“We’ll be thinking about it, and we’re working on that right now,” Republican National Committee Chair Michael Whatley told Newsmax in an interview on June 4, when asked whether the Republican Party is preparing for the possibility that the former president can’t attend the convention because he’s behind bars.

The convention, which will take place in Milwaukee from July 15 to July 18, is expected to draw thousands, but President Trump might not be one of them, given his recent felony conviction and the possibility that, on July 11, Justice Juan Merchan will sentence him to prison.

President Trump was recently found guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records to hide nondisclosure payments, supposedly to prevent bad press and sway the 2016 election in his favor. He maintains his innocence and says he’s the victim of a vindictive political prosecution meant to derail his 2024 comeback bid.

Justice Merchan could sentence President Trump to up to four years on each business records falsification count, with a maximum of 20 years.

The former president said in a June 2 interview on Fox News that he could handle being jailed or imprisoned, while calling the people involved in his conviction “sick” and “evil.”

Trump Nominee No Matter What

The former president and his attorneys have vowed to appeal the conviction, with President Trump even calling on the U.S. Supreme Court to step in before the sentencing date and overturn the guilty verdict.

Although a former Manhattan district attorney predicted that President Trump would receive no prison time regardless of any appeals process, GOP officials say they’ll be ready to handle whatever scenario presents itself at the convention.

“We expect that Donald Trump is going to be in Milwaukee and he’s going to be able to accept that nomination,” Mr. Whatley said. “And if not, we will make whatever contingency planning we need to make for it.”

Although Mr. Whatley didn’t provide specifics about the contingency plans, he said the RNC will “certainly” have a plan in place to make sure President Trump receives the nomination no matter what.

“We want to have a show that is going to roll out Donald Trump and his vision for America, which is going to set up this election cycle,” Mr. Whatley said while expressing confidence that President Trump will become the 47th president when the Election Day dust settles in November.

In response to Mr. Whatley’s preparing for the possibility of President Trump virtually addressing the Republican National Convention, Democratic National Committee Rapid Response Director Alex Floyd released the following statement:

“Even before Donald Trump became a convicted felon, his inner circle was already staffed by a roster of convicts and fraudsters brought on board for their loyalty to Trump and his MAGA agenda over the rule of law. Now Trump’s hand-picked RNC chair is openly floating Trump calling into the convention from a jail cell because the Republican Party has become completely beholden to a criminal who is willing to undermine our justice system and our democracy to pursue his agenda of revenge and retribution.”

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who brought the case against President Trump, has not indicated whether he will ask for a prison sentence.

President Trump’s lead attorney, Todd Blanche, said after the guilty verdict was handed down that it’s unlikely President Trump would be sentenced to prison given his age and that he is a first-time offender.

Trump attorney Will Scharf told ABC News on June 2 that the former president will “speedily appeal this unjust verdict.”

“I think this case is replete with reversible error,“ he told the outlet. ”We plan to vigorously defend President Trump’s rights in the appellate courts all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary.”

‘Breaking Point’

President Trump was asked in the June 2 interview on Fox News for his thoughts about a possible punishment, which could include time behind bars.

“I’m OK with it,” the former president replied. “I saw one of my lawyers the other day on television saying, ‘Oh no, you don’t want to do that to the president.’ I said, ‘You don’t beg for anything.’”

The former president also said he thought the American people would be outraged if he were imprisoned.

“I’m not sure the public would stand for it,” President Trump said. “I think it would be tough for the public to take; you know, at a certain point, there’s a breaking point.”

Asked what Trump supporters should do if the former president were imprisoned, RNC co-chair Lara Trump told CNN they would make their voices heard at the ballot box.

“Well, they’re gonna do what they’ve done from the beginning, which is remain calm and protest at the ballot box on November 5,“ she told the outlet. ”There’s nothing to do other than make your voices heard loud and clear and speak out against this.”

While Democrats have taken to referring to President Trump as a “convicted felon” in their political messaging, a recent confidential memo to RNC leadership indicated that the conviction has had no negative effect on President Trump’s popularity among voters in the seven battleground states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

An average of polls by RealClear Polling as of June 4 indicates that President Trump leads President Biden by 3.2 points in all seven swing states.

Matt Gaetz Makes Shocking Endorsement for Next RNC Chair https://americanconservativemovement.com/matt-gaetz-makes-shocking-endorsement-for-next-rnc-chair/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/matt-gaetz-makes-shocking-endorsement-for-next-rnc-chair/#comments Wed, 07 Feb 2024 05:46:04 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=201000 (Discern Report)—Congressman Matt Gaetz is no stranger to controversy. Usually, he’s on the positive side as far as America First patriots are concerned. Occasionally, he goes off the rails and leaves MAGA faithful scratching their heads.

Tuesday night’s endorsement can be classified as the latter.

In a Tweet, Gaetz endorsed former Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy to replace Ronna Romney McDaniel as Chairperson for the Republican National Committee. McDaniel is reportedly stepping down soon.

I fully endorse Kevin McCarthy for RNC Chair. Kevin is well organized and a very high-revenue fundraiser. He will also be well-liked by the RNC Committee.

The RNC Chair doesn’t make any policy decisions, set any agenda, or negotiate against Democrats, ever.

Kevin would be terrific.

Gaetz led the successful charge to force McCarthy to vacate the Chair. His argument for putting McCarthy in charge of the organization responsible for fundraising in a presidential election year is sound on one level as McCarthy is known for extremely successful fundraising. The rest of Gaetz’ endorsement reasoning is wrong.

To say the RNC Chair does not make policy decisions or set agendas is demonstrably inaccurate. The RNC helps pick winners and losers during primary season. They also decide which races to lean on and which to ignore during the general election.

McDaniel famously botched the last Virginia elections. In 2022, the RNC conspicuously left important races in Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Alaska with limited national party support; one can argue that the “Red Tsunami” failed to materialize because the RNC favored Republicans who aligned with moderate policies. These are just some examples of how the RNC Chair sets agendas.

Gaetz is right most of the time but when he’s wrong he’s disastrously wrong. He should declare that his endorsement was satirical and back someone who can actually help the nation instead of working directly for the UniParty Swamp.

RNC Considering Draft Resolution to Declare Trump the Presumptive Nominee https://americanconservativemovement.com/rnc-considering-draft-resolution-to-declare-trump-the-presumptive-nominee/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/rnc-considering-draft-resolution-to-declare-trump-the-presumptive-nominee/#comments Fri, 26 Jan 2024 07:40:56 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=200676 DCNF(DCNF)—The Republican National Committee (RNC) is considering a draft resolution that would declare former President Donald Trump the presumptive nominee of the party for the 2024 presidential election, according to The Dispatch.

Trump is the leading candidate for the Republican presidential nomination and recently won the first two primary contests in Iowa and New Hampshire. Due to the large margin of his victory in those contests, as well as his significant lead in advanced polling in future contests ahead of his primary opponent, several members of the RNC are considering passing a resolution to declare him the presumptive nominee of the party, thereby enabling the party infrastructure to support his candidacy, according to The Dispatch.

“RESOLVED that the Republican National Committee hereby declares President Trump as our presumptive 2024 nominee for the office of President of the United States and from this moment forward moves into full general election mode welcoming supporters of all candidates as valued members of Team Trump 2024,” reads the resolution, a copy of which was obtained by The Dispatch.

The resolution is reportedly being proposed by David Bossie, an RNC Committeeman representing Maryland who recently endorsed Trump’s 2024 candidacy and served as his 2016 deputy campaign manager. The RNC will convene for its winter meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada from Jan. 30 to Feb. 4, where the resolution may be discussed.

Trump’s primary opponent is former Republican Gov. Nikki Haley of South Carolina, whose campaign dismissed the significance of the measure.

“Who cares what the RNC says? We’ll let millions of Republican voters across the country decide who should be our party’s nominee, not a bunch of Washington insiders,” said Olivia Perez-Cubas, a spokesperson for Haley, in a statement reported by The Dispatch. “If Ronna McDaniel wants to be helpful she can organize a debate in South Carolina, unless she’s also worried that Trump can’t handle being on the stage for 90 minutes with Nikki Haley.”

Were Trump to be declared the presumptive nominee, he would benefit from several resources usually available for general elections, such as voter data, fundraising opportunities with the party and ground operations support to turn out voters, CNN reported. Haley, by contrast, would not gain access to these resources, unless she were to obtain the nomination.

The declaration does not obviate the requirement for Trump to obtain at least 1,215 pledged delegates across all 56 jurisdictions to win the nomination in a vote at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, which will occur between Jul. 15 and Jul. 18. Trump currently has 32 pledged delegates from his victories in Iowa and New Hampshire, while Haley has 18.

BASED: Larry Elder to Launch Near Half-Million Dollar Ad Blitz Targeting the RNC Ahead of Second Debate https://americanconservativemovement.com/based-larry-elder-to-launch-near-half-million-dollar-ad-blitz-targeting-the-rnc-ahead-of-second-debate/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/based-larry-elder-to-launch-near-half-million-dollar-ad-blitz-targeting-the-rnc-ahead-of-second-debate/#comments Thu, 07 Sep 2023 08:33:54 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=196410 DCNFRepublican presidential candidate and conservative radio personality Larry Elder is launching a $400,000 television advertisement buy to air this week after the Republican National Committee (RNC) disqualified the GOP hopeful from the first debate stage in late August, the Daily Caller News Foundation first learned.

The ad, titled “Larry Elder vs. The Establishment,” will broadcast in the key early primary states of Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina, as well as other states nationwide, according to the campaign. Elder hopes to make the RNC’s second debate stage, which will require candidates to meet an increased donor and polling threshold, after the committee barred him from the first debate over what they deemed an ineligible survey.

“The Republican National Committee banned me from the debate stage last month even though I exceeded their qualifications. The RNC is scared because they know I will talk about difficult issues — the epidemic of fatherlessness, my proposal to fire George Soros-backed DA’s and the lie that America is systemically racist,” Elder said in the video.

Elder has raised $1.3 million since the first debate, according to the campaign.

Elder’s debate qualifying petition was denied by the RNC due to a Rasmussen Reports survey having alleged ties to former President Donald Trump, according to the campaign. The GOP hopeful maintains he met all of the criteria, and his campaign then filed a Federal Election Commission (FEC) complaint against the committee for not allowing him to participate in the Aug. 23 debate.

Candidates were required to surpass a 40,000 unique donor threshold, meet polling criteria and sign a loyalty pledge to support the eventual nominee to take the stage. The hopefuls must have polled at or above 1% in three national polls, or 1% in two national polls and in two key early primary state polls; the surveys had to be conducted by July 1, have at least 800 likely GOP primary voters and could not be affiliated with any campaign to be recognized by the RNC.

Along with Elder, former Texas Rep. Will Hurd, Michigan businessman Perry Johnson and Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, who has since suspended his campaign, all did not make the debate stage due to polling requirements, a source familiar with the RNC’s qualification process previously confirmed to the DCNF.

For the second debate on Sept. 27 at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California, GOP hopefuls will have to exceed a 50,000 unique donor threshold, as well as 3% support in two national polls or 3% in one national and two key early primary state polls.

The RealClearPolitics (RCP) average for a 2024 national Republican primary, based on polls conducted between Aug. 24 and Aug. 31, indicates Elder has 0.4% support. Elder is polling at 1% in Iowa and 1% in New Hampshireaccording to FiveThirtyEight’s survey compilation.

Fox Business will host the second debate, and Fox News’ Dana Perino and Stuart Varney will co-moderate the event alongside Univision’s Ilia Calderón.

The RNC did not immediately respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.

Donald Trump to Upstage GOP Debate With Tucker Carlson Interview https://americanconservativemovement.com/donald-trump-to-upstage-gop-debate-with-tucker-carlson-interview/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/donald-trump-to-upstage-gop-debate-with-tucker-carlson-interview/#comments Fri, 18 Aug 2023 18:28:11 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=195851 Reports are coming out on corporate media that Donald Trump is not going to attend the first Republican presidential debate. Instead, he’s going to do an interview with Tucker Carlson. According to the NY Times:

Former President Donald J. Trump plans to upstage the first Republican primary debate on Wednesday by sitting for an online interview with the former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, according to multiple people briefed on the matter.

In the past 24 hours, Mr. Trump has told people close to him that he has made up his mind and will skip the debate in Milwaukee, according to two of the people briefed on the matter.

Mr. Trump is notoriously mercurial, and left himself something of an out to change his mind with an ambiguous post on his website, Truth Social, on Thursday. He wrote that he’s polling well ahead of his rivals and added, “Reagan didn’t do it, and neither did others. People know my Record, one of the BEST EVER, so why would I Debate?”

For weeks, the former president has been quizzing aides, associates and rally crowds about what he should do. Until earlier this week, Mr. Trump had been giving people the impression he was considering a last-minute surprise appearance on Wednesday.

Still, people close to him had said for months that he was unlikely to take part in the first two Republican debates, both of which are sponsored by the Republican National Committee. And Mr. Trump’s apparent decision to skip the first debate of the presidential nominating contest is a major affront to both the R.N.C. and Fox News, which is hosting the event.

To call it a “…major affront to both the R.N.C. and Fox News” is funny. Fox News executives, board members, and some hosts have actively attacked Trump since before he announced his run for president. The R.N.C. is a UniParty Swamp front group. Neither of their collectivist opinions matter.

A GOP debate without the frontrunner was going to have reduced viewership anyway, but offering an alternative in the form of an interview by Tucker Carlson is brilliant. Many of his supporters will bypass the debate to watch two of their favorite people having discourse. A good chunk of those who do watch the debate will then tune into the interview afterwards. It seems to be a win-win for Trump.

Personally, I wanted him to debate for two reasons. I wanted to see the dynamic he had with the other candidates and I wanted to see who was hedging their attacks against him in hopes of getting into his administration if he wins again. Now, I’m not sure I’ll even watch the debate at all. I don’t think I’m alone.

Will you watch a Trump-less GOP debate? Sound off on my Substack.

NeverTrump RNC? Guess How Many of the 168-Member Body Unabashedly Support President Trump for 2024 https://americanconservativemovement.com/nevertrump-rnc-guess-how-many-of-the-168-member-body-unabashedly-support-president-trump-for-2024/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/nevertrump-rnc-guess-how-many-of-the-168-member-body-unabashedly-support-president-trump-for-2024/#comments Sat, 28 Jan 2023 15:37:55 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=189495 The UniParty Swamp scored a major victory yesterday by reelecting Ronna Romney McDaniel as Republican National Committee Chairwoman. This comes despite the fact that she has presided over the last three failed election cycles. Republicans haven’t performed up to expectations since BEFORE she took office.

So why would the 168-member body endorse further failure when they had America First patriot Mike Lindell and legal warrior Harmeet Dhillon as better options? There was one interesting data point in a survey conducted by the NY Times of the RNC members that points to the likely reason. According to poll results, “just four offered an unabashed endorsement of Mr. Trump’s 2024 campaign.”

McDaniel pretends to be pro-Trump when it suits her, but clearly she and the RNC are not actual supporters. Lindell’s support for Trump is unquestionable considering he has taken more personal heat than anyone other than Trump himself since the 2020 stolen election. Meanwhile, Dhillon’s support of Trump has been relatively steady.

Given this information, two things are clear. First, the RNC got the person they wanted. Second, they don’t want Trump to be the party’s nominee and will likely fight it in 2024, whether behind the scenes or publicly.

For Trump’s part, he graciously congratulated McDaniel even though she clearly opposes him. According to The Gateway Pundit:

“Congratulations to Ronna McDaniel on her big WIN as RNC CHAIR,” Trump wrote in a post to Truth Social. “Now we have to STOP THE DEMOCRATS FROM CHEATING IN ELECTIONS!”

McDaniel, according to reports, had argued that she was in the best position to stop Trump from running as a third-party candidate if he loses the Republican nomination.

If you are an America First patriot, the RNC hates you. They’ll use you for your donations and beg you for your votes, but in the end they despise everything you represent. You shouldn’t give them a penny.

Why Bernie Marcus Backing Harmeet Dhillon for RNC Chair Is the Most Consequential Endorsement in Years https://americanconservativemovement.com/why-bernie-marcus-backing-harmeet-dhillon-for-rnc-chair-is-the-most-consequential-endorsement-in-years/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/why-bernie-marcus-backing-harmeet-dhillon-for-rnc-chair-is-the-most-consequential-endorsement-in-years/#respond Thu, 12 Jan 2023 11:31:29 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=188468 Ask an average Republican voter whose endorsement holds the most weight for a candidate and the vast majority would say it’s Donald Trump’s. Even those who try to downplay Trump’s influence over the party cannot put up a more important endorsement. But Republican voters do not vote on the Chairperson of the Republican National Committee. Only their 168 members do, and for them the most important endorsement will come from someone like billionaire Home Depot co-founder Bernie Marcus.

Why would he have more sway than even Trump when it comes to the RNC? Because Marcus not only donates a whole lot of money to the RNC and various PACs, but he also influences other GOP megadonors. So his endorsement of Harmeet Dhillon for RNC Chair over three-term incumbent Ronna Romney McDaniel may be the most consequential endorsement in a very long time.

As Marcus wrote in his letter to RNC Members:

“You have one of the most consequential decisions to make when you vote later this month for the next chair of the Republican National Committee. I am supporting Harmeet Dhillon to become the next chairwoman of the RNC because America’s path forward is at stake.

“Liberal elites have made it clear that they want to replace America’s founding principles of free market capitalism and limited government, among others, with globalist social welfare values, including big government socialism. Liberal elites seem content to manage America’s decline. I continue to believe that our best days are ahead of us unless liberal elites win the battle for America’s future. This battle will be waged not only at the ballot box but in state and federal courts, the media, the court of public opinion, our schools, and our streets.

“Harmeet Dhillon is a fighter in our courts, in the media, and elsewhere. The RNC needs someone with her real-world experience, tenacity, and toughness. Please join me in supporting Harmeet Dhillon for RNC Chairwoman.”

The 168 members of the RNC should heed Marcus’s not-so-veiled warning. He isn’t just implying that Dhillon’s experience handling media and waging lawfare are crucial for the GOP going forward, though that is clearly true. He could have easily made that argument to them directly and more effectively; all of them would take his call due to his clout among megadonors.

By putting his name behind Dhillon’s publicly, members of the RNC will hear the message loud and clear that this “most consequential decision” will impact his future funding as well. He has been vocal about needing change ever since supporting President Trump in 2016 and 2020. He has been unhappy with the ways the RNC and Mitch McConnell’s PACs have failed miserably since the 2016 election. It appears he blames McDaniel for the failures, at least in part.

Republicans have underperformed in all three election cycles since McDaniel took over as Chair.

RNC members will vote for the next Chair on January 27.

Donald Trump Could Take Down Ronna Romney McRINO But He “Likes” Her Too Much for Some Reason https://americanconservativemovement.com/donald-trump-could-take-down-ronna-romney-mcrino-but-he-likes-her-too-much-for-some-reason/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/donald-trump-could-take-down-ronna-romney-mcrino-but-he-likes-her-too-much-for-some-reason/#comments Sun, 18 Dec 2022 03:31:58 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=186574 President Donald Trump has massive sway among Republican voters. Unfortunately, his sway within Republican leadership has fallen since the 2020 election was stolen from him. That’s the only possible reason I can think of for why he refuses to either call on RNC Chair Ronna Romney McDaniel to step down or to throw his support behind either of the two contenders, both of whom are unambiguous allies.

McDaniel is not Trump’s ally. She has repeatedly blamed the lack of a 2022 “red tsunami” on “poor candidates,” and while she has not directly attached Trump’s name to the candidates that he supported who lost, the insinuation is crystal clear.

One can argue that she, more than anyone else in the party, is responsible for three consecutive losing campaign seasons, including the one in which Trump had his victory stolen. So why won’t he denounce her? Why won’t he engage in one of his famous attacks against her? Is he scared that if he goes after her and she wins, that he will lose credibility? Yes, but it seems to be bigger than that. It appears that whoever is advising him has made him believe that he needs the RNC in order to win the GOP nomination in 2024. This isn’t true, but he’s playing nice nonetheless.

When given the opportunity to side with Harmeet Dhillon or Mike Lindell over McDaniel, Trump remained uncharacteristically neutral. According to Breitbart:

“Harmeet is a lawyer for me you know,” Trump said when asked about the two candidates. “Harmeet is my lawyer.”

When asked whether that means he favors her or McDaniel—the current chair whom Trump selected after his 2016 White House victory and backed again in her subsequent reelection as chair—he declined to pick a specific candidate.

“I think they’re both good,” Trump said. “I like them both. It’s like when I asked Queen Elizabeth when we were together: ‘Which president did you like the best?’ She said: ‘I liked them all.’ ‘Which one did you like the best?’ ‘I liked them all. They’re all great.’ I said, ‘But didn’t you like Ronald Reagan the best?’ She said: ‘No I liked them all. I liked Ronald Reagan very much, but I liked them all.’ Then I said: ‘Which prime minister did you like the best? Was it Winston Churchill?’ ‘I like them all. I like every one.’ Then I realized how smart she was. I said, you know that’s why she stayed there for 75 years.’”

Dhillon has worked for him directly. Lindell has been the most unabashed and consistent corporate supporter throughout Trump’s presidency and beyond. Romney has done nothing but lose since taking the helm in 2017, during which time she squandered two slam dunk elections to voter fraud and fecklessness. This is a no-brainer. He needs to help give her the boot. He doesn’t have to support Dhillon or Lindell necessarily but coming out against McDaniel would be a powerful move.

Instead, we get the weakness of neutrality in the most important decision for the Republican Party from now until the primaries begin. That’s not okay. Support for McDaniel is waning. Trump could hammer the nail into the coffin by making a bold statement that she has failed miserably for three terms and does not deserve a fourth. It could be enough to finally remove the RINO. Even if it isn’t enough and she wins anyway, denouncing her now would allow him enough time to “play nice” and mend the fence before the primaries if he chose to do so (though I would hope he wouldn’t).

The RNC could be an important piece of the election puzzle in 2024. It has been absent in the last three elections, doing nothing that has been effective and some things that have been counterproductive. Trump needs to get off the fence on this one.

5 Reasons Ronna Romney McDaniel Must Go Away https://americanconservativemovement.com/5-reasons-ronna-romney-mcdaniel-must-go-away/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/5-reasons-ronna-romney-mcdaniel-must-go-away/#comments Sun, 11 Dec 2022 04:29:19 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=186199

Ronna Romney McDaniel must be removed as Chairman of the Republican National Committee. Some say she should be voted out by the 168-member body, but that’s nearly impossible. Congressman Lee Zeldin learned this when he was considering his run. Talking to members, including many friends, he realized he had no path to victory.

That, perhaps more than anything else, should tell people the RNC is broken. How can the members not be DEMANDING she step down. Since she took over as chairwoman in 2017, the Republican Party has disappointed in all three election cycles. On her watch they lost the House, an incumbent presidency, and the Senate. Then, she failed to bring about a “red tsunami” despite the benefit of facing the most abysmal two years of Democrat control in modern history.

On an episode last week of The JD Rucker Show, I broke down why she needs to step down immediately or at least decline to run for an unprecedented fourth term.

Failed Red Tsunami

As Noah Rothman (who I rarely agree with) from Commentary pointed out:

If the RNC has one central role, it is to ensure its candidates win elections. That’s all a party is, after all: a vehicle to achieve political victories. Parties are supposed to be dispassionate enterprises. They’re not ideological ventures or platforms for aspiring celebrities. When a party fails in its singular mission, it’s reasonable to expect that stakeholders will take exception to that and demand some changes. But that’s not how today’s RNC operates.

Ronna McDaniel—formerly Ronna Romney McDaniel, until her own name and its association with an anti-Trump deviationist became a liability—has led the RNC through a series of consecutive failures. She presided over the party in 2018, when it lost control of the House. She presided over it in 2020, when it lost the White House and the Senate. She presided over it in 2022, when the party failed to take advantage of historic (and historically rare) headwinds. And still, a majority of the RNC’s voting members have endorsed her reelection to a role she has so badly mismanaged.

Promotion of LGBTQIA+ Supremacy

According to George Neumayr from The American Spectator:

Like previous RNC chairs, many of whom now appear on Republican-bashing networks (the unctuous Michael Steele on MSNBC defines this group), McDaniel conceives of her role as a ratifier of the “uniparty” consensus. The GOP’s recent capitulation to the Democrats on gay marriage is Exhibit A of McDaniel’s mindset. She had signaled weakness to the Dems by tweeting out her enthusiasm for “Gay Pride Month” early in the Biden presidency. Those tweets alone disqualify her from another term as RNC chair, given that they reveal her basic contempt for the party’s platform, which is staunchly opposed to the LGBTQ agenda.

It is not as if gay marriage stands as a marginal issue. It goes to the center of the GOP’s supposed moral philosophy. Can anyone imagine the Democrats electing as party chief a figure who opposes the party’s platform on a substantial moral issue? That is inconceivable, and for a simple reason: Elite Democrats fervently believe in their platform. They would never dream of elevating a gay marriage foe to lead their party.

I once heard a GOP insider refer to McDaniel as a de facto lobbyist for the gay lobby who surrounds herself with gay figures from the flashy fundraising world. Cut from country club cloth, McDaniel, a niece of Mitt Romney, clearly views the religious Right as insufficiently woke and problematic. At the beginning of the Biden presidency, she indicated this openly through her outrageous tweets in honor of LGBTQ causes. But more recently, she has behaved more circumspectly and has even tried to throw members of the base off her liberal scent by feigning concern about the imposition of transgender propaganda on elementary school students. What a crock. After all, transgenderism grew out of the very gay causes McDaniel supports, causes that have long marinated in the subjectivism liberals used to assert that human beings have an inherent right to choose their sexuality and their sex. Does anybody really think a McDaniel-led GOP would stand strong against this transgender juggernaut, let alone more politically tricky issues? The moderates McDaniel represents may object to the most outlandish parts of the transgender agenda, but they still approve of much of it, particularly any transgenderism involving adults.

Dependence on Consultants

As Ned Ryun — the CEO of American Majority, one of the leading conservative activist groups — told Sirius XM’s Breitbart News Saturday over the weekend, she depends on a “cabal of consultants”:

Ryun pointed out that Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel has led the party through the last three election cycles and asserted that she and her team “continue the cabal of consultants that have been an utter and complete failure for the Republican Party.”

She’s a Militant RINO

This:

Ronna McDaniel isn’t your run-of-the mill RINO. She’s a perfect representation of what “Republican In Name Only” really means. She’s part Mitt Romney, part Mitch McConnell, part Nikki Haley… and unfortunately she’s the worst parts of each.

Ronna McDaniel’s Job Is to Destroy the America First Movement

The biggest reason we need her gone is because she’s accomplishing her goals. They may not be the goals one might expect from a Republican National Committee Chairwoman, but they’re the goals of the Uniparty Swamp. She’s participating in the destruction of the America First movement. One can easily argue that many of the races Republicans lost in 2022 were the direct result of actions by her, Mitch McConnell, and the RINOs who desperately want to eliminate the “fringe” element of the party… which happens to include all America First patriots.

Sorry, but she’s gotta go. And no, I’m not really sorry.

Here’s 91 Seconds of Benedict Biden Forgetting Names https://americanconservativemovement.com/heres-91-seconds-of-benedict-biden-forgetting-names/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/heres-91-seconds-of-benedict-biden-forgetting-names/#respond Sun, 10 Jul 2022 17:48:30 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=175614 Admit it. It doesn’t matter if you’re a Republican or a Democrat. If you were told to interview this guy for a position as shift manager at Taco Bell, you would pass. You’d fear he’d forget to put the nacho cheese sauce on the Toasted Cheddar Chalupa.

Unfortunately, the man in the video below isn’t dealing with nacho cheese sauce. He has access to the Nuclear Football. He talks to world leaders, many of whom can either help or harm us depending on what they think of the Commander-in-Chief at the time. He makes decisions about whether we’re going to recover economically or fall into a massive recession.

Here he is, forgetting the names of people he allegedly works with regularly:

Lord help us.

The RNC put this video out to highlight “O’Biden’s” foibles, but in reality this is terrifying. It’s not just that the man who sometimes sits in the Oval Office can’t remember the difference between his wife and his sister. It’s that the person who’s right behind him, Kamala Harris, is arguably the least competent Vice President in modern history. As bad as Biden is, she might actually be worse because she lacks the experience, intellect, and talent necessary to be the leader of the free world.

She cannot handle the very basic tasks she’s given by the Biden regime. How is she supposed to be the boss? She cannot be.

Americans must pray that we can survive as a nation for as long as Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are in the White House. The sooner they can be righteously removed, the better. We may not make it to 2024, which is why it’s still important to continue exposing the massive, widespread voter fraud that stole the 2020 election even if we think the chances of correcting it are thin.
