A few years ago, videos of brazen shoplifters ruthlessly looting retail stores were shocking everyone, but now this sort of thing is so common that very few of us are shocked anymore.  We have come to expect that our retail stores will be regularly looted because this is who we have become as a nation.  Sadly, even many of our politicians aren’t too concerned that the impoverished masses are stealing billions of dollars worth of merchandise from our major retailers.

Like so many others, maybe they figure that those retailers won’t even miss what is being taken.  But the truth is that they do miss what is being taken, and CEOs have been complaining very loudly about it…

For much of the past year or so, executives at big retailers did something unusual: They talked about theft in their stores. A lot.

Walmart’s CEO warned it could lead to store closures and higher prices. Target’s CEO said it was costing the chain upward of a billion dollars. Home Depot’s finance chief called it a “consistent pressure” that the chain is “tackling every day.”

With a backdrop of viral videos showing brazen and violent thieves, crime became a common theme on retailers’ typically dry quarterly earnings calls. Executives often mentioned “shrink” — inventory missing for one reason or another — as a factor behind declining profits. The list grew long: Macy’s, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, T.J.Maxx, Dollar General.

Year after year, things get even worse.

It is being reported that “revenue loss to theft has been steadily rising since 2016”, and “shrink” is now costing our retailers more than 100 billion dollars a year.

That is about the size of Russia’s entire military budget for 2024.

Just think about that for a few moments.

We have never seen anything like this before.

So far this year, retailers in New York City have filed more than 21,000 shoplifting complaints…

Don’t believe pro-crime progressives when they lie about public safety here in NYC: This year so far has seen 21,578 shoplifting complaints from Gotham’s retailers.

That’s a 5% increase over last year’s obscene 20,552; more than 41% of the 2024 crimes are concentrated in Manhattan.

And that’s part of an ugly, persistent trend.

Full-year numbers since 2021 have jumped from 43,892 to 59,137, an increase of almost 35% — and the real problem is surely far higher, as exhausted merchants don’t bother to report many incidents.

Even in the very best areas of the Big Apple, major retailers are being routinely ransacked, and authorities seem completely powerless to stop the endless crime wave…

Many would argue that conditions are even worse on the west coast.

One store manager in California that recently had a “meltdown reaction” when a young woman was stealing from her store says that businesses “are closing left and right because of all this looting going on”…

“Businesses are closing left and right because of all this looting going on,” Jolly said. “The system is broken, nothing is being done about it.”

She says that when she called police to report the incident, they suggested she contact the store’s insurance company.

“I just think it’s like, the people are trying to get away with it because there’s no consequences,” Jolly said, noting that the “meltdown reaction” came from a place of concern for her community and even the girl in the video. “I’m worried for her and she’s already doing this.”

It wasn’t like this when I was growing up.

But this is our country now.

In a desperate attempt to reduce shoplifting in his stores, Dollar General CEO Todd Vasos is removing self-checkout options in thousands of locations…

Dollar General CEO Todd Vasos said Thursday that the company plans to remove self-checkout from “the vast majority of stores” as part of larger overall shrink reduction efforts that include changes in supply chain and merchandising. Dollar General has already removed self-checkouts from 12,000 of its more than 20,000 stores, Vasos said.

Walmart is also removing self-checkout kiosks from many stores, and the number of products that are being locked up just continues to increase…

A frustrated Walmart customer has revealed the latest item to be locked up on the shopfloor during the shoplifting crackdown – and it only costs $1.50.

Victoria Damor, 22, from Las Vegas, made a TikTok detailing her shocking experience at the big box retailer last month.

Her video, which she posted under her handle @toridamore, has already been seen by almost 90,000 people, who have flocked to the comments to share their outrage.

Talking to the camera, the shopper exclaimed: ‘This is the future of Walmart. I can’t even walk into Walmart and pick up a nail file worth $1.50 because it’s locked up.

When a $1.50 nail file has to be locked up in a cage so that the thieves can’t get at it, your country is in huge trouble.

Of course it isn’t just the United States that is descending into anarchy.

Shoplifting has also risen to unprecedented levels all over Europe.

According to the Office for National Statistics, 2023 was the worst year on record for shoplifting, with more than 430,000 cases recorded, an increase of more than a third from the year before. But that is probably just a fraction of the real number. The British Retail Consortium – the body representing almost all of the major retail chains, incorporating food and drink, fashion, DIY, health and beauty and more – recently reported that incidents of customer theft more than doubled from 8m to 16.7m in the period between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2023. Losses reached £1.8bn, up from £950m the year before.

Throughout the western world, the numbers are moving in the wrong direction. If things are this bad now, what will happen once economic conditions become extremely harsh?

Even though economic conditions are still at least somewhat relatively stable, chaos is already erupting all around us.

I can’t even imagine what things will be like once tens of millions of people feel like they have nothing left to lose.

We really are in the early stages of a horrifying societal meltdown, and most of the population is not even close to ready for what is coming.

Western civilization – that aggregation of cultural, political, social and religious traditions that has formed the basis for European societies and those of their current and former colonies and territories – is committing suicide, using every weapon – philosophical, legal, political – at its disposal.

The fundamental principles of Western civilization are drawn from a variety of sources, including Judeo-Christianity, Greek philosophy, Roman government and British legal theory. Among these principles are a belief in the existence of truth and the ability to discern it; the pursuit of scientific inquiry to elevate man’s understanding of himself and the world; the existence of the nation-state and the rights and duties of citizens; the rule of law and the importance of private property; the value of honesty and integrity; the need for punishment of crime and protection of the innocent, especially children; the primacy of family and the role of parents in the upbringing of children; and – at least in the United States – the balance of liberty and individual responsibility as a necessary precursor to limited government.

Each of these pillars of Western civilization is being undermined, corrupted and hacked down.

Where we once had a society that held science in the highest esteem, we now hear men can become women and vice versa by sheer force of will (whether or not assisted by drugs or surgery). But this is impossible as a matter of chromosomal biology. We once believed women needed distinct, safe spaces for themselves and that they deserved equal opportunities in sports. Now biological males who “identify” as female are permitted to expose themselves to girls and women in bathrooms and locker rooms, and are taking women’s places and awards in sporting events. Anyone who dares raise objections rooted in biology or basic fairness is denounced as a “hater” or a “transphobe.”

We once aspired to the Aristotelian notion of the “city” as a civilizing influence on humanity, a place that “exists for the purpose of living well.” Now our cities are cesspools, literally, with puddles of urine and piles of feces on the sidewalks. Hundreds of thousands of homeless people – many suffering from addiction and mental illness – live in garbage-ridden clusters of ramshackle “tents,” if they have any shelter at all. Citizens who object to the filth, the crime or the public use of drugs are told homeless people have the “right” to live where and as they do, or even that it is more “compassionate” to leave them to their fate.

Criminals, too, are now released back onto the streets without even the need to post bail, where they are free to continue victimizing others, while citizens who defend themselves or others find themselves arrested and prosecuted.

Both private property and the rule of law are under attack. Shoplifting cost retailers more than $100 billion in 2022, and corporations are closing stores in crime-prone areas. The New York Post reported this week that a woman was arrested for changing the locks on a home she inherited from her parents, because “squatters” had moved in more than 30 days prior. And the myriad cases being brought against Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump are shocking examples of conflicts of interest, abuse of process and arguably unconstitutional double standards of selective prosecution by corrupt and partisan attorneys and judges.

Where there was once a societal consensus to protect children from sexually explicit content, schools now include books with pornographic content in their libraries and curricula; teachers discuss their sexual identities and preferences with students; children are encouraged to question or change their “gender identities” without the knowledge or consent of their parents; health care professionals funnel troubled young people into “gender transition” programs, including experimental drugs and irreversible surgeries.

Our federal government does not protect the integrity of our borders or the citizens residing within; it allows millions of people to pour into the country illegally and even sues border states trying to enforce immigration law. Despite the number of American citizens victimized by crimes committed by illegal aliens, the government does nothing.

Worse than all of these – indeed, at the root of all of these – is the abandonment of truth. Without truth, all arguments collapse like sandcastles. But for many of today’s most visible and vocal intellectuals, academic theorists and thought leaders, there is no such thing as objective truth; there is “my truth” and “your truth”; or “power” and “patriarchy” and “class warfare” and “systemic racism” and “heterosexism” and “ableism” and other “isms” that replicate like bacteria.

It took hundreds – if not thousands – of years to create the (largely) safe, civilized, highly technical Western society we presently inhabit. The advancements we enjoy – including peace and prosperity – aren’t “inherent” or inborn; they’re not “human nature” and cannot exist where even a significant minority of people do not know them or subscribe to the values that make them possible. Outsiders can certainly be required to assimilate and conform their behavior to societal standards. But a society browbeaten into self-loathing won’t do that.

Without the pillars to support it, the entire edifice of what we consider Western civilization will collapse, taking every one of its achievements and attributes with it. Those keen to “burn it all down” promise utopia when they are done. But survivors will find themselves instead grubbing through the ashes in brutal and barbaric conditions they thought had been left behind centuries ago for good.

We tend to blame our problems on our politicians, but the truth is that the rot that is rapidly spreading throughout our society runs a lot deeper than that.  Millions upon millions of us have completely rejected the values that this nation was founded upon, and so now we have a giant mess on our hands.  The following are 12 absolutely insane examples that show just how far the U.S. has fallen…

#1 A social media influencer that returned a couch to Costco after using it for more than two years is telling her followers to buy all of their furniture from Costco because “you can return it when you don’t like it anymore”…

A woman named Jackie shared she bought a couch from Costco over two and a half years ago, in a video posted last week to TikTok that’s attracted nearly 3 million views.

Jackie admits she was nervous to return the large item to the warehouse store and felt intimidated by other shoppers staring at her while waiting in line.

“But who cares. Return it. They have an awesome return policy,” she tells her followers. “Buy your furniture from Costco, girl. You can return it when you don’t like it anymore.”

#2 The U.S. Navy is having a really difficult time recruiting young people, and so they have decided that a radical new approach is needed.  From now on, a high school diploma will no longer be necessary…

“We get thousands of people into our recruiting stations every year that want to join the Navy but do not have an education credential,” said the branch’s chief of personnel Vice Admiral Rick Cheeseman. “And we just turn them away.”

Now the Navy will accept some of those potential recruits lacking a high school diploma or GED, assuming they’re able to score 50 or above on a qualification test.

The move comes after the service previously lowered their qualification requirements in 2022, again amidst recruitment challenges. The Navy is the only branch of the US armed forces that admits applicants who score below 30 out of 100 on the qualification test. Officials say some positions, such as in maintenance or food preparation, don’t require a conventional education.

#3 Three years ago, the city of Portland decriminalized the possession of all drugs.  Let’s check in and see how that is working out…

Oregon leaders have declared a 90-day state of emergency in Portland to battle the city’s debilitating fentanyl crisis three years after decriminalizing possession of all drugs.

Governor Tina Kotek, Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler and Multnomah County Chair Jessica Vega Pederson made the declaration and are directing their agencies to work with first responders in connecting people addicted to the synthetic opioid with resources including drug treatment programs and to crack down on drug sales.

#4 Western Oregon University has found a way to keep students from failing.  D- and F grades will no longer be earned by anyone because they are being abolished…

Citing a wrongheaded “GPA fixation,” Western Oregon University leaders have announced plans to abolish D- and F grades for students.

They will replace them with “no credit” in an effort to support student success and encourage struggling undergrads to continue their education despite obstacles, they said.

The public university announced in a news release this month the changes would start in the fall.

#5 From this point forward, every police officer in El Paso, Texas will be forced to ask for the preferred pronouns of every person that they encounter…

The policy, called “Constitutional Policing,” was introduced in December 2023; however, it was not implemented until January 2024 and will require officers to ask every person they encounter, “How would you like to be referred to?”

The gender-inclusive policy was created with the help of the Borderland Rainbow Center, an “LGBTQ Community Center,” in El Paso, Texas, and exists so that LGBTQ “people and their allies can heal, grow, and empower themselves and others.” The director of the center, Amber Perez, told a local news station, “This is just the start.”

“The most important thing is that we can’t change the past,” Perez said. “[B]ut what we can do is take this first moment and run with it and continue the conversation and be able to speak to each other with respect.”

#6 A group of migrants that was caught on camera physically attacking cops in Times Square was shocking released without even having to post bail…

Police officers and other critics are slamming Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for refusing to seek bail for the rowdy migrants arrested after allegedly being caught on camera attacking NYPD cops in Times Square.

Veteran police officers fumed to The Post Saturday that Bragg made a mockery of the entire justice system by letting five migrants walk after they were arraigned Wednesday on charges of second-degree assault on a police officer and obstruction of governmental administration in the shocking Jan. 27 beatdown.

“Alvin Bragg just showed all New Yorkers that the Police Department doesn’t matter to him,” said an NYPD detective with more than two decades on the job.

It has been reported that the migrants were seen getting on a bus to California, and so hopefully someone can track them down before they disappear completely.

#7 A group of pro-life activists in Tennessee face 11 years in prison for praying and singing outside of an abortion clinic…

Nearly three years ago several pro-Life activists held a prayer rally at a Tennessee abortion clinic.

The Christian protesters prayed and sang hymns.

They were sitting peacefully in the lobby of the abortion center.

The protesters included: Chester Gallagher, 73, of Lebanon, Tennessee; Heather Idoni, 58; Calvin Zastrow, 57; and Caroline Davis, 24; all of Michigan; Coleman Boyd, 51, of Bolton, Mississippi; Dennis Green, 56, of Cumberland, Virginia; and Paul Vaughn, 55, of Centerville, Tennessee.

#8 The 24-year-old aide to U.S. Senator Ben Cardin that was filmed having gay sex in a Senate hearing room will not be charged with breaking any laws…

As reported earlier – The United States Capitol Police have concluded their investigation into a controversial incident involving Aidan Maese-Czeropski, a 24-year-old former aide to Democratic Senator Ben Cardin of Maryland.

Maese-Czeropski had been embroiled in a scandal after a sexually explicit video recorded in the Senate hearing room surfaced online.

The video, which depicted Maese-Czeropski and his partner engaging in anal sex inside the Senate Hearing Room, sparked nationwide controversy. Clad only in a g-string jockstrap, Maese-Czeropski was seen atop the senator’s desk, a setting traditionally reserved for grave legislative deliberations and Supreme Court confirmation hearings.

#9 Violent carjackers are fearlessly roaming the streets of Washington D.C., and anyone that resists one of those young carjackers can end up dead.  Sadly, that is precisely what just happened to an official that worked in the Trump administration…

Former Trump Administration official Mike Gill has died after being shot in front of his wife during a carjacking in Washington DC.

Gill, a married father of three, was shot by Artell Cunningham on K Street NW about 5.45pm last Monday and died in hospital on Saturday.

He was collecting his wife, an education lawyer, when he was shot inside the car by the attacker. He stumbled outside the vehicle and collapsed.

#10 The Chinese and other foreign buyers are purchasing millions of acres of U.S. farmland, but nobody knows exactly how much farmland they now own and very few of our politicians are interested in stopping this practice…

America is seeing more and more of its most fertile land snapped up by China and other foreign buyers, yet problems with how the US tracks such data means it’s difficult to know just how much, according to a report.

Foreign ownership and investment in property such as farmland, pastures and forests jumped to about 40 million acres in 2021, up 40% from 2016, according to the US Department of Agriculture data. But an analysis conducted by the US Government Accountability Office — a non-partisan watchdog that reports to Congress — found mistakes in the data, including the largest land holding linked with China being counted twice. Other issues include the challenge of enforcing a US law that requires foreigners to self-report such purchases, the report said, citing USDA.

A Michigan suburb with the largest Muslim population in the US has upped its security in fear of hate attacks after it was branded America’s ‘jihad capital.’

The headline of a Wall Street Journal opinion piece published on Friday read ‘Welcome to Dearborn, America’s Jihad Capital’ – a title given to the city by the publication because of its residents’ pro-Palestine stances.

#12 A teacher in Massachusetts that had a spotless record for 23 years was fired after she revealed the truth about what was really going on in her school…

“Bonnie Manchester had a spotless record in 23 years as a teacher at Baird Middle School. She laid it all on the line when she saw what was now happening to vulnerable children,” the organization reported. “Bonnie Manchester is a Christian middle school teacher who was fired from her job in 2021. Her ‘crime’ was informing a father and mother that school officials were referring to their daughter as a boy and keeping it secret from them.”

How are people supposed to have faith in a system that is this broken?

Unfortunately, things are only going to get worse.

As a society, we are the most divided that we have been in modern times, and with each passing day more foreigners that have come into this country illegally pour into U.S. cities that are already overwhelmed by crime, drugs, violence, homelessness and depravity.

The stage is being set for chaos on a scale that most Americans never even dreamed would be possible.

The election of 2024 is going to be the most divisive election that any of us have ever seen, our economic problems are rapidly accelerating, and global events threaten to turn all of our lives completely upside down.

#1 Facial recognition technology is now being implemented on a widespread basis.  For example, the official TSA website is openly admitting that the TSA is starting to use facial scanning technology at airports nationwide…

TSA introduced facial recognition technology into the screening process at select airports. The facial recognition technology represents a significant security enhancement and improves traveler convenience. A traveler may voluntarily agree to use their face to verify their identity during the screening process by presenting their physical identification or passport. The facial recognition technology TSA uses helps ensure the person standing at the checkpoint is the same person pictured on the identification document (ID) credential. Photos are not stored or saved after a positive ID match has been made, except in a limited testing environment for evaluation of the effectiveness of the technology.

The agency is using second-generation Credential Authentication Technology (CAT-2) scanners as travelers enter the screening process. This technology assists Transportation Security Officers (TSOs) in verifying the authenticity of a traveler’s ID credential, as well as their flight status and vetting status. TSOs must direct all passengers to the proper lane, either TSA PreCheck® screening, standard screening, or enhanced screening. The CAT-2 units are currently deployed at nearly 30 airports nationwide, and will expand to the more than 400 federalized airports over the coming years.

#2 The elite want to make national borders meaningless, and that is quickly becoming the case.  So many people from foreign countries have moved into the Twin Cities area in Minnesota that authorities are being forced to put up signs explaining that peeing, pooping and rape are not allowed while riding public transportation…

Peeing and pooping while riding on Metro Transit vehicles falls under the “illegal” category, according to the signs. “Transit property is not a public restroom,” the new rules read. They also explain to riders that sexual assault is illegal. “Sexual contact without consent is forbidden,” the rules state.

#3 Do you remember Michael Cassidy?  He was the guy that beheaded the statue of Satan at the Iowa Capitol, and now he is being charged with a hate crime…

Michael Cassidy has been charged with a hate crime for beheading a statue of Satan at the Iowa Capitol. Cassidy drove up to Iowa after the Satanic display was erected in the state capitol and took it down. He will be arraigned on February 15.

Polk County prosecutors charged Cassidy with felony third-degree criminal mischief, saying that he acted “in violation of individual rights” under Iowa’s hate crime statue, the Des Moines Register reports.

#4 In Montana, one family just had their 14-year-old daughter permanently taken away from them because they wouldn’t allow her to transition to a different gender…

A Montana mom and dad who lost custody of their daughter after they refused to transition her gender have told DailyMail.com the ordeal ‘has torn their family apart.’

Krista Kolstad revealed the family’s nightmare began when they received a call that their 14-year-old daughter Jennifer told friends at school that she wanted to commit suicide in August 2023.

Later that night, Child Protective Services (CPS) went to the Kolstad’s home in Glasgow to inspect the house and interview Jennifer, later determining that she needed to transition to get better.

Republican Governor Greg Gianforte was confronted about this case, and he is actually defending the decision.

#5 Sticking with Montana, it is being reported that a “bioagent superlab” in the state is doing experiments with “Ebola, Lassa fever, Nipah, and even the plague”…

DISTRESSING new images show animals being infected with deadly pathogens at a US lab with ties to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Photos and footage obtained by watchdog White Coat Waste show scientists at the Rocky Mountain Lab sedating monkeys and pigs – and carrying out experiments with deadly viruses.

White Coat Waste has described the lab as a “bioagent superlab” that infects animals with highly contagious and deadly diseases – such as Ebola, Lassa fever, Nipah, and even the plague.

#6 During a Senate hearing on Wednesday, Ted Cruz asked Mark Zuckerberg why Instagram users are given the option to “see results anyway” when attempting to pull up images of child sexual abuse…

He then held a blown-up screenshot of an Instagram prompt that asks users if they want to ‘get resources’ or ‘see results anyway’ when browsing harmful images.

The warning read ‘these results may contain images of child sexual abuse’, with an explanation underneath.

‘You gave users two choices: “Get resources or see results anyway”,’ Cruz said, speaking directly to the Meta founder.

‘Mr. Zuckerberg, what the hell were you thinking?’, barely pausing long enough for the Meta founder to respond.

#7 We have been warned for a long time that a cashless society is coming, but now we have reached a point where thousands of businesses all over the United States have already gone cashless…

Aaron Bateman pulled out a few $20 bills to pay for a taco lunch in the nation’s capital. To his surprise, his money was no good in the city where money is printed.

Surfside, a popular 24-hour Mexican eatery, doesn’t take cash. No cash means no register for robbers to empty out, no bills for workers to slip into their pockets and no change counting holding up lines.

The global cashless movement has reached Washington, where a growing number of fast-casual and other establishments are saying no to greenbacks in favor of plastic and mobile payments. Sweetgreen, the national salad chain, went cashless in most of its locations last year. Other cashless spots include a frozen yogurt shop downtown, a posh wine bar and a beer store.

#8 Would you allow someone to put a computer chip in your head?  Well, it is really starting to happen.  This week, we learned that the very first “brain chip” has been implanted in a human subject…

Elon Musk announced that his company Neuralink implanted a brain chip in a human in a preliminary clinical study. If research studies continue to look promising, devices like these could one day be a “game changer” for people with limited motor function, experts told ABC News.

Neuralink says its goal is to help people living with debilitating conditions, including paralysis, communicate and control external devices with their thoughts.

The patient who received the implant is “recovering well,” Musk said in a post on X Tuesday.

What do all of these eight things have in common?

Each one of them shows that the agenda of the elite is rapidly advancing.

We are living in a society that they are designing for their twisted purposes and that represents their twisted values.

The good news is that we live at a time when all of their plans and programs will soon come crashing down.

The elite will not succeed in creating the world that they so desperately desire, and evil will not triumph in the end.

The “sparkling demonic ram’s head” that was just set up in the Iowa Statehouse is currently making headlines all over the nation…

The Satanic Temple has set up a display of a sparkling demonic ram’s head in the Iowa Statehouse as an expression of ‘religious freedom’.

Alongside more traditional menorahs and Christmas trees, the group have erected an altar topped with candles, a large banner and a ram figure with a skull covered in mirrors, a red cloak and wreath.

The Temple reportedly went through all of the correct administrative channels for the display, and only had their original request to use a real goat’s skull denied.

Of course this isn’t the first statehouse to feature such a display. Meanwhile, After School Satan Clubs continue to “gain popularity” all over the nation.

This week, I came across an article about a chapter that is opening up right in the heart of the so-called “Bible belt”…

An After School Satan Club plans to begin offering activities to children at a Tennessee elementary school following Christmas break, officials said, and the move immediately proved controversial.

The Satanic Temple plans to host the club at Chimneyrock Elementary School in Cordova, news outlets reported. It will begin meeting on Jan. 10 in the school’s library and run through the spring semester, according to an announcement Tuesday posted on social media.

Needless to say, you don’t have to actually take your children to such a club to expose them to Satanic content.

All you have to do is sit them down in front of the television and turn on Netflix.

Sadly, reality often exceeds the horrors that our children see depicted on their screens.  Child abuse has become a national pastime, and way too often children that are being systematically abused end up dead…

Navin Jones, eight, was found unresponsive in a skeletal and emaciated state at his Peoria home on March 29, 2022. His father now faces up to life in prison if convicted of first-degree murder – while his mom already pleaded guilty to the heinous crime.

The little boy weighed just 30 pounds, and he was found in a locked room that was covered in urine and feces. He had signs of physical abuse across his face, body, arms, and legs.

A 46-year-old naked man, covered in blood, was reportedly on top of the body of his decapitated mother when police arrived at the man’s Jersey Shore apartment building.

Jeffrey D. Surgent called 911 on Friday afternoon confessing he’d just killed his mother, according to NJ.com. Police arrived to find 74-year-old Alexandri M. Surgent dead in her son’s hallway.

The victim’s severed head was found a few feet away from where the Surgents were lying.

What in the world has happened to us?

We were once a “city on a hill” to the rest of the world, but now we have become a bad joke.

Right now, we are in the midst of the worst drug crisis in our entire history, and things have gotten so bad that even elementary school children are consuming fentanyl in their gummy bears…

Five elementary school students have received medical attention in Virginia after ingesting fentanyl-laced gummy bears, something that one of the children brought from their home, officials say.

The incident happened Tuesday at Central Elementary School in Amherst, a town north of Lynchburg.

The Amherst County Sheriff’s Office said seven students in total “experienced a reaction to ingesting gummy bears at school.”

Of course those that are pushing legal drugs are often more demonic than those that are pushing illegal drugs.

Pfizer is one of the most demonic corporations on the entire planet, but fortunately they have started to fall on hard times…

Pfizer’s shares are plunging downwards to their worst performance in over a decade after the pharmaceutical giant put out a stark warning about its projected revenue as hysteria over the Covid-19 outbreak continues to wane.

Recent financial results and projections alike have not fared well for Pfizer; shares dropped 8 percent on Thursday morning, and the company has lost $140 billion in market cap this year alone.

So why can’t we just stop what we are doing and start focusing on things that are good and righteous? Oh no, the elite certainly don’t want us to do that.

Recently, Dr. Anthony Fauci was asked why he doesn’t go to church anymore, and he responded by saying that his “personal ethics” are “enough to keep me going on the right path”…

During an interview with BBC News, Fauci pointed out Dahlgren Chapel of the Sacred Heart, where he and his wife were married in 1985. That gave rise to the question of whether he still attends church.

“No, I don’t,” he said, which natural led to the follow-up question from interviewer Katy Kay: “Why?”

“A number of complicated reasons,” he said, but Kay wasn’t satisfied with that, and encouraged him to go on.

“First of all, I think my own personal ethics on life are, I think, enough to keep me going on the right path,” he said, adding that the “organizational church” had “enough negative aspects,” though he didn’t clarify what “enough” meant in that context.

Really?

Does he define performing sadistic experiments on dogs as being “on the right path”? In our time, an unspeakably evil doctor like Fauci is greatly honored and celebrated.

We live in an upside down world where good is bad and bad is good. And those in power just want to keep us pacified with entertainment so that they can continue to “transform” our society.

Our culture is going downhill very rapidly now.

If we stay on this path, there is no future for our country.

Our society is absolutely teeming with predators, crime rates are soaring all over the nation, millions of Americans are afraid to leave their own homes, and hordes of drug addicts are literally pooping in the middle of our streets whenever they feel like it.

In some of our largest cities, highly organized groups of criminals are constantly invading homes.  Of course when these thieves encounter a homeowner that is actually armed it can result in a deadly confrontation…

A homeowner shot and killed a home invasion suspect in Los Angeles early Saturday morning while a grandmother and toddler were in the house in the fifth such crime reported in the area in the space of 10 days.

Officers were called to a home in the Granada Hills section of the San Fernando Valley, north of Beverly Hills, around 5am on Saturday after someone reported a ‘hot prowl’ – a burglary where the homeowner is present.

‘The officers’ preliminary investigation determined that approximately three to four armed males in their 20s entered the home with the intent to burglarize the location,’ according to LAPD officials.

Once upon a time, Los Angeles was such a beautiful city.

But now it is covered from one end to the other in filth, trash and drug paraphernalia.

Of course much of this degradation is being fueled by drug addiction. We are in the midst of the worst drug crisis in the entire history of our country, and many addicts have made theft a lifestyle in order to fund their addictions.

In addition to robbing homes, these addicts are constantly smashing into vehicles, and they are one of the biggest reasons why retail theft has soared to unprecedented heights…

New York City has led the US with the sharpest increase in the number of reported shoplifting incidents since before the pandemic, according to a study.

The Big Apple saw a 64% increase in reported incidents of retail theft during the four-year period between mid-2019 and June of this year, while Los Angeles experienced a 61% surge in the same metric, according to the Council on Criminal Justice.

This is not what a civilized society looks like. In Bellevue, Washington, so many vehicles are being stolen that the police are literally giving away steering wheel locks in a desperate attempt to bring auto theft down…

The Bellevue Police Department is giving away steering wheel locks Sunday, December 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bellevue Crossroads Substation.

“The effort comes as auto thefts have been on the rise in Bellevue and across the region,” said BPD.

BPD said Bellevue has had a 29% increase in car thefts in 2023 through October.

BPD has seen a 762% and 730% increase in theft of Kias and Hyundais.

I honestly do not understand why people still want to live in these big cities.

According to one recent survey, 40 percent of Americans are now “afraid to walk alone at night near their home”.

Millions of Americans live in a constant state of fear because our nation is absolutely teeming with predators and drug addicts.

During Thursday night’s debate between Gavin Newsom (D) and Ron DeSantis (R), the Florida governor busted out the San Francisco ‘poop map’ created by OpenTheBooks.

This is our country now.

We live in a country where hordes of mindless drug addicts pull down their pants and defecate in the streets whenever they feel like it.

And thanks to the open border policies of our leaders in Washington, more drug dealers and more drug addicts are pouring across our borders with each passing day.

It is being reported that the foreign-born population in the U.S. has now reached a whopping 49.5 million people…

How do you think the drug cartels in Mexico make so much money? They make millions upon millions of dollars by selling drugs to us. And our leaders refuse to secure our borders year after year. It is infuriating.

The problem is that the effects of inflation can be subtle and far reaching, quietly creeping up on a population until suddenly there’s a tidal wave of societal crises. In the US (and much of the western world) we are already witnessing elements of inflationary disaster; there’s a good reason why around 60% of Americans now have a pessimistic view of the future, with a majority of people saying life is worse for them today than it was in the past.

These kinds of dark sentiments usually coincide with inflationary or deflationary pressures. Inflation in particular can be devastating because it represents an ever expanding hidden tax on the life of each citizen. Not only that, but the cure is often worse than the disease, with central banks instituting interest rate hikes that continue longer than most people expect.  Eventually they lead to an engineered deflationary kick in the gut for the economy. For a time, prices will remain high on an array of necessities while wages stagnate, consumer demand shrinks and businesses go bankrupt as borrowing becomes impossible.

A system might be able to absorb this shock as long as it is not burdened with immense debt. In the case of the US, we are HEAVILY burdened with over $33 trillion in national debt (officially) and over $17 trillion in consumer debt. The damage from stagflation and the central bank response will be greatly amplified by this.

So what should we expect when things go truly bad?

Widespread Labor Strikes

Labor strikes tend to occur in inflationary environments because, at least initially, demand for labor is high, giving labor more leverage against business owners. When people know they can easily jump into another job tomorrow the temptation is to leave their current job at the drop of a hat today.

Strikes were a common crisis in Weimar, Germany and Yugoslavia among other nations, in some cases because of legitimate labor concerns and in other cases because of communist provocateurs. The stagflation of the 1970s led to what is known as the “decade of strikes” in the US, with labor seeking higher wages to offset rising prices. The strikes sometimes resulted in better wages, which then in turn only lead to even higher prices as production shrinks and the costs are transferred to the consumer.

Wages are stagnant in the US today, even after the minimum wage unofficially doubled due to labor shortages. Labor demand is high (for now), but the difference in our era compared to previous inflation events is that the vast majority of labor is focused on superfluous markets. It’s not as if manufacturing is a major component of the US economy anymore. Rather, most employment is in the service sector.

No one really cares if McDonalds workers or Walmart workers or Hollywood writers go on strike. This does little to affect their daily lives. What it does do, though, is wear down the business sector over time until a portion of employers eventually downsize operations. If you have enough strikes and businesses can’t find workers in certain regions, they will close up shop and cut their losses. There were multiple incentives for major manufacturers to leave the US for places like China in the 1970s and 1980s, but the constant union strikes during that period played a large part in the decision.

Today, you will have retail and food deserts; places where no businesses will dare set down roots because they can’t keep their stores staffed. In the end, the jobs disappear entirely.

Rising Crime And Government Lies

Speaking of retail deserts, spiking crime rates are another factor that drives employers away from certain neighborhoods and cities.

Obviously this is a situation we are seeing play out in the past couple of years, but the interesting thing is the level of disinformation and denial that public officials have displayed in response. There has been a conspiracy among certain state and local governments (Democrats) and the corporate media to dismiss or hide the rising crime problem in the US. The most important aspect of this has been the oddly timed overhaul for the process US cities use to report crime stats to the FBI and to the public.

It’s just a coincidence I’m sure, but starting around the beginning of the covid pandemic there was a shift in procedures for criminal data reporting within the federal government. That change has allowed a number of cities to withhold complete crime stats until the new system is finished; this means that some cities will not be reporting reliable stats until 2024-2025.

So, when a leftist journalist says “Gee, conservatives keep complaining about rising crime in San Francisco, but crime is actually going down…” this is a lie. Cities like San Francisco are simply not required to provide full criminal reports for another year.

The crime rate is not only a symptom of high prices. That is a part of it, but the atmosphere of chaos that surrounds inflation also acts as a kind of signal to the mentally unstable and morally corrupt. Bad people will slither out of the woodwork because they view the instability as good cover for their criminal activities. With enough crime overwhelming police, a larger percentage of miscreants are likely to escape scrutiny and prosecution.

More Looting

Again, this is happening right now, but it is generally limited to short bursts in compact urban settings. As inflationary heat boils over, looting will become a daily occurrence and it will move away from retail areas into residential and suburban areas.

The fascinating thing about looting these days is that if you have one man stealing from a store, he is considered a criminal. If you have a group of people stealing from a store, suddenly they become “activists” that are fulfilling their “right to reparations.” There is a political weaponization of looters going on, usually on the side of the far-left, in the midst of inflation. The looters are not looting because prices are higher and they need the resources, they are looting because inflation gives them an excuse to loot and political elements are encouraging them to do so.

Population Migrations

Inflationary effects can move awkwardly through an economy, with some places far more damaged than others depending on how local governments respond. The worst governments will react with higher taxes and red tape in order to offset falling revenues in other areas. They will also reduce public services in order to save money, and this includes reductions in police funding even in the face of higher crime.

As people realize they’re living in a dead zone that is draining their bank accounts dry and giving them nothing back, they will try to leave if they can. In the US, people have migrated by the millions away from blue states in the past few years, but this was more to do with them escaping covid mandates and lockdowns than escaping economic malaise. The next wave of migrations will happen because of financial decline (as well as the crime that comes with it).

This happens during most economic crisis events. It was common during the Great Depression to see Americans moving around like nomads to places they thought had more work and more prosperity. Men would leave their families for jobs across the country so they could send money back home. The homeless spread out from urban areas into the countryside to beg for food from farmers.

During inflation, the cost of relocation can be debilitating. There will come a point when moving will be impossible. Until then there will be a swell of populations flowing like water from one place to the next seeking relief from the storm. Expect to see nomadic cultures return to the US with RV caravans, tiny home meccas, tent cities and Hoovervilles (now called Bidenvilles).

Balkanization

In the former Yugoslavia, economic disaster accelerated existing social and political divisions to the point of national breakup. These kinds of conditions might be a ways down the road for the US, or, they might be a lot closer than you think. In our case, the divisions will be between the people that want to continue going down the path that is taking us to oblivion, and the people who want to stop and reverse course.

It might seem like insanity, but a large part of the American populace still thinks the direction we are going is beneficial. They think the destruction of western culture is part of the greater good, that economic calamity is a means to an end and that they will be largely unaffected. There are also people that are just plain stupid and don’t realize that they’re supporting policies which will end up biting them in the posterior.

Inflation creates chaos, but it can also bring clarity. That which is truly important moves to the forefront of the public consciousness.  The depraved rise to the surface of the water like so much putrid ocean froth, and people figure out quickly who they want to live with and who they want to live without. Entire subcultures will form and separate to survive and thrive while other groups will try to stop them. Conflict is probably inevitable (as it was in Yugoslavia) but the point remains: Inflationary crisis has the ability to change everything.

It was God’s efforts in the supernatural realm that created the natural universe and everything in it, including galaxies and solar systems, ours included, where our Earth orbits around our sun.

The universe did not exist prior to God existing. God existed before anything was created in the natural world. God clearly tells us this in His Word in Genesis: He spoke everything into existence.

The “Big Bang” came into existence much later – when nonbelievers made up their own explanation for the creation they saw all around them. This was their effort to “appropriate” God’s creation for their own use and benefit.

The damage this caused should be obvious to the Gaists, Greenie worshipers and depopulation fanatics. They “see” and operate only in the natural world. Their pride of existence has overcome them, and thinking themselves wise, they have become fools. Still, they refuse to repent from their error, and insist that we must all join them in their error and give them all our resources, and then they will “save” us from ourselves. Idiots!

Measurements and mathematics are mankind’s explanations for what exists – not God’s explanation. Idiocy, in case you haven’t noticed, is a creation of the natural world and is transmitted primarily through the educational system. The clueless are employed by the clueless to create more clueless. If you stay with their system long enough and pay enough money into it, you will be awarded a degree in one offshoot or another of idiocy. That entitles you to become a “supernatural” denier, to yell loudly that we have only a few days left, and demand everyone contribute their substance to you to fix this imaginary problem created by you and your friends. The nursery, the planet, the universe must all bow down and worship the brilliance of these people and in reverence apply for a certificate of idiocy, which will only be issued at the end of our lives and the exhaustion of all our substance.

Mankind transitioned from operating in the supernatural realm to the natural realm when Adam and Eve chose the fruit of the tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil over walking with their Creator God in the cool of the Garden of Eden. God in His mercy, we should note, prohibited their access to the Tree of Life, lest they eat of it and live forever in this state of bondage to the natural world, which is but a subset of the supernatural world.

The church, as well as most of the rest of the world, fell for this nonsense, because it was taught to children in school, and we were all once children. Thus what began as an adjunct to religious education, at least here in America. became a replacement for religious education. Why would we not want children to know first about God, and only after that learn about mankind’s ideas and suppositions?

Maybe it’s time the church reassesses the biblical mandate for its leadership. Or do we prefer fighting supernatural battles from the natural world, because we like to hear the clashing of swords and crave the excitement of battle?

Would it not be better for all of us if the church returned to its God-given power and authority in the supernatural world, and fought its battle there, from a position of power?

The U.S. national debt topped $33 trillion for the first time ever on Monday, crossing a critical milestone at a time when government spending is already under scrutiny.

The national debt – which measures what the U.S. owes its creditors — hit $33.04 trillion as of Monday afternoon, according to new data published by the Treasury Department. By comparison, just four decades ago, the national debt hovered around $907 billion.

I don’t know if I even have the words to describe how reckless our leaders have become.

It took from the founding of our nation all the way up to 1980 for the national debt to reach one trillion dollars.

But now we have added a trillion dollars to the national debt in just three months.

And thanks to rising interest rates, interest payments on our debt are projected to increase at an exponential rate in the years ahead…

In fact, interest payments on the national debt are projected to be the fastest-growing part of the federal budget over the next three decades, according to the CRFB.

Payments are expected to triple from nearly $475 billion in fiscal year 2022 to a stunning $1.4 trillion in 2032. By 2053, the interest payments are projected to surge to $5.4 trillion. To put that into perspective, that will be more than the U.S. spends on Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and all other mandatory and discretionary spending programs.

Of course we are far from alone.

At this point, total global debt exceeds 300 trillion dollars…

GLOBAL debt hit a record US$307 trillion in the second quarter of the year despite rising interest rates curbing bank credit, with markets such as the US and Japan driving the rise, the Institute of International Finance (IIF) said on Tuesday (Sep 19).

The financial services trade group said in a report that global debt in US dollar terms had risen by US$10 trillion in the first half of 2023 and by US$100 trillion over the past decade.

It said the latest increase has lifted the global debt-to-GDP ratio for a second straight quarter to 336 per cent.

But we are by far the biggest offenders. And that is because we are extremely gluttonous “pig people” that simply do not care that we are literally destroying the future for our children and our grandchildren.

Sadly, the politicians that are racking up all of this debt are extremely gluttonous “pig people” too.  Thanks to Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, members of the U.S. Senate will be allowed to dress any way that they want from this point forward…

Breaking news relevant to only 100 Americans: The U.S. Senate will no longer enforce its dress code for members.

Is this yet another sign of constitutional decadence, or is it a step into modernity for the fusty, antiquated chamber? Either way, it’s the best news ever for Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.), who would prefer to do business while looking like he’s on a Saturday-morning jog.

Do we really want our representatives in Washington to look like a bunch of slobs?

What kind of message is that going to send to the general population?

And what kind of message is that going to send to the rest of the world?

It is being reported that Chuck Schumer made this change specifically to accommodate John Fetterman, and in a recent opinion piece Maureen Callahan made it very clear what she thinks about that…

If we are to accept that everything is fine with Fetterman, then reasonable people can conclude that he simply doesn’t care.

We can assume that he is lazy, a slob, and is happy to present himself as someone who is not bringing 100 percent to the job. That he is a narcissist who thinks that a centuries-old dress code for members of Congress should not apply to him, that D.C. should lower its standards to meet his slovenliness, and laughably, as a source close to Fetterman once claimed, that ‘his relaxed, comfortable style is a sign that the senator is making a robust recovery.’

Sure. Nothing says you’ve beaten back depression by dressing as though you haven’t gotten off the couch for a week. Nothing says self-respect like showing up to the Hill in clothes you’d wear to scrub the tub. Most of us dress better for a coffee run.

I couldn’t have said it any better myself.

As a nation, we are also deeply addicted to drugs.

Today, more Americans than ever before are addicted to legal and/or illegal drugs. And more Americans than ever are dying from those addictions.

According to NPR, drug overdose deaths set a brand new record high last year…

Drug deaths nationwide hit a new record in 2022. 109,680 people died as the fentanyl crisis continued to deepen, according to preliminary data released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Eight states saw drug deaths continue to surge by nine percent or more, with the greatest increases of 21 percent coming in Washington state and Wyoming.

Drug overdose deaths also set a brand new record high the year before that.

And the year before that.

You get the picture.

Our addiction to food is also killing many of us. In fact, we are being told that the number of Americans that die from heart disease each year with obesity as a factor has actually “tripled” since 1999…

Obesity now affects 42% of all Americans, and 20% of children.

Of course we are even more addicted to sex than we are to food.

I am about to share something with you that absolutely floored me when I first heard about it. As I discussed yesterday, the Cathedral of Hope in Dallas recently celebrated a “Drag Sunday” during which the church publicly honored “the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence”.

If you are not familiar with “”the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence”, they are a group of drag queens that relentlessly mocks the Christian faith.

So I was quite shocked to see “the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence” standing at the front of the church as the congregation of the Cathedral of Hope “recited a pledge dedicated to drag queens”…

Footage out of Dallas, Texas shows the moment a crowded LGBT-friendly church recited a pledge dedicated to drag queens standing at the front of the congregation.

The viral video shows attendees of the Cathedral of Hope publicly blessing the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, a drag queen group that was recently at the center of a controversy with the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team.

The congregants read in unison, “We commit ourselves to be people of faith who stand for justice, proclaim love and defend the rights of all people. We recognize that all people are made in the loving image of God no matter who they are, how they dress, express themselves or who they love.”

I have never seen anything like this in my entire life.

That is supposed to be a church!

The “pledge” got even worse as it went on…

“We celebrate this divine diversity and commit to lifting up the voices of the LGBTQ+ community and creating spaces where everyone can thrive. Drag queens are often targets of hate and violence. But we know that they are often powerful and resilient people who show us what it means to be truly authentic and expressive,” the crowd echoed.

The pledge continued, “We honor their strength and pledge to be allies to the drag community, recognizing their full humanity and their incredible contributions to our world. We embrace radical inclusivity and work to dismantle systems of oppression. We will fight against all forms of hate, prejudice and intolerance and work to build a world that affirms and celebrates every person’s unique identity and gifts.”

Are churches going to start reciting pledges to Satan during their worship services?

We can’t fall much farther than we have already fallen, and if we stay on the path that we are currently on there will be no future for our country. But most Americans don’t want to be bothered by any of this. Most Americans just want to continue to enjoy their addictions for as long as they possibly can.

Unfortunately for them, the clock is ticking and their seemingly endless party is about to come to a very abrupt conclusion.

System failures that in times past would have been unheard of, or at least exceptionally rare, are fast becoming the norm as unqualified people are elevated to positions of power and influence in the name of “equity” and “reparations.”

It no longer matters if a person possesses certain skills or know-how if he has the “wrong” color skin or is not a member of the LGBT “rainbow.” A straight, white genius can now be passed over in favor a transgender, black “diversity” candidate – and nobody bats an eye.

The long-term consequences of such discrimination are many. In the span of less than six months back in 2017, there were three U.S. Naval warships that experienced three separate collisions resulting in 17 deaths. A year later, there was a wildfire that started because of mismanaged power transmission lines owned by PG&E.

Then we have the recent East Palestine train derailment, which created what many say is the largest dioxin plume in world history, followed by an air traffic control error that resulted in the clearing of a FedEx plane landing on a runway that was occupied by a Southwest plane preparing to take off – oops.

Is it possible for America to reverse course or is it already too late?

Because of the interconnected nature of American society and its many complex systems, all it takes to create a major disruption is for one piece to fall out of place, creating a cascade of other failures.

The more “woke” America becomes, the worse these systems seem to get. Suddenly there are a whole lot more accidents, a whole lot less reliable mail carriers, and the constant threat of another major disaster occurring out of nowhere.

“The core issue is that changing political mores have established the systematic promotion of the unqualified and sidelining of the competent,” writes Harold Robertson for Palladium magazine.

“This has continually weakened our society’s ability to manage modern systems. At its inception, it represented a break from the trend of the 1920s to the 1960s, when the direct meritocratic evaluation of competence became the norm across vast swaths of American society.”

In its heyday, the United States seemed to have mastered the art of selecting candidates that were qualified and able, regardless of their wealth, class, or political connections. Today, it is all about having dark skin, or using gender pronouns, or hating Christians that gets a person hired.

How long can a civilization persist with such practices in place before it collapses? Today’s America is giving us hints that it will not be long before the country reaches its inevitable end, assuming it fails to reverse course.

“In the language of a systems theorist, by decreasing the competency of the actors within the system, formerly stable systems have begun to experience normal accidents at a rate that is faster than the system can adapt,” Robertson adds.

“The prognosis is harsh but clear: either selection for competence will return or America will experience devolution to more primitive forms of civilization and loss of geopolitical power.”

The decline of merit-based positioning in society did not happen overnight. It surely accelerated with great speed in recent years, but the process has been ongoing since at least the 1960s when the cultural revolution really ramped up the process of degradation.

“The path of least resistance will be the devolution of complex systems and the reduction in the quality of life that entails,” Robertson warns.
