Earlier this month, Abbott announced strike teams and thousands of dollars in rewards for information leading to the identification and arrest of members of Tren de Aragua. Leaders in law enforcement say they’re trying to deny the transnational gang any foothold in Texas.

“What we know from this organization is that it is very well run, kind of like a corporation,” said retired Homeland Security Agent Ari Jimenez.

Jimenez has seen the gang explode in major cities across the country. He says this criminal enterprise usually starts with crimes that fly below the radar, including organized theft and sexual exploitation.

“Next is going to be weapon-involved crimes,” Jimenez said. “It’s gonna be a murder for hire. It’s going to be a shoot out. And, before you know it, they own and control the criminal element in the city.”

Intelligence documents obtained by the I-Team show self-proclaimed members, and those bearing the gang’s distinctive tattoos featuring a nautical compass, an eye, a rose and a clock face have been arrested around the city’s Migrant Resource Center for crimes like theft, human trafficking and possession of fake government documents.

Given all of this, the latest indication America is quickly sleepwalking into a major disaster – and we’re not talking about the conflicts in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, or the potential war in the South China Sea – comes from Texas.

TdA gang activity has become such a concern in the state that borders Mexico that Texas DPS has offered monetary rewards for the arrest of illegal alien gang members.

The latest figures from the US Army in a leaked report show at least 5,000 TdA illegal aliens have invaded the nation in recent years during open border policies pushed by the Biden-Harris administration.

Given the US Army only provided an estimate of how many TdA members are in the US, the figure could be much higher since the Biden-Harris team rolled out the red carpet to ten-plus million illegal aliens.

At Trump’s rally on Monday, a Charleroi, PA. trucker named Ernie addressed thousands in the crowd, delivering a “dire warning to every American” that flooding the nation with unvetted illegal aliens is a “nation-killing practice.”

In a social media post, he published a video of an interview between a Texas DPS trooper and a Turkish national, who was with a group of other Turkish men who illegally entered the country and were identified as SIAs.

Each of the SIAs had Turkish passports and were military age men.

The video depicts a female Texas Department of Public Safety trooper interviewing a Turkish national who spoke English. She asked him, “how did you guys make it over here?”

He said, “they found a network in Istanbul and some people took us first to Kuwait.”

When she asked them how they found the network, he replied, “Through Telegram, Instagram,” referring to a chat network and social media site.

He said they paid “$12 grand a person,” and the men with him confirmed they also paid that amount. He also said he didn’t know other people who were apprehended at the same time and standing nearby.

When she asked him what they were doing there in a remote area at the border, he said they were “looking for police to take us.”

“But do you have family, friends, anybody?” the trooper asked. “We have sponsors.”

When asked how they found the sponsors, he said through the network in Istanbul. When asked what a sponsor means, he said, “that means that they are going to take care of our expenses and everything.”

Olivarez said they weren’t the only SIAs that DPS troopers apprehended.

In the last 48 hours, DPS troopers have come across eight SIAs from five countries, all apprehended in a rural area of Normandy, Texas, in Maverick County, he said.

Texas DPS “uses every tool and resource,” working with local, county, and federal law enforcement partners to screen SIAs properly, he said, and “to provide transparency to the American public” about who’s illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.

SIAs are noncitizens who based “on an analysis of travel patterns” are “known or evaluated to possibly have a nexus to terrorism” who “potentially poses a national security risk to the United States,” the U.S. Department of Homeland Security explains.

Having an SIA designation does not necessarily mean the individual is a terrorist but their travel pattern “indicates a possible nexus to nefarious activity (including terrorism) and, at a minimum, provides indicators that necessitate heightened screening and further investigation.”

In 2016 during the Obama administration, DHS Secretary Jae Johnson ordered DHS to create a “‘multi-DHS Component SIA Joint Action Group’ to drive efforts to ‘counter the threats posed by the smuggling of SIAs.’” In 2019, the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security released a report outlining the threat posed by SIAs and “unknown and other potentially dangerous individuals, traveling to the United States using illicit pathways.”

Earlier this week, retired San Diego Border Patrol Chief Patrol Agent Aaron Heitke testified before Congress about how he said the Biden administration instructed him to not publicize arrests of SIAs.

“We had an exponential increase in Significant Interest Aliens … with significant ties to terrorism” illegally entering in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection San Diego Sector, Heitke said.

Prior to the Biden-Harris administration, the sector averaged 10 to 15 SIAs per year. “Once word was out that the border was far easier to cross, San Diego went to over 100 SIAs in 2022, way over 100 SIAs in 2023 and more than that this year,” Heitke said.

“These are only the ones we caught,” meaning the number likely is higher because of the volume of gotaways, those who illegally cross the border and are not apprehended.

“At the time, I was told I could not release any information on this increase in SIA’s or mention any of the arrests,” Heitke testified. “The administration was trying to convince the public that there was no threat at the border.”

His testimony came as the greatest number of individuals on the U.S. federal terrorist watch list have been apprehended under the Biden-Harris administration of 1,856 since fiscal 2021 through August, The Center Square reported.

Shawn Thierry declared the party switch while attending the Moms for Liberty summit in Washington, D.C., noting that she cannot support some of the liberal policies like sex change surgeries for minors and stripping Title IX protections for female athletes. The Democratic representative lost in the May primaries to opponent Lauren Simmons, which kept Thierry from a fifth term, The Texas Tribune reported.

“This is not the party I grew up with,” Thierry said in a statement posted to X. “I have witnessed firsthand how the so-called ‘liberal’ left now stifles thoughtful debate, silencing dissent with an iron fist—demanding blind allegiance to ideology, where one must ‘comply or be cast out.’ This is not the Democratic Party I once supported and represented.”

Since the Republican governor signed Senate Bill 1 into law in September 2021, Texas officials have removed more than 1.1 million people from state voter rolls, according to a press release from the governor’s office. The number includes hundreds of thousands of deceased individuals, hundreds of thousands on the suspense list and more than 100,000 individuals who failed to respond to an address confirmation notice, among other people who were deemed ineligible.

The purge also included more than 6,500 noncitizens who had managed to be included on the voter rolls, according to the governor.

“Election integrity is essential to our democracy,” Abbott said in a Monday statement. “I have signed the strongest election laws in the nation to protect the right to vote and to crackdown on illegal voting.”

“These reforms have led to the removal of over one million ineligible people from our voter rolls in the last three years, including noncitizens, deceased voters, and people who moved to another state,” Abbott continued. “Illegal voting in Texas will never be tolerated. We will continue to actively safeguard Texans’ sacred right to vote while also aggressively protecting our elections from illegal voting.”

Senate Bill 1 was created with the intention of beefing up election integrity, according to the governor’s office. The bill — which is now law — established uniform statewide voting hours, banned drive-through voting, provided more transparency by allowing poll watchers to better observe details of the election process and expanded voting access for voters who require more assistance.

The law also prohibits the dissemination of unsolicited applications for mail-in ballots, according to Abbott’s office.

The announcement follows record illegal immigration into the U.S. under the Biden-Harris administration, a crisis that Texas has uniquely faced given its extensive border with Mexico. More than eight million migrants have either illegally crossed through the U.S.-Mexico border or have arrived at ports of entry since the beginning of the Biden-Harris administration, according to the latest data from Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Texas — along with a slate of other GOP-led states — has also passed legislation that empowers state and local law enforcement officials to crack on illegal immigration, arguing that federal officials have failed to properly address the crisis themselves.

As the November presidential election draws closer, states are cracking down on illegal migrants that somehow made it onto their voter rolls. Virginia GOP Gov. Glenn Youngkin issued an executive order in July that seeks to bolster election integrity, with the state’s attorney general revealing that his office identified and removed 6,000 noncitizens from state voter rolls since he entered office.

In Maricopa County, Arizona, a major county in the swing state, the county recorder is facing a lawsuit from America First Legal for allegedly disregarding state law by not properly purging voter rolls of noncitizens.

Democrats have rallied around Vice President Kamala Harris as the party’s nominee after President Joe Biden announced he would not accept the Democratic nomination and endorsed her as his replacement in the 2024 presidential election against Trump. Crockett expressed resentment towards Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance’s comments during a July 2021 speech about women who didn’t have children, which have resurfaced since he became Trump’s running mate.

“It is hard for me to conceptualize why women would want to support that ticket at all,” Crockett said. “I mean, even before we had J.D. Vance, we know that the policies that they’re pushing, the policies that are coming out of Project 2025 are nothing but attacks on women. As someone who is childless, I absolutely resent all of the rhetoric we’re getting out of J.D. Vance.”

Vance’s comments about childless women during the July 2021 speech at times appear to have been taken out of context in some reactions to his speech. He excluded couples struggling with infertility from his criticism of prominent Democrats like Harris and Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York.

“Now let me do the necessary throat clearing, because I do think it’s important. Look, a lot of people are unable to have kids for very complicated and important reasons. They’re, I know, you know, good friends of mine who have struggled to find the right girl, find the right guy, there are people of course for biological reasons, medical reasons that can’t have children,” Vance said in the speech. “The target of these remarks is not them. It’s important to point that out. There have always been people like that who even though they would like to have kids, unable to have them. Let’s set them to the side.”

“It is one thing to recognize that there are people who don’t have children. It’s one thing to recognize their people don’t have children through no fault or choice of their own, but it’s something else to build a political movement invested theoretically in the future of this country, when not a single one of them actually has any physical commitment to the future of this country,” Vance continued.

Harris holds a 50% to 45% lead over Trump among women voters, after Trump tied Biden at 46% in surveys from April and June, according to a CNN poll. Biden received 57% of the vote from women, according to CNN’ s 2020 exit poll.

Trump leads Vice President Kamala Harris by 1.9% in a national head-to-head matchup, according to the Real Clear Polling average of polls from July 5 to 24, with Trump’s lead growing to 2.8% when Green Party candidate Dr. Jill Stein and independent presidential candidates Cornel West and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are included in surveys.

Pierson, a Republican, received backing from Texas Governor Gregg Abbott, who aimed to replace incumbent Republicans not aligned with his policy objectives. Her opponent, Justin Holland, had been a state representative since 2016 and had opposed key legislation supported by Abbott, including a measure that would enable Texas parents to use public funds for private or religious school education. Holland was among 21 Republicans who joined all Democrats in opposing this bill last year.

Holland has also faced criticism for his stance on other issues, such as his support for raising the minimum age to purchase “assault” style rifles from 18 to 21 and his vote to impeach Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

Pierson’s win underscores the ongoing influence of Trump-era politics in Texas and sets the stage for her to bring a conservative voice to the state legislature.

Paxton announced the filing of an application for a Temporary Injunction against Annunciation House, which he says is facilitating illegal border crossings and concealing illegally present aliens from law enforcement. All of this is illegal.

The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) reviewed and obtained sworn testimony proving, Paxton says, that Annunciation House’s operations were intentionally designed to facilitate illegal activity at the southern border that is flooding the nation with people who do not belong here.

Earlier in the year, OAG issued a request for documents from Annunciation House seeking to learn about its operations. Instead of responding with the requested information, Annunciation House sued OAG.

Since then, it has come to light that Annunciation House’s own sworn testimony shows that it is foundationally a criminal operation that shelters illegal aliens who evade Border Patrol at border crossings throughout the Lone Star State.

“It even goes into Mexico to retrieve aliens who border patrol denied,” Paxton’s office confirmed in a statement.

“Then, by its own admission, it conceals those people in its shelters from law enforcement. It will let any alien in, yet it paradoxically refuses to comply with any law enforcement demands. Its own website even boasts that it houses people who crossed the border with ‘help from a coyote.'”

Annunciation House’s argument against the initial request for operational documentation from OAG was that it has a religious right to refuse compliance with Paxton’s investigation. However, when asked under oath how the religion would be burdened by producing the requested documents, Annunciation House’s executive director admitted that it would not.

Paxton’s office then went on a hunt to determine what types of religious practices even occur at Annunciation House. All of its senior staff members reportedly gave what OAG described as “nonsensical answers,” including one answer in which a staffer simply responded with “the seven commandments.”

“Any NGO facilitating the unlawful entry of illegal aliens into Texas is undermining the rule of law and potentially jeopardizing the safety and wellbeing of our citizens,” Paxton himself commented about the case.

“All NGOs who are complicit in Joe Biden’s illegal immigration catastrophe and think they are above the law should consider themselves on notice.”

In the comments on one of our earlier stories about Paxton’s efforts to secure the borders, at least in Texas, one person asked how in the world Biden is trying to justify waging war on a state “for daring to protect its citizens and territory from illegals invading the nation.”

“War because they dared to disrupt the Marxist left plan to turn Texas blue for decades to come?” this person continued, speculating as to what the Biden regime is probably trying to disrupt. “Texas should secede from the union. They are now being threatened by the federal government.”

“They are not being defended. Biden has failed in his sworn responsibility to do so, and more than any other state they are hemorrhaging money and human resources caring for invaders because of the Biden administration.”

Another wrote that Texas is “drowning” as a direct result of the Biden regime “orchestrating an invasion of the southern border of the U.S.”

A mystery illness that’s impacted dairy herds in the Texas Panhandle, New Mexico and Kansas now has a diagnosis: Influenza A. USDA says genetic sequencing revealed it’s the same strain of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) that’s been in the U.S. for two years.

APHIS says the “National Veterinary Services Laboratories” detected Influenza “A” in samples from several impacted herds in Texas, Kansas and New Mexico. The virus is carried by wild waterfowl, which experts think is how the illness is spreading.

The experts did not think that bird flu would be a threat to dairy cattle.

Unfortunately, the experts were wrong.

Scientists were able to confirm the presence of the bird flu by testing samples of milk from sick cows…

According to USDA, as of March 25, unpasteurized, clinical samples of milk from sick cattle collected from two dairy farms in Kansas and one in Texas, as well as an oropharyngeal swab from another dairy in Texas, have tested positive for the virus.

Now that bird flu has been identified as the culprit, dairy farmers are being urged to strictly implement “all standard biosecurity measures”…

Officials are strongly advising dairy producers to use all standard biosecurity measures. They note it’s important for producers to clean and disinfect all livestock watering devices and isolate drinking water where it might be contaminated by waterfowl. Farmers are also being asked to notify their herd veterinarian if they suspect any cattle within their herd are displaying symptoms of this condition.

I was quite shocked to learn that this was happening right here in our own country.

The good news is that all milk from sick cows is being kept out of the food chain…

“Also, routine testing and well-established protocols for U.S. dairy will continue to ensure that only safe milk enters the food supply. In keeping with the federal Grade ‘A’ Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO), milk from sick cows must be collected separately and is not allowed to enter the food supply chain. This means affected dairy cows are segregated, as is normal practice with any animal health concern, and their milk does not enter the food supply. Consumers in the United States and around the world can remain confident in the safety and quality of U.S. dairy,” the statement said.

Will we eventually get to a point where entire herds of dairy cows have to be killed in order to prevent the spread of the disease? Let’s hope not.

Earlier this month, we learned that a goat in Minnesota has also tested positive for bird flu…

A goat in Stevens County, Minnesota, has tested positive for highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI), becoming the first U.S. detection of HPAI in a domestic ruminant. The goat contracted the virus after a poultry flock on the same premises was depopulated in February due to the virus. Following the confirmation of HPAI in the goat, the Minnesota Board of Animal Health quarantined all other species on the premises. The Board said is working with USDA to investigate the transmission of the virus in this case.

It appears to be just a matter of time before the bird flu starts becoming a significant threat to humans as well.

In January, Dr Chris Walzer, the Wildlife Conservation Society’s Executive Director of Health, in a statement, said: “It (H5N1) has infected over 150 wild and domestic avian species around the globe as well as dozens of mammalian species. The bird flu outbreak is the worst globally and also in US history, with hundreds-of-millions of birds dead since it first turned up in domestic waterfowl in China in 1996.”

We better hope that the bird flu does not mutate into a form that can spread very easily among humans.

Because according to the NIH, bird flu can have a death rate of more than 50 percent in humans…

As of November 2022, 240 cases of human avian influenza A (H5N1) virus have been confirmed from the Western Pacific Region since 2003 with a case fatality rate of 56%.

A global bird flu crisis would be far worse than anything that we have experienced during the past several years.

Just try to imagine the panic that would ensue if H5N1 were to start killing millions of people around the world.

Hopefully that will not happen any time soon.

Earlier today, I did come across an article about a 21-year-old student in Vietnam that was just killed by H5N1…

A student in Vietnam has died of H5N1 bird flu, according to the country’s Department of Preventive Medicine.

The 21-year-old man developed symptoms of fever and a cough on March 11. A week later, he presented at Ninh Hoa Medical Center in Vietnam’s eastern Khanh Hoa province, where he was diagnosed with pneumonia and transferred to Khanh Hoa General Hospital.

The student tested positive for highly pathogenic avian influenza on March 20, and further tests conducted two days later at the Nha Trang Pasteur Institute showed the patient was infected with the H5N1 subtype.

Let us pray that this was just an isolated incident.

Meanwhile, other pestilences continue to spread all over the planet.

For example, dengue fever has become a major problem in Brazil, and now government officials in Puerto Rico have declared a dengue fever epidemic…

On Monday, government leaders in Puerto Rico declared a dengue epidemic after a spike in cases of the mosquito-borne disease hit the island.

From the start of the year through March 10, there were 549 cases, including 341 hospitalizations and 29 severe cases, according to the most recent data provide by the Puerto Rico Department of Health. Cases are concentrated in cities including San Juan, Bayamon, Guaynabo and Carolina.

I have been repeatedly warning my readers that global pestilences would be one of the major themes of the next several years.

Bird flu has already killed hundreds of millions of birds, and now it is spreading in mammals.

A widespread bird flu outbreak among humans would have the potential to be absolutely catastrophic, and so we will want to watch this story very, very closely.

Texas fire largest in American history

As we reported back in 2022, U.S. food infrastructure has been under attack for some time now. Food factories all across the nation have burned to the ground under mysterious circumstances, and now we have this apparent attack on the U.S. beef industry.

Though Texas is not America’s exclusive provider of beef, the cattle and land that was lost in this massive fire will probably have a noticeable impact on the conventional beef supply.

“The largest fire we’ve ever had in Texas is the largest fire we’ve ever had in the United States,” the man in the above video explains. “It’s almost at 2,000 square miles, one million and a half acres, with preliminary reports stating 3,000 heads of cattle.”

“That number will triple or quadruple before it’s over, especially when we start euthanizing the cattle that have, uh, had their hooves burnt or their udders burnt. We’re going to have to, you know, put a lot of these animals down.”

In addition to the cattle losses, some 500 homes and barns were reported as destroyed along with two fatalities and five firefighter injuries. Keep in mind that these numbers will likely increase in the coming days.

Since most of the water in the fire-affected areas come from wells, the damage is also apparent in terms of loss of stock water.

“Not only is this livestock out of grass, but there’s also no water,” it was explained. “So it is a very desperate situation.”

As all of this is happening, mind you, New York Attorney General Letitia James is suing the largest manufacturer of beef due to what she believes is the damaging effect of meat on “climate change.”

“They want to control our food,” tweeted an X account about both the Texas fires and James’ crusade against beef. “Once they do, famine is very much within play.”

Another wrote that there is plenty of money to keep sending to Ukraine, but none to support Texas – and Americans are okay with this?

“I’ll bet the military contractors (i.e., Raytheon) don’t make much money on natural disasters.”
