It’s those with the Biden name, the Clinton name, and others, who have been unleashing startlingly anti-Harris comments recently.

And now former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has put into words what he believes is going on:

He explains, “We’re in the early stages of watching her collapse. … It’s just my hunch … that sometime in the last two weeks, Joe and Jill looked at each other and thought, you know, wouldn’t it be a great legacy if Joe’s the only guy ever to beat Trump? And I think the stuff he’s done to undermine her in the last ten days is pretty amazing.”

It is a report at Revolver.news that has assembled a list of those incidents.

“To the casual onlooker, it’s clear that the old guard of the Democrat Party – people like the Bidens and the Clintons—have no love for Kamala Harris. In fact, if you’re paying even the slightest bit of attention, you’ll notice the old guard is actively sabotaging her. Whether intentional or not, their disdain for Kamala and the way she ‘rose to power’ is leading to some serious backstabbing,” the report said.

It cited Joe Biden’s decision just weeks ago to wear a MAGA hat, linked directly to President Donald Trump’s Make American Great Again campaign.

Then, while Harris is desperately trying to find some way to separate herself from the Biden-Harris administration failures, for which she was the “border czar” and responsible for the failed multi-billion dollar campaign to link rural America to the web, Biden is putting her resoundingly in his camp.

After all, he confirmed he and she are “singing from the same song sheet.”

Then she attacked Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis over his actions following Hurricane Helene, and Biden defended and praised him.

“But Joe’s not the only one, folks. Bill Clinton is now shuffling around the campaign trail, and he’s made some eyebrow-raising moves to sabotage Kamala, just weeks away from Election Day. It’s hard to tell if these are the actions of senile men who don’t have a clue, or if they’re actually lucid, making well-calculated moves against a power-hungry woman who’s never earned anything on her own merits,” the report said.

Clinton recently confirmed what Republicans have said for years: Democrats want open borders and mass illegal immigrant actually to replace American voters:

Bill Clinton: "We got the lowest birthrate we’ve had in well over a hundred years, we’re not a replacement level, which means we’ve gotta have somebody come here if we want to grow the economy.”

And he confirmed the Biden-Harris campaign to do that has brought misery to Americans, such as the family of Laken Riley, killed by an illegal alien. He said Riley probably would be alive had Harris, as Biden’s “border czar,” insisted that those entering the U.S. be properly vetted.

The report explained while Biden is undermining Harris, “it’s Bill Clinton who’s really going full throttle in destroying Kamala. He’s plunging the dagger right into the heart of her flailing campaign. As we mentioned, he’s out on the trail for Team Kamala, and while he’s out there – looking like he’s been rode hard and put away wet – he’s also telling the country that Kamala Harris is pushing the Great Replacement Theory. That’s the theory that (correctly) claims globalists are letting their countries be overrun by migrants and illegals to create new demographics and voting blocs while erasing white people and the middle class.”

The report explained those seniors in the Democrat party “believe they know she led a soft coup against Joe Biden, and now they’re paying her back for the dirty work. From Biden contradicting her at every turn to Bill Clinton throwing out the truth bombs about her failed leadership and border disaster, it’s obvious they’re doing some sneaky stuff under the radar to make sure she never gets anywhere near the Oval Office.”

Harris’ “soft coup” happened when elites in the party decided to throw Biden under the bus and install Harris as the party’s candidate this year, without her ever winning a single primary vote.

He lays out in a commentary at Real Clear Wire the reasoning behind his conclusion.

It all links to a lawsuit filed by Stefan Passantino over his being fired by Cassidy Hutchinson, one of the witnesses before ex-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s partisan January 6 commission, which worked to assign blame for that day’s rioting at the Capitol to President Donald Trump.

“I know both participants well. I entered Congress in 1978 with Liz Cheney’s father, Dick Cheney. I watched Liz Cheney become a competent, effective implementor of American policy around the world. Few things have made me sadder than watching her drift into an anti-Trump fanaticism – which ultimately convinced her that breaking the rules, destroying innocent people, and pandering fake news were justified behaviors,” Gingrich noted.

“Years later, I got to know Stefan Passantino. Since 1998, he has been legal counsel for me and for our companies. He is a thoughtful, scholarly, and deeply ethical attorney. Passantino represents his clients with integrity and a passionate commitment to protecting them and seeing justice done.”

He explained, “Liz Cheney and the committee’s ongoing process of dishonesty, violating attorney-client privilege, and leaking to friendly leftwing media was a total perversion of the congressional system. It was a dishonest effort to destroy innocent people of integrity with one-sided lies and smears.”

He said the good coming out the situation is that Barry Loudermilk, chief of the House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight, will reveal in coming months the stunning “dishonesty” of Pelosi’s committee.

“Passantino represented several witnesses before the Jan. 6 Committee with no problems. He represented Cassidy Hutchinson with precisely the same integrity. In fact, he represented Hutchinson through multiple interviews covering about 20 hours,” Gingrich noted.

“Hutchinson was a desirable witness for the committee, because she entered the White House in her early 20s and became Special Assistant to the President and Coordinator for Legislative Affairs. She reported to Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and had an office in the West Wing just a few feet from the Oval Office,” he noted.

But then, he said, “Liz Cheney apparently decided Hutchinson would make a star witness – if only she would say the right things. In an amazingly inappropriate and unethical move, Liz Cheney herself (along with a small number of senior staff) approached Hutchinson after her second committee interview without informing [Passantino]. Liz Cheney then called Cassidy in for a third interview, with Passantino again serving as counsel, with neither Cassidy nor Cheney ever informing Passantino that they had been speaking without his knowledge. Contacting Hutchinson without informing Passantino was clearly unethical, and it appears as if Liz Cheney instructed Cassidy not to tell Passantino they had spoken. This was a profound breach of legal ethics.”

Gingrich explained, “As a senior member of Congress (and the national media’s anointed hero), Liz Cheney approached and sought to manipulate an isolated, frightened woman in her mid-20s. Does that sound appropriate? I suspect Liz Cheney knew she was doing something wrong because she apparently did not tell her fellow committee members.”

The result was that Hutchinson dismissed Passantino and hired a new lawyer, suddenly changing her testimony to Congress.

What that did was raise concerns in Congress about her credibility, he noted.

He said Pelosi’s committee tried to keep the extent of Hutchinson’s testimony changes concealed, and the GOP House now has uncovered evidence of “rule-breaking and simply lying to the American people.”

“History will not grant Liz Cheney or the Jan. 6 Committee members the profile in courage they wanted. It will record a profile in deception, distortion, and vengeance,” he said.

As Just the News reported, “With the nation’s first primary state as a backdrop, former President Donald Trump took aim Saturday at Democrats’ urban strongholds, vowing to both secure and revitalize blue cities weary from years of violence and economic decay.”

As the outlet reported, President Trump told a crowd in Durham, New Hampshire, “We’re going to rebuild our cities into beacons of hope, safety, and beauty. It will be the greatest investment ever made.”

This is encouraging. All too often, Republicans have neglected our great cities – or been openly hostile toward them because of their Democratic leadership.

Perhaps the most famous example of this was an Oct. 29, 1975 speech in which then-President Gerald Ford explained why he would not help New York City with its fiscal crisis.

The following day, the New York Daily News had a huge page-one headline: “Ford to City: Drop Dead.”

President Ford was philosophically right as a fiscal conservative and federalist, but the political message was devastating for Republicans.

I served with Buffalo Congressman Jack Kemp, who was the most innovative pro-city Republican with whom I have ever worked. Kemp developed a program for enterprise zones to help encourage business development in the poorest parts of cities. Working with civil rights activist Bob Woodson, the two developed a program to allow people in public housing to put in sweat equity and eventually gain ownership of their units. Kemp and Woodson followed Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher in trying to create an ownership society.

One of the most striking moments in U.S. House debate history was when an outraged Democrat Congressman Barney Frank, who opposed Kemp’s proposal, argued that under the plan, a poor family in New York City might be able to acquire a property worth $1 million in the New York market. It did not seem to occur to Frank that helping poor people become wealthy was a good idea.

President Trump, a product of Queens and Manhattan, understands that we cannot be a great nation if our great cities decay and die. Consider his own words from a speech about saving America’s cities in Reno, Nevada:

“[W]e’re going to indemnify police officers and law enforcement officials throughout the United States from being destroyed by the radical left for taking strong actions on crime. They’re going to be indemnified… Policemen are forced not to do anything when they want to, and under the threat of losing their pension, their house, their family, they lose everything, and they’re afraid to move. … We’re not going to let that happen anymore.

“In addition, we will take over our horribly-run Washington, DC – and clean up, renovate, and rebuild, our Capitol, so that it is no longer a nightmare of murder and crime. You see what’s happening. But rather, will become the most beautiful Capitol anywhere in the world. It’s a mess. It’s a filthy, disgusting, mess. Our parks will be cleaned, the tents and graffiti, all of these tents and graffiti, right in the middle of the most beautiful parks in the world. Those tents and graffiti will be removed. Slum areas will be demolished and rebuilt to the highest level of architectural elegance. Washington, DC will become a symbol of beauty, security, freedom, and strength…

“In addition to our Capitol, we are going to rebuild our cities into beacons of hope, safety, and beauty. Better than they have ever been before. We are going to focus on our cities… It will be the greatest investment ever made in these cities. And we will work closely with Democrat leaders. They are all run by Democrats, if you can believe it. But we’ll work closely with the Democrat leaders of all these failing places to make sure that this rebuilding will be a lasting and compassionate one. It’ll be a great rebuilding. Safety will again be restored, so that our children can go out with their parents, mother, and father, and play in the park without being beat up, molested, or shot. Students will be able to walk to school in peace, criminal rates will plummet, and people will long just long to move back to the city again.”

The fact that President Trump explicitly included working closely with Democrat leaders is a good step toward making the second Trump administration more bipartisan – but still deeply committed to reform.

This was an encouraging speech for our future and a real commitment to save America’s citizens. It is a good step toward bringing Americans together and healing some of the partisan divisions.

Those who are committed to union incompetence, leftwing extremism, and keeping power will fight against a program to save America’s cities. Most Americans, however, will be excited by the vision of a safe, prosperous, and forward-looking urban future.

I expect the American people will win.

If there’s one silver lining that has come from this conflict, it’s that we’re seeing who in conservative media are fighting 100% for the American people and which ones are only conservative when it’s convenient.

Nothing @mattgaetz has been saying is wrong.

I’m disappointed in his conservative media detractors, some of whom are people that I fully expected to back him.

Very eye-opening.

Can any of them make a case for omnibus over individual spending bills?

Can any of them claim McCarthy has stuck to the terms of the deal that he agreed to in order to become Speaker?

Can any of them say it’s a total coincidence that the ethics complaint, long-shelved, popped back up now?

Can any of them justify pulling Ukraine funding in the CR, only to work a deal for continued aid in the shadows with Chuck Schumer?

It’s dirty politics being played by both sides, but for whatever reason the status quo filth is getting a pass from so many of these “conservative” commentators while they lambast Gaetz and his allies for being scrappy for the sake of the nation.

I like Mark Levin, Newt Gingrich, and Mike Huckabee but they and others are wrong to be propping up Ukraine-First RINO Kevin McCarthy.
