Millersville Assistant Police Chief Shawn Taylor says his department and his home were raided by the TBI after the Millersville Police Department uncovered crimes involving high-profile individuals tied to mortgage fraud, narcotics trafficking, election fraud and human trafficking.

The corruption, Taylor says, extends far beyond Millersville, Nashville and even the state of Tennessee. And yet whoever is running the TBI is using the state agency to commit lawfare against local law enforcement for simply doing their jobs.

Taylor says the crime ring involves members of the U.S. Congress, state attorneys general, other law enforcement agencies and even BRICS nations, particularly communist China.

According to Taylor, a foreign adversary has captured the government and the only way to destroy it is for Americans to set aside their differences and work together – watch the video below:

(Related: Should there be another “pandemic,” law enforcement will be called upon to help the globalists force everyone to get “vaccinated.”)

Foreign enemies shifting political outcomes, weakening U.S. sovereignty

During the TBI raid on Taylor’s home, agents seized files and other evidence used in criminal investigations.

“They took all of our files so that we are unable to complete these cases,” he said.

Concerning the BRICS nations, Taylor says they are involved in fraudulent mortgages in several U.S. states. The purpose of this fraud is to shift political outcomes and ultimately weaken U.S. sovereignty.

“This is a multifaceted attack from a foreign adversary who is paying off our local municipal, county, state and federal politicians to keep this from coming to light,” Taylor explained.

“We are moving forward with this case in other states and other arenas even though they have taken our files and our information.”

The claims Taylor makes in the above video appear to concern a much larger globalist agenda at work across America. It is a plague that infests everything from your local police department right on up to the White House.

During their raid on Taylor’s home, TBI agents reportedly “urinated” in his bathtub. This, he says, shows that the government hates Americans and wants them to know it.

“To me, that was the government saying, ‘piss on you, America,’ and that’s not okay,” Taylor says. “It’s time to stand up, unify, come together peacefully, and demand accountability.”

Alex Jones backed Taylor’s claims by stating that the Department of Justice (DOJ) under Joe Biden has made sure that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), BlackRock and other elements of the globalist crime syndicate are able to continue making inroads towards America’s ultimate destruction.

“From my deep research, what this Tennessee sheriff [sic] is saying is dead on,” Jones commented.

Taylor, meanwhile, wants Americans to drop their political and religious affiliations and merge together as one to fight the globalists whom he says are trying to dismantle the country. Peaceful but firm resistance is what he says will hold the right people accountable for their actions and get the job done.

Should Tennessee Be Ranked #1 for Survivability for Preppers That Want to Survive Cataclysmic Times? https://americanconservativemovement.com/should-tennessee-be-ranked-1-for-survivability-for-preppers-that-want-to-survive-cataclysmic-times/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/should-tennessee-be-ranked-1-for-survivability-for-preppers-that-want-to-survive-cataclysmic-times/#respond Tue, 05 Mar 2024 11:40:57 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=201637 (The Economic Collapse Blog)—If you are planning to relocate in anticipation of the extremely chaotic times that are rapidly approaching, there are four primary factors that I think people should be focusing on.  First of all, you will want to go some place where you will be surrounded by like-minded people.  Secondly, you will want to avoid locations that have a high population density.  Thirdly, you will want to avoid regions that are at high risk of experiencing natural disasters.  Lastly, it is important to consider how the area you are considering will fare during a nuclear conflict.

Of course these are not the only factors that need to be considered, because choosing to relocate to another part of the country is a complicated decision.  Ultimately, you need to make whatever choice is right for you and your family at the time.

I have written quite a bit about these things over the years, and so my attention was immediately grabbed when I came across an article on StudyFinds.com entitled “The List: Best Places to Live Off-Grid, According to Experts”.  The state of Tennessee is ranked number one on their list, and I found that to be quite interesting.  Below, I will share some of their reasons for ranking Tennessee first, and following each reason I will give some of my thoughts…

  • “abundance of natural resources”

This is very true.  Tennessee is tremendously blessed with natural resources, and that is a huge advantage for those that want to live off-grid.

  • “with an average rainfall of over 50 inches, homesteaders living off-grid have ample access to legally harvest rainwater”

A lot of states, particularly in the western half of the country, have made it illegal to harvest rain falling from the sky.  Thankfully, Tennessee doesn’t have such a law, and plenty of rain falls throughout the year.

  • “individuals can apply to live and work on government-owned land for a low cost or even for free”

If you are strapped for cash, this is a great opportunity.  Most other states do not have this option.

  • “fertile land found in this state provides a growing season of over eight months per year”

This is a really great point.  Even most preppers do not have years of food stored up for themselves and their families.  During the very difficult times that are ahead, growing your own food will be important, and Tennessee is a great state for doing that.

  • “Tennessee stands out as a budget-friendly haven for off-grid enthusiasts”

The coast of living in the state is definitely lower than elsewhere, and that is a huge plus.

Overall, there is so much to like about Tennessee.  In my new book, I ranked it number four out of all fifty states.

But of course no location is perfect.

There are definitely some negatives to consider as well.  For example, it is being reported that Tennessee is the most stressed state in the entire nation…

At No. 1 for the overall list of the most stressed states in the U.S. is Tennessee, according to Komowa.

The Volunteer State scored very high for the most health stress, coming in third place for the highest level of depression prevalence (24.4%).

15.5% of residents also said “their physical health isn’t good for more than 14 days a month.”

Residents of Tennessee also work more than the average American. The state came in at No. 3 for most hours worked with an average of 42.3 hours a week.

In addition, in my opinion you will want to avoid the western half of the state entirely.  It is way too close to the New Madrid fault zone, and Memphis is one of the most dangerous cities in the country.

But I very much like the eastern portion of the state.  In particular, virtually anywhere east of Knoxville would be a very nice choice.

Just don’t expect perfection.

You won’t find that anywhere.

Needless to say, you will need to be prepared to expect the unexpected wherever you live.

For example, those living in Utah and Nevada probably never imagined that tumbleweeds would become a significant issue in our day and age, but that is precisely what is happening

Tumbleweed is sprawling across sidewalks. It is blowing across freeways. It is stacked up — feet high — against homes in Utah and Nevada.

The masses upon masses of prickly tumbleweed are more fallout from severe weather sweeping the Western United States, in which wind gusts over 60 mph destroyed infrastructure, downed trees and power lines, and caused widespread outages and road closures.

Some called it the tumbleweed takeover. Others referred to it as tumblemageddon.

Life is always full of surprises, and that will especially be true during the tumultuous years that are in front of us.

We will never be able to prepare for every possible scenario, but right now millions of Americans are making preparations for what is ahead because they understand that things are about to make a dramatic turn in the wrong direction.

A gold dealer in Beverly Hills says that even the ultra-wealthy are preparing for the worst

MILLIONAIRES and elites are hoarding gold as part of their doomsday preparations as they look to barter with it, an expert has revealed.

Multiple factors, from cell service outages to the election, have caused an “absolute surge” in gold sales, Jonathan Rose told The U.S. Sun.

Rose, the CEO of Genesis Gold Group in Beverly Hills, California, said he deals with people buying the precious metal for doomsday-prepping purposes every day.

Rose highlighted how doomsday prepping has become popular among millionaires such as Mark Zuckerberg and Sam Altman, along with pro athletes and other elites.

Speaking of Zuckerberg, there has been a tremendous amount of speculation about the massive survivalist compound that he is building in Hawaii.

Those that have been involved in building it have been required to sign very strict nondisclosure agreements

Everyone who enters the property must sign a strict nondisclosure agreement, according to reports, and workers are sworn to secrecy.

Various media reports make mention of labourers being sacked after sharing selfies from the property on social media – posts that were quickly detected by Zuckerberg’s representatives.

“It’s fight club,” a former contractor told Wired. “We don’t talk about fight club.”

We have reached a stage where even people like Mark Zuckerberg realize that things are about to get really crazy.

The United States is in the process of committing financial suicide, but what we are facing goes far beyond economics.

We are literally facing a “perfect storm” that is being fueled by a whole host of different factors, and global events are on the verge of spiraling completely out of control.

So whether it is Tennessee or somewhere else, I would highly recommend figuring out where you want to be when everything finally hits the fan, because we are quickly running out of time.

‘Two Things That Can’t Both Be True’: Tennessee AG Sues BlackRock Over ESG Deception https://americanconservativemovement.com/two-things-that-cant-both-be-true-tennessee-ag-sues-blackrock-over-esg-deception/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/two-things-that-cant-both-be-true-tennessee-ag-sues-blackrock-over-esg-deception/#comments Mon, 18 Dec 2023 23:28:46 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=199514 (Daily Signal)—Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti on Monday sued the investment company BlackRock for deceptive practices.

“BlackRock has said two things that can’t both be true,” Skrmetti, a Republican, told The Daily Signal in an interview Monday. “The first is that they’re taking investors’ money and investing it purely for the purpose of maximizing the return on investment. But they’ve also put out statements saying that they’re committed to net-zero [carbon emissions to combat] climate change by certain dates.”

“They’ve made lots of statements about working to use all of the assets under their management to further the goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and both of those can’t be true,” he added.

In the suit filed in Williamson County Circuit Court, Skrmetti alleges that BlackRock violates the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act by engaging in deceptive practices regarding its so-called environmental, social, and governance goals. BlackRock has helped lead the movement to force climate alarmism goals on companies in the name of ESG. These goals often involve pledging to alter business practices to decrease or offset carbon emissions in the name of helping the environment, even though science on carbon emissions destroying the climate is far from settled.

In 2020 and 2021, BlackRock joined the climate alarmism groups Climate Action 100+ and the Net Zero Asset Managers Initiative, committing to use the weight of all assets under management to advance many environmental, social, and governance goals and achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.

Yet BlackRock operates many non-ESG funds, claiming that such funds “do not seek to follow a sustainable, impact, or ESG investment strategy.” The company further claims that there is “no indication” that non-ESG funds will adopt an ESG investment strategy.

Although BlackRock claims these funds don’t advance its ESG goals, it has adopted a companywide commitment to ESG goals and aggressively urged climate goals on other enterprises it invests in. As a shareholder in many other companies, BlackRock carries considerable weight and has pushed them to make climate-related commitments.

“BlackRock’s pledge as a member of [the climate groups] is to force companies to disclose targets for net-zero emissions for environmental and political reasons (limiting warming to well below 2°C), without regard to materiality to the particular company’s financial performance,” the lawsuit argues. “BlackRock makes no mention of this commitment to non-material factors when explaining its portfolio company disclosure expectations to fund investors.”

The lawsuit cites many instances where BlackRock used its influence over companies it invests in—including Chevron, United Airlines, and Walmart—to push climate-related shareholder proposals. Yet BlackRock claimed in a December 2022 statement responding to state attorneys general that the company doesn’t “dictate to companies what specific emission targets they should meet or what type of political lobbying they should pursue.”

BlackRock also claimed that its role “is to help [clients] navigate investment risks and opportunities, not to engineer a specific decarbonization outcome in the real economy.”

As for ESG funds, Skrmetti’s lawsuit cites this claim by BlackRock: “The global aspiration to achieve a net-zero global economy by 2050 is reflective of aggregated efforts; governments representing over 90% of GDP have committed to move to net-zero over the coming decades.”

However, only 15% of countries that have made a net-zero commitment have enshrined such commitments in law, and only 10% of global emissions would be covered by legally binding pledges, according to Tennessee’s lawsuit. The lawsuit lists 14 statements that BlackRock could have added as disclosures to make that statement less deceptive, such as noting that no country in the world has implemented policies that will prevent the world climate from increasing 1.5 degrees Celsius, according to the Climate Action Tracker.

BlackRock also has presented contradictory claims about whether ESG goals align with positive financial outcomes.

BlackRock has said that its “focus on climate risk and energy is about driving financial outcomes for clients,” but the company also has admitted that sustainability metrics “do not provide an indication of current or future performance nor do they represent the potential risk and reward profile of a fund.”

Contrary to BlackRock’s claims, ESG-guided funds don’t yield higher returns on investment, according to the lawsuit. It cites a 2019 study finding a “statistically significant negative relation between ESG investing and investor returns.”

“BlackRock’s acts and practices concerning the marketing or sale of products and services, as alleged herein, are deceptive to consumers and other persons in Tennessee,” the lawsuit states.

Skrmetti asks the circuit court to find that BlackRock violated the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act, that the court order BlackRock to cease making misrepresentations, that it order BlackRock to “restore the money or property lost as a result of the alleged violations of law,” and that it order BlackRock to give up its “ill-gotten gains.”

Skrmetti asks the court to fine BlackRock a civil penalty of $1,000 to Tennessee for each violation of the law, and that “all costs, including discretionary costs, in this case be taxed against BlackRock.”

BlackRock is the leading exchange-traded fund provider in the world, with $9.4 trillion in assets under management.

Although some states have passed laws to restrict the use of ESG goals in making investment decisions, Skrmetti’s lawsuit represents the first civil enforcement action against BlackRock for ESG deception.

“Ultimately, this is a case about the truth, and the biggest takeaway for me at the end of the day is we can get clarity for consumers,” Skrmetti told The Daily Signal in the interview. “If you’re going to make decisions about how companies should have to behave to do business, those are decisions that ultimately have to flow from the people, and this is part of, I think, a broader effort on the part of some elites to make sure that the American people don’t have that kind of oversight over their economy.”

Tennessee House Votes 98-0 to Allow State Treasurer to Acquire and Hold Gold to Protect the State https://americanconservativemovement.com/tennessee-house-votes-98-0-to-allow-state-treasurer-to-acquire-and-hold-gold-to-protect-the-state/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/tennessee-house-votes-98-0-to-allow-state-treasurer-to-acquire-and-hold-gold-to-protect-the-state/#comments Wed, 08 Mar 2023 22:57:40 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=190945 Editor’s Note: This article gives us another of many reasons why now is the time for Americans to move their wealth and/or retirement to physical precious metals. Our life’s savings are at risk. The powers-that-be know this. It’s why they’re quietly making the shifts necessary to get THEIR money into precious metals while leaving hard-working Americans in the dark. We strongly encourage readers to learn more about physical metals and self-directed IRAs. Here’s the article by Jp Cortez

As inflation continues to terrorize the budgets of Americans and states alike, two Tennessee bills empowering the State Treasurer to invest state funds in physical gold and silver are moving quickly through the legislature.

House Bill 1479, introduced by Rep. Bud Hulsey, passed out of the House of Representatives on Monday with a 98-0 vote.

Senate Bill 519, the identical senate-side companion bill introduced by Sen. Frank Niceley, passed out of the Senate State and Local Government Committee today by a unanimous vote of 8-0.

The legislation defines “bullion” and “specie,” as well as explicitly stating that “subject to appropriation, the state treasurer may purchase and sell gold or precious metal bullion or specie that will be directly owned by the state, and in the custody of the state treasurer.”

Additionally, the twin bills would allow the state treasurer to “make and enter into contracts, trust instruments, agreements, and other instruments with a person to effectuate this section, including, but not limited to, financial institutions, accountants, auditors, attorneys, consultants, and other contractors.”

Lastly, the measure calls for “physical gold and precious metal purchased under these acts to be custodied by the state treasurer in a state depository, and maintained in a vault within the state depository’s banking facilities in accordance with accepted industry standards for secure storage, and within the geographical boundaries of Tennessee.”

States that help set up the infrastructure to protect state funds with the monetary metals will help further to bring gold and silver into use as an alternative to the inflationary paper-money system, as well as buttressing state funds, many of which are invested in risky paper assets.

SB 519 has been placed on the senate floor calendar for a vote on final passage in the coming days.

Sen. Niceley and Rep. Hulsey are steadfast champions of sound money, earning each of them the 2022 Sound Money Legislator of the Year award last year for their tireless work on eliminating Tennessee’s state sales tax on gold and silver.

After ending the state sales tax on gold and silver, Tennessee shot up the 2023 Sound Money Index rankings to earn a 9th place finish. Tennessee also recently ended its state income tax on sale all capital assets, including gold and silver.

Several other states are considering their own sound money bills this month, including AlaskaIdaho, MaineMissouriMississippiSouth CarolinaVermont, Iowa, Kentucky, Oregon, and more.
