Revolution – American Conservative Movement https://americanconservativemovement.com American exceptionalism isn't dead. It just needs to be embraced. If you were to ask a collection of random people what governments do, you would hear a multitude of answers: they make and enforce laws, collect taxes, regulate industry, police citizens, and mobilize militaries.  In actuality, what governments do, first and foremost, is prevent citizens from ever understanding the above paragraph.  Their first order of business is to convince the vast majority of people not in positions of authority to obey the cumulative will of the small minority in charge of the government.  For most of human history, this magic act, in which so few control so many, has been accomplished through intimidation, violence, and other forms of coercion.

“Nothing is so certain as death and taxes,” the old proverb goes, but it might just as accurately be said of almost all governments throughout history that those in charge will extract from those under their thumb either death or taxes — and often both.  Force is the only language most governments know, although that force is often disguised as being performed for the people’s “own good.”  As it turns out, force is generally sufficient for corralling humans into their government-controlled pens, especially if there are carrots or other treats inside to keep them content, if not particularly happy.  When those pens have nothing attractive to offer and become overrun with filth, however, then those doing the corralling must resort to more and more force in order to make their captives obey.

The rejection of this coercive paradigm formed the intellectual backbone of American independence.  Aside from some notable Greek city-states and a few mostly forgotten tribes, America’s Enlightenment experiment in self-determination set itself apart from all other past forms of governance precisely because its guiding principles sought to level the playing field between the governing and governed and replace the confines of the government’s animal pen with a shared freedom to roam.  “We the people,” the U.S. Constitution begins, before articulating common ideals uniting all Americans, including a determination to “secure the blessings of liberty” for “ourselves and our posterity.”  The people, as the architects of the American system of government, alone control the limits of their liberty and perpetually hold the keys to any artificial pen constricting their free will.

Now, depending upon your level of cynicism, this revolutionary articulation of human self-government either never truly succeeded or has achieved periods of relative success while enduring its share of failures, as all human institutions invariably do.  Putting America’s scorecard to the side, however, by far its most powerful contribution to human liberty has been the passing down from one generation to the next both a shared understanding of what freedom means and a shared commitment to pursuing American freedom doggedly, however incomplete.

America’s civic bonds have prevailed through challenging times by sustaining a common determination to preserve individual rights and to protect those rights from the treacherous dilutions of government decree.  The inviolable sanctity of the individual — the acknowledgment that each human has special worth that cannot be indiscriminately erased for some utopian and misguided “greater good” — provides the foundations for American equality.

In America, no person’s life, liberty, or property can be said to be more important than any other’s.  This has been the shared truth, even when Americans have failed to live up to the standard, keeping the people in charge of their own pen and government force in check, if not at bay.  Although President Truman will always be remembered for embracing the notion that “the buck stops here,” ultimately, the buck stops at all times with the American people.  They are, as William Ernest Henley would attest, alone the masters of their fates and the captains of their souls.  That’s the American way.

It is not the American way, however, for citizens to live higgledy-piggledy under the ambiguous reign of one government dictate to the next.  It is not American for an unelected bureaucracy to create rules out of thin air and enforce them upon the people through agency prerogative and regulation.  It is not American for presidents to legislate through executive order.

It is not American for congresses to conduct show trials against American citizens or to demand that tech companies censor points of view.  It is not American for courts to scribble over the Constitution whenever expedient.  It is not American for the Department of (in)Justice to persecute citizens for their political beliefs or for the FBI to act as a lethal enforcer against the regime’s political enemies.

It is not American for there to be so many criminal statutes that no American could possibly know them all, let alone confidently act without fear of sanction.  It is not American for there to be so many government agencies and divisions that no American could capably draw a diagram listing their roles and functions.

It is not American for the government to champion its secular religion over the moral tenets of Americans’ spiritual faiths.  It is not American for the government to ignore the will of its citizens and subvert immigration law by leaving its borders unprotected and wide open.  It is not American for an amorphous Intelligence Community to spy on American citizens with neither warrant nor probable cause.  It is not American for the news media to be so co-opted by the State that they almost universally support the government’s talking points — no matter how ludicrous and unsupported — while taking aim at dissenting citizens’ debate.

It is not normal for a “government of the people” to regularly denigrate its citizens as racists, extremists, deplorables, terrorists, misogynists, bigots, and rubes.  It is not normal for any government claiming to be “for the people” to declare half the nation “enemies of the State.”

These are the acts of a government committed to using intimidation, violence, and other forms of coercion in order to get its way.  In short, they are everything the American system revolted against when American independence rejected top-down force for equality, individual liberty, unassailable rights, and freedom of thought beyond the reach of the government’s say.

That so many Americans still fail to see how distorted their acting government has become from what their Constitution affords is proof that those who corral humans into pens for a living have done their jobs exceptionally well.  Like too many generations before them, Americans have allowed themselves to be rounded up with a little prodding, some tasty carrots, and reassuring words along the way.  Too many look at the barbed wire surrounding them and assume that life must always be endured behind the government’s enclosure.  Obedience in exchange for the government’s promises of safety, welfare, and happiness has created a narcotic bliss.

What happens, though, if enough Americans decide they are not safe, comfortable, or happy?  What happens when the American government runs out of carrots, and those in cages realize they are surrounded by nothing but filth and decay?  Perhaps then ordinary people will realize what extraordinary power they actually possess.  Perhaps then sleeping Americans will reawaken.  Perhaps the descendants of those who once turned the world upside-down will remember how to reject government tyranny and demand a return to the American way.

A Revolution in the Minds of the People https://americanconservativemovement.com/a-revolution-in-the-minds-of-the-people/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/a-revolution-in-the-minds-of-the-people/#respond Sat, 14 Jan 2023 12:10:07 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=188615 “What do We mean by the Revolution?  The War?  That was no part of the Revolution.  It was only an Effect and Consequence of it.  The Revolution was in the Minds of the People, and this was effected, from 1760 to 1775, in the course of fifteen Years before a drop of blood was drawn at Lexington.”

Those are the words of John Adams from a letter written to Thomas Jefferson in 1815, nearly forty years after the colonies declared their independence.  Having had more than enough time to grapple with the world-shifting events the two revolutionaries helped set in motion and looking back from the vantage point of success in their endeavors, Adams understood that American victory did not belong to the historical giants of their time, but rather emerged from the thoughts and dreams of the common people.

His conclusion is no less true today than it was back then.  Before you can transform any system, you must first liberate the minds trapped within that system.  If that sounds like an impossible task, it is not.  In 1760, the American colonies were not united, and the American colonials were loyal to a far-off king.  Fifteen years later, their revolutionary fervor turned the world upside-down.  Today, Americans are not united, and the American government appears loyal to the World Economic Forum’s king.  Consider where we’ll be fifteen years from now.  Things appear to happen awfully fast for those in power when they insist on burying their heads in quicksand.

I make no bones about it: I have a guttural revulsion to one-world-government types who seek to rule the world by turning domestic populations against themselves.  “Divide and conquer” is the only strategy they know, and oppression disguised as altruism is the only outcome they bring.  They speak obsessively about racism not because they seek racial peace, but rather because the exploitation of such petty, ancient hatreds distracts people from the real problems those with power continue to create.  They preach about “climate change” not because they fear that our planet is coming to an end, but because scaring humanity into handing governments complete control over the use of energy hands governments complete control over humanity as well.  They hyperventilate over COVID variants today not because they seek to save lives, but because they seek to monitor and manipulate every movement of every life from here on out.

Just this week, the World Health Organization is putting the finishing touches on a set of amendments to its International Health Regulations that seek to further weaken American sovereignty and empower bureaucrats in faraway, foreign offices to bully ordinary Americans in the name of “health.”  The Liberty Counsel, a nonprofit dedicated to religious freedom, has done an excellent job going through the forty-six pages of proposed amendments to highlight a few of the most obscene:

  • In Article 1, the WHO is transformed from an advisory body to a governing body whose “standing recommendations” may be legally binding.
  • In Article 3, the agency seeks to remove any formal limitations upon its power formerly requiring it to maintain “respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons,” and instead replaces this language with a Marxist commitment to “principles of equity, inclusivity, [and] coherence.”
  • In Article 13A, the WHO’s director general is empowered to redistribute wealth from advanced nations to poorer nations.
  • In Article 18, the WHO is empowered to mandate treatments, proof of vaccination, contact tracing, and quarantines.
  • Throughout the forty-six pages of proposals, the WHO creates the institutional structure for digital vaccine passports.
  • In Article 45, the WHO is empowered to disclose personal health data.
  • In Annex 1, the WHO is empowered to censor what it determines to be misinformation or disinformation.

At the end of the day, who watches WHO(m)?  Certainly not the American people!  Three years of COVID-1984 insanity put on steroids and made permanent, so that the World Economic Forum’s global cabal can have a new, powerful toy.  What an absolute totalitarian nightmare!  Relax, the kind, international health authorities tell the world’s peasants.  We come in peace.  We need only for you to hand over your dignity, human rights, and freedoms and submit to our system of Marxist socialism, forced medical experimentation, lockdowns, digital tracking, and censorship — and in exchange, we will save your lives!  Scratch that, you have no choice; our directives are now legally binding!  Ha-ha, suckers!  Science!

Tyranny always comes in the form of false benevolence in which those who profess to be doing the most good are actually orchestrating deep and costly harm.  It should be no surprise that totalitarianism today arrives under the guise of medical authority.  When spiritual faith and moral virtue are eliminated from society, scientific “objectivity” becomes the perfect vehicle for spreading tyranny because its priests insist that a higher power of unbiased professionalism guides their actions.

When the “golden rule” is replaced with the cold, diagnostic rule of “just following the science,” great evils are perpetrated against humanity — in the name of humanity — at the behest of self-declared learned men.  Eugenics, genocide, and forced sterilization all had the resolute backing of “science” at one time, and those who insist on forgetting those atrocities while elevating transgender mutilation, abortion on demand, “climate change” population control, and forced experimental COVID injections in their stead only place themselves in a special category of “useful idiot” for future historians to dissect.

While the United Nations and World Health Organization work the science angle to strip Americans of their rights and liberties, Pretend President Biden has joined hands with his communist comrades in arms from Canada and Mexico to release a joint “Declaration of North America,” in which Biden, Trudeau, and López-Obrador make clear that American sovereignty and self-determination will be replaced with a Marxist, bureaucratic super-state.  Echoing the WHO’s newly created mission objectives, North America’s Commie Declaration asserts that government obsessions with diversity, inclusion, equity, climate change, mass migration, and health will forever take precedence over individual liberty, limited government, constitutional safeguards, or the Bill of Rights.  Welcome to the “ruling class’s” progressive vision for Americans’ future, in which a tyranny of self-proclaimed expertise will be used to smother Americans’ freedoms for their “own good.”  It goes without saying that the DNA should be put on DNR ASAP.

Does this make you mad?  Does this get under your skin and put a grimace on your face?  Good.  Cold, righteous anger is what changes the world — not the Machiavellian machinations of the World Economic Forum’s national security surveillance State.  The globalists have bought into their new deterministic religion that quantifies human beings as nothing more than algorithms that can be manipulated at will to do the bidding of the self-identified “ruling elites.”  They see themselves as “gods” and the rest of us as “ones” and “zeroes” who have no free will of our own.  As with all destroyers of humanity who falsely identify as its saviors, they are blinded by ignorance and consumed by hate.  While they seek more and more control over humanity, they are waking up more and more humans who refuse to be controlled.  They are reminding the world that the real battle before us is between “progressivism’s” obsession with death and the human race’s natural inclination to be free.

When George Washington crossed the Delaware River in a surprise attack against Hessian forces on Christmas Day, after all, he didn’t first ask permission from a Deep State or make sure the health bureaucracy said, “okay.”  No Dr. Fauci, WHO, or DNA could have gotten in the general’s way.  What the globalists don’t understand is that in America and throughout the West, the Delaware River lies just ahead.  And once a revolution in the minds of the people begins, they’ll waste no time getting to the other shore.

Will Biden’s Speech Spark a Civil War or a Revolution? https://americanconservativemovement.com/will-bidens-speech-spark-a-civil-war-or-a-revolution/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/will-bidens-speech-spark-a-civil-war-or-a-revolution/#comments Fri, 02 Sep 2022 07:46:28 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=179921

During a televised, prime-time speech Thursday night, Joe Biden declared war on “MAGA Republicans.” He didn’t use the word “war,” but his rhetoric was the most divisive we have ever heard from a U.S. President. He didn’t go after his political opponents as his predecessors often did. Instead, he went after the people who support his biggest political opponent and by doing so declared a de facto civil war.

That’s not hyperbole. Responses from both the left and right have been as one would expect from such a speech. The left, hungry for some semblance of a rallying cry or perceived victory after over a year-and-a-half of massive political failures, viewed this speech as the rallying cry to go after America First patriots. The right, which received the full force of direct insults from our supposed Commander-in-Chief, has been reloaded with righteous indignation. We were attacked and we’re preparing for the attacks to get worse now.

This could be the beginning of the end for the United States of America. That is not hyperbole, either. The globalist elites clearly instructed the White House to unleash dispensable Joe Biden, putting words on a teleprompter that could spark the implosion they desperately want. His handlers were instructed to juice him up, make him sound angry, and give him enough stimulants to keep his energy high throughout.

Their purpose is to begin the controlled demolition of this nation. They are trying to either spark violence from the political right or, more likely, to set the stage for near-future false flag attacks that will be blamed on “MAGA Republicans.” This is the most dangerous example of a Hegelian Dialectic that we’ve ever witnessed in this nation.

We have two choices: Watch it all unfold or launch a revolution. It really comes down to whether there will be a civil war or a revolutionary war, and yes, they are very different. The powers-that-be want civil war. That would pit brother versus brother, left versus right. A revolutionary war would pit the people against a tyrannical government. We want to see the latter but we much prepare for the former.

On today’s episode of The JD Rucker Show, I dove into this topic and defined the difference between the two possible futures for America. Before I get into that in more detail, let’s go through some responses on Twitter by rightly upset America First patriots:

Jesse Kelly: Really doesn’t matter if you can or can’t see it, but this is how every communist dictator in history has talked. Verbatim.

https://twitter.com/JesseKellyDC/status/1565492142675558402

Kari Lake: “We are the UNITED States of America.” Says the most DIVISIVE leader in American history.

Catturd: Joe Biden’s Satanic speech tonight is the biggest backfire I’ve ever seen.

Trish Regan: Biden effectively issued a declaration of WAR against HALF THE COUNTRY tonight. His inflammatory rhetoric was deliberate. He hopes to INCREASE division ahead of elections. It’s disgusting, it’s manipulative…AND it’s dangerous.

Richard Grenell: Joe Biden controls the House, the Senate and the White House (Big tech, the legacy media, the NGOs, the universities and Hollywood) but blames MAGA Republicans for his problems.

https://twitter.com/RichardGrenell/status/1565556721266745344

Jenna Ellis: This speech tonight is grounds for impeachment.

Benny Johnson: Joe Biden called half the country cancer tonight. Treated them like sewer rats. Less than people – “Traitors.” Why? Because they don’t support his political party. Joe did this by yelling like a madman in front of a blood-red militant background. Joe Biden is a fascist.

Lauren Boebert: Never before has a President shown such hatred for his fellow Americans.

Lavern Spicer: Can we get a copy of Biden’s speech in the original German?

https://twitter.com/lavern_spicer/status/1565500514867060736

Christina Pushaw: We are in the American version of the late Brezhnev era. “Led” by a doddering, paranoid, angry fool with aspirations to be a dictator and a sprawling unaccountable bureaucracy all too willing to prop him up.

Liz Wheeler: This is the most divisive, evil speech I’ve ever heard from a POTUS. Does Biden think Republicans will suddenly becomes leftists… because Biden calls them racist, bigots & terrorists? Do you have any idea what it feels like to be falsely accused? This is a wild miscalculation.

Ted Cruz: Tonight, Joe Biden vilified millions of Americans in a divisive & angry speech that was detached from the reality of his political failures. He isn’t actually interested in restoring the soul of the nation, he’s only interested pitting his fellow Americans against one another.

Brandon Straka: This is like watching Hitler speak.

Allie Beth Stuckey: CNN edited the red to hot pink, but I guarantee there will be pieces tomorrow about how conservatives photoshopped the pink to look red.

Civil War or Revolution?

As I’ve said on multiple shows recently, civil war is exactly what the globalist elites want. They need America to be weakened or destroyed in order to realize their goals of fully ushering in The Great Reset across the globe, and they don’t care whether we’re around to be a part in it or not. They just want us out of the way.

Civil war is the easiest way to achieve this. As I’ve said in the recent past, we must avoid civil war at all costs but we cannot dismiss it as a possibility. As smart people of the past have said, “Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.”

In the ideal scenario for the globalist elites, some America First patriots commit acts of domestic terrorism in response to the Mar-a-Lago raid, a future arrest of Donald Trump, or even this divisive speech by Joe Biden. We must not take the bait. Unfortunately, the powers-that-be have rigged the game and will likely initiate a false flag attack to blame on “MAGA Republicans.”

This is why Biden’s speech was so important to them. They NEEDED this speech to set the stage for whatever is next. Now, they have the seeds planted to suspend disbelief. A good chunk of Americans are sheep being led to the slaughter, so they’ll buy the narrative that “MAGA Republicans” are to be blamed. They’ll suspend disbelief and move forward against us. This is why we need to act quickly.

It’s time for a revolution. We have to start acting like our own government is out to get us because they are. It would be impossible for us to win an actual kinetic war against the massive forces arrayed against us which is why our only recourse outside of prayer is to get as actively involved in the information war as possible. We need to spread the word and convince people, left or right, that now is the time to do what most consider to be impossible: Stand against our own powerful government.

It can only be done by the masses. Small pockets of resistance will not lead to a proper revolution. People often get scared by the very word “revolution,” just as they did when a tiny minority of patriots wanted to fight back against the British ahead of the American Revolution. But at this point we have no other choice. They’re going to keep coming after us. They’re going to make things worse and worse until we push back and say enough.

Thankfully, this revolution does not need to be kinetic. We fight through civil disobedience, lawsuits, protests, and ringing the alarm bells as loudly as possible. Everyone must be made to understand that the Biden-Harris regime is not on the side of the American people. Those we reach do not have to be MAGA-hat-wearing Trump supporters, though they’ll obviously be the easiest to convince. Everyone must be talked to and an effort must be made to convince them that the federal government is out to control every American citizen. Those who are compliant with or even giddy about being told what to do by federal tyrants will not be safe. They’ll just be fed to the lions last.

This message is not an easy one to deliver, but we must try. The alternative is to head for the hills, and while that might not be a terrible idea I cannot willingly abandon the masses without trying to preserve the foundation of this nation. It may be futile, but we owe it to those who sacrificed before us to try to keep this nation from imploding.

If the globalists get their way, we’re all doomed. They’ve backed us into a corner. We can either lay down and hope someone does something, or we can do something about it ourselves.
