Several studies have also suggested that once microplastics enter the human body, they can increase the risk of health problems such as heart attack, stroke and even death.

Plastic is a crucial product in industrial production and it is pervasive in daily life. However, when plastic products break down, they turn into microplastics or nanoplastics, which are much smaller. Microplastics are plastic pieces smaller than five millimeters, while nanoplastics measure below one micron (1,000 nanometers).

According to Lin Xiaoxu, a virus specialist with a doctorate in microbiology, everyday plastic products “release” microplastics. Even synthetic textiles shed fiber fragments, and worn-out tires release plastic-containing dust.

Smooth plastic water bottles can also shed microplastics during washing. When these bottles are left out in nature, sunlight and ultraviolet radiation continuously break down the plastics into smaller particles, further contributing to microplastic pollution. The following items also contribute to microplastic pollution:

  • Bags
  • Bottles
  • Fishing nets
  • Hygiene products
  • Particles emitted from factories
  • Textiles
  • Tire dust

Unfortunately, humans and some animals often ingest some of these particles and other plastic particles accumulate and break down in oceans and soils. Marine organisms such as small fish, shellfish and shrimp, particularly those near coastlines, are more like to ingest harmful microplastics.

Lin explained that the main sources of microplastics are industrial waste and wastewater discharge, which can cause significant environmental damage if left untreated.

Before the wastewater is released from factories, it must undergo thorough processes like biological reactions, chlorination, membrane technology, sand removal, sedimentation, screening and ultraviolet treatment to remove more than 90 percent of microplastics. But complete elimination is not achievable even with modern technology and natural environments may take thousands to tens of thousands of years to fully degrade microplastics.

Health risks linked to microplastics

Microplastics usually enter the body through food and drink ingestion. On the other hand, nanoplastics can be inhaled.

Aside from directly irritating mucous membranes, microplastics can carry environmental microbes like bacteria and viruses into the body.

Lin said once people ingest something toxic, they will often say it can be washed out quickly. However, microplastics are very tiny particles that “adhere to the surface of the stomach.”

He warned that there is no guarantee that washing out microplastics will remove them. He added that the body needs to slowly eliminate them, but this increases “the burden on the body.”

Several studies have revealed that after exposure to ultraviolet light and microbial degradation in the natural environment, “microplastics become more adsorbent, forming complexes with various environmental pollutants on their surfaces, making them more toxic to organisms.”

Microplastics, which function as carriers for dangerous heavy metals and pathogens, exhibit various toxicities upon entering the body.

And while most microplastics ingested through food are excreted via feces, a small portion can remain in the intestines for several days. This can result in inflammation, intestinal damage and the disruption of gut microbiota.

Microplastics can eventually be absorbed into intestinal cells and enter the bloodstream, which can damage organs and systems throughout the body. Organs like the liver and kidneys and bodily systems such as the immune, nervous and reproductive systems are often affected.

The excessive inhalation of microplastics can also result in respiratory tissue damage and disease.

According to a study published in the New England Journal of Medicinemost carotid artery plaques contain microplastics. While conducting the study, researchers worked with 257 patients aged 18 to 75 with asymptomatic carotid stenosis.

Researchers detected polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride in the removed carotid artery plaques of 150 patients (58.4 percent) and 31 patients (12.1 percent), respectively.

The research team reported that macrophages within the plaques contained visible foreign particles, some with jagged edges and chlorine content. They added that the patients with detected microplastics had over 4.5 times higher risk of heart attacks, strokes or death compared to the patients without microplastics.

Energy drinks are the No. 2 most consumed supplement after multivitamins among adolescents and young adults,2 and their market size is expected to reach $90.49 billion in 2028.3

    The cocktail of stimulating ingredients in energy drinks, however, could be putting heart health at risk, especially among people with certain genetic heart conditions. According to researchers from the Mayo Clinic, energy drinks may be “arrhythmogenic foods” that increase the risk of sudden cardiac arrest.

    Energy Drinks May Increase Risk of Sudden Cardiac Arrest

    Cardiac arrest occurs suddenly due to a malfunction in the heart that causes it to stop beating. An electrical signal in the heart may lead to arrhythmia, or irregular heartbeat, including ventricular fibrillation, which is the No. 1 cause of cardiac arrest. It describes a heartbeat so rapid that the heart trembles instead of pumping blood.4

    “Energy drinks can trigger life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias,” researchers wrote in the journal Heart Rhythm. “It has been postulated that the highly stimulating and unregulated ingredients alter heart rate, blood pressure, cardiac contractility, and cardiac repolarization in a potentially proarrhythmic manner.”5

    The study involved electronic medical records of all sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) survivors with proven arrhythmias who came to the Mayo Clinic Windland Smith Rice Genetic Heart Rhythm Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, for evaluation. Among 144 SCA survivors with pre-existing genetic heart conditions, seven of them — or 5% — consumed one or more energy drinks around the time the cardiac arrest occurred.

    Lead study author Dr. Michael J. Ackerman, Ph.D., genetic cardiologist at Mayo Clinic, explained in a news release:6

    “While there seemed to be a temporal relationship between energy drink consumption and the seven patients’ sudden cardiac arrest event, a myriad of potential ‘agitators’ that could have also contributed to a genetic heart disease-associated arrhythmia occurred, like sleep deprivation, dehydration, dieting or extreme fasting, concomitant use of QT-prolonging drugs, or the postpartum period.

    As such, unusual consumption of energy drinks most likely combined with other variables to create a ‘perfect storm’ of risk factors, leading to sudden cardiac arrest in these patients.”

    That being said, previous studies have linked caffeine and sudden cardiac death. A 16-ounce energy drink may contain 80 milligrams (mg) to 300 mg of caffeine, along with other stimulant ingredients. Panera Bread recently removed caffeinated lemonade from its menu after lawsuits alleged they caused two deaths from cardiac arrest.7

    “Although the relative risk is small and the absolute risk of sudden death after consuming an energy drink is even smaller, patients with a known sudden death predisposing genetic heart disease should weigh the risks and benefits of consuming such drinks in the balance,” Ackerman said.8 For people with genetic heart disease, the researchers concluded, “an early warning should be made about the potential risks of these drinks.”9

    Energy Drinks Are an Arrhythmogenic Food

    In an accompanying editorial, Dr. Ehud Chorin, Ph.D. with Tel Aviv University described arrhythmogenic foods as an underestimated medical problem, stating that energy drinks fall into this classification.10 Chorin says:11

    “Establishing a probable cause of an arrhythmia includes inquiring about a potential exposure to toxins or medications. An increasing number of substances in the standard diet are found to have unwanted cardiac effects, prompting the consideration of a novel subcategory in a patient’s clinical history intake: arrhythmogenic foods. Energy drinks fall in this category.

    The findings reported in this study should be viewed in the context of the large body of evidence suggesting arrhythmogenic effects of certain foods, especially when consumed in large quantities or large concentrations by high-risk patients.”

    In the featured study, for instance, two of those affected had long QT syndrome (LQTS) while two had catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (CPVT). Both of these conditions are associated with cardiac arrest, but the energy drinks may have increased the risk further.

    LQTS is a disorder of the heart’s electrical activity that can cause dangerous arrhythmias, leading to fainting, seizures or sudden cardiac arrest. CPVT is a genetic condition that may trigger irregular, fast heartbeats, also leading to fainting, seizures or sudden cardiac arrest, particularly in young people and children. Chorin believes the energy drink connection to cardiac arrest is significant, stating:12

    “Although the association could well be purely coincidental, the fact that this connection was observed in patients with long QT syndrome (LQTS) and catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia, but not in patients with Brugada syndrome (where the sympathetic stimulation of ‘energy drinks’ would not be expected to be proarrhythmic), provides some support to this observation.”

    Energy Drinks a ‘Rising Public Health Issue’

    Energy drinks are often marketed in ways that suggest they’re beneficial for boosting energy, enhancing physical and mental performance and improving concentration. These marketing strategies frequently highlight the inclusion of vitamins, amino acids and herbal extracts to create a perception of health benefits.

    However, many health experts continue to caution that these beverages can pose significant health risks. “Large quantities of caffeine, taurine, sugars, and B-vitamins may be contributing to these outcomes by increasing the heart rate, blood pressure (BP), and contractility of the heart in addition to prolonging the QTc [corrected QT interval],” according to research published in Reviews in Cardiovascular Medicine.13

    Scientists described energy drink consumption as a “rising public health issue,” noting that’s it’s not only linked to problems with the cardiovascular system but also others, including the gastrointestinal, renal, endocrine, psychiatric systems and neurological systems.14

    One-third of adolescents aged 12 to 17 consume energy drinks regularly, and these beverages are most common among men between the ages of 18 and 34. Often, energy drinks are consumed along with alcohol or other substances,15 which may increase the risk of adverse health outcomes.

    One study looked into the cardio- and cerebrovascular effects of consuming Red Bull, one of the leading brands in the energy drink market. Among 30 young adult women, drinking Red Bull led to a “decrease in the velocities of the carotid arteries and the middle cerebral artery as well as a decrease in cardiac output accompanied by a decrease in heart rate and a slight, although not significant, increase in systolic and diastolic blood pressures.”16

    Caffeine and Other Stimulants in Energy Drinks Act Synergistically

    The rising popularity of energy drinks led to a corresponding increase in caffeine consumption among children and adolescents. This rose 70% from 1977 to 2009.17 In energy drinks, the caffeine typically occurs alongside other stimulants such as guarana, taurine and L-carnitine.

    “The adverse effects of EDs on the cardiovascular system are due to its many different ingredients that have the ability to individually and collectively change the physiology of the cardiovascular system,” researchers explained.18 While often increasing alertness and attention, the drugs also increase heart rate and breathing, along with health problems that may be fatal:19

    “Adolescents gravitate toward these beverages to swiftly boost energy levels, enhance alertness, and increase scholastic or athletic performance. Consequences of this consumption pattern have led to a rising incidence of young individuals seeking medical attention in emergency departments due to an array of adverse health outcomes, as documented in results section.

    Reports underscore that energy drinks have deleterious effects on a broad spectrum of bodily organs, culminating in mild adversities such as anxiety, gastrointestinal disturbances, dehydration, nervousness, and tachycardia, along with more severe outcomes like rhabdomyolysis, acute kidney injury (AKI), ventricular fibrillation, seizures, acute mania, and stroke.

    Furthermore, instances linking energy drink consumption to fatalities have been documented.”

    Caffeine, for instance, blocks adenosine receptors, which usually help relax blood vessels. Blocking adenosine receptors also increases levels of adenosine in the blood, which raises sympathetic activity — the part of the nervous system that controls the fight-or-flight response — along with stress hormone levels.20

    Guarana, a plant native to the Amazon basin, is another common energy drink ingredient. Its seeds are known to have a high concentration of caffeine, often more than coffee beans, adding to energy drinks’ stimulatory effects.21 Even B vitamins, which play a vital role in your body, could support stimulatory adverse effects when consumed in large quantities alongside caffeine:22

    “Despite B-vitamins being regarded as generally beneficial to the human body, large quantities of B-vitamins may likely be included in Eds [energy drinks] due to their function as cofactors for energy utilization and metabolism, therefore possibly augmenting the stimulatory effects of the other ingredients present in these beverages.”

    Is Taurine in Energy Drinks a Problem?

    Taurine is a type of amino acid, which are the building blocks of proteins. Unlike many other amino acids, taurine is not used to build proteins but rather plays several other critical roles in the body, such as supporting nerve growth, producing bile salts and helping with digestion and maintaining proper hydration.23

    Taurine is considered a “conditionally essential,” or semi-essential, amino acid because, while your body can naturally produce it, supplementation might be necessary under certain conditions, such as in infants or in people with specific medical conditions.

    Taurine is also commonly added to energy drinks, where it may contribute to caffeine-induced intracellular calcium release.24 This, in turn, may disrupt the normal calcium balance within cells, particularly in the heart and muscles.

    “Short term exposure to taurine increases intracellular levels of calcium in vascular smooth muscle cells and the heart, leading to a positive inotropic effect,” according to the Reviews in Cardiovascular Medicine study.25

    Positive inotropic agents, including caffeine, increase the amount of calcium available in heart cells. This enhanced calcium availability boosts your heart’s ability to contract more forcefully. While this can be beneficial in certain medical situations, excessive stimulation can lead to potential risks. However, dietary taurine has many health benefits.

    Taurine acts as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent that may be useful in warding off sarcopenia, an age-related condition characterized by the loss of muscle mass and function.26 Taurine is also the most abundant source of sulfur and is required for a wide range of physiological processes, including the healthy function of your immune system, nervous system,27 metabolism and digestion — but that’s not all.

    According to research published in the June 2023 issue of the journal Science, taurine also appears to play an important role in longevity and healthy aging.28 The key to remember is that it’s best to get taurine and other nutrients from whole foods and, if necessary, via high-quality supplements — not synthetic energy drinks.

    Taurine is found in animal foods such as seafood, red meat, poultry and dairy products. If you’re a vegan, however, you may want to consider a high-quality taurine supplement, as you’re not getting any from the foods you eat. While your body can synthesize some taurine, it’s not going to be sufficient in the long run, especially as you get older and your body’s ability to synthesize it diminishes. However, energy drinks are not a safe source of taurine or any other vitamin or herb.

    Journalists, on the other hand, are supposed to pursue the truth even if doing so debunks their past reporting. They have no real skin in the game the way doctors do because journalists can simply claim their past reporting on the sources. Doctors can’t do that as easily since they’re supposed to think critically and research thoroughly before recommending experimental drugs to their patients.

    A new study, we are told, links a surge in cardiovascular deaths to really warm temperatures, which apparently hurt people who are black and old at disproportionately higher rate than other demographics.

    Instead of addressing the elephant in the room – Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “vaccines” – the paper instead talks a whole lot about the weather and “greenhouses gas emissions” as being responsible for about 5,500 excess cardiovascular deaths every year.

    Even if the United States adopts many of the extreme global warming impositions being pushed by the globalists right now, it will only trim about 1,200 excess deaths off that figure, still leaving 4,300 excess deaths per year due to weather-related heart problems, the study insists.

    According to the researchers involved with the study, everyone except white people – of course – bear the highest risk of suffering a heart attack or stroke due to bad weather, which means something has to be done to give them special treatment.

    “The public health impact of climate change is falling on individuals who live on the margins of our society,” claims Sameed Khatana, a cardiologist and assistant professor at the University of Pennsylvania‘s Perelman School of Medicine.

    “Any policy action or mitigation efforts really need to be tailored towards individuals who are most vulnerable.”

    Is it extreme heat or COVID jabs that are killing the human heart?

    An earlier model put together by Khatana and his colleagues at Penn claims that deaths from heart attack and stroke rise in direct relation to the number of “extreme heat days” that occur in a given year.

    “Extreme heat days,” by the way, is defined as having a heat index – a measure of apparent temperature that is a product of ambient temperature and relative humidity – that is at or above 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Using data collected from all 3,108 counties in the contiguous U.S. between the years of 2008 and 2017, the team claims to have found that the more really hot days there are, the more people are dying from heart issues.

    By the year 2019, the so-called “experts” say, there were 54 extreme heat days per year, on average, resulting in about 1,651 climate-related deaths every year.

    Keep in mind that this is a very small proportion of the overall number of cardiovascular deaths that occur in the U.S. every year. It is a mere drop in the bucket, relatively speaking, and points to an agenda that has been on the rise in recent years ever since Operation Warp Speed.

    To keep a lid on the flood of heart-related deaths that have occurred ever since COVID jabs were unleashed, “science” is desperately seeking some other alternative excuse to cover for this mass pharmaceutical genocide.

    Warm weather has existed since the beginning of time. Not only that, but the world appears to be in a cooling phase right now rather than a warming one, so the “extreme heat” excuse is not all that compelling.

    According to the climate-pushing media, extreme heat is an “unacknowledged disaster,” causing more deaths each year in the U.S. than any other weather-related event. Is this actually true, though?

    Their proposed solution is to create new “heat officer” positions to patrol the streets in search of heart-destroying hot weather. These heat officers will then be tasked with communicating to the public the alleged risks involved with exposing oneself to hot days.

    New, mind-blowing research about the Covid so-called “vaccinations” has been published recently in medical journals. Sadly, mRNA “technology,” not Covid, is destroying people’s hearts and brains, and it’s being documented in medical journals for all the “pro-science” pro-vaxxers to ingest.

    Recently, a patient died a few weeks after getting his third mRNA stab. Right after the toxic spike protein injections, his Parkinson’s symptoms got exponentially worse quickly, and it was all down hill from there. The pathology report confirms his clinical history with NO documentation of ever having the Fauci Flu, a.ka. Covid-19, per the autopsy. This is a case of vaccine-induced death that Big Pharma, Big Media, and the Vaccine Industrial Complex do NOT want anyone reading about, discussing, or re-publishing in the news.

    Researchers ran an autopsy on a 76-year-old man with Parkinson’s disease who died just weeks after receiving his 3rd mRNA Covid jab. Researchers processed tissues in the man’s body with formalin, and stained them with eosin and hemotoxylin for examination. The first Covid jab the patient got was the AstraZeneca injection, then he got two Pfizer jabs the same year, in 2021. After the second jab, his family noticed major changes in his behavior, as he became much more lethargic, anxious, and did not want to be touched. Then he became very withdrawn, so they gave him a third jab, and then he died.

    The autopsy revealed inflammation in the heart and brain. He suffered myocarditis that was not caused by natural infection, but by the spike proteins. He also suffered acute brain damage completely unrelated to his Parkinson’s diagnosis, according to three kinds of pathological findings, including neuronal death. Guess what they found in the frontal lobe of his brain? Spike proteins.

    Scientists and doctors who still deny that Covid jabs are causing deaths need to take a close look at these findings, as detailed photographs reveal the patient’s spike-protein-contaminated and compromised tissue. The vaccines caused the brain damage. Period. Look at the case report. Follow the science.

    The patient also suffered generalized swelling of the heart. Then the vaccine-induced brain damage caused him to have seizures, which in turn caused him to go unconscious, and he ended up breathing in his own vomit and finally dying from that, according to the pathologists. Here’s how it went down in the pathologist’s own words:

    “The vaccine circulating around the body will come into contact with the blood vessels. So the lipo-nanoparticles containing the mRNA will go into the blood vessels. And it’s the blood vessels’ cells themselves that will express the spike protein.” In other words, the spike protein caused a massive inflammatory response in the different parts of the brain, causing death in those sections.

    British and American medical scientists refuse to conduct autopsies to search for spike proteins like this. The medical industries are obviously suppressing this research to protect the vaccine industry in general and what many are referring to as a “Vaccine Holocaust” with these mRNA injections.

    Dr. Robert Lowry, a Texas-based neurologist, is on the record saying that autopsies should be conducted on every young person who dies suddenly and unexpectedly, and here’s what he expressed about the spike protein jabs: “They don’t prevent disease, and the immediate and long-term risk of serious injury from them is greater than that of having the actual disease. Natural immunity to corona viruses is far better and longer lasting than anything these vaccines provide.”

    Since the rollout of COVID-19 shots, a concerning rise in heart attacks and other heart problems has been reported, particularly in young, healthy people — those you wouldn’t expect to have cardiac trouble.

    This should prompt an urgent and immediate response to assess whether COVID-19 shots — of which more than 12.7 billion doses have been given1 — are causing heart damage and related deaths. The media, too, should be bringing attention to this association, to educate the public and prompt action from regulatory agencies.

    Instead, a propaganda campaign appears to be underway to blame the surplus heart attacks on other factors. They’re really grasping at straws, though, as you’ll see in some of these “heart attack risks” they’re coming up with.

    It’s also ironic that while studies showing a link between COVID jabs and heart attacks are being flagged as misinformation, these far-fetched associations that truly lack scientific support are not.

    Studies Point to COVID Shots Triggering Heart Trouble

    One of the most revealing studies came from Israel, where calls to the National Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for cardiac arrest and acute coronary syndrome increased more than 25% among 16- to 39-year-olds from January to May 2021, compared to the same time period in 2019 and 2020.2

    Both COVID-19 infection and COVID-19 shots have been implicated in causing heart trouble, but a statistically significant association was only found for COVID-19 shots, not the infection:3

    “Moreover, there is a robust and statistically significant association between the weekly CA and ACS call counts, and the rates of 1st and 2nd vaccine doses administered to this age group. At the same time there is no observed statistically significant association between COVID-19 infection rates and the CA and ACS call counts.

    These results … are mirrored by a report of increased emergency department visits with cardiovascular complaints during the vaccination rollout in Germany as well as increased EMS calls for cardiac incidents in Scotland.”

    There are also growing reports of elite athletes who have experienced devastating injuries after receiving COVID-19 shots. After receiving his second dose of Pfizer’s COVID-19 injection, Florian Dagoury, a world record holder in static breath-hold freediving, experienced increased heart rate and a reduction in his breath-holding capacity.

    A cardiologist diagnosed him with myocarditis, or inflammation of the heart muscle, and pericarditis, which is inflammation of the outer lining of the heart.4 Both are recognized adverse effects linked to the shots. In another example, a previously healthy 36-year-old mother of two died 11 days after receiving a Pfizer COVID-19 shot; her death was deemed to be caused by myocarditis due to the shot.5

    Dr. Neil Singh Dhalla, a CEO of a major health clinic, fell asleep four days after he got a COVID-19 booster shot — and died from a heart attack.6 The autopsy stated myocarditis. He was only 48 years old and had never had heart problems in his life.

    A Thailand study also revealed “cardiovascular manifestations” including rapid heartbeat (tachycardia), palpitation and myopericarditis in 29.24% of adolescents who’d received an mRNA COVID-19 shot.7

    28 Absurd Heart Attack Causes From ‘Experts’

    As noted by investigative journalist Corey Lynn:8

    “According to ‘experts’ and their allies in the media, the recent rise in heart attacks must be due to anything but the Covid injection. These so-called ‘experts’ are working at ‘the speed of science’ to come up with every excuse under the sun, other than the most obvious reason, for the rise in fatal heart conditions.”

    Lynn compiled 28 examples from the media pinning heart attacks on unscientific causes that don’t explain the sudden increase in heart problems that have occurred since COVID-19 shots were mass administered.9 If you listen to these experts, if it’s hot or cold, you’re young or old, or you’re happy or stressed, you’re at risk. The first set has to do with weather.

    Hot Outside? Cold Outside? Humid? You’re at Risk

    “Hot weather, cold weather, solar storms, daylight savings … it doesn’t matter,” Lynn says. “For every season, there is a reason for the rise in fatalities (other than the Covid injection of course!).”10

    1.Extreme heat waves — Increasing temperatures leading to extreme heat waves were blamed for affecting heart health, especially among people of color.11

    2.New ‘highly reactive’ chemical in the atmosphere — The chemicals, trioxides, have three oxygen atoms and are said to penetrate airborne particles known as aerosols, which can trigger heart disease. “It is easy to imagine that new substances are formed in the aerosols that are harmful if inhaled,” professor Henrik Grum Kjærgaard with the University of Copenhagen’s department of chemistry, told Daily Mail.12

    3.Slightly hotter nights — If the temperature rises 1 degree Celsius, it raises the risk of death from cardiovascular disease by 3.1% in men aged 60 to 64, “but not older men or women in either age group.”13

    4.Humid weather — If the weather is humid, watch out. Professor James Spratt, consultant cardiologist at London Bridge Hospital, told Express.co.us, “Heat can be thought of as stress on the heart. While short exposure to heat, such as in saunas, can be beneficial, if prolonged it can be harmful. The body works hard to maintain a steady core temperature, primarily by diverting blood from internal organs to the skin.”14

    5.Cold weather — If it’s chilly outside, blood clots and heart attacks are more likely.15

    6.Shoveling snow — About 100 people die from shoveling snow every year, according to The National Safety Council, as the strenuous activity increases risk of heart attack or cardiac arrest.16

    7.Solar storms — Solar storms reported cause up to 5,500 heart-related deaths in the U.S. in events that occur every 11 years, due to disruptions in the Earth’s magnetic field.17

    8.Daylight saving time — The transition to daylight saving time is also said to put your heart health at risk. “We don’t really know the specific reason for increases in heart disease and stroke during the daylight saving time change, but it likely has something to do with the disruption to the body’s internal clock, or its circadian rhythm,” Donald M. Lloyd-Jones, president of the American Heart Association, told the Toronto Sun.18

    9.‘Stroke season’ — Dr. Raj Bhardwaj says he didn’t know about this until 2022, but “it turns out” that about three to four weeks after flu season, there’s a stroke season. “The good news,” he says, “is that getting a flu shot reduces your risk of stroke.”19 “Did you know there is a ‘stroke season’? Well, that’s what the ‘experts’ say, so it must be true,” Lynn says.20

    Tall, Healthy and Like to Exercise? Sarcastic? You’re at Risk

    This next set also highlights that no matter your age or current mood, your heart attack risk could be on the rise. Lynn says:21

    “Whatever age, attribute, or mood, there’s an excuse for you! Young, old, tall, healthy, sick, active, happy, lonely, stressed — according to the ‘experts’ the ‘silent killer’ could strike anyone. Definitely DO NOT ask ‘What do these diverse groups have in common?’ (Turns out, even sarcasm increases your risk. If that’s the case, I’d better see a doctor quick!)”

    10.Teenagers — If you’re a teenager, the American Academy of Pediatrics now recommends you get screened for heart attack risk, because, in case you weren’t aware, “any teenager can have a heart attack.”22

    11.Fit and healthy young women — Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) can cause a heart attack in healthy women as young as 22.23

    12.Lonely older women — If you’re socially isolated or lonely, and between the ages of 65 and 99, you’re at greater risk of heart attack.24

    13.Tall people — Tall people have an increased risk of heart, nerve and skin diseases.25

    14.COVID-19 infection — Surges in COVID-19 infections are linked with increases in heart attacks, especially among 25- to 44-year-olds.26

    15.Physical activity — High levels of physical activity may increase your heart attack risk by hastening the buildup of plaque in your coronary arteries.27

    16.Joyful events — Birthday party? Wedding? Birth of a grandchild? These joyous events increase your risk of heart attack. It’s known as “happy heart syndrome.”28

    17.Pandemic stress — Stress due to the pandemic may be behind the recent surge in heart attacks.29

    18.Rise in energy bill — Increases in your gas and electricity bills could increase risk of heart attacks and strokes.30

    19.Delayed flight — Flight delays and refund issues put you at risk of “silent killers,” like heart disease.31

    20.Sarcasm — If you’re sarcastic, you’re at greater risk of a heart attack.32

    Shower? Garden? Play Video Games? You’re at Risk

    From eating eggs to skipping breakfast — both arguably health-boosting habits — to engaging in gardening, the media’s fearmongering makes it seem as though nothing is sacred, or safe. Lynn notes:33

    “Do you live in a noisy area? Guess what? You may be at risk! Do you fall asleep with the TV on? You guessed it. You’re at risk! Don’t watch an exciting movie. You might be at risk! And you can forget about scrolling through social media, playing video games, or sports. If you thought gardening was safe, you were WRONG!”

    21.Living under a flight path — If you live under a flight path, the noise from the planes may be increasing your heart attack risk by 72%.34

    22.Watching an exciting movie — A man who died while watching the movie Avatar 2 reportedly suffered an “excitement-induced heart attack.”35

    23.Anti-vax misinformation — If someone reads “misinformation perpetuated by the anti-vaccination movement” and then gets a shot, the mental stress it causes them could lead to constriction of veins, arteries and vessels, which then causes all those COVID shot side effects we hear about. This is according to Raymond Palmer of Full Spectrum Biologics, who wrote:36

    “This biological mechanism (the constriction of veins, arteries and vessels under mental stress) is the most likely cause for where there has been blood clots, strokes, heart attacks, dizziness, fainting, blurred vision, loss of smell and taste that may have been experienced shortly after vaccine administration.

    The extreme mental stress of the patient could most likely be attributed to the fear mongering and scare tactics used by various anti-vaccination groups.”

    24.Video games — Playing video games can trigger rare heart attacks in children.37

    25.Cold showers — This could trigger a heart attack or heart rhythm irregularities by shocking your blood vessels.38

    26.Gardening — Don’t even think about trying to grow your own healthy food. Pollutants in the soil could “have a detrimental effect on the cardiovascular system” and increase your risk of heart disease.39

    27.Eggs — Choline in eggs could make your blood more likely to clot, leading to enhanced risk of blood clots.40

    28.Skipping breakfast — If you skip breakfast, your risk of dying from all causes increases by 32% while your heart attack risk rises by 21%.41

    While some of these studies may highlight legitimate risks in certain cases, it’s curious that obscure factors like watching an exciting movie and gardening are getting air time, while adverse events scientifically linked to COVID jabs are not.

    “You get the picture,” Lynn says. “The so-called ‘experts’ and their friends in the media are covering up adverse events and deaths caused by the Covid injections, but by all means — keep ‘trusting the science.’”42
