On Tuesday, Ukraine fired six long-range missiles that were provided by the United States into Russia. On Wednesday, Ukraine fired twelve long-range missiles that were provided by the United Kingdom into Russia. This is literally insane.

What would we do if another superpower was using Canada or Mexico to launch long-range missiles at us? Needless to say, there would be millions of Americans screaming for us to use nukes against that superpower.

Well, right now there are millions of people inside Russia that want their government to use nuclear weapons against the United States and Europe.

Of course if there is a full-blown nuclear war, there won’t be any winners.  As I pointed out in this video, more than 90 percent of the U.S. population would eventually end up dead.

We should be doing all that we can to find a way out of this mess.

The war in Ukraine is not good for anyone except for the military-industrial complex, and so leaders on both sides should be seeking to sit down at the negotiating table while it is still possible to do so.

But instead of pushing for negotiations, a number of countries in Europe appear to be preparing for war.

For example, on Monday Sweden began to distribute more than 5 million copies of a booklet “advising its citizens how to prepare for war”

Sweden on Monday started to distribute copies of a booklet advising its citizens how to prepare for war, as Nordic countries teach people how to brace for a potential Russian attack.

The 32-page brochure, which is also available in English and several other languages, advises citizens on warning systems, how to seek shelter during an air raid and even psychological and digital security.

Why would Sweden need to prepare for war? Nobody is going to attack Sweden.

Something doesn’t smell right.

Sweden has not had to fight a war for a very long time, but apparently top Swedish officials believe that this is a very real possibility

Civil Defense Minister Carl-Oskar Bohlin made waves in January when he warned: “There could be war in Sweden.”

Sweden’s then army chief Micael Byden also alarmed many when he days later said “Swedes have to mentally prepare for war.”

Sweden has not gone to war in more than two centuries.

Meanwhile, Finland and Norway are also suddenly interested in getting their citizens prepared for war

As Norwegian paper Aftenposten recently reported, Norway’s citizens have also received similar “emergency preparedness” pamphlets because “in the worst case” acts of war could also affect Norway.

Finland’s government, too, has released a digital booklet to prepare citizens for “incidents and crises,” stating that the country “has always been prepared for the worst possible threat, war.”

In particular, Finland has become quite paranoid.

They are actually constructing a 10-foot-tall wall that is going to be 200 km long when it is finally finished…

Finland shares a 1,340-kilometre (830-mile) border with Russia and Helsinki has maintained a higher level of preparedness.

But after Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine, Helsinki announced plans to build a 200-kilometre border fence with Russia.

Three meters (10 feet) tall and topped with barbed wire, it is due to be completed by 2026.

Why would the Russians invade Finland?

The Russians have their hands quite full with Ukraine, and that isn’t going to change any time soon.

Once again, something is not adding up.

In Germany, an incredibly detailed document that is a thousand pages long contains intricate plans for a war with Russia

According to a 1,000-page document entitled ‘Operationsplan Deutschland’, Germany would reportedly host hundreds of thousands of troops from NATO countries and serve as a logistics hub for sending huge quantities of military equipment, food and medicine toward the front.

A report by Der Spiegel in the summer said as many as 800,000 soldiers from the security bloc could be hosted by Germany as they transit to posts further East.

The German army is also instructing companies and civilians on how to protect key infrastructure and mobilise for national defence, envisaging a situation in which Russia expands drone flights, spying operations and sabotage attacks across Europe.

Why are they spending so much time and energy preparing for a hypothetical war with Russia?

If the Russians become convinced that an all-out war with NATO is inevitable, they won’t invade Europe with conventional forces.

Instead, they will use their nukes.

And the Europeans won’t be the first to get nuked.

We will.

As I have relentlessly warned my readers, Russia has been preparing to fight a nuclear war with the United States for a long time.

Their strategic nuclear arsenal is far superior to our own, their anti-missile systems are far superior to our own, and the subs that they would use to deliver a devastating first strike are so quiet that we cannot even track them effectively.

So let’s find a peaceful solution to the problem in Ukraine before events spiral completely out of control.

Because right now we are closer to nuclear war than we have ever been, and the death and destruction that a full-blown nuclear war would cause would be unthinkable.

What Would WWIII Really Look Like?  Don’t Expect Nukes… https://americanconservativemovement.com/what-would-wwiii-really-look-like-dont-expect-nukes/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/what-would-wwiii-really-look-like-dont-expect-nukes/#respond Tue, 03 Sep 2024 07:22:58 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/what-would-wwiii-really-look-like-dont-expect-nukes/ One of the most common assumptions I come across in the survival-sphere is the idea that the next world war would automatically necessitate global nuclear conflict.  In other words, a lot of people assume we aren’t in a world war until the nukes start flying.  This is a dangerous misunderstanding for a lot of reasons.  What they are overlooking is the fact that we are ALREADY in the middle of WWIII.  These people don’t realize it because they’ve based their entire image of world war on Hollywood fantasy.

There are many ways in which wars are fought.  In our current situation WWIII is being fought through proxies like Ukraine and Israel (and maybe Taiwan in the near future).  The war is also being fought on the global economic stage through sanctions, inflation and the dumping of the US dollar as the world reserve.  To be sure, these situations can easily escalate into something bigger and that is exactly what I suspect they will do.  However, planetary nuclear war is the least likely scenario.

Survival and preparedness communities have a tendency to hyper-focus on the obviously Apocalyptic.  We talk a lot about EMP strikes and split-second grid down calamities.  We talk about solar flares, overnight economic crashes and nuclear holocaust.  I think survivalists do this because it acts as a mental exercise – A way to better clarify what the best preparedness solutions are.  But as I’ve said for many years, collapse is a process, not an event.

These things happen slowly, and then all at once.  If you went back in time ten years ago and warned people that in 2024 the US would be in the middle of a stagflationary crisis with a 30%-50% average price increase on all necessities, they would probably dismiss you as a doom-monger.  Well, guess what, that’s exactly what a handful of alternative economists (myself included) were doing well over a decade ago.  And we WERE dismissed over and over again.  Welcome to our world.

The reason people refused to believe us is because the danger was not immediately obvious.  The economic threat was not hitting them in their wallet yet.  Stock markets seemed to be doing fine.  The jobs market was still functioning somewhat normally.  They could only view economic crisis through the lens of a total collapse.  The idea that it would happen incrementally never crossed their minds.

Even today there are still people who argue that everything is fine.  The stock market is “fine.”  The labor market is “healthy.”  If you suggest all is not well, you’re a “chicken little.”  This is the incredible danger of having a Hollywood fantasy idea of what a collapse looks like.  We may never get to 100% systemic implosion; but an 80% collapse is still a survival situation.

The same dynamic goes for WWIII.  We must not overlook the dangers right in front of us simply because intercontinental ballistic missiles aren’t crisscrossing the sky.

Consider for a moment the possibility that world war will be fought between major powers on proxy battlegrounds.  The weapons of mass destruction will be financial instead of nuclear.  The conflicts will go on for a decade or longer in various parts of the world, all adding up to a world war, but maybe never officially declared a world war.  Perhaps there is a nuclear event somewhere; maybe a false flag or a limited strike.  It still doesn’t mean global strikes are an inevitability.

I’m bringing up this topic because it’s important preppers don’t get stuck the psychological trap of defining a collapse event with such strict parameters.  People also need to understand that the powers-that-be also have a lot to risk should a war devolve into nuclear exchange.  If it was really that easy for them to launch warheads, wipe out the majority of the human population and then establish a global dynasty, they would have done it already.

Global war on such a scale is inherently unpredictable.  The elites have spent trillions of dollars and the better part of the last century constructing the most complex surveillance and control grid in history.  It would be foolish to turn it all to ash in the blink of an eye and I highly doubt that’s the plan.  They would be putting themselves and their legacy at risk of being erased forever.

Does this mean I will be ignoring the potential for a nuclear event?  No.  I will always keep it in mind and have preps ready just in case.  A single nuke set off anywhere west of your home could result in radioactive fallout that would take around three weeks to dissipate.  And, these events are indeed survivable.

Here’s an interesting fact to ponder:  The US government has tested at least 1050 explosive nuclear devices over the decades.  Around 216 of those were atmospheric tests that resulted in massive fallout across the country.  Some people in close proximity got sick over time from these tests, but they didn’t result in an overnight mass death event in the Midwest.

Perhaps, at a moderate distance, these weapons are not as dangerous as we’re led to believe?

The real threat from nuclear weapons comes from the initial blast and the resulting damage to national infrastructure.  The economic system would also take an immediate dive from even one strike, and it could be anywhere in the world.  A single nuke in Ukraine would send shockwaves through already unstable markets.  If the globalists wanted to accelerate a worldwide collapse, they wouldn’t need a nuclear war, just one well placed device.

There is a lot of misinformation on the web surrounding nuclear disaster, but the preparations for radioactivity are relatively simple:  Store enough sealed food and clean drinking water for at least three weeks.  Have enough potassium iodide pills on hand for a daily dose for each member of your family.  Buy a digital Geiger counter and a radioactive test card to make sure the device works.  If you think fallout is a danger then seal up windows and doors with plastic.  Avoid going outside if you can and put as many physical barriers between you and the fallout as possible (basements are best).

The average half-life of nuclear fallout is 2-3 weeks.

Water doesn’t actually become irradiated; the dust from an attack is what ends up in open sources and makes you sick, so you certainly don’t want to ingest it.  The dust has to settle in these water sources and the radiation has to be given time to dissipate.  Clean water will be at a premium for at least a month after the event.  The more clean water you have the more likely you will be to get through the crisis without physical effects.  Rain water will be safe after the first two weeks.

The biggest danger from WWIII is not nuclear exchange (as unlikely as it is), but the disturbing changes societies go through when the conflict expands.  Totalitarianism is much easier to institute during war.  Freedom of speech is often suppressed and criticism of the government is often criminalized.  People who rebel against this are accused of “working with the enemy.”  Military conscription is usually enforced and young people are sent off to die overseas over a conflagration that makes little sense.

The economy nose dives and the supply chain tightens.  Price controls and rationing are initiated.  Black markets flourish but those who participate are aggressively targeted by the government.  In the case of the US, armed revolution in some states is a certainty.

Our planning should focus far more on these eventualities and less on the idea of nuclear Apocalypse.

How to Survive a Nuclear War https://americanconservativemovement.com/how-to-survive-a-nuclear-war/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/how-to-survive-a-nuclear-war/#comments Thu, 30 May 2024 09:57:20 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=204186 (End of the American Dream)—I understand that the topic of this article is not too cheery, but this is important information.  Someday, it could save your life and the lives of your family members.  We live at a time when the potential for conflict between major powers that possess nuclear weapons is constantly in the headlines, and it is just a matter of time before someone crosses a line that will never be able to be uncrossed.  When that day arrives, it is imperative that you have a plan.

Entire books have been written about how to survive a nuclear war, and so I will only be able to cover some of the most essential information in this article.

If you plan to keep on living once a nuclear war erupts, the first thing that you will need to do is to be located somewhere that is at low risk of being attacked. That means that you won’t want to be located anywhere near any military installations.  If you are not sure if there is a military base close to you, you can find a list of military bases in the United States right here.

In addition, population centers that are of strategic importance such as Washington D.C. and New York City will also be targeted during an all-out nuclear conflict.

For those that are considering relocating, experts suggest looking “in remote and rural areas with warm climate and access to water and farmland”…

Real estate experts have concluded that the places in America that are best suited for nuclear war survival are in remote and rural areas with warm climate and access to water and farmland.

They have recommended against densely populated urban cities and places with mass transportation, shopping centers and other convenient amenities that are traditionally desirable for living.

I think that is very good advice.

Once a nuclear war starts, you will not have any time to evacuate.  In fact, if the Russians launch missiles from subs parked just off our coastlines, it would only be a matter of minutes before major coastal cities started getting hit

If Russia launched a weapon from international waters just off the East Coast, people in cities like New York, Boston, and Washington, DC, might have just 10 to 15 minutes to prepare.

“You wouldn’t even have time to go get your kids from school,” Irwin Redlener, a public-health expert at Columbia University who specializes in disaster preparedness, told Insider last year.

If I was the Russians, I would conduct such a first strike in the middle of the night.

So the good news is that when it happens you will probably be at home sleeping in your own bed.

But if you do find yourself outside when it happens, you will want to get inside as soon as possible.

When an impact occurs, a fireball that is almost as hot as the core of the sun is created.

Whatever you do, it is imperative that you do not look at the explosion, because the brightness of the fireball can cause blindness

The best course of action is simply to avert your eyes. When a nuclear bomb strikes, it sets off a flash of light and a giant orange fireball. A 1-megaton bomb (about 80 times larger than the “Little Boy” atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima, Japan) could temporarily blind people up to 13 miles away on a clear day and up to 53 miles away on a clear night.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention also recommends dropping to the ground with your face down and your hands tucked under your body to protect from flying debris or sweltering heat that could burn your skin. If you have a scarf or handkerchief, cover your nose and mouth.

But make sure to keep your mouth open, so your eardrums don’t burst from pressure. Research also suggests that if you’re in an above-ground building, avoid narrow hallways and doorways, which can act like a windtunnel, accelerating the detonation’s shockwaves to dangerous, bone-crushing pressures. Instead, seek shelter along walls in large, open spaces and avoid rooms with windows, if you can.

Following the explosion, radioactive particles known as nuclear fallout will start raining down from the sky

If the detonation was a surface blast or the bomb hits the earth, large amounts of fallout are produced. The dust and debris kicked into the atmosphere rains down, bringing with it dangerous amounts of radiation. The fallout may rain down as contaminated black soot known as “black rain,” which is very fatal and may be of extreme temperature. Fallout will contaminate anything it touches.

It may take more than a week for all of the nuclear fallout from an explosion to return to the ground.

So it is really important for you to stay inside during this time.

Even if you are nowhere near the initial explosion, you need to understand that those living “hundreds of miles downwind from the burst point” are potentially in danger…

It has been estimated that a weapon with a fission yield of 1 million tons TNT equivalent power (1 megaton) exploded at ground level in a 15 miles-per-hour wind would produce fallout in an ellipse extending hundreds of miles downwind from the burst point. At a distance of 20-25 miles downwind, a lethal radiation dose (600 rads) would be accumulated by a person who did not find shelter within 25 minutes after the time the fallout began. At a distance of 40-45 miles, a person would have at most 3 hours after the fallout began to find shelter. Considerably smaller radiation doses will make people seriously ill. Thus, the survival prospects of persons immediately downwind of the burst point would be slim unless they could be sheltered or evacuated.

I found a pretty good map that shows what areas of the U.S. will be in most danger from nuclear fallout in the aftermath of an all-out nuclear war, and you can view that map right here.  If you live in an area that is likely to experience “severe fallout”, you will want to stay inside for at least 3 weeks.

While you are sheltering inside, I would highly recommend not drinking or using tap water even if it is still available.

Your water source may have been contaminated, and you do not want to ingest radioactive particles. So I would suggest having plenty of water stored up ahead of time.

Those that survive the nuclear fallout will find that they are now living in a society that has no electricity, no economy and no supply chains.

In addition, it will be almost impossible to grow food outdoors because of the nuclear winter that has begun

This makes Earth freezing cold even during the summer, with farmland in Kansas cooling by about 20 degrees centigrade (about 40 degrees Fahrenheit), and other regions cooling almost twice as much. A recent scientific paper estimates that over 5 billion people could starve to death, including around 99% of those in the US, Europe, Russia, and China – because most black carbon smoke stays in the Northern hemisphere where it’s produced, and because temperature drops harm agriculture more at high latitudes.

So if you plan to survive a nuclear war, you will want to have enough food and supplies for yourself and for everyone that will be depending upon you for as long as you plan to stay alive.

I apologize for being blunt. I am just trying to be straight with you.

We live at a time when the risk of nuclear war is greater than ever, and I believe that nuclear weapons will eventually be used during the period of tremendous global chaos that is ahead of us.

I am trying to do my best to sound the alarm, and many others are too. But most of the population seems to think that it is party time, and so they aren’t even paying attention as our leaders drag us ever closer to the brink of nuclear conflict.

Kim Jong Un Oversees “Nuclear Counterattack” Drill https://americanconservativemovement.com/kim-jong-un-oversees-nuclear-counterattack-drill/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/kim-jong-un-oversees-nuclear-counterattack-drill/#respond Wed, 24 Apr 2024 10:46:35 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=202931 (Zero Hedge)—North Korean leader Kim Jong Un oversaw salvo launches of the country’s “super-large” multiple rocket launchers in what state media presented as simulation drills of a nuclear counterattack against enemy targets, state media revealed Tuesday.

The day prior, the South Korean and Japanese militaries reported suspected launches of artillery and ballistic missiles from the north. Pyongyang subsequently confirmed it tested new systems including 600mm multiple rocket launchers, said to be capable of delivering tactical nuclear warheads.

State media referred to the United States and South Korea, which have been conducting a series of joint military exercises over many months, as “warmongers” while describing the necessity of exercises focused on nuclear counterattack.

Kim has described that the north’s new rocket launchers are as accurate as a “sniper’s rifle”. Kim observed the exercises from an observation post, a new set of photos released by KCNA shows.

According to a state media description, as cited in AP:

It said the rockets flew 352 kilometers (218 miles) before accurately hitting an island target and that the drill verified the reliability of the “system of command, management, control and operation of the whole nuclear force.”

Part of the drill included a salvo of missiles sent toward “the potential enemy” which included targets on and outlying island with a range of just over 350km.

US officials have previously indicated the recent spate of more aggressive statements from Kim should be taken seriously.

“While the officials added that they did not see an imminent risk of a full-scale war on the Korean Peninsula, Mr. Kim could carry out strikes in a way that he thinks would avoid rapid escalation,” a NY Times report issued early this year said.

All of this is said to be part of Kim’s new policy of “open hostility” in response to US provocations on the peninsula, including starting last summer the docking of a US nuclear submarine at a South Korean port.

AI Increases the Risk of Nuclear Annihilation https://americanconservativemovement.com/ai-increases-the-risk-of-nuclear-annihilation/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/ai-increases-the-risk-of-nuclear-annihilation/#respond Fri, 15 Dec 2023 10:29:06 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=199363 (The Epoch Times)—OpenAI, the company responsible for ChatGPT, recently announced the creation of a new team with a very specific task: to stop AI models from posing “catastrophic risks” to humanity.

Preparedness, the aptly titled team, will be overseen by Aleksander Madry, a machine-learning expert and Massachusetts Institute of Technology-affiliated researcher. Mr. Madry and his team will focus on various threats, most notably those of “chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear” variety. These might seem like far-fetched threats—but they really shouldn’t.

As the United Nations reported earlier this year, the risk of countries turning to nuclear weapons is at its highest point since the Cold War. This report was published before the horrific events that occurred in Israel on Oct. 7. A close ally of Vladimir Putin’s, Nikolai Patrushev, recently suggested that the “destructive” policies of “the United States and its allies were increasing the risk that nuclear, chemical or biological weapons would be used,” according to Reuters.

Merge AI with the above weapons, particularly nuclear weapons, cautions Zachary Kallenborn, a research affiliate with the Unconventional Weapons and Technology Division of the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START), and you have a recipe for unmitigated disaster.

Mr. Kallenborn has sounded the alarm, repeatedly and unapologetically, on the unholy alliance between AI and nuclear weapons. Not one to mince words, the researcher warned, “If artificial intelligences controlled nuclear weapons, all of us could be dead.”

He isn’t exaggerating. Exactly 40 years ago, as Mr. Kallenborn, a policy fellow at the Schar School of Policy and Government, described, Stanislav Petrov, a Soviet Air Defense Forces lieutenant colonel, was busy monitoring his country’s nuclear warning systems. All of a sudden, according to Mr. Kallenborn, “the computer concluded with the highest confidence that the United States had launched a nuclear war.” Mr. Petrov, however, was skeptical, largely because he didn’t trust the current detection system. Moreover, the radar system lacked corroborative evidence.

Thankfully, Mr. Petrov concluded that the message was a false positive and opted against taking action. Spoiler alert: The computer was completely wrong, and the Russian was completely right.

“But,” noted Mr. Kallenborn, a national security consultant, “if Petrov had been a machine, programmed to respond automatically when confidence was sufficiently high, that error would have started a nuclear war.”

Furthermore, he suggested, there’s absolutely “no guarantee” that certain countries “won’t put AI in charge of nuclear launches,” because international law “doesn’t specify that there should always be a ‘Petrov’ guarding the button.”

“That’s something that should change, soon,” Mr. Kallenborn said.

He told me that AI is already reshaping the future of warfare.

Artificial intelligence, according to Mr. Kallenborn, “can help militaries quickly and more effectively process vast amounts of data generated by the battlefield; make the defense industrial base more effective and efficient at producing weapons at scale, and may be able to improve weapons targeting and decision-making.”

Take China, arguably the biggest threat to the United States, for example, and its AI-powered military applications. According to a report out of Georgetown University, in the not-so-distant future, Beijing may use AI not just to assist during wartime but to actually oversee all acts of warfare.

This should concern all readers.

“If the launch of nuclear weapons is delegated to an autonomous system,” Mr. Kallenborn fears that they “could be launched in error, leading to an accidental nuclear war.”

“Adding AI into nuclear command and control,” he said, “may also lead to misleading or bad information.”

He’s right. AI depends on data, and sometimes data are wildly inaccurate.

Although there isn’t one particular country that keeps Mr. Kallenborn awake at night, he’s worried by “the possibility of Russian President Vladimir Putin using small nuclear weapons in the Ukraine conflict.” Even limited nuclear usage “would be quite bad over the long-term” because “the nuclear taboo” would be removed, thus “encouraging other states to be more cavalier with nuclear weapons usage.”

“Nuclear weapons,” according to Mr. Kallenborn, are the “biggest threat to humanity.”

“They are the only weapon in existence that can cause enough harm to truly cause human extinction,” he said.

As mentioned earlier, throwing AI into the nuclear mix appears to increase the risk of mass extinction. The warnings of Mr. Kallenborn, a well-respected researcher who has dedicated years of his life to researching the evolution of nuclear warfare, carry a great deal of credibility.

In 2025, the U.S. Will Finally Begin Preparing to Fight a Nuclear War With Russia https://americanconservativemovement.com/in-2025-the-u-s-will-finally-begin-preparing-to-fight-a-nuclear-war-with-russia/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/in-2025-the-u-s-will-finally-begin-preparing-to-fight-a-nuclear-war-with-russia/#comments Tue, 12 Dec 2023 22:05:42 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=199282 (The Economic Collapse Blog)—Will the upgrades that are coming to our strategic nuclear arsenal be ready in time?  Right now, hopelessly outdated Minuteman missiles that first went into service in the 1970s form the backbone of our strategic nuclear arsenal.  The silos where they stand ready to be launched still use rotary phones and 8 inch floppy disks in many cases.  Once they are launched, the brand new S-500 anti-missile systems that the Russians have deployed will be able to intercept them.  Meanwhile, the Russians have introduced a brand new intercontinental ballistic missile known as the Sarmat.  A single Sarmat carries enough firepower to destroy an area the size of Texas, and our anti-missile systems are not able to deal with this new threat.  The balance of power has fundamentally shifted, and so we desperately need to update our capabilities.

Unfortunately, this process will not even begin until 2025.

So we better hope that we do not get into a shooting war with Russia during the next couple of years.

The U.S. has been developing a brand new ICBM known as “the Sentinel”, and it is desperately needed

The control stations for America’s nuclear intercontinental ballistic missiles have a sort of 1980s retro look, with computing panels in sea foam green, bad lighting and chunky control switches, including a critical one that says “launch.”

Those underground capsules are about to be demolished and the missile silos they control will be completely overhauled. A new nuclear missile is coming, a gigantic ICBM called the Sentinel. It’s the largest cultural shift in the land leg of the Air Force’s nuclear missile mission in 60 years.

These upgrades cannot happen fast enough, because right now the infrastructure of our strategic nuclear arsenal is constantly breaking down and falling apart

The silos lose power. Their 60-year old massive mechanical parts break down often. Air Force crews guard them using helicopters that can be traced back to the Vietnam War. Commanders hope the modernization of the Sentinel, and of the trucks, gear and living quarters, will help attract and retain young technology-minded service members who are now asked each day to find ways to keep a very old system running.

This is something that I have been warning about for years, but most people didn’t want to listen.

Now our military is in a race against time, because the clock is ticking.

Overall, 750 billion dollars will be spent to overhaul our strategic nuclear forces, and it is being projected the silo work for the Sentinel could begin “as soon as 2025”

The Sentinel work is one leg of a larger, nuclear weapons enterprise-wide $750 billion overhaul that is replacing almost every component of U.S. nuclear defenses, including new stealth bombers, submarines and ICBMs in the country’s largest nuclear weapons program since the Manhattan Project.

For the Sentinel, silo work could be underway by lead contractor Northrop Grumman as soon as 2025.

I am glad that they are moving forward.

But if work will not even begin until 2025, when will it finally be completed?

Until the Sentinel is ready, the Russians will continue to possess a major strategic advantage over us, and they know it.

If the war in Ukraine spirals out of control, we could easily find ourselves facing a nightmare scenario.

The Russians have been steadily gaining ground in Ukraine in recent weeks, and over the past few days they have started to gobble up significant chunks of territory.

The Ukrainians are running out of warm bodies to throw into the fight, and that is a major problem.

They are also running out of ammunition and equipment, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky just made a trip to D.C. to beg for more money

Zelensky is in D.C. to ask Congress to pass $61 billion more for Ukraine, on top of the $113 billion they approved early this year. However, it looks increasingly likely that any more funding for Ukraine will have to wait until next year.

The Biden administration requested the funding as part of a $106 billion package, which includes only $13 billion for securing the border, but Republicans say it does not go far enough, and are calling for a number of reforms to reduce the number of asylum seekers and illegal border crossers, which recently hit 12,000 per day.

Johnson said at a Wall Street Journal event on Monday that Democrats and the White House must agree to some or all of the border-security measures outlined in H.R. 2, the Secure the Border Act.

Even with all of the money that we have given him already, his forces are still losing.

And even if we give him what he is asking for now, Russians forces will continue to advance.

Zelensky is holding a losing hand, and as the Russians advance he is going to become very desperate. And very desperate people do very desperate things.

Eventually, I expect that events in Ukraine will force the U.S. and Russia into a showdown.

When that day arrives, will the U.S. be ready?

Earlier today, I came across an article about a calendar that is being sold in Russia that shows “a Russian soldier outside the US Capitol building in Washington DC with a drone and helicopter overhead”…

A Russian veterans organisation is selling a 2024 calendar featuring a muscle-bound Vladimir Putin.

The calendar continues a series of propaganda images including one showing a Russian soldier outside the US Capitol building in Washington DC with a drone and helicopter overhead.

Many Russians believe that a war with the United States is inevitable.

And as I have repeatedly warned my readers, the Russians have been feverishly preparing for such a conflict for a long time. Thankfully, the U.S. is finally starting to get prepared as well.

But if work is not even going to begin until 2025, will the much needed upgrades to our strategic nuclear arsenal be completed in time?

Will Israel Use Nuclear Weapons Against Iran and Hezbollah? https://americanconservativemovement.com/will-israel-use-nuclear-weapons-against-iran-and-hezbollah/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/will-israel-use-nuclear-weapons-against-iran-and-hezbollah/#comments Mon, 23 Oct 2023 17:02:07 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=197913 (End of the American Dream)—Is it possible that the war in the Middle East could eventually go nuclear?  If the fighting could have been limited to just Israel and Hamas, I think that there would have been a zero percent chance of Israel using nuclear weapons.  But now it appears that Hezbollah, Syria, Iran and potentially other parties are likely to get involved too, and that means that Israel will literally be fighting a war of national survival.  If it gets to a point where the Israelis think that they could potentially be overrun by their enemies, they aren’t going to leave their most powerful weapons on the shelf.

At this point, everyone knows that Israel has nukes.

According to Wikipedia, it has been estimated that Israel currently possesses somewhere between 80 and 400 warheads…

The State of Israel is widely believed to possess nuclear weapons. Estimates of Israel’s stockpile range between 80 and 400 nuclear warheads,[2][5][6][7][8][9] and the country is believed to possess the ability to deliver them in several methods, including by aircraft, as submarine-launched cruise missiles, and via the Jericho series of intermediate to intercontinental range ballistic missiles.[18][19] Its first deliverable nuclear weapon is thought to have been completed in late 1966 or early 1967; which would make it the sixth country in the world to have developed them.[2][20][21]

And it appears that some Israeli leaders have been thinking about potentially using this arsenal.

When asked about Hezbollah entering the war, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned that the terror group will be hit “with a force it cannot even imagine” if it does so…

Hezbollah will make “the mistake of its life” if it goes to war with Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned during a visit with soldiers near the country’s northern border with Lebanon.

“If Hezbollah decides to enter the war” the IDF hit it with such strength that “it will long for the Second Lebanon War,” Netanyahu said.

It will be hit “with a force it cannot even imagine” with devastating consequences for both the terror group and Lebanon which hosts it, he said.

Other than using nukes, how could Israel produce such an outcome?

Fighting Hezbollah would truly be a nightmare scenario for the Israeli government.  Hezbollah possesses at least 130,000 missiles, and they are far more powerful and far more sophisticated than the missiles that Hamas has been using.

Can you imagine the horrors that we would witness if thousands of those missiles started raining down on Tel Aviv and Jerusalem? This is not something that Israel wants.

But the Israeli government knows that Hezbollah will almost certainly enter the war once the IDF goes into Gaza, and so there had been talk of conducting a pre-emptive strike to take out those missiles before they could be launched…

The Israeli government is coming under growing pressure from security establishment hawks to launch a pre-emptive strike on Hezbollah in Lebanon – but is facing strong opposition from the US, which fears a two-front war would risk igniting a major regional conflict.

Since Israel struck back at Gaza after the Hamas attack on 7 October, the Lebanese-based Islamist militia group has repeatedly fired on Israeli settlements, leading to an Israeli evacuation of the northern border, including the town of Kiryat Shmona. The threat of a major Hezbollah offensive led to calls from hawks for a strike at its sizeable arsenal of missiles.

Of course if Hezbollah enters the war, it is inevitable that Iran will eventually get directly involved too.

In fact, Israel’s Minister of Economy is specifically warning that “the head of the snake” will be cut off if Hezbollah declares war on Israel…

Israel last night vowed to cut off ‘the head of the snake’ and launch a military attack against Iran if Tehran-backed terror group Hezbollah joins the war.

In an exclusive interview with The Mail on Sunday, Nir Barkat, Israel’s Minister of Economy, warned that Iran’s Ayatollahs will be ‘wiped off the face of the earth’ should Hezbollah, their proxy terror group in Lebanon, attack Israel.

So how in the world could Israel possibly wipe them “off the face of the earth”?

Only by using nukes.

Needless to say, if either side actually decides to use weapons of mass destruction, everything will change.

Even though it was Israel that was attacked by Hamas, we are already seeing a massive explosion of anti-Jewish hate all over the world.

Over the weekend, thousands of pro-Hamas protesters caused havoc in the heart of New York City

Anti-Israel protesters and police clashed in Brooklyn after thousands flooded a predominantly Arab and Middle Eastern neighborhood Saturday night.

The protest in Bay Ridge saw thousands of the pro-Palestinian demonstrators chant ‘move, cops, get out the way. We know you’re Israeli-trained’ as they descended on the community, stopping traffic and lighting fires in the process.

Part of the procession, billed online as Flood Brooklyn for Palestine, began to clash with NYPD officers as night fell, video shows – as their numbers swelled to an estimated 5,000 over the course of the day.

Over in London, approximately 100,000 pro-Hamas demonstrators chanted slogans as they marched to the office of British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak

About 100,000 people joined a pro-Palestinian demonstration in central London on Saturday, marching through the British capital to demand an immediate ceasefire in Gaza following the Hamas attack on Israel two weeks ago.

Chanting “Free Palestine”, holding banners and waving Palestinian flags, the protesters moved through London before massing at Downing Street, the official residence and office of British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

The British will pay a great price for allowing so many radical Muslims to migrate into their country.

In fact, nations all over the western world will come to deeply regret their immigration policies, because we are going to see a tremendous amount of violence in the days ahead.

And anyone that is associated with Israel is going to be a potential target.

On Saturday, the president of a Detroit synagogue was found dead just outside her own home.  She had been stabbed multiple times

The president of a Detroit synagogue was found stabbed to death outside her home Saturday morning, police and the synagogue said.

The Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue put out a statement later in the afternoon identifying the victim as board president Samantha Woll.

Detroit police responded to a 911 call of an unresponsive person around 6:30 a.m. and found a body outside a home on Joliet Place. The woman, who was not immediately identified by investigators had suffered multiple stab wounds, police said.

Evil is growing all over the world. And what we have experienced so far is only just the beginning.

For Israel’s enemies, this is the opportunity that they have been anticipating for so long. They think that they will finally have a shot at wiping Israel off the map. But in the end they may be the ones that get wiped off the map instead.

Canadian Economist Chossudovsky Blasts U.S. Government for Pushing Nuclear War Propaganda https://americanconservativemovement.com/canadian-economist-chossudovsky-blasts-u-s-government-for-pushing-nuclear-war-propaganda/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/canadian-economist-chossudovsky-blasts-u-s-government-for-pushing-nuclear-war-propaganda/#respond Thu, 21 Sep 2023 05:17:40 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=196930 (Natural News)—Canadian economist Prof. Michel Chossudovsky discussed with Mike Adams during a recent episode of the “Health Ranger Report” how the U.S. Empire is run by arrogant and bullying leaders who do not consider the consequences of nuclear war – let alone understand history and geopolitics – making it seem that they are not aware of the limits and danger of their own power.

Chossudovsky, professor emeritus of economics at the University of Ottawa and president and director of the Centre for Research on Globalization, pointed out during the show how the “decision-makers” are brainwashing the public into believing their narrative. “The problem is that the decision-makers are necessarily specialists in nuclear war. They create and believe in their own propaganda. Decision-makers are also victims of their own propaganda,” the expert on geopolitical, economic, and public health analysis around the world said.

“I’ve been doing research on nuclear weapons for more than 20 years. But what struck me was this Nuclear Posture Review under the Bush administration published in 2002, where public opinion was led to believe that nuclear weapons, particularly the so-called mini-nukes, were harmless to the surrounding civilian population because the explosion was underground,” he disclosed and added, with a disclaimer that he is quoting Pentagon documents. According to the Department of Defense (DOD), the Nuclear Posture Review is a legislatively mandated review that establishes U.S. nuclear policy, strategy, capabilities, and force posture for the next five to ten years.

He analogized what happened to a pack of cigarettes and the government would say, “Smoking is good for your health.” They changed the label and they said, “This bomb is good for your health, go ahead and use it.” “That was entrenched in the 2001 Nuclear Posture Review. At the same time, it recategorized nuclear weapons so that they could be used in the conventional war theater. They did not require the permission of the commander-in-chief, it could be a three-star general-approved. Now that, I think, is the beginning of this whole process,” he recalled.

Adams agreed adding that this put the country in very dangerous waters. Meanwhile, the host mentioned a recent military exercise being conducted that could launch a nuclear conflict – Operation Sea Breeze by the U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa/U.S. 6th Fleet, which ran from Sept 11 to 15 in Constanta, Romania. “This is a land and sea-based exercise with multinational Allies and Partners, aimed to enhance the capabilities of the Black Sea and Partnership for Peace maritime security forces while progressively training and preparing the Ukraine Maritime Command staff,” the U.S. Navy website wrote.

“This [Sea Breeze exercises] could be used as a cover story to plant or to detonate a nuclear weapon,” Adams warned and also cited the Baltic Sea operations, which was used as a reason to plant the explosives that blew up the Nord Stream pipeline.

“It was civilian infrastructure target that has devastated the industrial economies of Germany and other European, and Western European nations,” the Natural News and Brighteon founder said. “This is something that the U.S. has done before. And I’m very concerned that they may do it again.”

Chossudovsky concurred pointing out that the United States has invested in a $1.3 trillion nuclear weapons program, which “goes into the pockets of the military-industrial complex.” And not only that, he also emphasized the fact that nuclear weapons are already on the table and they’re not something which are there as a weapon of last resort. Thus, he said, any incident in the Black Sea, resulting from the exercise and deployment of military hardware, could lead to a false flag and trigger World War three. U.S. is willing to commit suicide just to incite WWIII with Russia

Elsewhere in the show, Adams and Chossudovsky talked about acting Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland and her role in triggering an imminent war with the Russians. “In my opinion, she is one of the most dangerous figures in the history of the United States of America. And she has ethnic hatred toward people of Russian, ethnicity or descent. She seeks the total destruction of an entire ethnic group. Her obvious hatred is allowed to run amok across U.S. foreign policy,” the Health Ranger noted. “This kind of thing leads me to believe that out of sheer desperation to destroy Russia, the U.S. is willing to set off a nuclear weapon against its own naval vessels, in a Pearl Harbor-like incident, to gain public support for full engagement with Russia in World War Three.”

For the professor, Nuland has an instrument of their powerful entities behind her, which stay in the shadows. But for him, removing Nuland will not change things. “Nuland is in Africa but she’s all over the place as far as regime change is concerned. I read that Secretary General of NATO Jens Stoltenberg made a statement a few months back, saying very textually the war started in 2014. Now, everybody says it’s the Russians that started it in February 2022. But then he said, ‘No, it didn’t start. It’s there,'” the professor said citing an interview of the NATO head with the Washington Post.

He also explained that looking at the start of the war in 2014, Noland was there, associated very closely with the “Nazi parties,” which showed that there was a neo-Nazi agenda embedded in U.S. foreign policy. “And when I look at the project of the New American Century, it also has certain doctrine behind it when they said we are going to wage a long war and a whole series of theater wars and will also modernize a weapons system. But the thing is, those wars are simultaneous. Nuland must have been also involved because her husband was one of the authors of this project.”

Scientist Warns of AI Causing Viral Outbreaks, Nuclear War, and Human Extinction https://americanconservativemovement.com/scientist-warns-of-ai-causing-viral-outbreaks-nuclear-war-and-human-extinction/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/scientist-warns-of-ai-causing-viral-outbreaks-nuclear-war-and-human-extinction/#respond Wed, 16 Aug 2023 17:56:10 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=195810 One scientist is warning of the dangers of getting to comfortable with advanced technology, such as artificial intelligence. The Director General of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research Shekhar Mande said that we should be prepared for AI to take over and cause viral outbreaks, nuclear war, and even human extinction.

(Article cross-posted from SHTF Plan)

Humans have come a long way with science and technology, making awesome things like computers that think like us, which we call AI. But as we get smarter, some worrying thoughts pop up. Could AI end up causing big problems for us and even making us extinct? We have studied and found out a few major reasons that might cause human extinction. –SocioBits.org

Mande warns that AI will be the primary cause of human extinction. He said that domain experts have predicted artificial intelligence as the first cause of human extinction, followed by a nuclear war between nations, and then viruses like Sars CoV and others, according to The Indian Express.

Furthermore, Mande’s lecture extended to discuss another grave concern, the specter of a nuclear war. Dr. Mande emphasized that this perilous scenario, often fueled by political tensions and global power dynamics, could potentially lead to dire consequences for the human species.

Dr. Mande’s insights served as a warning for all of humanity to contemplate the potential trajectories that lay ahead. His exploration of artificial intelligence, nuclear conflict, and viral threats invited contemplation about the delicate balance between progress, security, and the preservation of our species.

He is far from the first person to opine on the issues we face with AI.

Even Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum stooge, Yuval Noah Harari said that AI is going to the hard work of controlling the slave class and making them obsolete.

If you somehow believe that governments, which are ruling classes and believe everyone else is their slave, will come to save you, it’s suggested that you reevaluate.

The ruling class will use this technology against the slave class and once a critical mass of the slave population finally realizes what they are, the machines will do the heavy lifting for the sociopaths at the top. This move to AI is hardly in our best interests. In fact, we’ve already been warned by AI itself:

Is the Federal Government Preparing Americans for a Nuclear Attack? https://americanconservativemovement.com/is-the-federal-government-preparing-americans-for-a-nuclear-attack/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/is-the-federal-government-preparing-americans-for-a-nuclear-attack/#comments Tue, 01 Aug 2023 10:09:58 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=195385 Over the past year, much has been said and done with regard to medical countermeasures in the event of a nuclear attack. Numerous federal agencies have been quietly updating preparedness plans, and at least one expert has come forward to state that this is still not enough, and that the United States needs to become better prepared for a potential radiological disaster.

Could it be that the powers that be know what is coming – or perhaps what they themselves are planning – and are frantically trying to get prepared for horrors that are soon to come?

All throughout the media and across the government spectrum, talk of nuclear war is increasing. We are hearing about hostile nuclear-armed nations both in the news and in entertainment, with the new “Oppenheimer” film being Hollywood’s way of grooming the public for what is seemingly soon to come for America.

“We just came out of a pandemic, and you can see that there’s a lot of gaps when it comes to coordination [and] messaging,” said Amesh Adalja, M.D., from the Johns Hopkins University Center for Health Security in Baltimore.

“All of that is going to be very critical for response to an IND [improvised nuclear device] explosion.”

How close are we to potential nuclear war?

Adalja unpacked with precise clarity all the emergency response measures that have already been implemented, as well as who will be running them. He named the Department of Health and Human Services‘ (HHS) Administration for Strategic Preparedness & Response (ASPR), as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention‘s (CDC) National Center for Environmental Health.

Adalja also named the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Department of Energy‘s (DoE) Nuclear Emergency Support Team, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and various local and state health care systems as also being involved.

While it might seem like these agencies are all at the same time unveiling new plans for dealing with a possible nuclear incident, Adalja says this type of thing should, in reality, be commonplace as nations constantly upgrade and maintain their nuclear deterrent programs.

In the case of the U.S., this type of thing is rarely done, so it makes all this recent coordinated planning a bit suspect. What do they know that they are not telling the general public? Are we at risk of an imminent nuclear threat?

Back in April, the FDA released a draft guidance on developing drugs for acute radiation syndrome (ARS) at the same time that it released announcements about other new and existing treatments for radiation exposure.

Just last week, a company called RedHill Biopharma announced that it had received $2 million in U.S. taxpayer money to develop a drug called opaganib, an oral therapy for gastrointestinal ARS that has a five-year shelf life, making it a solid candidate for addition to the Strategic National Stockpile.

In May, the first-ever National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded human clinical trial on an oral drug to remove radioactive contamination also began. The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of an experimental therapy called HOPO 14-1.

Then there are all the local and state campaigns, including an infamous one out of New York City in which residents were informed about what they should do in the event of a nuclear detonation incident: “Get inside. Stay inside. Stay tuned.”

All of this points to something really bad that is soon to come upon the world. What do you think? Are we as close to nuclear war as it seems? Learn more at NuclearWar.news.
