Seattle PD was professional from around 2005/2007 to 2016, but Obama’s “Comsent Decrees” were Version 1.0 of “Defunding the Police” and they began leaving then, and far more left when it became obvious the Seattle City Council and King County Council were filled with Maoist maggots who ardently supported defunding the police and closing all prisons!

El Savador once had the highest homicide incidence rate —- now it has considerably fallen as they have the highest incarceration rate — guess imprisoning the psychos works!!!
