One of the few times a federal entity came close to being scrutinized occurred when the Navy deleted a pride post on its Instagram account.

Even after that incident, the Navy continued to promote Pride Month with the publication of an official memorandum on Twitter announcing the Navy’s 2023 pride theme: “Peace, Love, Resolution.”

The nautical military branch was simply following its commander in chief’s directive. The White House has made several announcements promoting and encouraging others to celebrate Pride Month, including by publishing a press release, posting on Twitter, and changing the official White House’s Twitter header to a pride logo.

Other military branches and federal organizations such as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, United States Postal Service, and Department of Veterans Affairs followed the White House’s example and are promoting Pride Month.

Through this list is not exhaustive, here are 21 federal and federally funded organizations that promote Pride Month with taxpayer dollars:

  1. The Smithsonian Museums: The taxpayer-funded museums offer a lineup of LGBTQ events for the month of June, including sexuality talks and “drag story hours” featuring “drag queens” reading books to children.
  2. CIA: The Central Intelligence Agency announced its support for Pride Month with a puzzling theme: “WELCO-ME.” The acronym stands for “Wellness Equity LGBTQ+ Community Openness ME,” according to the Twitter post.
  3. FBI: The bureau announced its support of Pride Month on Twitter by thanking its LGBTQ employees for their service, dedication, and “perspectives.” While the bureau accepts LGBTQ perspectives, it has actively targeted Catholic perspectives.
  4. Department of Labor: This Pride Month, the Department of Labor says that it will “joyfully celebrate” LGBTQ employees by offering “guidance to workforce development on gender identity, gender expression, and sex stereotyping.”
  5. Department of State: On Twitter, the State Department encouraged individuals to view their “LGBTQI+ travel safety page.” It said in a press statement, “We strongly oppose the ‘otherization’ of LGBTQI+ persons to justify authoritarian power grabs and attacks on institutions of democracy globally.”
  6. Department of Education: Rather than focus on increasing the overall math, science, or literary scores of American children, the DOE decided it was more important to create this pride post on Twitter: “Our message to LGBTQI+ students, teachers, and staff as we begin #PrideMonth: ED has got your back.”
  7. Department of Agriculture: The Department of Agriculture connected pride to farming in a Twitter post that showed a poster with the words “2023 Pride Month: Changing the Landscape.”
  8. U.S. Agency for International Development: This federally funded world development organization claims that its “efforts are both from and for the American people.” It released its “first-ever LGBTQI+ Inclusive Development Policy” and is giving money through the organization’s “Rainbow Fund” to missions that “integrate LGBTQI+ considerations into their programming.”
  9. NASA: Johnson Space Center celebrates Pride Month by participating in Houston’s parade and events and by permitting employees to wear LGBTQ attire on Wednesdays during June. It also has various employee LGBTQ-themed socials planned.
  10. USPS: The Postal Service continues to promote Pride Month through LGBTQ-themed stamps. The USPS announced these Pride stamps via a post on Twitter: “We’re proud to continue honoring influential groundbreakers like Harvey Milk, Sally Ride, Isadora Duncan, Ellsworth Kelly, and Emilio Sanchez on our stamps and your envelopes.” The Postal Service also posted on June 8 that it offers special scholarships for LGBTQ individuals.
  11. Veterans Affairs: Under the theme “We All Have a Seat at the Table,” the United States Department of Veterans Affairs is holding its third annual “virtual Pride Month.” This month-long event features online seminars on topics that include “A Legal Guide to LGBTQ Couples,” “Healthcare and Fertility Preservation for Transgender Patients,” and “A Clinical Guide to Gender-Affirming Prosthetics,” to name a few.
  12. Army: Instead of producing its own Twitter post, the Army retweeted Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin’s press release honoring “LGBTQ Service Members.”
  13. Marines: Out of all the military branches, the Marines came the closest to not endorsing Pride Month. The only public support we found was a retweet of the Navy’s Twitter post on participating in the Department of Defense’s 12th annual Pride Month celebration and a public announcement on its website recognizing the service of LGBTQ service members.
  14. Navy: The military branch promoted Pride Month with the publication of an official memorandum on Twitter announcing the Navy’s 2023 pride theme: “Peace, Love, Resolution.” The Navy also participated in the Department of Defense’s 12th annual Pride Month celebration.
  15. Air Force: The Air Force saluted Pride Month in its Twitter pride post. So far, it has hosted two pride events on air bases, one of which included a presentation by LGBTQ officer Lt. Col. Bree Fram during a Pride Month luncheon at Altus Air Force Base.
  16. Space Force: Like most of the other military branches, the Space Force recognized its LGBTQ service members through a pride post on its Twitter account.
  17. Department of Justice: In a news release from “Attorney General Merrick B. Garland in Honor of Pride Month,” the DOJ posted a fact sheet on its work to defend LGBTQ individuals.
  18. Department of Transportation: On Twitter, the DOT published a poster that contained a pride-themed, Black Lives Matter fist logo with the word “pride” on the poster.
  19. Department of Energy: How energy relates to Pride Month is still unknown; nonetheless, the department felt a need to endorse the LGBTQ community by creating a pride-themed logo and posting, “When everyone has a seat at the table, America is at its strongest.”
  20. Homeland Security: Like other organizations, Homeland Security announced its endorsement of Pride Month by posting a video of the department raising the LGBTQ flag at its headquarters.
  21. Library of Congress: The nation’s library sponsored Pride Month by encouraging readers to check out its LGBTQ books. The library is set to host a number of pride events this June; however, The Daily Signal was unable to view them as the webpage was down.

Virtue Signaling Failure: NYPD Trolled Hard by Pride Artist Who Snuck Anti-Cop Acronym Into Logo https://americanconservativemovement.com/virtue-signaling-failure-nypd-trolled-hard-by-pride-artist-who-snuck-anti-cop-acronym-into-logo/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/virtue-signaling-failure-nypd-trolled-hard-by-pride-artist-who-snuck-anti-cop-acronym-into-logo/#respond Sat, 03 Jun 2023 16:57:28 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=193230 Businesses are learning that bowing to the LGBTQIA+ supremacy crowd isn’t in their best interests. Now, it seems like the biggest police department in the nation has learned the same lesson… at least they should have.

The New York Police Department figured June, celebrated by part of the country as “Pride Month,” would be a great time to appeal to the radical leftists that generally hate them. What better way to signal their virtue than to throw up a rainbow NYPD logo with a “Happy Pride Month” message?

But there’s a problem.

As NY Post reported:

The patrol car featured the phrase “PRIDE MONTH” with the phrase “All Colors are Beautiful” underneath.

“Over the years, @GOALny [Gay Officers Action League NY] has demonstrated unwavering commitment to promoting universal acceptance and inclusion for all members of the LGBTQIA+ community,” Sewell’s account wrote Friday. “Their remarkable contributions to this city and the department defines New York’s Finest.”

However, social media users were quick to note that “All Colors are Beautiful” can be abbreviated to ACAB, an anti-cop acronym that stands for ‘All Cops are Bastards.”

“All Cops are Bastards” dates back to at least to the 1940s and most recently came into the nation spotlight during the mass protests that followed the 2020 killing of George Floyd in Minnesota.

The post as of early Saturday had been viewed more than 10 million times on Twitter. It was unclear Saturday who decorated the cruiser and what their intentions were.

Let’s be crystal clear. There is practically zero chance that a previously unused slogan, “All Colors Are Beautiful,” making its debut on a police emblem during Pride Month was an accident. The artist or designer was trolling and the virtue signalers in the NYPD were so busy trying to be woke they didn’t notice they were actually being attacked.

Trying to appease the woke crowd is futile, embarrassing, and always ends badly.

Elon Musk Celebrates First Day of Pride Month by Promising to Lobby Against Child Genital Mutilation https://americanconservativemovement.com/elon-musk-celebrates-first-day-of-pride-month-by-promising-to-lobby-against-child-genital-mutilation/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/elon-musk-celebrates-first-day-of-pride-month-by-promising-to-lobby-against-child-genital-mutilation/#comments Fri, 02 Jun 2023 01:48:00 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=193170 Billionaire Twitter-Tesla-SpaceX owner Elon Musk is a true political enigma. At times he seems to be a full-blown libertarian. At other times he seems as “woke” and leftist as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. He’s all for free speech but actively endorses the Chinese Communist Party’s authoritarianism. He’s worried about artificial intelligence while investing into its advancement.

His perspectives are all over the board, but he gets it very right when it comes to children “transitioning.”

In response to a Tweet about increased suicides among those who have transitioned, he posted:

This is a major problem. I will be actively lobbying to criminalize making severe, irreversible changes to children below the age of consent.

Shame on those who advocate this! It is utterly contemptible.

Normally, when someone says they will be “actively lobbying” it’s a statement without bite. But Musk has the influence to properly lobby for change. He also has the platform, of course.

Adults should be able to do whatever they want to do with their bodies as long as it doesn’t affect another person. Children should not enjoy such rights because they lack the maturity to understand the permanent impact of their decisions.

An Entire Month That Is Going to Show Exactly Where Everybody Stands https://americanconservativemovement.com/an-entire-month-that-is-going-to-show-exactly-where-everybody-stands/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/an-entire-month-that-is-going-to-show-exactly-where-everybody-stands/#comments Thu, 01 Jun 2023 09:28:02 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=193144 You have probably noticed that cultural issues are bitterly dividing our nation right now.  Bud Light, Target and other companies that have taken controversial stands on cultural issues have been dominating the headlines for weeks, and now the month of June is here.

An entire month is set aside to celebrate “Pride”, and you can’t escape it even if you wanted to do so.  Rainbow colors will constantly remind us of what we are all supposed to be celebrating, and there will be gatherings and parades in cities from coast to coast.

Today, Pride Month has become one of the most prominent holidays in the United States, but it actually hasn’t been around that long.  In fact, the very first time it was officially recognized by the White House was in 1999

June is Pride Month, commemorating the Stonewall uprising, which began on June 28, 1969. Though the first Gay Pride Liberation March took place in Manhattan in 1970 to commemorate the one-year anniversary of Stonewall, it took 30 years for Pride Month to become official, in a 1999 proclamation from former President Bill Clinton.

I was stunned when I read that, because it seems like Pride Month has been around forever.

And this June it will be celebrated in virtually every single nation on the entire planet.

For the next 30 days, it won’t be too difficult to distinguish those that support “Pride” from those that don’t support “Pride”.

People will be letting us know what they believe by what they wear, what flags they fly, what celebrations they attend, what they put on their social media profiles, and by the opinions that they share with others.

Needless to say, the Biden administration has very strong feelings about the month of June.  The following comes from the proclamation that the White House just released to commemorate Pride Month

In June 1969, a courageous group of Americans rose up to protest the violence and marginalization they faced in what became known as the Stonewall Uprising. Police had raided the Stonewall Inn — a gay bar located in New York City — and for the next six days they clashed with LGBTQI+ protestors, who bravely stood their ground. Their courage sparked a civil rights movement for the liberation of the LGBTQI+ community and changed our Nation forever.

During Pride Month, we honor a movement that has grown stronger, more vibrant, and more inclusive with every passing year. Pride is a celebration of generations of LGBTQI+ people, who have fought bravely to live openly and authentically. And it is a reminder that we still have generational work to do to ensure that everyone enjoys the full promise of equity, dignity, protection, and freedom.

Of course this comes at a time when LGBTQI+ issues are already creating a firestorm of controversy.

In recent weeks, conservatives all over the U.S. have been boycotting Bud Light after the company partnered with transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney to celebrate “365 days of girlhood”.

As a result of the boycott, Bud Light’s sales have absolutely plummeted

The sales volume of Bud Light dropped 29.5% in the week ending May 20 as compared to the same period last year, according to data provided to Newsweek by Bump Williams Consulting and Nielsen IQ.

But instead of reversing course, Bud Light has decided to double down

Bud Light announced Tuesday that it is donating $200,000 to the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce in support of its Communities of Color Initiative, as the company continues to struggle in the wake of the Dylan Mulvaney scandal.

The once most-popular beer brand in America continues to hemorrhage market value in the wake of its April partnership with trans Dylan Mulvaney.

Millions of conservatives are also boycotting Target, and this has caused the stock price of the company to fall precipitously

Target shares dropped again on Wednesday as the retail juggernaut continues to suffer after LGBTQ Pride products outraged some customers across the nation.

Target shares dropped another 2.14%, marking the ninth straight decline, as tracked by Dow Jones Market Data Group.

Since widespread backlash over Pride merchandise polarized the nation, Target’s market value has fallen over $13 billion to $60.44 billion as of Wednesday’s closing price. The company’s market value was over $74 billion earlier this month.

Of course it isn’t just big corporations that are causing controversy.

This week, a wildly popular Christian television show called “The Chosen” came under fire after it was revealed that they had a “pride flag” openly displayed on set

The popular TV show “The Chosen” defended having a pride flag on set after facing criticism on social media, according to its Twitter posts on Tuesday.

Jon Root, a Christian conservative commentator and Turning Point USA contributor, tweeted out screenshots Monday of a behind-the-scenes YouTube video showing a pride flag on the set of the TV show, which portrays the life of Jesus and his ministry, and asked why the pride flag was there. The Chosen Twitter account replied to Root Tuesday, saying that “we will work with anyone on our show.”

The “pride flag” was created in 1978, and so it is less than 50 years old.

But this June it will be displayed far more prominently in the U.S. than the American flag.

And it will be flown at the White House and at U.S. government buildings and embassies all over the world.

Never in our history have we flown another flag, and it should deeply alarm all of us that this “symbol of defiance” will be proudly displayed by thousands upon thousands of institutions from coast to coast.

Unfortunately, most of those that are flying this flag never even give much thought to who they are defying.

As I have repeatedly warned my readers, if we stay on the road that we are currently on there is no future for our nation.

So let us hope that millions of Americans wake up and realize what is truly going on, because time is quickly running out.

Alaska Airlines Joins Woke Indoctrination Trend With Flights Rife With “Pride” Propaganda https://americanconservativemovement.com/alaska-airlines-joins-woke-indoctrination-trend-with-flights-rife-with-pride-propaganda/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/alaska-airlines-joins-woke-indoctrination-trend-with-flights-rife-with-pride-propaganda/#respond Sat, 18 Jun 2022 20:07:22 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=173572 As I noted in the beginning of June, this year’s “Pride Month” has been far worse than any in the past. The trend toward corporate indoctrination in which products and services are immersed with LGBTQIA+ propaganda has hit maximum volume… at least I hope. If the brainwashing efforts get any louder, everything will look like a rainbow.

Alaska Airlines is the latest company to go all-in on woke indoctrination. Their four “Delight Flights” are completely themed with “Pride” Propaganda. Those who do not want to be surrounded by rainbows, served drinks in rainbow cups, or get greeted by LGBTQIA+ messaging throughout are out of luck.

Imagine if a flight had a Christian theme to it. The ACLU would sue. Corporate media would be up in arms. Leftist protesters would be burning down terminals. Only “woke” themes are allowed in modern-day America without repercussions.

Their Facebook post on the topic is loaded with complaints from both sides of the woke/unwoke aisle. Oddly, the post cannot be embed, which means Alaska Airlines doesn’t want media to be posting about this.

According to their website:

Each month, we’re treating Alaska guests like Deb to a special Delight Flight to elevate, celebrate and spark joy in the skies, including free flights to anywhere Alaska flies, swag and more!

This month, to commemorate Pride month, Alaska surprised not one—but four lucky flights on a newly decorated Pride-inspired plane supporting the LGBTQ+ community. The plane, the first of its kind in the United States, will fly throughout our network for the next year.

In a post-truth society, it’s easy for evil to be seen as good and good to be seen as evil. That’s the purpose of this type of unavoidable, immersive indoctrination. You’ll celebrate “pride” whether you’re in the LGBTQIA+ community or not.
