During political activist Mike Lindell’s Election Crime Bureau event, the ex-academic presented on the topic of “Election Night Reporting.” He also tackled the undeniable proof that a proportional-integral-derivative-controlled algorithm not only exists in all 50 states but also shaped the outcome in swing states like Georgia.

Clements pointed out that the motion picture aims to solve the mystery connected to the rigged machines and software, from input to output. He said that the film centers on many controversial election vendors, the corrupt Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Even the trailer is already facing massive censorship on X, formerly called Twitter, YouTube and other big tech platforms.

According to Joe Hoft, author and contributor at independent news outlet The Gateway Pundit, the film features the most qualified experts investigating the 2020 election theft. Appearing in the documentary are Hoft, certified public accountant, auditor and author of “The Steal” trilogy; Jeffrey Lenberg, a former Sandia National Labs nation-state vulnerability expert; Dr. Walter Daugherity, renowned computer scientist; Draza Smith, former Sandia National Labs Cyber/Grid security expert; and Harry Haury, Cyber Security Systems Expert and co-author of the Help America Vote Act; Joe Oltmann, System Architecture Expert and Tech CEO.

Col. Shawn Smith, U.S. Air Force (ret.) former Senior Military Evaluator for Space, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems; and Clay Parihk, election systems testing expert and whistleblower are also in the film. Of course, David and his wife, professional engineer Erin Clements, who has co-authored one of the most definitive vulnerability assessments of the U.S. election system from numerous audits conducted in New Mexico and their research in other jurisdictions, also appear in the movie. There are also many other prominent experts included.

America-wide cell network allowed big government access to election systems, down to the precinct level

Meanwhile, Clements also guested on “The Joe Hoft Show” on August 24 where he discussed the bombshell story that he and his wife revealed about FirstNet, a nationwide cellular network that connects election equipment, and gives the federal government access to election systems at the precinct level.

In a separate article on JoeHoft.com, he said that there has been an incestuous collaboration between the DHS, the Election Assistance Commission (EAC), leftist/globalist funding, foreign companies and their private partners, which allowed for the real-time monitoring of all election data, and more importantly, the ability to change the results.

The idea of a national cellular network dedicated to public safety was hatched in the wake of 9/11 and in 2012, Congress created the First Responder Network Authority under the Department of Commerce to oversee the build-out of “FirstNet.” The original goal was for the network to serve police, fire and emergency medical technician (EMT) services but the scope soon expanded to include all “critical infrastructure.” It then included water, energy and transportation infrastructure.

According to the professor, days before former President Barack Obama left office, DHS used the specter of “Russian interference” in the 2016 election as an excuse to declare election systems to be a part of that critical infrastructure. As a result, the stage was set to roll election systems into FirstNet, which was built with the AT&T telecommunications network.

“While experts could understand the functional capabilities of how these programs manipulate elections at the county and state levels, one area of mystery remained. They could not fully explain how systems within individual precincts which are supposedly ‘air-gapped’ were adding votes in real-time – such as KnowInk poll pads in Texas that added hundreds of votes to the 2022 midterm election after the polls had closed,” Clements wrote. “To accomplish election fraud at individual polling places, it is necessary to have an air interface with the supposedly ‘air-gapped’ equipment networked at the polling place.”

He added that a year-long research project by an election integrity investigator from Utah, Sophie Anderson, and communications engineer, Dr. Charles Bernardin, has uncovered what is the mechanism that connected election equipment at polling places across the nation.

“After submitting a countless number of public document requests from multiple federal, state, and local governments, and working with other grassroots researchers, the team realized that the federal government has indeed created a nationwide network that is capable of collecting and changing real-time voting data at polling places across the country from a central location. That private network tool was FirstNet, and like so many things that have proven detrimental to American liberty, it was sold as a tool to ensure public safety,” he revealed. McDaniel is not Trump’s ally. She has repeatedly blamed the lack of a 2022 “red tsunami” on “poor candidates,” and while she has not directly attached Trump’s name to the candidates that he supported who lost, the insinuation is crystal clear.

One can argue that she, more than anyone else in the party, is responsible for three consecutive losing campaign seasons, including the one in which Trump had his victory stolen. So why won’t he denounce her? Why won’t he engage in one of his famous attacks against her? Is he scared that if he goes after her and she wins, that he will lose credibility? Yes, but it seems to be bigger than that. It appears that whoever is advising him has made him believe that he needs the RNC in order to win the GOP nomination in 2024. This isn’t true, but he’s playing nice nonetheless.

When given the opportunity to side with Harmeet Dhillon or Mike Lindell over McDaniel, Trump remained uncharacteristically neutral. According to Breitbart:

“Harmeet is a lawyer for me you know,” Trump said when asked about the two candidates. “Harmeet is my lawyer.”

When asked whether that means he favors her or McDaniel—the current chair whom Trump selected after his 2016 White House victory and backed again in her subsequent reelection as chair—he declined to pick a specific candidate.

“I think they’re both good,” Trump said. “I like them both. It’s like when I asked Queen Elizabeth when we were together: ‘Which president did you like the best?’ She said: ‘I liked them all.’ ‘Which one did you like the best?’ ‘I liked them all. They’re all great.’ I said, ‘But didn’t you like Ronald Reagan the best?’ She said: ‘No I liked them all. I liked Ronald Reagan very much, but I liked them all.’ Then I said: ‘Which prime minister did you like the best? Was it Winston Churchill?’ ‘I like them all. I like every one.’ Then I realized how smart she was. I said, you know that’s why she stayed there for 75 years.’”

Dhillon has worked for him directly. Lindell has been the most unabashed and consistent corporate supporter throughout Trump’s presidency and beyond. Romney has done nothing but lose since taking the helm in 2017, during which time she squandered two slam dunk elections to voter fraud and fecklessness. This is a no-brainer. He needs to help give her the boot. He doesn’t have to support Dhillon or Lindell necessarily but coming out against McDaniel would be a powerful move.

Instead, we get the weakness of neutrality in the most important decision for the Republican Party from now until the primaries begin. That’s not okay. Support for McDaniel is waning. Trump could hammer the nail into the coffin by making a bold statement that she has failed miserably for three terms and does not deserve a fourth. It could be enough to finally remove the RINO. Even if it isn’t enough and she wins anyway, denouncing her now would allow him enough time to “play nice” and mend the fence before the primaries if he chose to do so (though I would hope he wouldn’t).

The RNC could be an important piece of the election puzzle in 2024. It has been absent in the last three elections, doing nothing that has been effective and some things that have been counterproductive. Trump needs to get off the fence on this one.

According to Law a Crime:

A search warrant for a company-issued cell phone used personally by Mike Lindell says the U.S. Department of Justice wanted to search the MyPillow CEO’s mobile device for information involving possible identity theft and computer crimes. Lindell and a collection of others who have espoused various conspiracy theories involving the 2020 election are listed in the document as “subjects” of a federal probe into those possible offenses.

A copy of the warrant was filed around midday on Wednesday by Lindell’s attorneys as an attachment to a lawsuit filed the night before in U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. The attachment was curiously not submitted contemporaneously with the original filing.

As a “subject” of the investigation, Lindell and others listed on the warrant are being classified as just short of “target.” That means that they aren’t just being looked at as possible witnesses. The FBI is fishing for crimes to pin on these people, and it appears that Dominion is the key to all of it.

From the warrant:

All records and information on the LINDELL CELLPHONE that constitute fruits, evidence, or instrumentalities of violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1028(a)(7) (identity theft), 1030(a)(5)(A) (intentional damage to a protected computer), and/or 371 (conspiracy to commit identity theft and/or to cause intentional damage to a protected computer) — (the “SUBJECT OFFENSES”) — those violations involving Tina Peters, Conan James Hayes, Belinda Knisley, Sandra Brown, Sherronna Bishop, Michael Lindell, and/or Douglas Frank, among other co-conspirators known and unknown to the government (the “SUBJECTS”), since November 1, 2020[.]

Everyone listed on the warrant has denied the legitimacy of the 2020 election. It’s assumed that all in some way have participated with Lindell in trying to uncover the truth about the various forms of voter fraud used in the massive, widespread operation. The article continues:

All of the named individuals have in various forms and venues complained about or denied the outcome of the 2020 election. Peters, Knisley, and Brown are already tied up in election-related cases in Colorado. Bishop is reportedly U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert’s (R-Colo. 3) former campaign manager. Frank is reportedly Lindell associate. Hayes is reportedly a surfer who developed a line of athletic clothing — a business he subsequently sold — and who claims the election that installed Joe Biden was botched.

The warrant contains a 24-point list of data the FBI was authorized by U.S. Magistrate Judge Tony N. Leung to seize. Leung was appointed by the district court in 2011.

The first item on the list is this: “[a]ll records and information relating to damage to any Dominion computerized voting system, including any impairment to, or attempt to impair, the integrity or availability of data, a program, a system, or information.”

The feds were also seeking information “relating to the attachment of any peripheral to any Dominion computerized voting system, including any USB flash storage drive or other external media storage.”

The FBI also wanted to see if Lindell’s phone contained evidence that “any software, program, application, or code” was “used to obtain information about the configuration, security features, contents, or vulnerabilities of any Dominion computerized voting system.”

As to Hayes specifically, the warrant says the feds were looking for information “relating to Conan James Hayes’ use of another person’s name, photograph, credentials, or other identifying information or documents.”

Further sought were “records and information” that could lead agents to the “geographical location” of any subject of the probe, information about any subject’s “state of mind,” and data about whether a subject attempted to “conceal . . . involvement” with the cited offenses.

What the article is unwilling to say without direct evidence, we’ll go ahead and say for them. This reads like a movie script in which an evil company leans on their connections in the FBI to use law enforcement as a weapon against those who may implicate both the company and the FBI itself in past crimes. In this case, it seems Dominion has not been satisfied with strongarming anyone who questions the legitimacy of the election. They need to silence anyone who’s still looking into it, and that includes Lindell and his cohorts.

But this isn’t just about Lindell’s efforts. He was specifically chosen as a high-profile election denier to send a message to anyone else who continues to question the results. It has been nearly two years since the election was stolen and nobody has been held accountable. The Deep State and everyone else involved wants to keep it that way, not just to stay out of trouble but to enable similar voter fraud in the future.

This is most likely to do with the witch-hunt led by the Democrats and Deep State regarding January 6th. They are doing everything that they possibly can to intimidate any and all Trump supporters, and this appears to be nothing more than just a fishing expedition to take out their “enemy.”

Apparently, this subpoena is related to a case involving Tina Peters in Colorado. It sounds like Lindell was being pressured to testify in that case and has been refusing, so the powers-that-be have resorted to this sinister tactic from the FBI.

Some have said we should “move on” and focus on future elections. But anyone who believes the 2020 election was stolen must not give up because it is our duty as American citizens to hold people accountable. Even if you don’t think we can correct the results of the 2020 election, we must continue to expose what happened because nobody has been brought to justice.

There is no way to move on if they believe they got away with it. So far, they have, but there are still efforts to bring the truth to light, including the Truth Summit this weekend.

Bed Bath & Beyond is giving its turnaround CEO the boot after delivering anything but a turnaround. The struggling retailer said Wednesday CEO Mark Tritton is leaving the company and the board, effective immediately. Board member and retail veteran Sue Gove is taking over the retailer on an interim basis.

Bed Bath & Beyond declined to make Gove available to Yahoo Finance for an interview. The decision to remove Tritton — who was brought in back in 2019 after a very successful operation stint at Target (TGT) — comes after another disastrous quarter for the company.

Bed Bath saw same-store sales crash 27% at its namesake brand as shoppers pulled back on discretionary purchases while also shunning a more upscale push with fewer coupons at the company. Adjusted operating profits came in at a loss $224 million.

The company ended the quarter with a worrisome $107 million in cash, and promised it was in active searches for a permanent CEO. The company also hinted at a potential sale of its baby business, buybuy BABY. Shares fell 18% in early trading. Shares of Bed, Bath & Beyond, which more than tripled during the meme market of late 2020 and early 2021, are down over 80% from highs reached in early ’21.

They’re feeling the heat… literally. Stores have been told to cut back on air conditioning. According to the NY Post:

The struggling home goods chain — which reported a steep decline in sales last quarter — is turning down the air-conditioning in its stores in an effort to cut costs, according to Bank of America analysts who have visited the stores.

Along with turning down the thermostat, the company has chopped its employees’ hours and canceled remodeling projects, according to the report.

“From our store visits, we believe that Bed Bath & Beyond is trying to quickly trim expenses to align costs with [sales] declines,” according to the Bank of America report. The report also claims that the chain will be reducing store hours in July when opening times will be pushed to 11 a.m. from 10 a.m.

The retailer denied it is penny-pinching on utility costs.

Walmart said it pulled MyPillow products from its stores as the pillow company’s founder and CEO Mike Lindell continues to falsely claim the 2020 presidential election was rigged against former President Trump.

A Walmart spokesperson confirmed the products’ removal after Lindell posted a series of live videos on his Facebook page in which he talked about the decision in interviews with conservative podcasters.

“While we are no longer carrying them in stores, MyPillow products continue to be available on Walmart.com,” a Walmart spokesperson told The Hill.

In a livestream Lindell posted on Thursday of him speaking with Steve Bannon for an episode of “Bannon’s War Room,” the MyPillow CEO said the removal would be a “$10 million hit” to his company.
