World Series celebrations descended into chaos in the early hours of Thursday morning in Los Angeles, with shops being looted by gangs and fireworks thrown at cops in the street.
Many of the rioters probably don’t even care much about baseball.
But once the Dodgers won, large numbers of people recognized as opportunity to run wild.
According to the LAPD, there was “looting at several stores in the area of 8th and Broadway”…
Looting broke out on the streets of Los Angeles on Wednesday night after the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the New York Yankees to win the 2024 World Series.
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) said they had received reports of “looting at several stores in the area of 8th and Broadway” and people were urged to stay out of the area.
This has become way too common.
When a team wins a major championship, it is basically expected that citizens of that city will start rioting and looting.
A Nike store that had actually been boarded up in order to prevent looting was hit really hard. We are being told that a “mob of looters” was seen “carrying merchandise and throwing it into cars”…
The Los Angeles Police Department shared footage of a mob of looters running in and out of a boarded-up Nike store carrying merchandise and throwing it into cars parked outside the store about four miles from Dodger Stadium just after 11 p.m.
If this is what they will do when they are “celebrating”, what will they do when they are extremely angry? You might want to think about that.
In addition to looting stores, the rioters also set a city bus on fire…
As looters ransacked businesses, other areas of downtown Los Angeles were plunged into madness.
The LAPD said a “hostile crowd” — estimated at between 200 and 300 people — lit an MTA bus on fire about a mile from Dodger Stadium around 12:35 a.m. local time.
Footage posted to Citizen captured the moment a massive crowd — the majority of whom were wearing Dodgers jerseys and apparel — surrounded and sat atop the graffiti-laced bus.
Needless to say, what we just witnessed in Los Angeles is not even worth comparing to the chaos that could potentially follow this election.
Survey after survey has shown that Americans are extremely alarmed about what is coming, and that includes a new poll that was just released by the Associated Press…
American voters are approaching the presidential election with deep unease about what could follow, including the potential for political violence, attempts to overturn the election results and its broader implications for democracy, according to a new poll.
According to that poll, a large proportion of the country is very concerned about the possibility of post-election violence…
About 4 in 10 registered voters say they are “extremely” or “very” concerned about violent attempts to overturn the results after the November election. A similar share is worried about legal efforts to do so. And about 1 in 3 voters say they are “extremely” or “very” concerned about attempts by local or state election officials to stop the results from being finalized.
Relatively few voters — about one-third or less — are “not very” or “not at all” concerned about any of that happening.
At this point, it appears quite likely that Donald Trump will emerge victorious on November 5th.
To many on the left, that is literally the worst possible thing that could ever happen.
I know that this may sound a bit nuts to many of you, but this is how they actually see the world.
There has never been a politician that the left has hated more than Donald Trump, and if he wins this election after everything that has happened over the last eight years, for millions of Democrats it will feel like the world is ending.
And if President Trump attempts to crack down on post-election chaos after he is sworn in, it will just reinforce everything that the left believes about him. As Lee Smith has noted, we really are on the verge of a very troubling scenario…
Prominent post-election scenarios forecast such widespread rioting that the newly elected president would be compelled to invoke the Insurrection Act. With some senior military officials refusing to follow Trump’s orders, according to the scenarios, the U.S. Armed Forces would split, leaving America on the edge of the abyss.
By vilifying Trump as a despotic madman who must be stopped before he can commence his reign of terror, the regime’s propaganda apparatus not only slanders Trump but also pre-emptively threatens the reputation, as well as the livelihood and perhaps the liberty, of current military personnel. The point is to push the military against Trump: When the time comes to act, will you stand for democracy or side with a tyrant who sees the military only as an instrument to advance his personal interests?
Close to half the country is not going to want to be governed by whoever wins this election.
Unless you are completely and utterly delusional, you should be able to see that this is a major problem.
We are headed for unprecedented societal chaos no matter how this election turns out. I wish that it wasn’t true, but we are a deeply, deeply divided nation.
For a long time I have been urging everyone to find a way to love one another even though we don’t agree on everything. But people like me are being drowned out by those that are preaching hate, division and revenge.
Now we are about to reap what we have sown, and it will not be pleasant.

Transit officials in Los Angeles have declared a public safety emergency over the stabbing of a 66-year-old woman in the city’s Metro transit system, and are planning to deploy facial recognition tools to help identify repeat offenders and deter violent crime, according to reports from the Los Angeles Times and Los Angeles Daily News.
Beatings, stabbings and other violent incidents have been rising on L.A.’s public buses and trains, including four attacks in April. The perpetrator of the stabbing attack that killed Mirna Soza Arauz had a prior ban from the transit system for violent altercations. But Metro says its officers had no way of knowing that a dangerous individual was riding the train. Had facial recognition systems been in place, they might have made the match.
Calling Soza Arauz’s death “a shot across the bow,” the Metro board has given unanimous support to a motion asking the CEO to report back in two months on the feasibility of facial recognition deployments on buses and trains.
The situation is being framed in the direst of terms by those who initiated the request. “Our agency has grappled with a very real and unacceptable level of violence, illicit drug use sales and overdoses, and a blatant disregard for the law, our code of conduct and, quite frankly, basic human decency,” says board member and Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger. “Until we completely reverse security reality on our system, I’m concerned that we will never come back.”
Facial recognition and other biometric systems have been trialed or installed in transit systems around the world, most often for payments. Deployments in Moscow, Mumbai, Shanghai and Indonesia have differed in scale, modality and approach. For security purposes, Bogota deployed facial recognition software from Corsight AI for real-time surveillance of the city’s TransMilenio system, which resulted in six arrests. And Sao Paolo outfitted its 3-Red subway line with face biometrics and object detection systems that trigger alerts for security operators.
One place that transit riders will not be able to use facial recognition to pay for their rides any time soon is New York City. Gothamist reports on a new law that requires the Metropolitan Transportation Authority to “not use, or arrange for the use, of biometric identifying technology, including but not limited to facial recognition technology, to enforce rules relating to the payment of fares.”
Academia has typically recommended a cautious approach to using facial recognition for law enforcement in public spaces – although that caution takes different forms and focuses. An article in the Cambridge Law Journal from December 2023 advocates for an incremental approach to regulating the technology. Per the abstract, “by analyzing legislative instruments, judicial decisions, deployment practices of UK law enforcement authorities, various procedural and policy documents, as well as available safeguards, the article suggests incremental adjustments to the existing legal framework instead of sweeping regulatory change.”
Other voices in the debate, however, argue that advances in facial recognition technology are outpacing laws and regulations, and that a swift, comprehensive response should be the government’s primary concern. In a new report entitled “Facial Recognition Technology: Current Capabilities, Future Prospects, and Governance,” the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine “recommends consideration of federal legislation and an executive order” on facial recognition tools.
“An outright ban on all FRT under any condition is not practically achievable, may not necessarily be desirable to all, and is in any event an implausible policy, but restrictions or other regulations are appropriate for particular use cases and contexts,” says the report. “In light of the fact that FRT has the potential for mass surveillance of the population, courts and legislatures will need to consider the implications for constitutional protections related to surveillance, such as due process and search and seizure thresholds and free speech and assembly rights.”
Meanwhile, the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights has launched an investigation into facial recognition and its use by American federal agencies.

The California Assembly has introduced a comprehensive package of seven bills aimed at addressing the rising concerns over retail theft across the state.
One of the key initiatives is Assembly Bill 2943, jointly authored by Assemblymember Rick Chavez Zbur (D) and Speaker Robert Rivas (D). The bill targets serial retail thieves by introducing a new crime with penalties of up to three years behind bars for possession of stolen property with intent to resell. It also allows for the aggregation of similar thefts from different victims to charge grand theft, under specific criteria.
Hopefully something will get done, because right now a criminal in the state of California can “literally walk into a retail store every single day of the year and steaI $949 worth of merchandise” and never spend a single minute in jail.

Los Angeles has become a paradise for shoplifters, but many would argue that things are even worse in the Big Apple.
As I discussed a few days ago, New York City has “a $4.4 billion shoplifting economy”. And approximately 90,000 packages are stolen in New York City every single day.

About 7 million New Yorkers plan to leave the state, a new survey revealed this month.
In a new Marist poll, 37 percent of New Yorkers—roughly 7 million people—said they plan to move away. The number was slightly more concentrated among Republicans, as 46 percent said they plan to leave the state compared to just 29 percent of Democrats.
Unsurprisingly, many of those that are fleeing are heading to Florida…
For many, Florida remains one of the top places to move, but Southern states in general have been recording the biggest influx in transplants.
According to Realtor.com, Philadelphia, Miami, Atlanta, Tampa and Orlando remain some of the top locations for New Yorkers to start again.

In New York City, the idea to distribute rat contraceptives got fresh attention in city government Thursday following the death of an escaped zoo owl, known as Flaco, who was found dead with rat poison in his system.
City Council Member Shaun Abreu proposed a city ordinance Thursday that would establish a pilot program for controlling the millions of rats lurking in subway stations and empty lots by using birth control instead of lethal chemicals. Abreu, chair of the Committee on Sanitation and Solid Waste Management, said the contraceptives also are more ethical and humane than other methods.
Unfortunately, New York City doesn’t have the worst rat problem in America. That title actually belongs to the city of Chicago…
Chicago has once again been declared the rattiest city in the U.S. according to Orkin’s annual ranking.
Los Angeles surpassed New York on this year’s list now holding the #2 spot and bringing the Big Apple down to #3, Orkin shared.

A resurgence of rats has gotten out of control in Chicago’s Portage Park neighborhood, multiple residents explained Friday as they called for city leaders to take further action.
Diana Gazda, a resident of the Far Northwest Side community for seven decades, said she has never seen an infestation like it.
“We never had a rat problem like this,” she stated. “I’ve been here 71 years in my house.”

A Chicago police officer was shot to death early Sunday in Gage Park on the Southwest Side in what sources are saying was an apparent carjacking.
Officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert about 2:55 a.m. and found Officer Luis Huesca with multiple gunshot wounds in the 3100 block of West 56th Street, a police spokesperson said in a statement.
Huesca, 30, was driving home from work, according to city officials. Huesca, who was still wearing his uniform, was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

]]>The alarming video, shared by Fox News reporter Bill Melugin on X, reveals numerous homeless individuals gathered on filthy sidewalks at the intersection of San Pedro Street and 6th Street in LA’s Skid Row neighborhood. Some are shown near open fires on the street, mere steps away from the Midnight Mission, a $17 million facility catering to the homeless.
Billionaire Elon Musk, known for his commentary on California’s homelessness crisis, simply reacted with “wow” upon viewing the footage.
Commenters on X expressed astonishment, with one stating, “Gavin Newsom’s California may be the wealthiest state, but its cities resemble those of Third World nations,” while another remarked, “If you didn’t tell us this was LA, we would think this was a city in a third-world country!”
The homeless population in LA currently exceeds 46,000 individuals, marking a 10 percent increase from the previous year, as reported by the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority.
LA, in particular, has witnessed a surge in homelessness since the onset of the pandemic, with over 10,000 more individuals living on the streets compared to 2019. The Midnight Mission, located just meters from the distressing scene captured in the online video, is facing severe strain on its resources.
The Mission provides three daily meals, temporary accommodation, a barbershop, and a women’s crisis center. However, despite their efforts, female homelessness in LA has spiked by 55 percent in three years, with over 90 percent of these women reporting experiences of physical or sexual assault.
To address the opioid crisis gripping Skid Row, the city has deployed mobile teams equipped with oxygen cylinders to prevent overdoses.
Meanwhile, workers from the non-profit organization Homeless Health Care Los Angeles traverse the streets, attending to individuals living among makeshift dwellings and witnessing dire health conditions, including substance abuse.
Los Angeles County has allocated a budget of $609.7 million to combat homelessness in 2023-2024, a $61.8 million increase from the previous year. Despite these efforts, Governor Gavin Newsom admitted last summer that the state’s homeless crisis was a “disgrace” and pledged additional resources.
During his tenure, homelessness in California has surged by 13 percent, prompting Newsom to acknowledge the challenges related to high housing costs, regulatory hurdles, and local opposition to new housing construction.
Following her election as mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass made a bold declaration that would serve as a defining measure of her tenure: “We are going to solve homelessness.”
The Democratic congresswoman, who was previously considered for vice president by Joe Biden, envisioned a transformed city with over 40,000 homeless individuals provided with housing and vital services to mend their fractured lives. “We are going to build a new Los Angeles,” she proclaimed.
Now, one year into her mayoral term, Bass reported that over 21,000 unhoused individuals were transitioned into leased hotels or temporary shelters in 2023, marking a 28 percent increase from the previous year.
Numerous drug-ridden street encampments were dismantled, and housing initiatives are underway. Yet, behind these promising statistics lies a harsh reality: this is merely the beginning.
Billions of dollars had been invested to address homelessness in the region, and new programs had been implemented. However, the mayor acknowledged the possibility of continued increases in homelessness, partly due to evictions and the cessation of Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) aid for low-income households.
While Bass has made progress, tackling LA’s homelessness crisis presents a formidable challenge. The city grapples with managing a potentially expanding homeless population, equivalent to the size of Palm Springs, without an efficient computer system capable of tracking individuals within it.

]]>That fire happened in the first neighborhood targeted by Inside Safe, an initiative created by Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass to move homeless people off sidewalks and into housing. Yet after each of those encampment operations, streets first targeted by Inside Safe in 2022 – parts of Cahuenga Boulevard, Wilcox Avenue and Franklin – have repopulated.
The Annual Homelessness Assessment Report shows major cities are home to large shares of people experiencing homelessness, with nearly 25 percent of the country’s total homeless population found in either New York City or Los Angeles, based on the 2023 count.
Homelessness shot up by more than 12 percent this year, reaching 653,104 people. The numbers represent the sharpest increase and largest unhoused population since the federal government began tallying totals in 2007, the U.S. Department of Urban Planning and Development said.
Unhoused residents have set up tents, tarps and other structures next to apartment buildings, along median strips and on the sidewalks of Cahuenga where it passes under the 101 Freeway. (Related: NBC News: Inflation and illegals to blame for HOMELESSNESS among LA students.)
In that area, at least four fires have broken out at homeless encampments over the last three months. Although no injuries have been reported, some people in the area have been on edge. Residents say that, over the past few years, they also have had to contend with screaming in the middle of the night, human waste on sidewalks and doorsteps, open-air drug use and threats of violence.
The Cahuenga area targeted by Inside Safe had 15 tents or tent-like structures. Bass acknowledged that the neighborhood has been more challenging than many of the other locations visited by Inside Safe.
“When we find that there is a criminal element, or people being harmed, then we have to address that accordingly,” Bass said. “We’ve not involved LAPD yet in this one, but we are looking into it, and we’ve heard of sex trafficking as well as drug trafficking.”
Bass sent outreach workers and other specialists to homeless encampments to make offers of motel rooms, hotel rooms and other types of temporary housing — all voluntarily — with the goal of moving those unhoused residents into permanent homes.
But the new encampment has only grown, even though Inside Safe promised that all 33 encampments would be cleared and would not return.
Nearly 2,000 people were moved off the streets into interim housing through Inside Safe in Bass’ first year in office. But only a few hundred housed under the program have moved into permanent housing.
The population of people experiencing unsheltered homelessness as well as the number of people living in shelters have both increased. This coincides with the record number of illegal immigrants crossing the U.S. borders.
Recently, the Department of Homeland Security released statistics showing that December 2023 set a new record for illegal entries, capping off the most disastrous year of illegal immigration to the United States.
In just the first three months of the fiscal year 2024, nearly one million illegal aliens were encountered at U.S. borders, and these figures do not include thousands of “gotaways” who are known to have entered but evaded law enforcement.
People who’d been living in a hotel in Aurora for months say they were pushed to the street after the city of Denver bought out all the rooms for illegals, reported 9news.com.
“Our family, we’ve been sleeping in the car for a couple of days,” said Joe Sauceda, who used to live at the Quality Inn in Aurora.
When Denver leased the hotel for the migrants, the hotel kicked out people like Sauceda. Now, he sleeps in his ’97 Lincoln with his partner and dog. “I don’t think it’s fair at all. Because where do I go?” Sauceda said. “Why are they taking precedence over hardworking people that have been living here and are citizens of Aurora? Why are they pushing us out to bring other people in here?”

One migrant had no problem taking an al fresco whiz on a tree Wednesday afternoon as The Post surveyed the stomach-churning scene.
Authorities in the Big Apple have run out of places to put all of the people that have come flooding into the city.

One local, Amy Michele, said she was punched in the face when running errands on the boulevard.
‘I’ve seen people with machetes and knives just slicing the air in front of them hoping to get someone who passes by,’ she said in a TikTok video warning others.
‘I’ve seen people sell drugs out of the back of a truck.
‘I’ve witnessed a hostage situation at one of the apartment complexes on Hollywood Boulevard.
‘I’ve been punched in the back of the head by a homeless person’ she added.
At this stage, virtually the entire city is becoming just like Skid Row.
Los Angeles is an extremely dirty city, and all of that filth has spawned a massive explosion in the rat population. But Los Angeles is not “the rattiest city” in America. For the ninth year in a row, Chicago has taken that title…

More than 80 percent of the U.S. population lives in urban areas, and so what is happening to our cities really reflects what is happening to the country as a whole.
In Oakland, auto theft has increased almost 50 percent during the past year, and there is one square mile near the airport that has become world famous for how lawless it is.
In particular, there are three gas stations where criminals steal from rental vehicles dozens of times a day, and the police seem powerless to do anything about it…
Less than a mile away from the Chevron, a Shell gas station on Hegenberger Road is also plagued by thefts. Around five hundred yards from the Shell, another Chevron is another hotspot. And next to that, the parking lot of an In-N-Out Burger is hit daily.
Police say the criminals, who operate in well-organized groups, follow the same playbook: a spotter keeps watch for targets, usually rentals headed to or from the airport, as they pull up at the gas stations.
They then alert accomplices, who pull up in a vehicle when the targets start to pump fuel. Often, they smash a rear window or pop the trunk of unlocked vehicles before making off with luggage and valuables. The thefts take just seconds.
The spike has earned the Shell the nickname ‘America’s most dangerous gas station’. The two Chevron sites are also top contenders for the unwanted title.
There are police that patrol the area, but they are restricted from chasing non-violent criminals, and so the thieves know that they will be able to get away if they flee rapidly…
But the officer, who’s picked up an overtime shift to keep watch and act as a deterrent, wasn’t just referring to the theft epidemic when he made the strikingly blunt assessment.
He was referring, in his words, to the ‘restrictive’ policies passed by city and state lawmakers which mean police officers can’t even pursue the thieves because smash-and-grab theft is a ‘nonviolent crime’.
‘We can’t do a car chase on nonviolent crime,’ he told DailyMail.com from the seat of his police cruiser. ‘I can go behind the cars and try and turn on my lights, but why would they stop?’
I would strongly advise not visiting Oakland.
But of course most of our other major cities are not much better.
In Denver, so many migrants have been pouring into the city that the city’s primary public hospital is on the verge of financial collapse…
The migrant crisis in Denver has plunged the city’s main public hospital deep into the red after patients received $136 million in treatment they couldn’t pay for.
Denver Health lost $2 million in 2022 – but that was substantially-reduced by a $20 million cash injection from the state.
In 2022, the hospital system lost $35 million, with bosses warning of ‘dire consequences’ for the hospital if 2024 is as bad as the previous two.
Our cities were already filled with hordes of extremely desperate people, but over the past few years our politicians have allowed millions more to enter this country.
Now we live in a permanent atmosphere of lawlessness, and our society is absolutely teeming with predators.

Very few things shock me in this age of social media extremism, live-streamed terror and international permacrisis.
But the headline last week truly forced the bile to rise in my throat:
Seven Texas men filmed themselves gang-raping two toddlers in a bathroom of Houston’s Galleria Mall.
Sickening, indescribable evil.
A 29-year-old mall worker Arthur Hector Fernandez was identified as the suspected ‘ringleader’ and arrested in December, charged with assault. His accomplices are yet to be identified.
This is what America has become.
That story actually didn’t stay in the news cycle for very long at all, because this sort of thing has become very common in our society.
The truth is that the fabric of our culture really is coming apart at the seams all around us and we really are on the brink of societal collapse.
I believe that 2024 will be the most chaotic year that any of us have ever seen, and I believe that the years beyond 2024 will be even more chaotic.
If we had made much different choices as a society, we could have gotten much different results.
But now our cities are being turned into open sewers, and our entire nation is becoming a little bit more lawless with each passing day.

We’re told the actor’s L.A. home was burglarized Wednesday evening … with LAPD responding to an anonymous call about a possible trespasser at his property at around 7 PM. Cops arrived on the scene, and conducted a search, but found no one.
But, we’re told police were back there again around 1 AM when an alarm sounded on the property … and this time officers say multiple men in ski masks were spotted on security cams smashing a window and entering the house.
According to our sources, the culprits took one firearm from the home before making a run for it. It’s unclear if anything else was taken, but Keanu was not home at the time.

]]>The IJ reports the fight has erupted because the city of Los Angeles, whose officers destroyed Carlos Pena’s NoHo Printing and Graphics store, has refused to provide any compensation.
The catastrophe developed last year when an armed fugitive fleeing U.S. marshals threw Pena out of his store and then ran in to hide out.
“The marshals then initiated a standoff before a SWAT team from the Los Angeles Police Department arrived and fired more than 30 rounds of teargas into the business. Carlos—who waited in a nearby restaurant for 13 hours as his 31-year-old business was being destroyed—estimates that the raid caused more than $60,000 in damage,” the IJ said.
His insurance carrier refused compensation because “the government” caused the massive loss. U.S. marshals also refused, because the damage was done by the LA officers. The city also refused.
“I couldn’t believe it when I was told that I wouldn’t be paid for the damage. The business I had worked so hard to build was completely destroyed and I was left with the bill, even though I did nothing wrong,” he said.
The damage included holes in the doors, windows and ceiling, the destruction of all the machinery in the shop, and more.
“Pursuing dangerous fugitives is a legitimate government function, and unfortunately sometimes that will lead to the destruction of innocent people’s property. But when that happens, the government can’t just shrug and say, ‘tough luck.’ It must compensate the victim,” said IJ Attorney Jeff Redfern.
“Nobody should have to go through what Carlos has gone through the past 11 months,” said IJ Attorney Suranjan Sen. “Carlos has done everything right throughout this entire process, and he’s still being left to foot the bill for damage that was not his fault and that represents a service to the public. This isn’t just wrong, it’s unconstitutional. The Fifth Amendment’s Takings Clause ensures that public burdens, like catching a fugitive, should be borne by the public as a whole, not unlucky, innocent individuals.”
IJ previously has fought the same battle, winning in Texas when a jury ruled the city of McKinney must pay nearly $60,000 to a woman whose home was destroyed by a SWAT team.

It simply amounted to individuals and families leaving their homes and “taking a walk” each night in the evening, precisely during the time that the state controlled “news” was being broadcast. Soon, the streets were filled with strolling pedestrians, smiling and nodding to each other, then returning peaceably to their homes without incident. Yet their defiant message was unmistakable. And it ultimately contributed to a major course correction in Poland, upon the breakup of the Soviet “Empire.”
It is sad that Americans find themselves at a similar precipice. Though we are told no Gulag or other official bludgeon of free expression yet exists, the handwriting is on the wall. Still, the response of people who have known freedom and see it being wrested from them, even in such a murky societal cesspool as Los Angeles, is once again unmistakable. Of course the leftist Fake News propagandists are now attempting to suppress any discussion of the event, because it clearly did not go as they had hoped.
On Friday, June 16 2023, a major pillar of the leftist counterculture came crashing to the ground in front of the entire Nation. That was when the actual exhibition of degrading perversion, performed by the homosexual/drag group known as the “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence” finally took place at the opening of the Dodgers/Giants game. It came after several weeks of loud controversy, in which the Dodgers’ invitation to the loathsome group was announced, then cancelled, then re-established under pressure. The planned performance received loud sanctimony and endorsements from the media and every prominent countercultural leftist with a microphone. But on Friday, despite the program going ahead as originally scheduled, the stadium was virtually empty!
Prior to game day, the spectacle was a topic of widespread discussion, when the leftists believed they could make a major statement against America and decency. The “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence” freak show was billed as an exhibition with mass appeal to the general public. Yet in its wake, the fiasco is barely being given any coverage, since it ran so thoroughly counter to the leftist narrative with its claims of the homosexual and transsexual agenda now being “mainstream,” and only a tiny “hateful fringe” on the right opposing them.
After all of the buildup and sanctimony, condemning critics with standard leftist labels of “homophobia” and their newest invention “transphobia,” Dodgers Stadium, typically full on a normal game night, held barely a few hundred throughout its vast capacity of fifty-six thousand. A far greater number attended a protest of the event, held outside the stadium. The mask was taken off, proving that it is the countercultural agenda and its advocacy of every form of moral and sexual deviancy that is the actual tiny fringe on the far left. Mainstream America remains mainstream, and rooted on solid ground.
The real message of last Friday, which needs to be fully understood and spread across America, is that the deafening silence in the empty bleachers was not just a rebuff to the profane extremists giving their profane performance, but to all those who supported it. The mainstream of society may not loudly decry their obscenity and perversion as they should, but the mainstream of society soundly rejects them! Americans, even in the “Belly of the Beast” of Los Angeles California, did not embrace the madness.
For better or worse, Christians/Conservatives do not engage in the sort of hysterical, ranting “protests” as do the leftists. By nature, they do not hold such behavior in high regard. Furthermore, even fervent expressions of Patriotic opposition to leftist outrages against America, such as J6 (which unlike leftist/antifa/BLM marauding, arson, and murder, was actually a peaceful protest), are so loudly condemned by sanctimonious leftists that too many on the Right become hesitant to even speak out. That needs to change! It is no coincidence that during the same span of time of the Dodgers controversy, Anheuser Busch has lost $28.7 billion dollars in value, after hiring “drag queen” Dylan Mulvaney to promote its previously popular Budweiser beer.
In quiet, courageous resolve, the people of Poland engaged in passive rejection of the state sponsored Communist propaganda, which ultimately originated in the Kremlin. Sadly, the dismantling of America’s moral foundations have been so intense, and so effective, that the Christian Conservative base frequently musters even less resolve in the face of mockery/derision (the weapons of radicals, per Saul Alinsky) than the people of Poland showed in defiance of the totalitarian Marxist state. Though this amounts to unwarranted leftist success, it is now glaringly obvious that it does not reflect a genuine change of heart among the people on “Main Street.”
Politicians had better take note. Seeming passivity by the good people of this Country does not constitute an “endorsement” of leftist moral/cultural rot, in any of its expressions. It is flatly wrong, and damaging to the country to play to the lunacy of the counterculture under any circumstances. Those aspiring politicians who get this message wrong and choose the wrong side, based on presumed “expedience,” prove themselves wholly unfit to serve in office now, or ever in the future. Real America must recognize its collective strength, and be willing to wield it against the insidious onslaught of the left.

]]>Have they been transformed into “liberal utopias” that can serve as examples to show the rest of the world how they should be doing things? Not exactly. Instead, conditions have gotten really bad in each one of them and things are getting worse with each passing day.
Let’s start with New York City. According to Wikipedia, the Big Apple is part of the largest metropolitan area in the United States. Almost 20 million people currently live in the region, and thanks to progressive law enforcement policies retail theft has risen to ridiculously absurd levels…
Retail theft is on the rise, with robbery, burglary and other crimes increasing by 22%.
And while 327 offenders accounted for 30% of New York City’s 22,000 retail theft arrests in 2022, recidivists were arrested almost 6,600 times, for an average of 20 times each.
The results of this are obvious: Merchants have made approximately 63,000 complaints — most going unresolved.
Meanwhile, New York City is being absolutely flooded with migrants. Liberals love the idea of migrants pouring into this country illegally until the time comes when they must take care of them directly.
At this point, the Big Apple has run out of space to put more migrants, and so they have decided to start sending some of them by bus to nearby counties…
Following New York City Mayor Eric Adams’ announcement last week that the city will bus some migrants to hotels in nearby counties temporarily, officials in Orange County and Rockland counties filed lawsuits attempting to stop the plan – even as some migrants have already arrived.
The counties have also issued executive orders barring the arrival of migrants and asylum seekers.
It could be argued that conditions are even worse in the second largest metropolitan area in the United States. Close to 13 million people live in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, and right now the region is facing the worst drug crisis that it has ever experienced.

Furious residents of the upscale enclave of Beverly Grove watched in horror as scores of homeless people set up camp on San Vicente Boulevard last month.
They have described how the tent-dwellers are fighting ‘all hours of the day’ while also using and selling drugs at the encampment.
Needless to say, the third largest metropolitan area in the United States knows all about crime, drugs and homelessness. Voters actually got rid of Mayor Lori Lightfoot in the last election because conditions have deteriorated so badly in the Windy City.
But they replaced her with a guy that is even more liberal, and now a number of CEOs are warning that their companies will permanently leave if Brandon Johnson goes through with all of the new taxes that he is promising…
Companies are already vowing to leave Chicago over additional taxes promised by its new mayor – a progressive tasked with addressing the city’s dwindling image under predecessor Lori Lightfoot.
Sworn in early Monday, Mayor-elect Brandon Johnson beat out more moderate Chicago schools CEO Paul Vallas earlier this month to earn the hallowed spot – something business leaders like CME Group Inc are already peeved about.
Appearing on a podcast Sunday, the chief executive of the country’s foremost financial derivatives exchange, Terry Duffy, voiced his distaste over additional taxes planned by the ex union organizer, who was endorsed by Bernie Sanders.

Of course the same thing could be said for hundreds of other cities. In Baltimore, a business owner that has operated in her local community “for more than four decades” is finally throwing in the towel due to rising crime…
The latest incident comes as a mom-and-pop business, operating in Baltimore City for more than four decades, has been forced to shutter operations because of numerous armed robberies.
Jody Rosoff, the owner of Doc’s Smoke Shop in Baltimore’s Highlandtown neighborhood, told local media Fox 45 that she has been robbed at gunpoint for the second time in six months and just recently had to shoot an intruder.
She said her business has been operating in the city for decades and now has to close up shop because “it’s not safe for anybody on this street that’s a small business owner.”
The liberals that run these cities don’t like to see the headlines that their policies have created.
But instead of fixing things, in many cases they simply bring crime rates down by making it extremely difficult for normal citizens to report crimes.
If your crime never gets formally reported, it doesn’t show up in the crime statistics, and that makes those that are currently in charge look better. But nobody can deny what is happening all around the country.
Crime is completely and utterly out of control, and it is getting worse with each passing year.
At this point things are so bad that the Postal Service is actually being forced to replace thousands of mail receptacles from coast to coast…
USPS also said there has been a higher volume of theft incidents from mail receptacles.
In fiscal year 2022, there were 38,500 thefts. In the first half of 2023, there have been over 25,000.
To address this, USPS is establishing harder blue collection boxes at 12,000 locations across the U.S.
There is chaos in our streets on a nightly basis.
This is our country now.
If things are this bad in 2023, what will our largest cities look like once economic conditions severely deteriorate in the years ahead?
We have reached such a critical turning point in this country, and we desperately need leadership.
Unfortunately, Joe Biden is running the show in Washington and Democrats are in charge in virtually all of our biggest cities. Things are going to continue to get worse for quite some time to come, and that is really bad news for all of us.
