Prophecy expert Jeff Kinley, author of “God’s Grand Finale” and the coming book, “The End of the World According to Jesus of Nazareth,” weighed in on these dynamics, offering an explainer about what the Bible actually says — and why it matters. “Jesus and Matthew 24 list a ton of signs that will precursor [Christ’s] Second Coming, and it basically mirrors the Book of Revelation — the first half of Revelation,” Kinley said. “And in those signs you have … things like wars, you have rumors of wars, you have famines … earthquakes, and then Jesus said, ‘All these things are merely the beginnings of birth pangs.'”

The author went on to say he believes Christ is talking about the Tribulation period, a time during the end of days some Christians believe will be characterized by God’s judgment. As far as what’s happening in the world today, Kinley believes its a “ramping up to Revelation.” “It’s like when you’re watching a baseball game or a football game,” he said. “You’re watching the quarterback, you’re watching the pitcher, you’re watching where the ball is, essentially.”

Kinley continued, “Well, where the ball is prophetically is Israel, and, so, if you want to know really kind of put your finger on the pulse of what’s going on prophetically, you need to look at Israel.” Anyone looking at Israel right now can see the nation is locked in a great battle against Hamas, Hezbollah, and, more broadly, Iran. Kinley said focusing on this dispute — and region — is essential if Christians want to truly understand what’s happening.

“All eyes should be on Israel, because the Bible says that God is going to bring … the global narrative in the end times back to Israel, back to Jerusalem,” he said. “And all the things that are taking place were prophesied — these foreshadows were prophesied many thousands of years ago.” Kinley said the Bible predicts that nations will come against Israel in the last days, and pondered whether what’s unfolding right now is the “preseason to the actual events that Christ and others” predicted would one day take form.

The scenario that I just described is exactly what we see in the Book of Revelation.

In Revelation chapter 6, the black horse of famine immediately follows the red horse of war…

4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.

6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

Right now, we are literally teetering on the brink of such a disaster.

According to the UN’s World Food Program, we are dealing with “a hunger crisis of unprecedented proportions” right now…

Conflict, economic shocks, climate change and soaring prices for food and fertilizer are all combining in a perfect storm to create a hunger crisis of unprecedented proportions. Right now, in some of the hungriest places around the world, there just isn’t enough food to feed the population.

They are not talking about a “perfect storm” that is coming someday.

They are talking about a “perfect storm” that is already here.

Last year, more than 3 billion people could not afford to eat a healthy diet…

Worldwide, more than 3.1 billion people could not afford a healthy diet, according to the report. That’s 42% of the world’s population, and a significant increase over pre-COVID levels.

Why aren’t we hearing more about this?

Just because our families aren’t facing severe hunger yet does not mean that we shouldn’t be paying attention.

According to an article that was posted by the New York Times, the number of countries that are “at risk of famine” just continues to grow…

The list of countries at risk of famine now includes Afghanistan, Syria and Mali. Humanitarian observers also worry that North Korea may be nearing a famine.

That same New York Times article pointed out that things are particularly dire in eastern Africa…

About 90 million people are facing severe hunger in Ethiopia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan and Yemen. These countries, unfortunately, have their own histories of severe food shortages, but the world has never witnessed all of these countries descending toward mass starvation at the same time.

I am not the one that used the term “mass starvation” to describe what is happening in eastern Africa.

This is the New York Times that we are talking about.

Even they are admitting that this crisis has started to spiral out of control.

Here in the United States, there is still enough food to go around, but supplies of food have been getting tighter.

According to the Farm Bureau, the U.S. actually lost more than 140,000 farms during one recent five year period…

Between 2017 and 2022, the number of farms in the U.S. declined by 141,733 or 7%, according to USDA’s 2022 Census of Agriculture, released on Feb. 13. Acres operated by farm operations during the same timeframe declined by 20.1 million (2.2%), a loss equivalent to an area about the size of Maine.

And the size of the U.S. cattle herd is now the smallest that it has been in 73 years…

Not many ranchers active today will remember the last time the U.S. cattle industry was this small. On January 1, 2024, the All Cattle and Calves inventory was 87.15 million head, the smallest total inventory since 1951. The All Cattle and Calves inventory is 1.9 percent smaller year over year and is the fifth consecutive year of declining cattle inventories, a total decrease of 7.65 million head or 8.1 percent since the most recent peak in 2019. The 2023 calf crop was 33.6 million head, down 2.5 percent year over year and the smallest calf crop since 2014.

Meanwhile, the bird flu continues to spread all over the country, and this has pushed up egg prices dramatically in recent months…

Data from the United States Department of Agriculture shows that Grade A egg prices per dozen jumped 40% from $2.13 to $3 between November and February.

Of course just about everything has been getting a lot more expensive since Joe Biden entered the White House.

Here are some more examples…

Boneless chicken breast has increased in price 26%, from $3.26 per pound in January 2021 to $4.11 per pound in February 2024.

White bread per pound is 30% more expensive, up to $2.01 per pound in February vs. $1.55 per pound in January 2021.

And white sugar has increased cost per pound from $0.68 to $0.98 in the last three years, a 44% increase.

I always warned my readers that the way that the global food crisis would initially manifest itself in the United States would be through much higher food prices.

And now I believe we are reaching a tipping point for certain commodities.

Just look at what is happening to cocoa prices.  They just continue to shoot up at an exponential rate…

May ICE NY cocoa (CCK24) today is up +381 (+5.42%), and May ICE London cocoa #7 (CAK24) is up +377 (+6.55%).

The May NY and London cocoa futures contracts today both rallied sharply to new contract highs on continued concern about tight cocoa supplies from West Africa.

Lower cocoa production in the Ivory Coast, the world’s largest producer, is a major bullish factor for cocoa prices. Monday’s government data showed Ivory Coast farmers shipped 1.22 MMT of cocoa to ports from October 1 to March 10, down -29% from the same time last year. The Ivory Coast cocoa regulator said last Thursday it expects the Ivory Coast mid-crop, which officially starts in April and is the smaller of two annual harvests, to fall -33% to 400,000 MT from 600,000 MT last year. Trader Ecom Agroindustrial projects Ivory Coast 2023/24 cocoa production, which ends in September, will fall -21.5% y/y to an 8-year low of 1.75 MMT.

I know that I have said it before, but I will say it again.

If you love chocolate, stock up now while you still can.

The same thing could be said for many other food items as well.

During a recent interview with Fox News, prepping expert James Nelson explained that most Americans are woefully unprepared for any sort of a major supply chain disruption…

Nelson calculated that if a freezer goes out, people will only have that food for three days. If the power goes out, Americans are now reduced to five days of food in their homes. A local suburban or urban area will also have about two weeks of food and has generators if the power goes out, but when people are dependent on storefronts, they will quickly be emptied out.

“In the event of even a temporary supply chain collapse, most homes are within two weeks of being entirely dependent on handouts from a government entity or non-government organization,” Nelson said.

“Anybody who doesn’t have 3 to 6 months of basic staples and food within your home, and the ability to grow a garden. Then what’s your plan? I mean, these are not weird concepts to talk about,” he added.

He is right.

Our world is rapidly approaching a time of unparalleled chaos, and most of the population is completely and utterly unprepared for it.

If you plan to get prepared, now is the time.

Because it appears that the black horse of famine is getting ready to ride, and it won’t be too long before it finally gets released.

I don’t know if there really is any correlation between Islam in general or certain Muslim nations in particular to the end times prophecies from the Bible. I am going to share something with you that social media is really buzzing about right now.  If you go to Revelation chapter 6, you will find that the colors of the horses that the four horsemen of the apocalypse are riding are white, red, black and “pale”.  But the ancient Greek word that is translated as “pale” in Revelation 6:8 is more commonly translated as “green”.  In fact, the other three times that “khlōros” is found in the New Testament it is translated as “green” in the King James Version.  So if the most accurate translation of “khlōros” in Revelation 6:8 is “green”, that would give us horses that are white, red, black and “green”, and it turns out that those are the exact same four colors that we find on the Palestinian flag.

Of course I do not believe that Revelation chapter 6 is talking about the Palestinians. But I do think that this is a really weird “coincidence”.

And it has also been pointed out that these four colors are used on flags throughout the entire Islamic world.

That is pretty amazing.

And it really does appear that an apocalyptic war is about to fully erupt in the Middle East.

Even though they claim that they want a ceasefire, on Tuesday afternoon Hamas terrorists launched another “massive rocket barrage” at cities all over Israel…

Hamas launched a massive rocket barrage on Tuesday afternoon, injuring at least five Israelis, emergency services said.

Israelis were wounded in separate incidents in Holon, Tel Aviv, Kfar Saba, Be’er Yaakov, and Yavne while the barrage sent more than one million running for cover. All of the wounded were said to be lightly injured.

And a team of Hamas scuba divers was intercepted as they were trying to sneak into Israeli territory…

Hamas scuba divers attempting to sneak into Israel have been killed, according to the Israel Defense Forces.

The news comes as the group launched a massive rocket attack from the Gaza Strip.

The IDF did not say how many divers were attempting to come ashore but local media reported that at least four terrorists were killed.

They just won’t stop, and that is why the Israelis have no choice but to go in and take them out.

It is being reported that the IDF has been dropping more leaflets warning Palestinian civilians to flee from the war zone while they still can…

The Israeli military has told Palestinian civilians living in north Gaza that if they don’t evacuate to the south, they will be considered “an accomplice in a terrorist organization.”

The warning was made in threatening leaflets dropped by Israeli drones over the weekend. “Urgent warning, to residents of Gaza. Your presence north of Wadi Gaza puts your life in danger. Whoever chooses not to leave north Gaza to the south of Wadi Gaza might be identified as an accomplice in a terrorist organization,” the leaflets said, according to Reuters.

This would seem to indicate that a full-blown invasion is very close. But it hasn’t happened yet.

The Biden administration has been pressuring Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for more time for hostage negotiations, and a handful of hostages have been released.

Of course Hamas would be happy to keep releasing two hostages every few days for the next year if that would delay a full-blown invasion by the Israelis.

But Netanyahu is not going to be able to delay this invasion indefinitely, because military officials and members of his own coalition are becoming quite impatient with him…

Netanyahu has drawn the ire of Israel’s military chiefs by delaying the invasion of Gaza to eliminate Hamas, with western allies in the EU pushing for a ceasefire.

Israel’s Prime Minister clashed with leading figures in the country’s defence forces over his decision to delay the incursion, which his military chiefs are said to be eager to start, the Telegraph reports.

Meanwhile some members states within the European Union have pushed for a ceasefire in the war between Israel and terror group Hamas in order to deliver more humanitarian aid to Palestinian civilians in the besieged Gaza Strip.

For now, the IDF has been relentlessly pummeling the Gaza Strip in anticipation of the coming invasion.

It is being reported that the Israelis conducted a total of 400 airstrikes on Tuesday alone…

Israel said Tuesday it had launched 400 airstrikes over the past day, killing Hamas commanders, hitting militants as they were preparing to launch rockets into Israel and striking command centers and a Hamas tunnel shaft. Israel reported 320 strikes the day before.

But airstrikes will never be enough to eliminate the threat of Hamas.

In order to do that, Israeli troops must go into Gaza and dig the terrorists out of their tunnels. And that is precisely what the Israeli population is demanding.

It would be difficult to overstate the rage that the Israeli population is feeling right now.  If similar atrocities had been committed in this country, the American people would be feeling the same way.

Israeli government spokesman Eylon Levy says that he will never forget the video footage of the atrocities that he has personally viewed…

‘Seared in my mind are the bodies. Burned bodies, beheaded bodies mangled, bloodied remains of bodies. Bodies in open fields, bodies in blood covered bedrooms, bodies dragged out of cars, bodies lining the side of the road, bodies in body bags bodies in rows upon rows of body bags – so many that Zaka rescue teams went through four years of equipment in three days,’ he said.

He went on to describe the bodies of infants burned ‘to a crisp’, so badly that he thought they were ‘lumps of coal’.

‘Babies’ bodies. We see the body of a baby shot in the head. Burned bodies of babies. I mean burned to a crisp. Burned babies plural.

‘I mean so badly burned that I had to ask the video to be stopped so that it could be explained to me that the piece of coal on the screen was the burnt corpse of an Israeli baby,’ he says.

There is no going back to the way that things were before.

The IDF will be going into Gaza, and the goal will be to completely and utterly destroy Hamas.

In response, Hezbollah and other Iranians proxies will enter the fight, and then we will see the apocalyptic war in the Middle East that I have been warning my readers about.

We really are living in a time of “wars and rumors of wars”, and the death and destruction that this war will cause will greatly shock the entire world.

“I know you weren’t the one who got Penny in trouble,” he said. “When I’m wrong I say I’m wrong.”

Okay, so it’s not much of a line. It’s not like something in Casablanca or either of the first two Godfather movies. But it really stuck with me even though I didn’t care for the movie itself. The lesson I learned over three decades ago was that it’s more impactful to acknowledge being wrong than to bloviate apologetically.

I was wrong about prepping. For years, decades even, I would make fun of the “doomsday prepper” friends I had. By my ignorant reckoning, we were in the United States of America, a land that could never fall in my lifetime. I thought it was prudent to be prepared for a natural disaster or power outage, but my friends with years worth of food stockpiled seemed to be engaged in preparedness overkill.

Today, I’m not completely happy with the year’s worth of food I currently have stored away. It’s not enough when I consider the direction the nation and the world are heading. Whether one believes we are nearing the Biblical end times when the “unmarked” will not be able to buy or sell, or if one takes the secular belief in the New World Order and their depopulation/control agenda, it certainly seems like were years or even months away from having to make hard choices.

Those two scenarios are not mutually exclusive. Some would say the New World Order is doing their thing as representatives of the Beast from the Book of Revelation, paving the way for his short-term rule.

One of the biggest choices millions of Americans will have to make is whether to become beholden to our rising overlords in government and industry or to let our families starve. They’re rapidly taking full control of the food supply and the infrastructure to deliver it to the people. It’s not far-fetched to imagine a near-future American society in which only the compliant are allowed to get decent food. The rest of us will be left with dregs or nothing at all.

I hope I’m wrong. I often pray that I’m wrong. But I’d much rather be prepared and find out I was overreacting than to not be prepared and find out I didn’t do enough while I still could. This is why I’m not satisfied with a year’s worth of food for my family. If the things that seem to be coming to pass continue, then only those who have sustained food supplies will be able to avoid choosing whether to bow or die.

There’s always a thin line between fearmongering and ringing the proper alarm bells. In our current situation, I do not believe I am being a fearmonger because the writing is on the wall.

• They are trying to limit our meat consumption, particularly beef, and they’ve openly declared that they will do what’s necessary to stop cows from releasing methane for the sake of climate change.
• Food processing plants continue to come under attack. The first three or four may have seemed like coincidences, but we’ve now had dozens in the last year alone.
• Bird flu is spreading like never in history. Entire cattle herds are inexplicably dying. Fisheries are getting mysteriously contaminated. Crops are yielding far less than necessary. Again, these are not coincidences.
• Inflation is quickly pricing us out of being able to buy what we could before. I believe this is an attempt to normalize scarcity.

That’s just a sampling of the many attacks on our food supply and distribution capabilities. All the while, corporate media refuses to report on any of it. So no, I do not think I’m being a fearmonger when I tell people to get prepared as soon as possible. When things start turning much worse, there will be runs on grocery stores. Crime will explode. We could see marauding gangs of scavengers, martial law, or complete societal collapse.

There are many things we need to do to prepare, but covering the basics of food, water, medicines, shelter, and ammunition are at the top of the list. I’ll cover all of them at some point, but I want to start with food.

Now is the time to stockpile. First and foremost, fill up your cupboards, pantry, and freezers with food that can last for a while. Canned goods can last for years. Frozen meats can last for 12-18 months. It’s important to get a good variety of foods that you and your family can eat today and tomorrow. Get them into a rotation so you can avoid spoilage and keep it as full as possible.

Today, the average American household has enough food on hand for two weeks. Depending on space and finances, try to get your regular food stores extended to as long as possible.

Once you’re fully stocked with regular food, it’s time to look at long-term and renewable foods. The best advice to give to those with the means is to allow yourself to produce your own foods. Not everyone has the means or the situation that’s conducive to it, but those who can should have a full garden or even a mini-farm. Chickens can turn land into protein in the form of eggs. If you can raise cattle for milk, that’s even better. I don’t know if 1% or 10% of my audience has the means to engage in such a lifestyle, but if you can do it then I strongly recommend it.

Then, there’s food storage. Canning and freeze-drying are my personal favorites because of retention of nutrients, but dehydrating food is cheaper. One of our sponsors is Harvest Right. Between my home and my company we’ve purchased 22 freeze dryers from them and we couldn’t be happier.

Last but not least, there’s long-term food storage purchases. Freeze-dried food that is stored in mylar bags, #10 cans, or food buckets are the play for those serious about survival. Those with enough money and space to store them can accumulate a quarter century worth of food, and some say the food can last even longer. Some of it’s expensive. Some of it’s cheap, like the staples of rice and beans. As long as you have access to water, you can survive on these foods for a very long time. I have five sponsors (well, four sponsors and a company that I own) for people to peruse if they choose.

I hope that by plugging my company into the mix rather than focusing on Whole Cows alone, readers will take that as an indicator of my intentions. I truly want as many people to be as prepared as possible. I could focus on the beef from my own company for selfish reasons, but I know that we’ll all need more than just freeze-dried beef for the long-term.

It isn’t just a sense of fellowship that drives me to want as many people as possible to prepare now. It’s self-serving in a way because I know we’ll need allies. It behooves the prepared for there to be others around us who are also prepared. Those who are not prepared and forced to make the hard choices ahead will not be our allies. The fewer Americans that are beholden to the powers-that-be for their survival, the better.

Despite all of my warnings, I want to be very clear about one thing. Proceed without fear. God’s plan is wonderful even if most of us won’t understand why we’re suffering. Most of us will likely go through massive hardships and struggles in the near future, but Bible-believing Christians know how the story ends. Whether these are the end times or just an echo of a distant apocalypse, it seems almost certain that our struggles are just beginning. Don’t let fear drive your preparedness. Get prepared because it’s your responsibility to persevere.

As Jesus instructed the church of Thyatira, “hold fast till I come.”

I simply do not understand why our leaders are not taking Russian threats more seriously.

The Russians warned that they would take military action in Ukraine if an agreement to avoid war could not be reached, and that is precisely what happened.

And now the Russians are repeatedly threatening us with nuclear war.  In fact, Dmitry Medvedev just warned that if the U.S. does not back down our “land will be on fire and the concrete will melt”…

If the West continues its “unrestrained pumping of the Kiev regime with the most dangerous types of weapons,” Russia’s military campaign will move to the next level, where “visible boundaries and potential predictability of actions by the parties to the conflict” will be erased and the conflict will take on a life of its own, as wars always do, Medvedev argued.

“And then the Western nations will not be able to sit in their clean homes, laughing at how they carefully weaken Russia by proxy. Everything will be on fire around them. Their people will harvest their grief in full. The land will be on fire and the concrete will melt,” Medvedev wrote, before citing a Bible verse from Revelations 9:18.

In case you are wondering, this is what Revelation 9:18 says…

A third of mankind was killed by these three plagues—by the fire and by the smoke and by the brimstone, which came out of their mouths.

Medvedev also addressed the fact that U.S. politicians don’t seem to be taking Russian threats very seriously…

“Yet still the narrow-minded politicians and their stupid think tanks, thoughtfully twirling a glass of wine in their hands, talk about how they can deal with us without entering into a direct war. Dull idiots with a classical education,” Medvedev wrote.

When I read that statement, I immediately thought of National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.

He is one of the chief warmongers in the Biden administration, but most Americans don’t even know who he is.

Personally, I am shocked that someone like Sullivan can even get a job in Washington, but at this point he is one of the key architects of our foreign policy.  There are times when Sullivan makes John Bolton look like a radical anti-war peace activist in comparison, and Biden considers his advice to be highly valuable.

That is quite frightening, because if Sullivan has his way we are likely to end up in a nuclear war with Russia. At this point, the Russians do not believe that they are fighting a war with just Ukraine.

All over Russian television, there is talk about the vast numbers of “British and American soldiers” that are now on the front lines of the conflict…

Watching Russia’s channels over the last 24 hours reveals two trends. The first is that talk of “Ukrainian Nazis” has decreased — instead it’s now about “shared past and history” of two nations. Second, they simply cannot accept they’re losing to Ukrainians; instead, they talk about fighting a huge force of British and American soldiers, or as they often call them: “Anglo-Saxons”.

Officially, the U.S. and UK governments have not sent any troops to Ukraine.

But somehow tens of thousands of highly trained U.S. and British fighters are now involved.

Many of them are uploading videos of their exploits to social media, and this is something that even the Daily Mail is admitting…

In a compilation of footage uploaded to social media, soldiers with British accents can be heard speaking to one another while wearing blue armbands to identify themselves as Ukrainian forces.

One clip appears to show soldiers moving ‘POWs’ through a compound, while others show soldiers hurling grenades, running to take cover, and climbing through windows.

Whether these troops were officially sent by the U.S. and UK governments doesn’t really matter.

What matters is that the Russians now believe that they are fighting troops from NATO countries that have been armed with NATO equipment.

If the Russians perceive that this is the big showdown with NATO, they may decide that it is better to go for the jugular sooner rather than later. Because the side that strikes first has the best chance of surviving a nuclear war.

In a scenario in which the Russians decide to strike first, they would move large numbers of their super silent “black hole” submarines into position just off our coastlines. This is something that I have warned my readers about over and over again.

These submarines would simultaneously launch their nukes, and within just a couple of minutes a host of key strategic targets would be destroyed all over the country.

Our missile silos and our air bases would be among those strategic targets, but once his advisers finally got him out of bed the president would inevitably order a strike of our own. Unfortunately, Minuteman III missiles that went into service in the 1970s still form the backbone of our strategic nuclear arsenal, and Russia has the most advanced anti-missile systems on the entire planet.

The Russian S-400, A-135 and S-500 anti-missile systems would likely intercept much of what we throw at them, but inevitably some targets would be hit. But overall, the Russians would hurt us a whole lot more than we hurt them, and they know this. So why won’t we take the threats that they are making more seriously?

Of course there are ultimately no “winners” in a nuclear war, and that is what western leaders are banking on. As I have discussed previously, studies have determined that only about 20 percent of the U.S. population would die immediately if there was a full-blown nuclear exchange with Russia. But the ensuing nuclear winter caused by such a conflict would result in billions of people starving to death worldwide.

So I am pleading with leaders on both sides of this war to find a peaceful way out of this mess while they still can.

Unfortunately, both sides have become absolutely obsessed with “winning” the conflict in Ukraine, and it appears that it is just a matter of time before it goes nuclear.
