Two counties in particular, Dane and Winnebago, saw oddly improved Democratic vote counts at numerous points during the count. Every time the GOP started to pull ahead in the race, the Democrat vote spikes became observably more “extreme” to offset it.

Also, in Milwaukee at 3:31am, there was a single count update of 109,000 votes, 83 percent of which favored Democrats. That vote count dump ultimately flipped the outcome of the race from Hovde to Baldwin.

“This vote batch is improbable on several dimensions,” Shylock Holmes tweeted.

  1.  It is late at night
  2. It differs from the 67% Dem vote share beforehand
  3. It is 25% of all Senate votes cast in Milwaukee
  4. It is a considerable fraction (3.2%) of votes in the overall race
  5. The race was close beforehand (49.1% Dem vote share)
  6. It flipped the outcome of the race”

(Related: Did you know that Claire Woodall-Vogg, the former election director of Milwaukee, was recently fired, but not arrested, for committing voter fraud in Wisconsin in 2020?)

Rigging the vote to “win”

As you can see from the above chart, the red and blue spikes from the 3:31am vote count dump looks oddly similar to the one that was widely published after the contentious 2020 election, which was similarly rigged to favor certain candidates.

There were no other areas in Wisconsin where any similar types of vote count dumps occurred that resulted in the race being flipped. Clearly something is amiss.

“While each property has innocent explanations, the combination is highly unlikely,” Shylock Holmes says.

“Only 8 updates are as extreme on the first 5 traits (including the Milwaukee President race). The Milwaukee Senate is the only update out of 46,489 that also flipped the outcome of the race.”

To clarify this point further, imagine flipping a coin 24 times and getting heads 22 of those 24 times. Also imagine along with that having the coin flip to heads 14 times in a row. This is how the vote count for the Wisconsin Senate race went in Milwaukee on Election Day.

Even with the vote count dump, the GOP ended up pulling ahead in the national race, at least, bringing a victory for Donald Trump in the traditionally “blue” state. For Hovde, though, his seat will now be held by Baldwin due to the fiasco.

The X / Twitter thread explains much more in-depth how all of the calculations were made to determine that things simply do not add up in Milwaukee. Take a look at it if heavy math interests you.

“I want to know what it will take for the Republican Party to purchase ballot images, cast vote records, absentee records, and voter registration lists in Wisconsin,” wrote commenter “Dave” from Dave’s Substack, suggesting an idea as to how this all might be remedied with proactive efforts such as these.

“There are ways to do a deeper investigation into an anomaly like this, but it requires resources. People like you and me don’t have those resources, but the Republican Party does.”

Election Theft Attempt Thwarted in Milwaukee After Seals on 13 Tabulators Were Broken https://americanconservativemovement.com/possible-election-theft-attempt-thwarted-in-milwaukee-after-13-tabulators-not-closed-properly/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/possible-election-theft-attempt-thwarted-in-milwaukee-after-13-tabulators-not-closed-properly/#respond Tue, 05 Nov 2024 23:06:25 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/possible-election-theft-attempt-thwarted-in-milwaukee-after-13-tabulators-not-closed-properly/ Have you noticed nearly all of the massive “mistakes” and “unfortunate circumstances” happen in battleground states? In what may have been an attempt to steal Wisconsin for Kamala Harris, 13 tabulators were mysteriously “not properly closed,” allowing for potential shenanigans.

Over 30,000 ballots were affected.

Reports from the scene indicate this was an intention breach as it appears the sealing stickers were broken:

According to Fox6Now:

Roughly 30,000 ballots in Milwaukee will have to be recounted, the city said on Tuesday afternoon, because of a tabulator issue.

City spokesperson Jeff Fleming said the tabulators were sealed – but the doors to those machines were not closed properly. The issue involved early absentee and in-person ballots and affected all 13 tabulators.

Paulina Gutiérrez, executive director of the Milwaukee Election Commission, led election workers on how to address the issue moving forward. Outside of reopening the envelopes for those ballots and the legwork that happens before ballots are run through the machines, each ballot will need to be reprocessed. The city said it could take hours to recount the ballots.

As usual, officials have declared this was innocent and that the machines are not connected to the internet. But here’s the thing that any lucid person would take from this. There is absolutely no way for them to determine that this was innocent and it doesn’t matter that the machines aren’t connected to the internet if the doors are open for ballot/count tampering.

Stay frosty, folks, but more importantly pray. It will take diligence and blessings to stop the massive, widespread voter fraud that is currently taking place in the United States, especially battleground states.

“Look How Tight They Are”: CNN’s Harry Enten Says Dementia Joe’s Best Path to Victory Comes Down to Three States https://americanconservativemovement.com/look-how-tight-they-are-cnns-harry-enten-says-dementia-joes-best-path-to-victory-comes-down-to-three-states/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/look-how-tight-they-are-cnns-harry-enten-says-dementia-joes-best-path-to-victory-comes-down-to-three-states/#respond Fri, 21 Jun 2024 00:50:24 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=207413 DCNF(DCNF)—CNN data reporter Harry Enten said Thursday that President Joe Biden’s best path to win the 2024 election would be to sweep three states he narrowly won in the 2020 election.

Biden currently trails former President Donald Trump by 0.5% in a national head-to-head matchup, according to the RealClearPolling average of polls, with Trump’s lead growing to 1.3% when independent candidates Cornel West and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Green Party candidate Jill Stein are included. Enten singled out Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin as states that could be the best chance for Biden to secure reelection.

“This is the road to 270 and it’s Biden’s best path based on the polls and past results, and basically, if you want to look here, it’s these yellow states: Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and where are the polls right now here?” Enten told “CNN News Central” co-host Sara Sidner, showing figures from an aggregate of polls he selected. “Look how tight they are here: Two-point lead for Trump in Pennsylvania, tied in Michigan, tied in Wisconsin. If he carries all three of these, Biden does, he gets to exactly 270 electoral votes.”

WATCH:

Biden won Michigan by 2.8%, Pennsylvania by 1.2% and Wisconsin by 0.7% in the 2020 election, according to Politico.

Trump currently leads Biden by 0.2% in Michigan, 2.3% in Pennsylvania and 0.3% in Wisconsin in head-to-head matchups, according to the RCP average. On June 20, 2020, Biden led by 8.4%, 5.7% and 5.4%, respectively.

When West, Kennedy and Stein are included, Trump leads 0.1% in Michigan, 2.9% in Pennsylvania and 0.3% in Wisconsin, according to RCP.

‘Ridiculous’: School District Refuses to Tell Parents Big ‘Secret’ It Told Students https://americanconservativemovement.com/ridiculous-school-district-refuses-to-tell-parents-big-secret-it-told-students/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/ridiculous-school-district-refuses-to-tell-parents-big-secret-it-told-students/#respond Sun, 30 Jul 2023 17:30:51 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=195321 A school district in Wisconsin is refusing to tell parents what officials told students about transgenderism. And it’s prompting a court case.

The problem is that officials at the school district in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, read a statement to students – reportedly about an orchestra teacher attempting a sex-change procedure. But when parents asked to see the statement, the school district came down with a case of the secrets.

The fight is being handled by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty. That organization has filed a complaint with an Eau Claire judge challenging the school’s decision to refuse to give parents a copy of the statement made to students.

WILL Associate Counsel Cory Brewer explained, “It’s ridiculous for a school district to refuse to produce a statement that was read out loud to dozens of minor students in several district classrooms. What was told to these kids should be readily accessible to parents.”

“All I am asking is for the school district to provide what as told to my children and their peers in the classroom,” said Leah Buchman, a parent. “As a parent, it’s my responsibility to help my kids understand all that life throws their way, and I do not understand why it has taken the school district so long to update parents.”

The fight erupted after officials, on the second-to-last day of the school year on June 5, 2023, ordered orchestra students at Northstar Middle School to the orchestra room.

“Once there, they found orchestra teacher Jacob Puccio, a school counselor, and the District’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion director, Dang Yang,” WILL reported. “Students were told that Puccio would be undergoing a gender transition from male to female.”

Then, the WILL legal team charges, “A scripted statement was read to multiple classes of elementary and high school music students in the district, including North High School and at least three elementary schools (Sam Davey Elementary, Locust Lane Elementary, and Northwoods Elementary).”

Buchman immediately asked for a copy of the statement but school officials refused. The reason cited was because “an investigation was underway into whether any “employee acted improperly with respect to the June 6 events.”

WILL also asked for the statement, and was refused.

Legislators Seek Repeal of Wisconsin’s Controversial Sales Tax on Gold and Silver https://americanconservativemovement.com/legislators-seek-repeal-of-wisconsins-controversial-sales-tax-on-gold-and-silver/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/legislators-seek-repeal-of-wisconsins-controversial-sales-tax-on-gold-and-silver/#respond Sun, 05 Feb 2023 17:20:15 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=189920 A large bipartisan contingent of Wisconsin legislators seek to end Wisconsin’s controversial practice of levying sales tax on purchases of gold and silver.

Senate Bill 33, primarily sponsored by Sen. Duey Strobel (R – Saukville) and Sen. Rachael Cabral-Guevara (R – Appleton), and cosponsored by Rep. Shae Sortwell, enjoys wide support – and would align Wisconsin with the policies of 42 other U.S. states.

Senate Bill 33 would exempt “precious metals bullion,” defined as coins, bars, rounds, and sheets that contain at least 35% gold, silver, copper, platinum, or palladium.

In 2019, Rep. Shae Sortwell (R – Two Rivers) introduced a similar measure that didn’t not receive a hearing. But upon introduction this year, Senate Bill 33 already has seven Senate sponsors and 16 House sponsors.

Imposing taxes on the exchange of Federal Reserve notes for monetary metals (i.e. gold and silver) has become an unusual and outmoded practice in the United States… only 8 states still engage in it.

With 42 states now having eliminated sales taxes on purchases of gold and silver, the Badger State may be the next state to do so – although similar bills are moving forward in Mississippi, Kentucky, and Maine.

Passage of SB 33 would remove a major disincentive to holding gold and silver — a move that has become especially pertinent at a time when inflation is ripping through the economy and wreaking havoc on family budgets.

Article 1, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution prescribes that gold and silver are money, and imposing a tax on the exchange of one money for another is inherently illogical.  But there are other strong public policy reasons why so few states still impose sales tax on precious metals purchases:

  • Levying sales taxes on precious metals is inappropriate. Sales taxes are typically levied on final consumer goods. Computers, shirts, and shoes carry sales taxes because the consumer is “consuming” the good. Precious metals are inherently held for resale, not “consumption,” making the application of sales taxes on precious metals inappropriate.
  • Studies have shown that taxing precious metals is an inefficient form of revenue collection. The results of one study involving Michigan show that any sales tax proceeds a state collects on precious metals are likely surpassed by the state revenue lost from conventions, businesses, and economic activity that are driven out of the state.

The harm is exacerbated when you consider that all of Wisconsin’s neighbors (Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, and Michigan) have already stopped taxing gold and silver. This harms in-state businesses. Most recently, Tennessee ended this tax in 2022, and Arkansas and Ohio eliminated this tax in 2021.

  • Taxing precious metals is unfair to certain savers and investors. Gold and silver are held as forms of savings and investment. Wisconsin does not tax the purchase of stocks, bonds, ETFs, currencies, and other financial instruments.
  • Taxing precious metals is harmful to citizens attempting to protect their assets. Purchasers of precious metals aren’t fat-cat investors. Most who buy precious metals do so in small increments as a way of saving money. Precious metals investors are purchasing precious metals as a way to preserve their wealth against the damages of inflation. Inflation harms the poorest among us, including pensioners, Wisconsinites on fixed incomes, wage earners, savers, and more.

In 2023, other bills to restore sound, constitutional money have already been introduced in AlaskaWest VirginiaSouth CarolinaMissouriMinnesotaTennessee, and more.

Currently Wisconsin is tied for 45th out of 50 in the 2023 Sound Money Index. Passage of SB 33 would significantly improve Wisconsin’s standing.

It Begins: Leftists and RINOs Start Normalizing Election Result Delays Ahead of Voter Fraud Actions https://americanconservativemovement.com/it-begins-leftists-and-rinos-start-normalizing-election-result-delays-ahead-of-voter-fraud-actions/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/it-begins-leftists-and-rinos-start-normalizing-election-result-delays-ahead-of-voter-fraud-actions/#respond Sat, 01 Oct 2022 20:49:18 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=182107 For the last few weeks, I’ve been waiting to see who would be the first corporate media outlet to have a story on their frontpage about why we should expect delays in election results. Would it be the leftists or the RINOs in corporate media? I would have bet on the left, but I would have been wrong.

The Washington Times, which is comprised of mostly RINO-endorsers plus a handful of conservative and populist writers to maintain credibility, had as their top article today a piece telling us to expect delays because of close races and mail-in ballots. We can expect other RINO and leftist publications to follow suit.

According to the article:

Two years after prolonged ballot counting led to one of the most chaotic presidential elections in history, mail-in voting and other ballot processing issues may postpone the results in key races beyond Nov. 8 and perhaps delay determining which party will control the U.S. Senate.

The Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin Senate races are considered the closest Senate races in the nation, rated toss-ups by non-partisan race analysts. The elections in those states could result in razor-thin margins of victory. The closer the results are, the more that the increasing use of mail-in ballots may become key to determining a winner, and those could take time to tabulate beyond Election Day.

Hmm. Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin are half of the states contested during the 2020 presidential elections, states in which America First patriots demanded investigations into what really went down on and after election night. In all four of these states, there was evidence of massive, widespread voter fraud that was aggressively buried by corporate media and rebuked by Deep State “investigators” like Bill Barr. That’s why it should come as no surprise that the left’s push to retain control of the Senate hinges on these states.

It should also come as no surprise that we’re being prepped with propaganda so most Americans will expect the delays that are necessary to fulfill voter fraud activities.

Contrary to what the biased and manipulated polls are saying, Wisconsin is a slam dunk for the GOP. Nevada with a heavy population of increasingly right-leaning Hispanics should go to Republicans. Pennsylvania Democrat John Fetterman should not even be a consideration for the Senate based on his radical ideology, and that’s before his recent stroke made it challenging for him to complete a sentence. As for Georgia, there are so many questionable components in the state’s voting system that it’s no wonder Democrat Raphael Warnock is likely to win. Some have speculated he actually lost in 2020 and is likely to lose in 2022, but once you take voter fraud into account, it seems possible he can steal his second election in as many years.

The results in 2020 caught many patriots flatfooted. We cannot allow that during the midterms. Residents in these four states need to participate in preventing voter fraud and calling out those who commit it.

State Election Commission to Review Charge It Acted Illegally on 2020 Race https://americanconservativemovement.com/state-election-commission-to-review-charge-it-acted-illegally-on-2020-race/ https://americanconservativemovement.com/state-election-commission-to-review-charge-it-acted-illegally-on-2020-race/#respond Sun, 11 Sep 2022 18:15:58 +0000 https://americanconservativemovement.com/?p=180686 In the aftermath of a 2020 presidential when there were multiple questionable influences on the results, the Wisconsin Election Commission now finds itself in a unique position.

It will have to review a complaint that it acted illegally by handing over management of a state election database to a private concern.

What’s known about the 2020 election is that $420 million, from Mark Zuckerberg, was used by mostly leftist local election officials across the nation to pursue Democrat voters in a circumstance that undoubtedly influenced the election. Then multiple state officials simply ignored their own state laws to allow various programs like ballot drop boxes.

Finally, evidence has been presented that the FBI contacted social media companies to warn them about “disinformation” at a time when the New York Post was reporting on the scandalous evidence about the Biden family, found in Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop computer.

Americans largely believe that resulted in Joe Biden’s election victory over President Donald Trump. Now the Thomas More Society, which has been fighting at multiple levels for election integrity, has filed a complaint against the Wisconsin Election Commission on behalf of the Wisconsin Voters Alliance and its president, Ron Heuer.

The filing accuses the WEC and its members of violating the federal Help America Vote Act by its contracted use of Electronic Registration Information Center. The WEC has the duty to review such complaints.

The legal team reported, “The federal law requires that the Wisconsin Elections Commission and its officials, by itself and by themselves, respectively, maintain and implement WisVote, the state’s voter information database. Instead, in violation of the federal Help America Vote Act, the Wisconsin Election Commission has contracted with Electronic Registration Information Center, Inc. to maintain and implement WisVote. The complaint contends that this illegal delegation of this government function to an outside entity has enabled the potential rigging of Wisconsin’s federal elections towards particular federal candidates – something that is illegal under the Help America Vote Act.”

Special Counsel Erick Kaardal said that move by the commission was a “catastrophic mistake.”

The complaint charges instead of following the law, the WEC joined the ERIC, and authorized “the transmission of information and data related to the registration of electors in this state [by the Wisconsin Elections Commission] to the Electronic Registration Information Center, Inc., for processing and sharing with other member states and governmental units.”

Kaardal said, “Under the Help America Vote Act, the United States Congress deemed that maintaining the statewide voter registration system database is seen as such a core governmental purpose that it cannot be delegated to any other organization, including the Electronic Registration Information Center, Inc., for which – according to its website – Wisconsin would have paid a one-time joining fee of $25,000, and an annual member fee of somewhere between $16,000 and $74,000.”

In fact, federal law calls for “states and their election officials to maintain and implement statewide voter registration lists.”

“Doing what is legally required of you is different than seeing that someone else gets it done,” Kaardal said.

“The Help America Vote Act requires the Wisconsin Election Commission to maintain WisVote by itself, even if it does so poorly. The commission has made a catastrophic mistake by allowing the Electronic Registration Information Center into Wisconsin’s data base management. Wisconsinites will never be satisfied until they get control of their voter database back.”

In Wisconsin, those Democrat-run cities that took Zuckerberg money did, in fact, set up ballot drop boxes during the 2020 election, even though they were illegal under state law.
