.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney, who oversaw the special grand jury, told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) that jurors cannot discuss their deliberations but are not prohibited from “talking about the fruit of their deliberations.”

Findling said Trump’s legal team has “no chagrin” toward Kohrs in particular but rather the appearance of a “relationship” between prosecuting attorneys and the members of this grand jury.

If those involved with the grand jury are trying to “trip and limp” away from this, some will want to know why they would do it. The answer is pretty straightforward. The powers-that-be need to be able to blame an unfortunate series of missteps and odd circumstances for not bringing charges forward against Trump. Otherwise, they’d have to admit they simply didn’t have enough evidence to prosecute and they will NEVER admit that.

There seems to be only two possibilities. Either everyone involved in the special grand jury is pretending to be incompetent as an excuse for not leveling charges against Trump, or they’re legitimately incompetent. Or both. It’s probably both.

Why Herschel Walker MUST Win This Election https://americanconservativemovement.com/why-herschel-walker-must-win-this-election/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/why-herschel-walker-must-win-this-election/#comments Fri, 25 Nov 2022 22:26:10 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=185395

There was a report on a corporate media news outlet today that disturbed me. They were saying that many Republicans are not too concerned about the Georgia runoff election for U.S. Senate since Democrats had already won control. What difference does one vote make, they asked.

This was disinformation. They know the stakes are very high for this runoff and they want Republicans to be unconcerned about it in hopes that they could shave off some of the votes on behalf of Democrats. But just in case there really are some Republicans out there who are yawning over the race between Herschel Walker and Raphael Warnock, let me say one name and one other word: “Joe Manchin” and “Filibuster.”

The only reason Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden couldn’t get some of their legislation passed the last two years is because Senator Joe Manchin from West Virginia opposes removing the filibuster. Some may point out that Senator Kyrsten Sinema from Arizona is another roadblock for Democrats, but I would argue that solidarity with Manchin is the only reason she’s able to stave off attacks. If she was the lone vote against changing Senate rules, I believe she would have caved.

If Warnock wins, that would give Democrats a 51-49 advantage. At some point, likely over gun control or a version of the Green New Deal, Schumer will make a new push to eliminate the filibuster. Even if Manchin votes against it but Sinema votes for it, that would be a tie broken by Kamala Harris. The filibuster would fall.

Some would argue that Congressman Kevin McCarthy being Speaker of the House would remove the risk of Democrat legislation passing. I could make the “never trust a RINO” argument, but I’d also point out that with the GOP’s razor-thin majority in the House, all Democrats would have to do is convert a small handful of Republicans to their side in order to get gun control, Green New Deal, or other destructive pieces of legislation passed.

On today’s episode of The JD Rucker Show, I dove into why I believe this is the case. I also had on Guy Mitchell, author of Global Warming: The Great Deception, to discuss the climate change agenda and how a Walker victory in Georgia is absolutely essential.

The “red tsunami” failed because of voter fraud. They’re going to try to do it again in Georgia. It is imperative that Walker wins by a landslide in order to overcome the theft of his victory.

Stacey Abrams Exemplifies True Ugliness of Leftist Ideology https://americanconservativemovement.com/stacey-abrams-exemplifies-true-ugliness-of-leftist-ideology/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/stacey-abrams-exemplifies-true-ugliness-of-leftist-ideology/#respond Wed, 26 Oct 2022 18:59:35 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=183938 Occasionally, in between grandstanding about their exalted ideology and their superiority of morality and virtue, leftist Democrats have a moment of candor that actually exposes the truly hideous nature of who they are and what they believe. The latest episode of such came on October 19, when Democrat Georgia Gubernatorial wannabe Stacey Abrams actually attempted to promote abortion as a cure for inflation! According to Abrams, “Having children is why you’re worried about your price for gas. It’s why you’re concerned about how much food costs.” In a line of thinking taken right from the depths of Hitler’s Reich, if people are too expensive to feed and transport, just kill them and the financial strain will ease up.

The abominable nature of Abram’s statement is twofold. First, the obvious notion that the “burden” of our fellow human beings can just be negated by snuffing out their lives is nightmarish, at the very least. But it is no less significant that she would make such an effort (along with all those in the media who defended her), to suggest that the high costs which have befallen Americans are somehow the result of loving and caring for the truly helpless and needy among us.

Leftist Democrats cannot be allowed to succeed in this transparent effort to cast blame for the current economic disaster on President Trump, and the recent triumph for unborn life at the Supreme Court. Americans are feeling the chokehold of inflation not because they’ve loved and accepted the children they’ve conceived, but because abhorrent Biden Cabal energy and monetary policies are destroying the value of the Dollar, and exerting wholly unnecessary costs on every facet of life in our country. To claim otherwise is a flagrant lie. It is also standard operating procedure for leftist Democrats.

Back when Obama was in the White House, his touted “Energy Policy” was simply to tell Americans to properly inflate their car tires. Under President Trump, American petroleum supplies peaked, not only making our Nation a net energy exporter for the first time in decades, but also providing plentiful fuel supplies at competitive prices domestically. It was the ultimate “win/win” for everyone, except the leftist Democrats who’s agenda of socialism and dependence on government can only advance when people are suffering.

So, with the Mid-Term Elections rapidly approaching, Democrats are scrambling in every direction, attempting to convince Americans that things are either really good (in stark contrast to what people see around them with their own eyes), or that some Trump policy is to really to blame for the hardship. This task gets very difficult, especially as the Democrats and their Fake News minions have been so loud and emboldened by the 2020 election theft. For the past 24 months, America has been bludgeoned with proclamations of “moral superiority” on every topic. Yet the dismal reality of our floundering Nation has become inescapable.

Abrams personifies the textbook desperate leftist Democrat, who can only keep plowing forward with every new DNC approved lie, to claim that America has been “built back better.” And of course, any notion to the contrary is either a wild-eyed conspiracy theory, or the work of a “domestic terrorist” who dares deny the bliss and utopia of leftist lunacy in action. Just ask the leftists. They’ll tell you!

Yet in a very real, and disturbing sense, Abrams foreshadows the future of the Nation, if the Democrats are able to maintain their ill-gotten majorities in the House and Senate on November 8. A prospering and flourishing Nation poses a huge threat to the leftist Democrat agenda, so the goal will always be to force Americans down from any success track, to the point where mere subsistence is their only concern. Denigrating the economy through inflation and suppression of industry certainly plays well into this plan. The only “trick” is to insidiously force such an existence onto Americans while convincing them that the real consequences of leftist ideology are, as always, somebody else’s fault.

In that sense, it is not only Abrams, but every Democrat who failed to roundly condemn her reptilian callousness, who prove to ultimately be on the same noxious ideological page. And it is wholly worth mentioning here that not only did Abrams escape any serious reprimand from fellow leftist Democrats, but she has instead enjoyed rousing accolades from other equally abhorrent people.

Topping that list is the iconic Oprah Winfrey. Rather than calling out Abrams for suggesting that unborn babies be thrown overboard to lighten the load, in an online endorsement Winfrey actually extolled Abrams as possessing “empathy,” and “the ability to relate and connect with people.” The ostensible effect of this would be “empowering their lives.” In typical Winfrey fashion, she cried some virtual tears over people “not having what they need for just basic survival,” blah blah. Yet she wanted viewers to know that by mindlessly voting once again for the very political movement that caused all the hardship and squalor, people could expect everything to miraculously change for the better.

This circus of madness would be comical, were the actual implications of it not so hideous and grave. Instead, it is truly sinister, and a harbinger of how the great and beneficent leftist “Nanny State” would deal with any citizen who poses too much of a load on others, in the midst of the inevitable deprivation and squalor of socialist paradise. And in every previous venture of its kind throughout history, those who expected the “community” to support them and carry them through adversity found instead that like Abrams’ plan for the unborn, their hopes and dreams for a worthwhile life could also be unceremoniously jettisoned. Problems solved!

Americans are at the cusps of lapsing into this nightmare. And the unfettered lunacy of the leftist Democrats in recent weeks reflects that they know they are that close to fulfilling their diabolical plan. Yet a proper examination of its realities, which is the worst nightmare of leftists, could enlighten and inspire voters to turn out in sufficient numbers to thwart the strategy of leftist lies and vote fraud. It is make or break time for our Nation, and the unspeakable bilge water from leftists like Abrams will be our fate if we don’t prevail on November 8.

It Begins: Leftists and RINOs Start Normalizing Election Result Delays Ahead of Voter Fraud Actions https://americanconservativemovement.com/it-begins-leftists-and-rinos-start-normalizing-election-result-delays-ahead-of-voter-fraud-actions/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/it-begins-leftists-and-rinos-start-normalizing-election-result-delays-ahead-of-voter-fraud-actions/#respond Sat, 01 Oct 2022 20:49:18 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=182107 For the last few weeks, I’ve been waiting to see who would be the first corporate media outlet to have a story on their frontpage about why we should expect delays in election results. Would it be the leftists or the RINOs in corporate media? I would have bet on the left, but I would have been wrong.

The Washington Times, which is comprised of mostly RINO-endorsers plus a handful of conservative and populist writers to maintain credibility, had as their top article today a piece telling us to expect delays because of close races and mail-in ballots. We can expect other RINO and leftist publications to follow suit.

According to the article:

Two years after prolonged ballot counting led to one of the most chaotic presidential elections in history, mail-in voting and other ballot processing issues may postpone the results in key races beyond Nov. 8 and perhaps delay determining which party will control the U.S. Senate.

The Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin Senate races are considered the closest Senate races in the nation, rated toss-ups by non-partisan race analysts. The elections in those states could result in razor-thin margins of victory. The closer the results are, the more that the increasing use of mail-in ballots may become key to determining a winner, and those could take time to tabulate beyond Election Day.

Hmm. Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin are half of the states contested during the 2020 presidential elections, states in which America First patriots demanded investigations into what really went down on and after election night. In all four of these states, there was evidence of massive, widespread voter fraud that was aggressively buried by corporate media and rebuked by Deep State “investigators” like Bill Barr. That’s why it should come as no surprise that the left’s push to retain control of the Senate hinges on these states.

It should also come as no surprise that we’re being prepped with propaganda so most Americans will expect the delays that are necessary to fulfill voter fraud activities.

Contrary to what the biased and manipulated polls are saying, Wisconsin is a slam dunk for the GOP. Nevada with a heavy population of increasingly right-leaning Hispanics should go to Republicans. Pennsylvania Democrat John Fetterman should not even be a consideration for the Senate based on his radical ideology, and that’s before his recent stroke made it challenging for him to complete a sentence. As for Georgia, there are so many questionable components in the state’s voting system that it’s no wonder Democrat Raphael Warnock is likely to win. Some have speculated he actually lost in 2020 and is likely to lose in 2022, but once you take voter fraud into account, it seems possible he can steal his second election in as many years.

The results in 2020 caught many patriots flatfooted. We cannot allow that during the midterms. Residents in these four states need to participate in preventing voter fraud and calling out those who commit it.

GOP Path to Senate Majority Runs Through Nevada and Georgia https://americanconservativemovement.com/gop-path-to-senate-majority-runs-through-nevada-and-georgia/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/gop-path-to-senate-majority-runs-through-nevada-and-georgia/#respond Tue, 27 Sep 2022 16:49:54 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=181886 For Republicans to take control of the United States Senate after the midterm elections, they need to gain a net of just one seat. Yet several election modelers give the Democrats at least a two-thirds chance to keep control.

Why have the GOP’s Senate chances been relegated to a 1-in-3 shot? Because, with Dr. Mehmet Oz running poorly in his attempt to keep Pennsylvania’s seat out of Democratic hands, Republicans have only one solid geographic path to victory: flipping both Nevada and Georgia. Those are the only two states where the Republican challenger is running neck-and-neck with a Democratic incumbent.

The Republican map has shrunk with Arizona’s Blake Masters trailing Democratic incumbent Mark Kelly by six percentage points, and New Hampshire’s Don Bolduc down eight points against Democratic incumbent Maggie Hassan, according to RealClearPolitics poll averages. Sen. Rick Scott, who heads the Republicans’ national Senate campaign arm, not too long ago spoke optimistically of expanding the map into Colorado, Connecticut, and Washington State, but that looks fantastical at the moment.

Granted, we should be careful not to treat poll numbers as gospel, especially considering the 2020 Senate elections featured some very big whiffs. Maine’s Susan Collins didn’t lead in a single autumn survey yet won by nearly nine percentage points. Montana polls suggested a tight Senate race, but Steve Daines coasted to a 10-point victory. North Carolina’s Cal Cunningham was up by 2.6 points in the final RCP average, but Thom Tillis came out on top by 1.8 points.

But the proof of the pudding is in the spending. The Super PAC aligned with Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell last week pulled out of Arizona, presumably seeing little hope for a candidate who once said convicted domestic terrorist Ted Kaczynski has “a lot of insight there that is correct.” Democrats in Arizona have outspent Republicans 2-to-1, and Kelly ads have aired four times more frequently than Masters ads.

McConnell’s Super PAC has not yet abandoned Bolduc, but he only became the nominee on Sept. 13. He will likely have to narrow the poll gap soon to maintain national party support.

Republicans have also not given up on Oz. Some mid-summer polls showed the Democratic nominee John Fetterman with leads between nine and 13 points, but now holds a more modest 4.2 point lead in the RCP average.

Oz, who survived a bruising primary, appears to have consolidated Republican support. But Oz has not cut into Fetterman’s level of support, nor has he endeared himself to voters. After the hits he took in the primary as a creature of Hollywood, Fetterman’s campaign pilloried him as a creature of New Jersey. In a recent Muhlenberg College/Morning Call poll, Oz had an atrocious 29% favorable rating, with 53% of respondents holding an unfavorable impression. Fetterman, in contrast, was slightly above water, 44% favorable and 41% unfavorable.

Nevertheless, Republicans have reason to stick by Oz. Fetterman’s health following his May stroke remains a political wild card. In a CBS News/YouGov poll, 59% said Fetterman is “in good enough health to serve in public office.” But we can’t rule out the possibility that something could happen in a debate or on the campaign trail which could alter those numbers. Furthermore, as I noted above, taking Pennsylvania off the gameboard makes the Republican battle twice as steep, requiring wins in both remaining competitive contests. So Republicans aren’t going to rush to surrender the Keystone State.

Meanwhile, Democrats have done a better job expanding their map. Mandela Barnes’ early lead versus Wisconsin’s incumbent Republican Ron Johnson has vanished following a barrage of ads accusing him of being a “Defund-the-Police Democrat” who has paroled “murderers” and “child rapists.” (Oz’s campaign is similarly trying to use Fetterman’s record chairing the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons as fodder for attacks.) But Johnson’s RCP lead is a spare 1.5 points, keeping Barnes in the mix. Plus, Democrats are running only two points behind in Ohio and North Carolina, and about three points in Florida, with candidates who are more moderate than Fetterman and Barnes.

All of these races may be stretches, but they give Democrats multiple geographic paths for avoiding a net loss of Senate seats and retaining control.

In all likelihood, the Republicans’ majority hopes rest on the shoulders of Nevada’s Adam Laxalt and Georgia’s Herschel Walker. Laxalt has the much stronger political pedigree, for better or worse. His father Paul Laxalt was a longtime fixture in Nevada politics, a popular governor and senator. Adam’s own record is more mixed: while he won the attorney general’s race in 2014, he lost the gubernatorial election four years later.

While the pro-life Laxalt may prove too conservative for the light blue, libertine Silver State, he knows what it is like to run statewide, which gives Republican leaders some comfort with his electoral prospects. Walker, on the other hand, is a former football star who has never run for office before. He has made a series of bewildering comments on the campaign trail. And Democrats are airing ads with a clip of Walker admitting he “put a gun to [the] head” of his ex-wife. Despite those attacks, the race is effectively tied in the polls, so Walker could pull it off. But one imagines Republican leaders can’t be thrilled that their majority depends on the political resilience of a scandal-tarred political novice.

We can’t know which way the Senate will go in November. But we do know the Republican path to victory is much narrower than it had to be.
