  • Rates of mental illness in children are rising rapidly, with psychotropic drugs being the conventional solution. The documentary “Kids on Pills” examines treatment options and long-term impacts of medicating children
  • U.S. doctors are more likely to diagnose children with conditions like bipolar disorder and prescribe multiple medications, while European doctors tend to be more conservative in their approach
  • Children in the U.S. often receive cocktails of powerful psychotropic drugs that have numerous side effects and health risks, with minimal evidence of benefit in many cases
  • The long-term effects of polypharmacy in children remain unclear. Some experts warn these drugs alter brain development when prescribed at young ages, causing lasting changes
  • Alternative therapies like occupational therapy and family-based interventions are encouraged. As parents, you must advocate for your children and consider nondrug approaches to address behavioral issues

(Mercola)—Rates of mental illness in children have risen at an alarming rate, and the conventional solution? Psychotropic drugs. Today, it’s no longer uncommon for children to receive a cocktail of medications to manage their mental health. But is this really the best course of action? Or are we just subjecting our children to severe side effects while inadvertently worsening their mental health in the long run?

The 2022 documentary “Kids on Pills: Happiness Out of a Bottle” from Only Human1 takes a closer look at the treatment options for children with mental disorders. Directed by Stefanie Schmidt and Lilian Franck, the film compares how American and European children are treated and medicated for these conditions, and what the long-term impact on their health might be.

Rate of US Children with Bipolar Disorder Has Increased 4,000%

The documentary follows the lives of several children who have sought treatment from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston for their mental health disorders. The doctors in Boston have been the subject of criticism and controversy for several years due to their early diagnosis of mental disorders among children, some only a few years old.

Siblings Anna and Will Birtwell, 9 and 6 years old respectively, have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder (manic depression), and often struggle with unpredictable mood swings. Their mother, Kelli, narrates:2

“The tiniest thing would set off a two-hour rage or crying fit. She [Anna] might start saying things that someone says when they’re depressed. For instance, one week would be drawing butterflies and flowers and rainbows and all sorts of things that [are] happy. And then the next week, she would take a black crayon and scribble and rip the paper through, and she would say just things like ‘I don’t want to be alive anymore.’”

Jaylene Quijada, also a patient at Massachusetts General Hospital, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder when she was just 3 years old. In her case, the manic aspects of the condition are more evident. Jaylene’s psychiatrist, Dr. Robert Doyle, who is also the chief medical director at the hospital, comments:3

“Looking back, she was the most classic bipolar kid, with these full-blown, manic, giddy laughing, out of control, unable to be redirected children I’ve ever seen.”

However, physicians in Europe diagnose psychiatric irregularities like this differently. According to Dr. Martin Holtman,4 who has a clinic in Frankfurt, if the factors used to diagnose bipolar disorder in the U.S. were to be considered as mere behavior descriptions instead, then the children would be diagnosed with milder disorders such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Holtman recounts how young American patients in Frankfurt might be given psychostimulants for their ADHD, but when these children go to the U.S. for vacation, they return with additional prescription medications, saying they’ve been diagnosed in the States as bipolar.5

Children in America Often Fall Victim to Polypharmacy

Polypharmacy refers to the use of multiple medications to address a health condition, and it is becoming prevalent among both the elderly and the youth. According to a recent study published in the Journal of Pediatrics,6 out of 302 pediatric patients surveyed, 68.2% have experienced polypharmacy.

In the featured documentary,7 Jaylene’s mother, Elizabeth, shared how Doyle has prescribed various types of medications to manage her daughter’s condition:

“About [age] 6, she started with the anxiety. So, I mentioned that to him [Doyle] and he said, ‘Well, let’s give her an antianxiety medication.’ So, at that point, he gave her Lorazepam to calm her down. That didn’t do anything. It just made her more hyper; it just made her more stimulated. So, he said, ‘Well let’s try Klonopin.’ We tried that — [it] didn’t help her. Nothing would help.

So, at that point we went back and forth. He just kept mixing the medication[s], like the Risperdal. That was the only thing that really helped her. So, we just kept upping the dose, upping the dose, splitting the doses up to see if that would help.”

Doyle adds that he even tried giving Jaylene small doses of lithium — a mood stabilizer with side effects like memory problems and seizures.8 It even poses a risk for kidney failure when used long-term.9 But it still didn’t work out, as Jaylene started to become confused and couldn’t think clearly, causing him to halt the lithium treatment.10

Meanwhile, Anna, who has been taking a new drug called Abilify to curb the manic side of her condition,11 is shown to be struggling with severe mood swings and crying fits. Her mother says that according to her doctor, the new drug works to get rid of “the manic side” of the condition, but as a result, the depression manifests more, causing Anna’s intense outbursts.12

Indeed, U.S. children are now being plied with powerful drugs to treat mental health concerns. Rarely do these medications address the root of the problem. Plus, they create new issues of their own. The result? More symptoms that are then treated with additional medications.

Giving Children a Cocktail of Drugs Provides Very Little to No Benefit

There’s no doubt that overprescribing medications is ultimately setting children up for a downward spiral of increasing side effects and worsening health. The documentary mentions some of the side effects of psychotropic drugs on children, including weight gain, growth dysfunction, sleep problems, nervousness and mood swings. Medicated children are also at higher risk of diseases like heart disease and diabetes.13

What’s even more alarming is that drug cocktails have been shown to provide very little or no benefit. For example, a 2021 review published in the Journal of Child and Adolescent Psychopharmacology14 found that when selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) were added to other ADHD treatments, there was only “minimal evidence of benefit for mood or anxiety comorbidities.”

In addition, the drug Strattera (atomoxetine) led to “mixed reports of benefit, including the only small RCT [randomized controlled trial] showing no benefit.” The study also highlighted that taking drug combinations frequently resulted in more side effects — as expected.

And although six million children in the U.S. are now taking psychotropic medications,15 many of these drugs are not approved for use in children. According to the featured film:

“Doctors can justify prescribing other medications earlier as ‘individual healing attempts’ — this is a regular occurrence in the U.S., which accounts for the majority of the 17 million children taking psychotropic drugs worldwide.”16

Dr. Dominik Riccio, director of the Center for the Study of Psychiatry and Psychology, explains why giving antipsychotic medications to children could be particularly damaging:17

“When you give an antipsychotic drug to anyone, especially children, you are causing an imbalance. It’s an exogenous substance that you’re putting into the brain and you’re causing a purposeful imbalance.

You’re doing very damaging things, in my opinion, to the child because you’re shutting down the centers of the brain that are responsible for creativity, for loving, for emotion, for feeling — the very things that make us human beings and discriminate us from the animals.”

The Long-Term Effects of Polypharmacy in Children Are Still Unclear

Eleven-year-old Raul, who has ADHD and bipolar disorder, has been on a cocktail of psychotropic drugs since he was diagnosed. According to his adoptive parents, Tessa and Terrence Williams, some of the prescription medications he was given include antianxiety medications like Buspar, stimulants like Concerta and Ritalin (methylphenidate), and even Depakote, an antiseizure drug.18

They also describe an incident in which Raul’s outbursts took a turn for the worse, and he became violent and had a seizure. He was hospitalized in the psychiatric ward for a month. Terrence shares how he was “very upset” as he was hopeful that the medications were working. “We thought perhaps we were turning a corner, but they actually really [went] downhill,” he said.19

The film states that without definitive studies, the long-term consequences of these drugs cannot be concluded, and with incidents like Raul’s, it’s often unclear whether it’s the illness or the medication that’s really responsible for the behavior.20

European doctors also highlight the long-term risks associated with prescribing psychotropic drugs to young children. According to Dr. Bruno Müller-Oerlinghausen, a clinical psychopharmacologist, these drugs are “excitatory potent” — patients who take them often experience sleep disturbances, coordination problems, agitation and even suicidal thoughts.21

Dr. Gerald Hüther, a German neurobiologist who has done in-depth studies on Parkinson’s disease, also voices his concern about long-term methylphenidate use among young children, saying:22

“Medication that changes the functioning of the brain, and is prescribed very early, also leads to the alteration in the maturation of the brain. If one prescribes the same psychotropic medication for an adult, then it’s as if one sets a wobbling train back on the tracks. But the tracks are all already there.

If these drugs are given to a child whose brain is still in the stage of development, then it’s as if it affects the building of the tracks. That means the train can drive somewhere else and that is then also verifiable.”

Nondrug Approaches for ADHD

In Europe, even though they still prescribe drugs to children, doctors are more conservative than U.S. doctors when it comes to prescribing multiple medications at a time. According to Holtman:

“We’re not quick to prescribe medication. In most cases, we don’t give high doses. We don’t give several types of medication. The Americans almost always don’t just take one type of medication. You could say they are taking a cocktail of drugs. So, we are being careful.”23

In addition, seeking alternative therapies are encouraged, such as enrolling in rehab centers where children with ADHD work with their family and other families to develop traditional values, such as trust and strengthening the child-parent relationship to manage their condition. Jens Missler, whose young children Marc-Andre and Jan-Phillip have both been diagnosed, says:24

“I don’t think that you can call it a general remedy. You try to integrate into daily life what you have learned as much as possible. It won’t always be easy, that’s obvious, but of course, you have to see what you alone have got out of it. We have to see what he wants to put into practice for himself, at his age and of course, how far we can propel him in that direction.”

Marc-Andre, before doing therapy, was unable to do simple tasks like catching a ball or hopping on one foot. After two years of occupational therapy, his concentration has improved, as well as his dexterity and ability to focus on one task at a time.25

Yet, there’s no doubt that the urge to seek medication as a primary treatment is also increasing in Europe. Despite his successes in occupational therapy, Marc-Andre’s parents are planning to put him on methylphenidate, as he is set to begin school in a few months.26

Be Your Child’s Advocate

In 2008, physicians from Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital made headlines after it was discovered that they received millions of dollars of funding from pharmaceutical companies. It’s a clear indication of how Big Pharma is pulling strings to ensure that medications become the first line of treatment for adults and children alike.

In the documentary, Dr. John Abramson, a former psychologist and author of the book “Overdosed America,” comments:27

“There’s definitely a relationship to the funding system of how the knowledge is produced and disseminated that creates the impression that physicians who are trying their best to help children will realize that goal by using drugs and expensive drugs instead of by doing what they did before these expensive drugs became the recognized therapy for pediatric bipolar disease.”

Advocating for your child is your responsibility as a parent; it is imperative that you stand up against allowing powerful corporations to rake in profits at the cost of your child’s well-being. If your child is dealing with an emotional or mental challenge, I recommend seeking help from a trustworthy physician who does not consider psychotropic drugs as the first choice of treatment.

“The treatment of children with psychotropic drugs is a science that is still partly experimental. Only the future will tell if the parents of these children have made the right decisions, and by then it will be too late to go back,” the film concludes.28

You must also realize that most behavioral problems in children are related to an unhealthy diet, emotional upset and exposure to toxins. For example, paying attention to the health of your and your child’s gut microbiome is crucial. Research shows that the makeup of gut flora at birth and during a child’s first year of life plays a key role in the development of neurodevelopmental disorders like ADHD.29

Other toxic substances that have been associated with an increased risk of ADHD include lead, phthalates, BPA, pesticides and air pollution, as they disrupt brain development and neurotransmitter systems, affecting your child’s behavior and cognitive function. The Leading Cause of Death in America Today Is Pharmaceuticals https://americanconservativemovement.com/the-leading-cause-of-death-in-america-today-is-pharmaceuticals/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/the-leading-cause-of-death-in-america-today-is-pharmaceuticals/#respond Fri, 26 Apr 2024 11:30:33 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=202984 (Natural News)—We often hear from politicians that things like raw milk, guns, the unvaccinated and TikTok need to be banned in order to save We the People from harm, but then why do all of these same people support Big Pharma, the actual leading killer of Americans by a long shot?

Prescription drugs are now the leading cause of death in the United States today, surpassing even heart disease and cancer. And within that category, psychiatric drugs specifically take third place as the top killer.

Pharmaceutical drugs are supposed to be “medicine,” or so we are told, and yet they continue to top the charts as the most prolific life-enders in American society. Why are we putting up with this?

Peter C. Gøtzsche, writing for the Brownstone Institute, looked at a consortium of research on this subject. His findings point to serious problems with the legal drug industry as regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Believe it or not, legal drugs as approved by the FDA and prescribed by doctors are one of the top killers of Americans. This means that doctors are technically the leading cause of death in America, making them more dangerous than criminals.

Keep in mind that the studies Gøtzsche looked at are all antiquated. There is simply not that much up-to-date information about this subject, likely because it would expose the drug industry as the death racket that it is.

(Related: Did you know that the pharmaceutical industry rebrands failed pharmaceutical products to generate new profit streams?)

Deaths from “natural causes” usually caused by pharmaceuticals

Another interesting little tidbit dredged up by Gøtzsche involves hospital records and coroners’ reports, which are routinely manipulated to cover up the pharmaceutical drug death pandemic.

Most deaths listed as stemming from “natural” or “unknown” causes can actually be traced back to pharmaceutical poisoning, and especially pharmaceuticals that are prescribed for psychiatric ailments.

“Even when young patients with schizophrenia suddenly drop dead, it is called natural death,” Gøtzsche writes. “But it is not natural to die young and it is well known that neuroleptics can cause lethal heart arrhythmias.”

“Many people die from the drugs they take without raising any suspicion that it could be an adverse drug effect. Depression drugs kill many people, mainly among the elderly, because they can cause orthostatic hypotension, sedation, confusion and dizziness. The drugs double the risk of falls and hip fractures in a dose-dependent manner, and within one year after a hip fracture, about one-fifth of the patients will have died. As elderly people often fall anyway, it is not possible to know if such deaths are drug deaths.”

Another common cause of death in America are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), which are sold over the counter at drug and grocery stores all across the country.

“They have killed hundreds of thousands of people, mainly through heart attacks and bleeding stomach ulcers, but these deaths are unlikely to be coded as adverse drug reactions, as such deaths also occur in patients who do not take the drugs,” Gøtzsche adds.

A 1998 meta-analysis based out of the U.S. estimated that at least 106,000 patients die every year in hospitals due to adverse effects from NSAIDs and other drugs. One can imagine how much higher that number is today with many more drugs now on the market.

Back in 1998, it was rare for the average person to take pharmaceutical drugs of any kind. Today, pharmaceutical drug usage is so common that all newborns, as of 2019, are now expected to take prescription drugs for roughly half their lives.

Patients Across the U.S. Still Unable to Access Lifesaving Medications Nearly Two Weeks After Cyberattack https://americanconservativemovement.com/patients-across-the-u-s-still-unable-to-access-lifesaving-medications-nearly-two-weeks-after-cyberattack/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/patients-across-the-u-s-still-unable-to-access-lifesaving-medications-nearly-two-weeks-after-cyberattack/#comments Wed, 06 Mar 2024 10:40:09 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=201652 (Natural News)—Patients across the country are still unable to access lifesaving medications nearly two weeks after a cyberattack targeted UnitedHealth, the United States’ largest health insurer.

UnitedHealth revealed its Change Healthcare unit, which processes prescriptions to tens of thousands of pharmacies, was compromised during a suspected state-sponsored hack. Change Healthcare, a company handling orders and patient payments throughout the U.S., first noticed the “cyber security issue” affecting its networks on the East Coast on Feb. 21.

“Change Healthcare is experiencing a network interruption related to a cyber security issue and our experts are working to address the matter. Once we became aware of the outside threat, in the interest of protecting our partners and patients, we took immediate action to disconnect our systems to prevent further impact,” Change Healthcare said in a statement at the time. (Related: Cyber security threats: 10 Tips for safe internet browsing.)

Pharmacies across the country have put out notices that the attack on Change Healthcare disrupted their ability to process patients’ orders.

“We are experiencing a temporary pharmacy outage at the 22nd Medical Group. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work diligently to resolve the issue. Our team is working to restore complete pharmacy services as soon as possible,” read a post from 22nd Medical Group, a medical center based around McConnell Air Force Base in Kansas.

“There is a nationwide outage from some of the largest prescription processors in North America,” Michigan-based Canadian Lakes Pharmacy wrote on social media. “We can receive your [prescription] but most insurance plans we cannot bill to your insurance company. If you can wait a day or so to pick up your RX that would be great. If you need it today we can do our best to accommodate individual needs.”

Knight’s Pharmacy in Berea, Kentucky, wrote: “We are still unable to process prescriptions to insurance due to the cyberattack on Change Healthcare. Unfortunately, this is a national outage and beyond our control. We will be working to fill our backlog of prescriptions as quickly as possible as soon as the system is available. We have not been given an estimated timeframe for (the) restoration of service. Thank you for your patience.”

Patients denied medications, forced to pay more

Patients said they have been denied medications for blood clots, addiction and cancer, or been forced to pay as much as seven times the normal cost after insurance. The cyberattack comes as the U.S. battles historic shortages of lifesaving drugs like chemotherapy and antibiotics.

“I haven’t been able to go to the bathroom in days. I cannot get up. I have so much pain in my abdomen and back,” said Julie Gregory of Ohio, who just started oral chemotherapy for stage three cancer.

Gregory said she has called her doctor and hospital several times but has yet to get any assistance since the cyberattack. “They are too overwhelmed to call back, give me direction, or help,” she said. If Gregory is unable to refill her prescription in time, her overall treatment plan could be less effective, making her more susceptible to cancer.

Change Healthcare handles roughly 15 billion transactions a year, which represent about one in three U.S. patient records.

Meanwhile, Chrystal Russell’s pharmacy told her that she won’t be able to get Vivitrol, a prescription injection used to treat alcohol and opioid dependence.

Russell’s pharmacist told her she should get the medication later in the week, though she worries about the risk of further delays. “That’s going to impact my recovery,” she said.

Cyberattack: Big Pharma Cannot Deliver Drugs Americans Are Dependent Upon https://americanconservativemovement.com/cyberattack-big-pharma-cannot-deliver-drugs-americans-are-dependent-upon/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/cyberattack-big-pharma-cannot-deliver-drugs-americans-are-dependent-upon/#respond Sun, 25 Feb 2024 20:23:30 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=201339 (SHTF Plan)—The medical system has gotten millions of Americans so sick with their diet that they’ve become dependent on the drugs they produce. Since a cyberattack a few days ago, the drugs people rely on are now on a major delay.

Pharmacies nationwide are reporting delays to prescription orders due to a cyberattack against one of the nation’s largest healthcare technology companies. Change Healthcare, a company handling orders and patient payments throughout the United States, first noticed the “cyber security issue” affecting its networks Wednesday morning on the East Coast, according to a report by The New York Post.

“Change Healthcare is experiencing a network interruption related to a cyber security issue and our experts are working to address the matter. Once we became aware of the outside threat, in the interest of protecting our partners and patients, we took immediate action to disconnect our systems to prevent further impact,” Change Healthcare said in a statement.

It added, “We will provide updates as more information becomes available.” As of Saturday, Change Healthcare was still down and expected to be down for the entire day.

Starting Wednesday morning, pharmacies across the country reported trouble processing prescriptions to insurance companies for payment after Change Healthcare, a unit of United Health, said it became the victim of a cyberattack. Thursday in a regulatory filing, United Health blamed the hack on “a suspected nation-state associated cyber security threat actor,” according to NBC News Dallas Fort Worth.

Patients are going to have to pay out of pocket if they are in dire need of the medications because the insurance companies still cannot process claims.

The cause of the cyber attack is still under investigation. The service outage was expected to end Saturday and officials have not given an update.

This disruption has shown just how unhealthy and dependent on big pharma Americans have become. More than 131 million people, or 66 percent of all adults in the United States use prescription drugs. Utilization is particularly high for older people and those with chronic conditions.

Dr. Jessica Y. Ho, Ph.D., of Penn State’s Department of Sociology and Criminology, and Population Research Institute, determined that most American men are taking prescription drugs by the age of 40 years, while most American women are taking prescription drugs by the age 15 years. The study calculated that, on average, a newborn boy in 2019 could expect to take prescription drugs for approximately 37 years, or 48% of his life. A newborn girl in 2019 could expect to take them for approximately 47.5 years, or 60% of her life, according to a report by U.S. Pharmacist.

Prescription medications used to treat chronic or long-term conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, autoimmune, and heart disease are a part of everyday life in many American households. The percentage of people taking four or more prescription medications daily in the US has increased by six percentage points from 2019, from 18% to 24%.

The word “dependent” does not even begin to desribe Americans and their pharamaceudical drugs.

Biological Contamination of Pharmaceuticals: Oh No https://americanconservativemovement.com/biological-contamination-of-pharmaceuticals-oh-no/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/biological-contamination-of-pharmaceuticals-oh-no/#respond Fri, 29 Dec 2023 09:37:27 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=199859
  • Biological contamination of pharmaceutical products and hospital-acquired infections are not uncommon but they rarely get the massive attention they deserve
  • Pharmaceutical giants regularly recall their products due to contamination — and that is just when they get “caught”
  • In 2012, a multistate outbreak of fungal meningitis was linked to contaminated steroid injections; a compounding pharmacy in Massachusetts was blamed
  • In 2021, David Stonebrook filed a lawsuit, alleging unsanitary conditions at the facilities where they packaged components used in the production of Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines
  • Under the “new normal, due to apathy and overall decline, the real-life sanitary standards are getting worse”
  • Degradation of Standards

(Mercola)—Signs of emotional and physical decay are everywhere, especially in the previously glamorous cities like New York. Apathy and indignity come with a decline in basic sanitary standards and hygiene. One would think that obsessive mask wearing would be accompanied by impeccable hygiene — but no. It has been my observation that paradoxically, during the times of “COVID,” business sanitary conditions — imperfect even prior to 2020 — took a major nose dive.

I have seen first-hand a New York pharmacy employee sorting out a pile of new arrivals (reading glasses, etc.) on the dirty aisle floor. I have also witnessed different cashiers at yet another pharmacy clean up the trash cans and then proceed to check out purchases wearing the sane gloves, to the soundtrack of various Pfizer commercials for vaccines.

Methinks that the “microbiome” from New York trash is not exactly what our bodies crave for optimum health — but hey, it’s just me.

    Hospital-Acquired Fungal and Other Infections

Hospital-acquired fungal and other infections are not anything new. They have been a major contributor to the iatrogenic harms for years now. According to a paper published in the Journal of Patient Safety ten years ago, in 2013, “a lower limit of 210,000 deaths per year was associated with preventable harm in hospitals.

Given limitations in the search capability of the Global Trigger Tool and the incompleteness of medical records on which the Tool depends, the true number of premature deaths associated with preventable harm to patients was estimated at more than 400,000 per year. Serious harm seems to be 10- to 20-fold more common than lethal harm.”

When a number of hospitals in America were rated by Consumer Reports based on the number of infections they reported, it was found that large teaching hospitals in big cities rated worse than smaller ones.

Here is a curious fact. This now-deleted article, published by MSN in 2021 and titled, “Killer fungus spread rampantly at US hospital Covid ward,” discussed Candida auris infections in patients in a Florida COVID ward:

“C. auris is associated with up to 40 percent in-hospital mortality and is usually caught inside healthcare settings, especially when people have feeding or breathing tubes, or catheters placed in large veins.

It causes bloodstream, wound and ear infections and has also been found in urine and respiratory samples, but it’s not clear if the fungus actually infects the lung or bladder. The recent outbreak began in July when a hospital — which the report did not name — notified the Florida Department of Health of an initial four cases of the fungus among patients being treated for the coronavirus.

The next month, the hospital carried out additional screening in its Covid-19 unit, which spanned four floors across five wings, and identified 35 more patients as being C. auris-positive. Follow-up data was available for only 20 out of the 35 patients.”

The numbers in the study are small but the implications are potentially very significant. That particular hospital happened to test the patients in their COVID ward for the fungus and acknowledge their fungal infections. How many hospitals forgot (or “forgot”) to do that?

And how about the mainstream claim that bacterial pneumonia might have caused a large percentage of “COVID” deaths? How about that? Is anyone going to apologize for the massive 2020 fear mongering, or was this claim allowed because they — the “they” — are about to push a different kind of vaccines and are preparing the scene?

Today, the official take on drug-resistant fungal and other infections in healthcare facilities is that they are very much on the rise. (Even the CDC says so.) But what caused them to be on the rise?

What impaired the natural ability of the westerners to resist infections? Was is mainly the overuse of antibiotics — like they say — or could it be that the entire model of Rockefeller sickcare is simultaneously crumbling under its own weight and doing exactly what it was supposed to do, i.e. turning innocent would-be healthy people into desperate patients for life?

Ironically, this 2018 paper half-answers the question about the rise in fungal infections and almost says the quiet part out loud (the HIV claim aside): “Fungal diseases became a major medical problem in the second half of the 20th century when advances in modern medicine together with the HIV epidemic resulted in large numbers of individuals with impaired immunity [emphasis mine].” Don’t you say!

2012 Multistate Fungal Meningitis Outbreak Linked to Contaminated Steroids

Remember the 2012 multistate outbreak of fungal meningitis that was linked to contaminated steroid injections? In that particular outbreak, about 800 people in twenty states were officially diagnosed with fungal meningitis, and more than a hundred people died.

As a result of the formal investigation, Gregory Conigliaro, the former co-owner of a Massachusetts compounding pharmacy implicated in the multistate fungal meningitis outbreak in 2012, was sentenced to one year in prison and one year of supervised release.

“Prosecutors said Conigliaro conspired with a fellow co-owner — the company’s head pharmacist — to misrepresent the company’s operating procedures to the US Food and Drug Administration and a state pharmacy registration board …

The head pharmacist, Barry Cadden, was sentenced to nine years prison in 2017, having been convicted of racketeering, racketeering conspiracy, mail fraud and introduction of misbranded drugs into interstate commerce with the intent to defraud and mislead.”

In the case of the 2012 meningitis outbreak, they found the guilty parties — who weren’t any kind of “big names” — and sentenced them to jail. All fixed now? Shall we believe that the problem of contaminated injectable products has been limited to some compounding pharmacy, and nothing like that could ever happened again?

Mold Contamination in the Production of Pfizer and Moderna COVID Vaccines? David Stonebrook’s Lawsuit

In in 2021, David Stonebrook filed a lawsuit against Merck KGaA (Darmstadt, Germany), Sigma-Aldrich Corp., EMD Millipore, and Research Organics, LLC, alleging unsanitary conditions at the facilities where they packaged some of the components used in the production of Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines. (Here is the amended complaint from 2023.)

According to Stonebrook’s lawsuit, he was hired as GMP (“Good Manufacturing Practices”) Packaging Supervisor at the defendants’ facility in Cleveland, Ohio, where he oversaw the packaging of TRIS and HEPES (buffers used in protein production and purification) from supersacks that hold several tons of product into smaller packaging for shipment. He was employed at the Facility as “GMP Packaging Supervisor” from January 4, 2021 to March 3, 2021.

Stonebrook was allegedly “informed by the management and reviewed documents reflecting that TRIS and HEPES manufactured and packaged at the Facility were intended for use in the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 vaccines.”

According to his complaint, he subsequently “observed that the conditions in these packaging rooms where TRIS and HEPES were being repackaged at the Facility do not comply with GMP standards, including because the air handling and dust collection systems servicing these rooms were highly contaminated with mold, other contaminants, and residue from other components packaged in those rooms.

This posed a serious danger to patient health and also plainly violated the obligations that Pfizer and Moderna had to provide GMP compliant Covid-19 vaccines to the United States government.”

Stonebrook made “numerous attempts to bring these serious issues to the attention of Defendants’ management, including initially in discussions, and then in writing. Defendants, instead of correcting these serious issues, fired him.” Here are some images from Stonebrook’s complaint:

Stonebrook’s lawsuit is pending (seemingly in mediation now). In 2023, the defendants in his lawsuit seem to have filed a counter lawsuit against him (defamation, contract breach, etc.).

J&J’s History of Mold and Other Contamination of Drugs and Vaccines

According to NBC News, in 2021, the FDA told Johnson & Johnson to “discard about 60 million doses of its Covid-19 vaccine that were produced at a troubled plant in Baltimore.” The FDA inspection of the Baltimore facility “revealed it had serious problems with unsanitary conditions and had failed to properly train workers.” One of the problems reported was mold.

In relation to the J&J troubles, Fox Business reported that Emergent BioSolutions, the company at the center of the vaccine supply chain, had been previously “cited repeatedly by the Food and Drug Administration for problems such as poorly trained employees, cracked vials and mold around one of its facilities, according to records obtained by The Associated Press through the Freedom of Information Act.”

In 2010, Johnson & Johnson recalled multiple batches of “big-selling, over-the-counter medicines after customers complained about odors of mold and mildew coming from the packages.” The recalled products included a wide variety of Tylenol and Motrin painkillers, Rolaids antacids, St. Joseph aspirin, and Benadryl allergy tablets. According to FDANews, in 2010, both J&J and Pfizer “recalled major drugs for musty, moldy odor.”

In 2013, J&J recalled 5,000 vials of Risperdal Consta, a long-acting injectable version of the antipsychotic pill Risperdal. A routine analysis “revealed that one lot of the med was contaminated with a mold found commonly in the environment.”

“That recall followed close behind another from J&J’s McNeil Consumer Healthcare unit. After finding plastic particles in its API last week, the company pulled 200,000 bottles of Motrin Infants’ Drops.”

In 2014, J&J recalled 13,500 bottles of Xarelto because of contamination. “According to a recall notice in the latest FDA Enforcement Report, the drugmaker said that it confirmed that a sales sample of the drug was contaminated after a customer complaint, and so initiated a nationwide, voluntary recall. The company reported that the product came from a plant in Gurabo, Puerto Rico.”

    “Brought to You by Pfizer”?

In 2019, Pfizer recalled two lots of Relpax, a headache medicine that narrows blood vessels around the brain, due to the “potential presence of Genus Pseudomonas and Burkholderia … Individuals who consume oral products contaminated with microorganisms are at risk of bacterial dissemination from the gut to the bloodstream potentially resulting in serious, life-threatening infections.”

    Mycoplasma Contamination of Vaccines

Here is a highly censored talk by Dr. Garth Nicolson in which he discusses potential mycoplasma contamination of vaccines. I am sharing with great thanks to A Midwestern Doctor for posting this video as the last time I looked, it had been completely scrubbed from YouTube.

    Contaminated Rotarix Vaccines?

Here is a very interesting excerpt by John Stone published by Age of Autism:

“On March 22, 2010 the FDA suspended the use of GSK’s Rotarix vaccine after it was found to be contaminated with porcine circovirus type 1 (PCV-1). Then on May 6 the Offit/Merck version Rotateq was found to be contaminated not only by PCV-1 but another related virus, porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV-2).

On May 7, according to information on the FDA website a meeting was swiftly convened: ‘to discuss the findings of PCV and PCV DNA in rotavirus vaccines. Based on a careful evaluation of this information, a thorough review of the scientific literature, and input from scientific and public health experts, the Agency is revising its recommendation to temporarily suspend use of the Rotarix vaccine.

FDA has determined it is appropriate for clinicians and health care professionals to resume the use of Rotarix and to continue the use of RotaTeq.’”

Putting the Plasmid Contamination in Context

Like I said in an earlier Substack article, I would like to put the plasmidgate and the SV40 contamination of COVID injections in a broader context. The plasmid contamination is a very bad thing — and my hat goes off to every brave soul who is exploring that route.

“However, the problem is much bigger, in my opinion, and it is very helpful to zoom out and consider the fact that biological contamination of the things that we presume to be clean is very widespread.

And while it is very widespread — and we are exposed to a ton of natural and genetically modified bugs — due to poisoning of everything, our microbiomes and our immune systems are not “what they used to be.” So it’s a bit of a double whammy. And yet, our job is to prevail!”

    Precision Fermentation

Then we have the so called “precision fermentation” which is playing an increasingly significant role in the production of pharmaceutical components, popular food additives, etc.

It is not really fermentation per se, it’s a technology that “uses microorganisms – usually genetically modified – as ‘cell factories’ to produce specific functional ingredients,” such as, for example, proteins and enzymes. The technology is considered cost-effective by the pharmaceutical, food, and other industries, and it is on the rise.

Once the target components are produced, they are supposed to be separated from the biological “goo” that’s produced them and thoroughly purified. How well are they separated and purified?

In theory, it all works great — but this particular peasant is feeling a little skeptical about the “quality assurance” process across the board and thinks that the problem of biological contamination of everything is going to become even bigger as precision fermentation is used more.

Hey, in no relation to precision fermentation, in 2013, Boehringer Ingelheim closed a whole pharmaceutical plant in Bedford, OH, following 2011 failed inspections that revealed unsanitary conditions, including the famous bucket of urine! Do you think that the spirit of “warp speed” moneymaking made things any better? Methinks, no.

    A Prediction

    Here is my prediction:

“We are going to hear more and more about drug-resistant non-viral infections running amok. It will be presented as a big surprise, despite the WEF writing for years about antimicrobial resistance being the next big threat. There will be cries for new drug development and new life-saving vaccines, this time against molds, yeasts, and intracellular parasites.

We are going to hear more about “dementia” being caused by microbes. Hell, they may even dare squeak that “autism” can be caused by microbes — and they are going to wrap this in a war cry for more vaccines.

It will be all very cruel because neurological issues can be caused by microbes and, in my opinion, often are — in part due to injecting very lucky microbes into children’s arms and bloodstreams for decades — but one thing that is definitely not going to help those children (now senior citizens with dementia) is more potentially contaminated vaccines.”

    Conclusion

I would like to end the story with a few philosophical and practical thoughts:

“I believe that a lot of “mysterious” sickness that has been exploding over the past decades (including skyrocketing dementia and autism) can be attributed not just to the all-pervasive business model based on ruthless poisoning — but also to the under-the-radar microbes, such as molds and other fungi, protozoans, not-so-friendly bacteria, and other living creatures who are very prevalent in the westerners’ bodies but capitalize on the myth of cleanliness in the westerners’ minds.

Those bugs can lie low for a long time and then attack in earnest when the person gets old, overly stressed, overly poisoned or irradiated, gets another infection, etc.” This is not a reason for panic. It’s a call for exploring, protecting ourselves intelligently and fearlessly — and giving our bodies the love we deserve.

“When it comes to vaccines, the unsanitary abyss offers a unique way to harm. If a biologically contaminated substance is injected into one’s arm, the contamination can very easily get straight into the bloodstream, bypassing the body’s natural guards.

Furthermore, in case of COVID mRNA vaccines, they are immunosuppressive by design to prevent the body from nuking the foreign genetic material — and so if a lucky bug is accidentally injected straight into the bloodstream alongside immunosuppressive components — that is one lucky bug!”

“In next few years, the amount of people who can productively work and use their bodies and brains in the “old normal way” will likely significantly decrease. Now is a very good time for soul searching, exploring and learning the old ways of medicine, and remembering that there is a meaning to all this.”

There is definitely existential meaning to everything we are going through — including the abysmal decline of mainstream medicine — and my hope is that as the Rockefeller sickcare crumbles — we will find our connection to earth, to better medicine, to each other, and to our own souls.

“Pharmageddon” Could Shut Down Hundreds of Pharmacies as Thousands of Pharmacists Walk Off the Job https://americanconservativemovement.com/pharmageddon-could-shut-down-hundreds-of-pharmacies-as-thousands-of-pharmacists-walk-off-the-job/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/pharmageddon-could-shut-down-hundreds-of-pharmacies-as-thousands-of-pharmacists-walk-off-the-job/#respond Sat, 04 Nov 2023 17:23:26 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=198148 (Natural News)—The protest movement of thousands of non-union employees working at big chains – dubbed as “Pharmageddon” – could close hundreds of pharmacies as the protests calling for workload changes spread in at least 15 states.

Along with sickouts and walkouts in protest of what they describe as unbearable workloads that could impact patient safety, pharmacists have discussed protesting at the corporate headquarters of CVS in Woonsocket, Rhode Island and Walgreens in Deerfield, Illinois, according to California-based pharmacist Lannie Duong, one of the key organizers of the protests.

USA Today reported that protest organizers estimated as many as 4,500 pharmacists, technicians and staff from multiple chains, including CVS, Rite Aid and Walgreens, have been drawn by “Pharmageddon” efforts. (Related: THE VANISHING: Pharmacist shortage prompts closures at CVS, Walmart pharmacy locations.)

American Pharmacists Association (APHA) CEO Michael D. Hogue said in a statement that they stand with every striking pharmacist and pharmacy staff. APHA is the industry’s largest professional organization.

“We support every pharmacist’s right to work in an environment with staffing that supports your ability to provide patient care. We know that these are steps you deem necessary in order to be heard by your employer. For far too long, employers have made the situation worse than it needed to be,” he stated.

Hogue added that the quotas requiring pharmacists to fill a certain number of prescriptions or administer large numbers of vaccinations are destroying their relationships with patients. “Supervisors who are not pharmacists do not understand the needs of care teams and make unreasonable demands on time-based productivity.”

The Virginia Pharmacy Association also stands firmly in support of pharmacists and other pharmacy staff. The association said: “The news of pharmacists leaving their jobs in other cities, saying ‘enough,’ and walking away, is truly a sign of desperation coming from professionals who, although committed to a lifetime of helping patients, found themselves needing to take a stand.”

Florida Pharmacy Association’s interim Executive Vice President and CEO Michael Jackson said there’s less money to go around to pay for additional pharmacy staff because health insurance reimbursements to pharmacies for prescription services provided are not going up but going down.

“It’s creating a situation where there is tremendous pressure on pharmacies to provide these services at lower costs, which has translated into heavier workloads for current pharmacy staff and increasing the chances of pharmacists and technicians making mistakes when filling prescriptions,” explained Jackson.

“Patient safety is the utmost thing that’s most important to these frontline pharmacists. They’re not saying we need more dollars. They’re saying we need more support, more help to do the things that we’re being asked to do. And I think that’s not an unfair ask.”

In a statement, a Walgreens spokesperson said the company recognizes the incredible work their pharmacy staff are doing daily and has taken several steps to ensure that pharmacy teams can concentrate on providing optimal patient care.

“Our leaders are in our pharmacies regularly, listening to concerns and frustrations and responding to feedback. We have taken steps over the last two years to improve pharmacists’ experience, advance the profession and enable them to provide the high-value care they were trained to do.”

CVS is making targeted investments that will address the key concerns of their pharmacy staff, including “enabling teams to schedule additional support as needed, enhancing pharmacist and technician recruitment and hiring, and strengthening pharmacy technician training,” said a company spokesperson.

“Pharmageddon” protesters seek better working conditions

In September and October, employees of national pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens, have taken turns in the “Pharmageddon” series of sickouts and walkouts for anywhere from one to two days. Several walkouts nationally are expected to continue to “raise awareness about understaffing and improve working conditions.”

NBC News reported that the protesters are asking their employers to hire more staff and eliminate policies encouraging them to work harder, which they say increases the likelihood of accidental harm to patients.

“The pharmacists’ concerns are real,” said Dr. Lucas Berenbrock, an associate professor of Pharmacy and Therapeutics at the University of Pittsburgh. “They are the last people a patient sees before taking medication, so having proper staffing and compensation for the many jobs that pharmacists are required to do on a day-to-day basis is key.”

Berenbrock added: “Everything that they do is about getting the right medications to the right patient, at the right dose, at the right time. And that all is about patient safety.”

Walgreens Colorado pharmacist Nathan Fuller said: “I think most of us who are participating [in “Pharmageddon”] feel like we haven’t been heard. People are either so burned out or fed up with the way things have been going that it’s hit a bursting point. If we continue to go down the direction we’re going, it’s going to be too unsafe.”

True enough, a recent USA Today investigation found that chain pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens have consistently slashed staffing levels while “saddling their frontline workers with a burgeoning list of additional duties.”

96 Percent of Pharmacy Technicians Report Drug Shortages, Half of Patients Never Get the Medicine They Need https://americanconservativemovement.com/96-percent-of-pharmacy-technicians-report-drug-shortages-half-of-patients-never-get-the-medicine-they-need/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/96-percent-of-pharmacy-technicians-report-drug-shortages-half-of-patients-never-get-the-medicine-they-need/#comments Sat, 23 Sep 2023 04:31:38 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=197001 (The Epoch Times)—A trip to the pharmacy has become a gamble for patients across America as shelves are short on critical medications.

Nearly 96 percent of pharmacy technicians surveyed by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board reported shortages of essential drugs—from chemotherapy and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder meds to much-needed anesthetics and popular diabetes and weight loss drugs, including Mounjaro, Ozempic, and Wegovy.

“Drug shortages are affecting many areas of pharmacy practice, such as retail, compounding and hospitals,” Anthony Longo, a doctor of pharmacy and director of pharmacy at Northwell Long Island Jewish Forest Hills in Queens, NY, told The Epoch Times.

The crisis highlights the need for urgent policy solutions to ensure supply of essential medications.

Patients Often Leave Without Needed Medicine

The impact of drug shortages, especially for cancer medications, can be devastating for patients. When unable to obtain needed medicines, patients may rely on less effective alternative treatments, resulting in higher healthcare costs, longer hospitalizations, and increased risk of adverse reactions.

To address shortage issues, 90 percent of surveyed technicians said they offer substitute drugs when available. However, almost half the time (45 percent), patients still leave without their needed medication.

When no equivalent drug exists, nearly one-third of technicians turn to in-house compounding, while just 6 percent refer to external pharmacies. In-house compounding of drugs refers to the practice of preparing customized medications within a healthcare facility, such as a hospital, pharmacy, or medical clinic, rather than obtaining commercially available medications.

Some report collaborating with other pharmacy teams to get the needed meds. “We run weekly shortage calls as a system to address shortages,” one respondent said in a statement. Another said they prioritize reacting swiftly to prevent lapses in care. Some have gone as far as contacting drug representatives to locate medications for patients.

“It’s no surprise that pharmacy technicians are actively working on solutions to mitigate drug shortages for their patients,” PTCB CEO William Schimmel said in a statement. “I’m impressed by the spirit of collaboration, even outside of the pharmacy where they work.”

Shortages Are Already Having Critical Impact on Patient Care

This pharmacy technician survey echoes the findings of an American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP) survey conducted in the summer. Drug shortages severely impact patients and healthcare staff,” Michael Ganio, who has a doctor of pharmacy degree and is the senior director of pharmacy practice and quality at ASHP, said.

These shortages also overburden pharmacy technicians already facing staff shortages. “This is an unsustainable reality for the entire healthcare system,” he added.

In July, the ASHP released survey results on the current drug shortage crisis. Conducted from June 23 to July 14, the online survey gathered responses from 1,123 participants. The ASHP reported over 300 active shortages at end of Q2 2023—”the highest in nearly a decade and close to the all-time high of 320 shortages,” according to the survey.

In July, too, nearly all respondents confirmed experiencing shortages.

Additionally, 32 percent called them “critically impactful,” which was defined as rationing, delaying, or canceling treatments or procedures. Of that group, nearly 60 percent reported chemotherapy drug shortages as most detrimental.

‘Extreme’ Competition and Other Factors Causing Shortages

The ASHP recommends policy solutions targeting key drivers of generic drug shortages—quality control, supply chain disruptions, and extreme price competition.

Low profit margins for generic drugs are a major factor in shortages. Intense competition has decreased profitability of certain generics, disincentivizing investment from manufacturers, according to the ASHP. Some shift capacity to more profitable drugs rather than fix issues in producing less profitable generics. This has caused certain companies to cease making these drugs altogether.

“This issue requires quick action from Congress to address the underlying causes of shortages and ensure patients have the medications they need,” ASHP Chief Executive Officer Paul W. Abramowitz, said in a statement.

Sebastian Gorka: United States’ Reliance on China for 90 Percent of Its Medicine Could Prove Disastrous https://americanconservativemovement.com/sebastian-gorka-united-states-reliance-on-china-for-90-percent-of-its-medicine-could-prove-disastrous/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/sebastian-gorka-united-states-reliance-on-china-for-90-percent-of-its-medicine-could-prove-disastrous/#respond Sat, 28 Jan 2023 13:24:12 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=189489 The United States has not managed its military resources well, said Sebastian Gorka in an interview, which aired on Newsmakers by NTD and The Epoch Times on Jan. 25. But a more significant concern is the United States’ reliance on China for 90 percent of its medicine.

“There are far broader issues than how many bullets and bombs America has,” Gorka said. “Think of this, more than 90 percent of the medicines we have here in America, like antibiotics, we buy from China.

“If China decided that it wants to take Taiwan, it wants to get military aggressive in the Pacific region, and as a price of that, they say, ‘Oh, and by the way, we’re not going to sell you the medicines that you’ve been buying from us for the last 30 years.’ Then not only will we not be able to fight a multi-front war against the potential aggressor, but we probably won’t have enough drugs and medicines to provide for our own citizens.”

Gorka, a former strategist for President Donald Trump, is a counterterrorism expert and served in the British Army reserve in a Military Intelligence unit. He has a doctorate in Political Science and was a fellow at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.

Gorka said President Joe Biden’s decision to send M1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine was a “stupid move,” but being “in bed with Communist China” was even more problematic.

    Geopolitical Stupidity

According to a recent report from the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), if a “major regional conflict”—like between China and Taiwan—occurred, the United States would run out of “some munitions” in less than one week.

“The U.S. use of munitions would likely exceed the current stockpiles of the U.S. Department of Defense. According to the results of a series of CSIS war games, the United States would likely run out of some munitions—such as long-range, precision-guided munitions—in less than one week in a Taiwan Strait conflict,” the report found.

The report further stated, “The war in Ukraine has also exposed serious deficiencies in the U.S. defense industrial base and serves as a stark reminder that a protracted conflict is likely to be an industrial war that requires a defense industry able to manufacture enough munitions, weapons systems, and matériel to replace depleted stockpiles.”

Gorka, in part, agreed with the CSIS report and said Biden sending M1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine is a perfect example of the Biden administration having “no idea what it’s doing when it comes to geopolitics and national security.”

“The M1 Abrams tank is not something Ukrainians have ever used. They haven’t been trained on. They don’t have the ammunition for it,” Gorka said. “Since the beginning of the war, I’ve been very clear. This is the Ukrainian nation’s war to fight.

“We can assist them, but we have to assist them in ways that make sense. Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union. It knows how to use Soviet-era equipment, whether it’s the AK-47, or the T-series of tanks, or the BTL-series of armored personnel carriers or RPGs. … Why would they need M1 Abrams tanks they have no experience with? Provide them with stuff they can use, and they know how to use, not pallets of cash and not American equipment.”

Gorka said supplying M1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine and the Biden administration leaving “$83 billion worth of equipment” in Afghanistan are examples of the United States not managing its resources well.

“If you look at what’s happened with the amount of equipment—$83 billion worth of equipment that was left on the territory of Afghanistan when Biden surrendered and left that nation precipitously last September—also, it hasn’t been a lot of thinking being done in terms of what we’re supplying to Russia, Ukraine, and how rapidly we’re supplying it,” Gorka said.

Those types of decisions, and lack of geopolitical savvy, have left the United States in a position where it couldn’t effectively fight a multi-front war.

    Bigger Picture Issue

Still, the broader issue for the United States being unprepared is its reliance on China and lack of domestic manufacturing.

“We have been in bed with Communist China for far, far too long. And this is a nation with labor camps. With the Laogai system. This is a hardcore communist regime. Why we are doing business with China, as the son of somebody who escaped a communist prison, I don’t understand,” Gorka concluded.

Laogai is short for Laodonggaizao and means “reform through labor.” According to the LAOGAI Research Foundation, “Laogai was legally established in 1954. At the time, its main purpose was to handle the waves of political prisoners in China. Within a Laogai prison are several ‘Reform through labor detachments.’”

Additionally, the forced-labor camps were designed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to abusively “brainwash prisoners into unconditionally accepting the Party’s ideology and rule.”

The CCP replaced the term “Laogai” with “prison” in 1994. Despite the name change, the system remains essentially unchanged.

Amid Drug Shortages, Alternative Treatments for Fever and Cough https://americanconservativemovement.com/amid-drug-shortages-alternative-treatments-for-fever-and-cough/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/amid-drug-shortages-alternative-treatments-for-fever-and-cough/#respond Sat, 24 Dec 2022 22:05:22 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=187023 Editor’s Commentary: Admittedly, I am nowhere near being well-versed on holistic or natural medicines and treatments. My wife handles all of that; whenever anyone gets sick, she whips up something and we get better. She takes the hybrid approach by going all-natural to treat some ailments while going to the doctor and getting standard medications to treat others.

But even those who aren’t into natural remedies may need a crash course on them if the pharmaceutical supply chain continues to head toward collapse. We are already seeing crowded hospitals and shortages at the pharmacies. That’s why when the article below by Emma Suttie from our premium news partners at The Epoch Times crossed my desk, I knew I needed to read it. Then, I realized I needed to share it with my “late prepper” friends who, like me, may need to be introduced to alternatives before it’s too late.

This is why we work with a sponsor that specializes in shipping antibiotics after an easy telehealth appointment. I took them on as a sponsor AFTER taking advantage of their services because I recognize the need to be prepared for the shortages and advancing medical tyranny that the powers-that-be have in store for us.

Americans need to take charge of our lives and acquire both the resources and the skills necessary to avoid being dependent in any way on government. Those who are beholden to Powers and Principalities in order to survive will be subjugated. Those who can take care of themselves will have an easier time remaining free. Here’s the article by Emma Suttie…

Alternative Treatments for Fever and Cough

With the present shortages of over-the-counter medicines for coughs, colds, and flu, this seems like the perfect time to talk about natural remedies. These can be helpful when we either don’t have medications on hand, or simply want a more natural approach to dealing with common illnesses. Natural medicines are beneficial as they are non-toxic and support our body’s own healing process. If used at the first sign of illness, many can shorten its severity and duration. Here are some natural approaches—many used by cultures worldwide for centuries—to help get you back into tip-top shape.

    Treatments for Fever

Fevers are our bodies’ natural reaction to infection. A fever is part of a healthy immune response and communicates that we are mounting an appropriate defense against an unwanted invader. As parents, it is always difficult seeing our children sick, and it is our instinct to do whatever we can to make them feel better.

In the case of fevers, unless they are very high, it can be beneficial to let the fever do the work of fighting the infection. Fevers slow down pathogens and their replication; therefore, a fever slows down the spread and severity of an illness.

If a fever gets too high (104+), it’s a good idea to get it down. This is the work of many drugs, but this can also usually be achieved with a lukewarm or cool bath. Eating will also usually bring a fever down slightly if you or your little one feel up to it. Very high fevers burn fluids and increase the risk of dehydration. Make sure to drink plenty of clear liquids, and children can have water or diluted fruit juice for hydration and to keep blood sugar within normal range. Fevers also deplete vitamin A, so be sure to supplement with vitamin A-rich foods (like fish oils, kale, spinach, broccoli, milk, and eggs) after a bout with a fever.

    Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)

Yarrow is a common herb and is well known for its ability to bring down a fever. It is considered a diaphoretic herb, meaning it makes you sweat, helping the body eliminate toxins through the skin and urine. Yarrow also purifies and moves the blood, treats urinary infections, and heals wounds.

In a comparative study in the Pakistan Journal of Pharmaceutical Studies, yarrow demonstrated the ability to significantly reduce fevers in animal models.

research review published in Current Pharmaceutical Design in 2008 discussed the traditional use of yarrow for this purpose. “The genus Achillea consists of about 140 perennial herbs native to the Northern hemisphere. Traditional indications of their use include digestive problems, liver and gall-bladder conditions, menstrual irregularities, cramps, fever, wound healing,” it noted.

review on the biological activities of yarrow published in the Journal Current Pharmaceutical Design, mentions yarrow’s analgesic, anti-ulcer, choleretic (which stimulate the production of bile by the liver), liver protecting and wound healing abilities and that data has accumulated demonstrating its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.

Yarrow regulates blood flow to the entire body and, with its ability to induce sweating, helps regulate body temperature and fluids—eliminating heat and toxins and reducing a fever.

The dried herb can be bought online and at some health food shops. Always try to buy organic when possible to avoid pesticides and other chemicals.

For fevers, drink yarrow tea (instructions below) or add 8 cups of yarrow tea to a hot bath.

    Yarrow Tea

For tea, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls of the dried herb and leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes. Drink this tea three times a day. For a fever, drink the tea hot hourly.

    Ginger ( Zingiber officinale)

Ginger is warming in nature and induces sweating, helping treat fevers and eliminate toxins. It is also used as a stimulant for problems with circulation and to soothe digestive issues.

The results of one clinical trial, published in Phytotherapy Research in November, 2022, found a combination of four plants commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine (ashwagandha, boswellia, ginger and turmeric) was effective on hospitalized moderate COVID-19 patients who received it, along with standard care.

The mixture, dubbed BV-4051 by the researcher, had noted effects.

“In BV-4051 group the mean reduction in duration of illness (p = 0.036), alleviation and severity scores of several symptoms like fever, cough, smell, and taste disorders were statistically significant,” they wrote.

research review published in Phytomedicine: International Journal of Phytotherapy and Phytopharmacology, in 2005 summarized previous research on the herb using animal models.

“Animal studies demonstrate effects on the gastrointestinal tract, the cardiovascular system, on experimental pain and fever, antioxidative, antilipidemic and antitumor effects, as well as central and other effects,” wrote the researchers.

In Chinese medicine, fresh ginger is called sheng jiang. It is a warming herb used to induce sweating, disperse cold, benefit a cough, and alleviate nausea and vomiting.

    Ginger Tea

Cut a slice or two of fresh ginger root, put it into a pot of water, and bring to a boil. Then drink as a tea. Add lemon (high in vitamin C) or honey to taste. The tea will help to induce sweating, bring down a fever, soothe any digestive upsets, and help a cough. Hot ginger tea taken at the first sign of a cold or flu can help the body build resistance and avoid infection.

    Boneset (Eupatorium perfoliatum)

Boneset is an excellent herb to treat fevers and is a great choice for colds, the flu, and respiratory infections. It can be used for phlegm, as it discourages its production and helps eliminate it from the body. Boneset also fights bacterial and viral infections and makes you sweat, helping reduce a fever. Boneset will also help ease the aches and pains associated with the flu and helps clear the body of any build-up of toxins through the bowels.

“E. perfoliatum extract has marked antiviral activity,” notes a study published in Journal of ethnopharmacology in January 2022. The researchers were studying the effects of the plant in vivo for treatment of dengue virus.

    Boneset Tea

The dried herb can be bought at most health food shops and made into a tea. Pour a cup of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoonfuls of the dried herb and leave for 10-15 minutes. It should be drunk as hot as possible. For treatment of fevers or flu, drink every half hour.

*Boneset should not be used by pregnant women or young children and is not recommended for long-term use.

    Lukewarm Baths

If a fever gets above 103, it’s a good idea to bring it down. This can usually be achieved by getting into a lukewarm or cool bath. Although this is not comfortable initially, it will temporarily lower your body temperature and reduce a fever if it gets too high. If a bath sounds too drastic, you can take a face cloth soaked in cold water and hold it up to the creases in your elbows and behind your knees to help gently reduce body temperature. Remember to keep hydrated with water, clear liquids, or diluted fruit juice.

    Cough

Cough suppressants may alleviate the symptoms of coughing but other treatments can offer similar relief with additional benefits.

    Honey

Raw honey has antibacterial, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties and has been used throughout history as a cough suppressant. It can help with seasonal allergies and lowers blood pressure and cholesterol. I prefer to use raw honey as the pasteurization process undergone by regular honey destroys many of its natural medicinal properties.

In a clinical trial published in the archives of pediatrics and adolescent medicine, one hundred and five children aged two to eighteen were given either honey, honey flavored dextromethorphan (DM) or no treatment. Of the three treatments, parents rated honey the most favorably for symptomatic relief of their child’s nighttime cough and difficulty sleeping due to a respiratory tract infection.

Honey is known as feng mi in Chinese medicine. It benefits the digestive system and is very moisturizing, particularly to the lungs. It also has a mildly laxative quality, so it should be consumed with caution if you are prone to loose stools—although its lubricating quality makes it a great treatment for constipation. Because of honey’s impressive health benefits, it is also commonly used as a daily tonic.

For a cough, take a spoonful of raw honey directly or use it to make a natural cough syrup. Taking a spoonful of raw honey twice a day will benefit a cough and help to moisturize the throat.

*Never give honey to a child less than one-year-old. Clostridium, a bacteria that causes botulism, can contaminate some foods—including honey. As a child grows, their immune systems develop and can handle the bacteria.

    Honey Water

Drinking warm water with raw honey increases its moistening and lubricating effects and is beneficial for a dry cough, sore throat, and constipation. It can be drunk as needed for cough and symptoms of dryness.

    Ginger

Ginger is an excellent remedy for coughs and helps to eliminate phlegm and other toxins from the body. Just add a few fresh slices of ginger root to a pot of water and bring to a boil, then drink as a tea to receive its beneficial effects. (see above in fevers).

    Thyme  (Thymus vulgaris)

Thyme has antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiparasitic properties. It strengthens the immune system and is an excellent remedy for coughs.

Thyme is a strong antiseptic and makes a good gargle that can be used for bronchitis, laryngitis, tonsillitis, and whooping cough. It is an excellent remedy for irritating coughs as it is an expectorant and soothes spasms. It is also beneficial for sore throats.

Thyme can be used as an essential oil or tea to boost the immune system, and a gargle is beneficial for treating throat problems and coughs. Be aware that thyme essential oil is very strong, must be diluted in a carrier oil, and should only be used externally.

review in a Polish Journal in 2016 studied thyme for coughs associated with upper respiratory tract infections. It noted that thyme is a spasmolytic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory and antioxidant agent, and found that using a drug with the addition of extracts from thyme and primrose alleviated the effects of cough and shortened its duration.

    Thyme Tea & Gargle

To make tea, pour 2 cups of boiling water over two teaspoons of the dried herb and let it infuse for ten minutes. Drink three times a day.

You can dilute the tea with additional water, let it cool, and use it as a gargle.

    Cleanse & Detoxify The Body

Your body is constantly flushing out cellular debris and various byproducts from metabolism, not to mention unwelcome substances we’ve eaten (additives, preservatives, etc) or absorbed from our cosmetics. We can help the body with these processes in several ways, including drinking plenty of pure water and eating a clean diet.

    Epsom Salt Baths

Epsom salt baths are a wonderful way to relax the body and ease the pain of sore muscles. Epsom salts contain magnesium sulfate (made up of magnesium, sulfur and oxygen) which, when dissolved in a hot bath, are thought to be absorbed through the skin. Magnesium helps ease sore muscles, and the sulfur in Epsom salts is thought to help the body release toxins. The key is to drink lots of water before, during, and after an Epsom salt bath to maximize its full detoxifying effects. Use 1 cup of Epsom salts in a warm bath and soak for at least 30 minutes to achieve the full benefits.

    Baths with Essential Oils

When you are not feeling your best, there is nothing more soothing than a hot bath. The warm water opens pores, can aid congestion, and help the body and mind to relax. Every essential oil has different qualities, so choose the ones that will benefit you and your symptoms. Add 4-6 drops to a warm bath to enjoy their healing benefits.

    Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia and others)

Lavender is relaxing to the nervous system and helps with achieving restful, relaxing sleep. Lavender has also been proven effective for improving symptoms of anxiety and depression.

study published in 2012 found that participants inhaling lavender essential oil had a significant decrease in blood pressure, heart rate, and skin temperature, and that those using the oil were more relaxed and had increased brain activity. Another study published by the Journal of Psychiatry found that using 80 milligram capsules of lavender essential oil helped alleviate anxiety, sleep disturbances and depression. The study also noted that there were no adverse effects or drug interactions when using lavender essential oil.

    Frankincense

Frankincense can be used for congestion, to reduce the symptoms of a cold or flu, and to stimulate the immune system. It also helps clear the mind and enhance mood.

In a lab study conducted by researchers at Mansoura University in Egypt found that frankincense oil strongly stimulated the immune system.

    Chamomile (Roman or German)

Chamomile is relaxing, beneficial for anxiety and depression, and is a strong anti-inflammatory and pain reliever.

A research study in the Journal Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine found that chamomile provided significant antidepressant activity. Chamomile also combines well with lavender for its soothing, calming effects.

    Orange

Orange is a beautiful oil for reducing stress, muscle tension, and anxiety.

A 2014 study published in the Journal of Complementary Therapies of Medicine found that inhaling orange and rose oils causes physical as well as psychological relaxation.

    Rose

Rose is a particularly beneficial essential oil for the skin, so adding it to a warm bath will open pores and leave your skin feeling fabulous (and smelling amazing!). Rose is also beneficial for depression and anxiety as noted in a study in the Journal Complementary Therapies in Clinical Practice.

The study used 20 postpartum women experiencing depression and/or anxiety. They were split into two groups, with one being given 15 minute aromatherapy using an essential oil blend using rose and lavender oil. Aromatherapy sessions were twice a week for four weeks. The aromatherapy group experienced significant improvements in anxiety as well as a significant decrease in postnatal depression.

    Boost the Immune System

If your body is fighting an infection, you’ll want to avoid unhealthy foods and other substances that can undermine our immune system. There are also things you can do to give your immune system such much needed support.

    Black Elderberry (syrup or gummies)

Black elderberry is a potent antiviral and immune booster. When taken at the first sign of illness, black elderberry has been proven in various studies to reduce the length and severity of colds and influenza. Black elderberries are also very high in vitamin C.

The results of a clinical trial published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine found that the study participants using black elderberry saw a significant improvement of the symptoms of influenza (including fever) and they recovered more quickly than those in the control group.

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study published in the Journal of International Medical Research studied participants who had been experiencing flu symptoms for 48 hours or less. Participants received 15ml of black elderberry or placebo syrup four times a day for five days and recorded their symptoms. The group receiving the elderberry syrup recovered four days earlier on average and the use of rescue medication was significantly less than in the placebo group.

Because of its recent popularity, black elderberry can be found at most drug stores and usually comes in syrup or gummies for adults and children. Black elderberry is also an excellent preventative, especially if someone in your house is already sick and you want to avoid catching it.

    Vitamin C

Our bodies need vitamin C to help us fight infections and to produce white blood cells, which are a vital component of our immune systems. Vitamin C is also one of the best vitamins to boost the immune system and help us fight foreign adversaries.

An article published in Nutrients states that vitamin C exerts a multitude of beneficial effects on both the innate and adaptive immune system, and that vitamin C appears able to prevent and treat respiratory and systemic infections.

The best way to get vitamin C is through the food we eat. Below are some of the best food sources of vitamin C.

    • rose hips
    • chili pepper
    • guava
    • cantaloupe
    • oranges
    • grapefruits
    • kiwis
    • strawberries
    • papaya
    • tangerines
    • black currants
    • spinach
    • snow peas
    • kale
    • broccoli
    • bell peppers
    • tomatoes
    • Camu camu
    • acerola cherry
    • Chinese red dates

    Vitamin D

The sun is our best source of vitamin D, so getting outside and soaking up some of the sun’s rays is a beneficial daily activity and especially important when fighting pathogens. Vitamin D is critical for a robust immune system. It reduces inflammation and modulates new cell growth, glucose metabolism, and immune function.

review in the Journal Nutrients published in 2020 discusses vitamin D and its importance for a strong immune system. The study authors state that vitamin D stimulates multiple components of the innate and adaptive immune system, and that low levels of vitamin D increase the risk of developing several immune related diseases like diabetes and multiple sclerosis.

Besides the sun, there are many food sources of vitamin D, which are listed below.

    • cod liver oil
    • salmon
    • swordfish
    • tuna
    • orange juice fortified with vitamin D
    • dairy and plant milk fortified with vitamin D
    • sardines
    • beef liver
    • cheddar cheese
    • sardines
    • crimini mushrooms (and some other mushrooms)
    • pork chops
    • eggs

    Acupressure

Acupuncture is an ancient medical practice that has been around for more than four thousand years and is used to treat the entire body. Acupuncture points are located throughout the body’s surface and are all connected via internal pathways, or meridians, through which energy flows. They function as a kind of biological internet, with each point joined to every other point through a complex network of pathways running inside the body connecting to organs, muscles, vessels, and other tissues. Points can be used by themselves or in combination to bring the body back to health.

Acupressure uses acupuncture points, applying gentle pressure with a fingertip instead of an acupuncture needle. Some points on the body are known to powerfully stimulate the immune system, improve pain, alleviate congestion and reduce fevers. Learning where these points are located means you can stimulate them whenever you wish, depending on the situation and your needs.

    Acupressure Points

    Stomach 36

Stomach 36 is located approximately four finger widths below the bottom edge of the kneecap and one thumb width on the outside or lateral aspect of the shin bone or tibia. It falls into a natural depression between the two bones of the lower leg, the tibia and fibula. This point is often sore, making it relatively easy to find.

Stomach 36 is one of the strongest points for boosting immunity. It stimulates the body’s energy (or qi), benefits digestion, treats vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation, and calms the mind. It is also an excellent point to stimulate regularly to boost energy and keep your defenses strong.

    Large Intestine 4

Large intestine 4 is located on the hand between the thumb and the first finger. When you gently press the thumb and first finger together, the point is located at the highest point of the mound created. This point is sore on almost everyone and can be quite strong when needled, often having an achy, distended feeling.

Although large intestine 4 isn’t a point used specifically to boost the immune system, it is included here for its utility for many conditions, especially cold and flu symptoms. Master point for the head and face, large intestine 4 treats headaches, dizziness, congestion, swelling, and pain. It is also a point used for pain anywhere in the body, which helps treat the aches and pains associated with colds and flu.

    Large Intestine 11

Large intestine 11 is located on the arm at the end of the crease created when you bend at the elbow. The point is on the radial side, the same side as the thumb, on the outside of the arm. If you bend your arm completely at the elbow, the point is located right at the end of the crease and is quite tender on most people.

Large intestine 11 is an excellent point for clearing heat in the body and is used for reducing fevers. It is known to drain the heat causing sore throat and toothache and treats many skin conditions with heat as their source. It is a strong point for boosting the immune system and preventing colds and flu.

    Kidney 27

Kidney 27 is located on the chest, just below the collarbone, about two thumb widths from the midline. This point falls into a depression between the first intercostal space—between the clavicle and the first rib. This point is generally tender to the touch and even more so if you have an upper respiratory tract infection.

Kidney 27 is indicated for problems of the chest, like cough, wheezing, phlegm, and chest pain. Kidney 27 strongly stimulates the immune system and is excellent for those suffering from upper respiratory tract infections like bronchitis. It is also a good point to stop vomiting.

    Acupressure–The Method

You can do acupressure on these points anytime you feel run down or are sick and want to recover more quickly.

Make sure you have about 15 minutes to do the protocol so you are relaxed and don’t feel rushed.

You can start on the leg with stomach 36 and work up to kidney 27 on the chest. Starting at the bottom and working your way up, this would be the order:

    1. Stomach 36
    2. Large intestine 4
    3. Large intestine 11
    4. Kidney 27

All the points are bilateral, meaning they are on both sides of the body, so you want to do each point on both sides before moving on to the next one.

Apply pressure (whatever amount is comfortable) for 30 seconds on each point. Do both sides, then move on to the next point in the sequence.

Cycle through the points until you have done all four. You can do this once or twice a day or as needed.

    Final Thoughts

The common illnesses we encounter seem an inevitable part of life. And while we probably avoid them sometimes if we are built up enough—eating well, managing stress, and getting enough sleep—there are times we will succumb, no matter how hard we try. I always like to use natural approaches and support the body’s healing ability before I turn to medications. Nature possesses an enormous reservoir of healing wisdom if we know to use it.

Rising Pestilences Plus Pharmaceutical Shortages Make Medical Tyranny a Near Certainty in 2023 https://americanconservativemovement.com/rising-pestilences-plus-pharmaceutical-shortages-make-medical-tyranny-a-near-certainty-in-2023/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/rising-pestilences-plus-pharmaceutical-shortages-make-medical-tyranny-a-near-certainty-in-2023/#respond Fri, 23 Dec 2022 07:45:56 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=186914 Medical tyranny has been ubiquitous in some form or fashion across the world for nearly three years. It ebbs and flows in severity with 2022 ending on a relatively free note. But the next wave of Pandemic Panic Theater is already in motion and the powers-that-be are adding a new wrinkle to the mix for 2023.

Shortages of common drugs ranging from child fever reducing medication to antibiotics are already hitting. It’s going to get worse as we get deeper into winter. Some are predicting that by Spring of 2023 we will be in a full-scale pharmaceutical catastrophe as supply chains break down and shortages extend to other medications.

This makes sense when we consider the machinations of the globalist elite cabal bent on ushering in The Great Reset. Establishing public-private partnerships that put the power in the hands of unelected corporate officials is one of the keys to their success. There’s already an unofficial public-private partnership operating from the shadows in which the CDC and FDA trade talent back and forth with Big Pharma. Today’s regulators are tomorrow’s Pfizer VPs. Today’s Moderna executive directors are on tomorrow’s medical boards to determine the safety of new drugs. The relationship between Big Pharma and the government groups tasked with regulating them is downright lecherous.

On today’s episode of The JD Rucker Show, I listed the coming medical tyranny as one of ten machinations from the globalist elite cabal to expect in 2023. If all we had to deal with was a pharmaceutical shortage, we would be okay in the long run. But the powers-that-be appear to be planning another round of Pandemic Panic Theater. Lockdowns combined with a shortage could devastate the masses, prompting calls for government to do something. That’s exactly what they want.

Here’s a breakdown of what we’re already facing with children’s medications. Keep in mind this is BEFORE winter and the challenges of diseases that always accompany the cold season. According to Mac Slavo at SHTF Plan

Pharmacies Begin Rationing Children’s Cold Medicine Amid Shortages

Walgreens and CVS pharmacies have started to limit (ration) the amount of children’s medicine that can be purchased amid an ongoing shortage. A Walgreens spokesperson told Nexstar that the decision to ration medication was due to “increased demand and various supplier challenges,” and that pediatric fever-reducing products are “seeing constraint across the country.”

CVS spokesperson Mary Gattuso said the drugstore chain created the product limit to ensure “equitable access for all our customers.” There is currently a two-product limit on all children’s pain relief products at all CVS Pharmacy locations and cvs.com, Gattuso confirmed. “We’re committed to meeting our customers’ needs and are working with our suppliers to ensure continued access to these items,” Gattuso said.

Remember, there are enough COVID shots, ingredients to make them, syringes, and needles to inject every human on this globe four times or more. Yet there’s a shortage of cold and flu medication.

The ruling class is blaming the shortage on the “tripledemic” and it being cold and flu season, even though this comes around every year.

“There are more sick kids at this time of year than we have seen in the past couple years,” said Dr. Shannon Dillon, a pediatrician at Riley Children’s Health in Indianapolis. Drugmaker Johnson & Johnson says it is not experiencing widespread shortages of Children’s Tylenol, but the product may be “less readily available” at some stores. The company said it is running its production lines around the clock.

These big pharma companies are making so many COVID shots they have to dispose of them because no one wants them anymore, but can’t be bothered to create over-the-counter medicines that help alleviate symptoms when someone gets sick. And yet, the masters continue to tell the slaves it’s a demand issue, not a supply issue.

Former Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Scott Gottlieb told CBS “Face the Nation” host Margaret Brennan on Sunday that shortages of children’s cold medicine, as well as an ongoing shortage of antibiotic drugs, are the result of unanticipated levels of demand, not a problem with the supply chain.

Gottlieb also added that the pharmaceutical industry’s “sophisticated supply chain” should catch up soon. Sure. Because they care so much about people, right?

    Stock Up Now

While there are still drugs available on the shelves and behind the counter, it behooves us all to stock up on the medications we may need. The good news is that most drugs have long shelf lives as long as they remain sealed, but the better news is that they can retain potency and remain safe long after their “expiration date.”

    According to NowRx:

So, how long does medication last after the expiration date? According to research, your medicine is likely still safe and effective years after its expiration date.

In fact, one study found that 90% of more than 100 drugs, both prescription and over-the-counter, were perfectly good to use even 15 years after the expiration date.

With the Chinese Communist Party controlling 90% of the ingredients used in American pharmaceuticals, it behooves us all to assume that massive shortages are coming. In the vein of hoping for the best but preparing for the worst, we encourage working with our sponsors for antibiotics delivered to your door to store just in case.

One does not have to be a “conspiracy theorist” to see the major risks we’re facing with pharmaceutical shortages that could lead to advanced medical tyranny. The prudent will be stocking up on any of the medicines and treatments they need today in case the pharmacies are shut down tomorrow.

According to an article by Michael Snyder at The Economic Collapse Blog, the release of new diseases is already happening…

Horrifying Pestilences Are Starting To Run Wild All Over The Globe

How many millions have to die before people start to realize what is happening?  For years, I have been persistently warning that we would soon enter an era of great pestilences, and now it is here.  Sadly, what we have witnessed over the past few years is just the tip of the iceberg.  At this point we have been perfectly primed for future pandemics because vast numbers of people all over the planet are now running around with compromised immune systems.  That means that diseases will now be able to spread even more easily, and this is a trend that we have already started to see all throughout 2022.

Strep A is the latest illness to run wild in the western world.  The number of children being admitted to the hospital with Strep A is way above normal in the U.S., and this appears to particularly be true in the western half of the country

A deadly wave of Strep A infections in children looks set to take off in the US — weeks after the UK was hit by a spate of deaths.

At least two children have died in Colorado after suffering the normally-mild illness, and pediatric hospitals in five states — Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Washington and West Virginia — are reporting much higher levels of admissions than usual.

At the country’s largest pediatric hospital in Texas, doctors are already handling four times more Strep A patients than last year.

But this has not been a typical Strep A outbreak.

In fact, hospitals are reporting that children are coming in with very strange symptoms that are not usually associated with Strep A at all…

One of the largest children’s hospitals in Missouri is seeing an influx of children with bizarre Strep A symptoms – as the outbreak continues to spread in the US.

Children’s Mercy Kansas City Hospital has had seven children in recent weeks come in with symptoms like a ‘stuck’ eye, lumps behind the ear and trouble swallowing – which led to drooling.

Doctors were initially perplexed by the cases – but further testing found each child was suffering from Strep A. The normally-mild bacterial infection is causing a spate of hospitalizations across the US, UK and Europe.

    So what is going on?

Is this a new form of Strep A that is more severe than we have ever seen before?

Right now there is so much that we do not know.

But what we do know is that Strep A is also spreading like wildfire in the UK and elsewhere.

This is an outbreak that we will want to keep a very close eye on, because it could end up killing a lot of kids.

Meanwhile, a “mystery disease” that causes “bleeding from the mouth and nose” has erupted in Afghanistan…

An unknown pathogen has infected more than 80 people and killed two children in the Afghan province of Zabul, Taliban authorities said. The disease causes intense fever and bleeding from the mouth and nose.

Taliban public health chief Abdul Hakim Hakimi said that clinics in the Shahjoy district of the province have seen a sharp increase in the numbers of people suffering from the “suspicious” disease in recent weeks, Afghanistan’s Hasht-e Subh Daily reported on Tuesday.

Hopefully this illness will be able to be contained in Afghanistan, because it sounds like it is really bad.

In China, health officials are dealing with a “thermonuclear” outbreak of COVID.  According to one projection, there will soon be 800 million Chinese cases

CHINA is facing a “thermonuclear” Covid outbreak says one expert, as hospitals and crematoriums start to overflow.

According to one estimate, Covid could spread rapidly until there are 800 million cases in 90 days after the Zero Covid policy of harsh lockdowns was ditched.

Video has emerged showing patients rammed into a hospital sleeping on floors and bodies stored in corridors, in a chilling echo of the when Covid first hit China.

If this is just one of the usual strains of COVID that is currently circulating around the globe, the number of cases should not get anywhere close to 800 million.

So precisely what is going on in China right now?

We are being warned that this new outbreak “could kill up to one million people”, and it is being reported that even now crematoriums are literally running out of space for all the dead bodies that are coming in

Crematoriums across China said Tuesday they were straining to deal with an influx of bodies, as the country battles a wave of Covid cases that authorities have admitted is impossible to track.

Hospitals are struggling and pharmacy shelves have been stripped bare in the wake of the Chinese government’s sudden decision last month to lift nearly three years of lockdowns, quarantines and mass testing.

In Chongqing – a city of 30 million where authorities this week urged people with ‘mild’ Covid symptoms to go to work – one crematorium told AFP they had run out of space to keep bodies.

I am going to be watching developments in China very carefully, because I am not entirely convinced that we are getting the whole story.

On top of everything else, we are being told that the bird flu has become a “worldwide problem” as it continues to spread rapidly across the globe.

Here in the United States, the total death toll has now reached 58 million

The highly contagious bird flu spread like wildfire across the US poultry stock this year, killing about 58 million birds – the deadliest outbreak in American history, according to US Agriculture Department data.

The bird flu is the main reason why turkey, chicken and eggs have become so absurdly expensive.

If you can believe it, the wholesale price of Midwest large eggs actually hit an all-time record high of $5.36 a dozen this month.

It wasn’t too long ago when I could buy a dozen eggs for 99 cents at the local grocery store.

Things are changing so rapidly now, and none of our lives are ever going to be the same again.

Earlier today, I was saddened to learn that life expectancy in the United States fell once again last year

The death rate for the U.S. population increased by 5%, cutting life expectancy at birth to 76.4 years in 2021 from 77 years in 2020. The CDC in August released preliminary estimates demonstrating a similar decline. Before the pandemic, in 2019, life expectancy at birth in the U.S. was 78.8 years. The decline in 2020 was the largest since World War II.

Unfortunately, life expectancy is going to go a lot lower than that as the death rate continues to rise.

Countless numbers of people will die as various plagues and pestilences sweep across our planet in the years ahead.

But most people still don’t understand that conditions have fundamentally changed, and so they continue to expect that life will eventually “return to normal”…

    Bottom Line

Assume medical tyranny will be worse in 2023 than anything we’ve seen from 2020 until now. Assume that the drugs you need today are stocked up in your medicine cabinet and bugout bag. One does not have to be a “prepper” to be properly prepared for what’s to come. The last thing anyone wants to do is hear a warning, not heed it, and suffer the consequences of their lack of action. I’ll reiterate my recommendation of stocking up on antibiotics now.
