NO, not the falsehoods publicly state by CIA assets Larry Sabato and Jeff Morley (the two pushing the extremely debunked “Oswald–in–Mexico City” CUH–RAP fiction), but more information on the NSA site, USA–55, where USAF crypto operator, Sgt. David Christensen alleged to have overheard a voice link between Lisbon and Tangiers detailing a plan to “murder a president in Dallas”! The details on Sgt. Christensen are still murky — only that he was institutionalized — for some STRANGE reason the House Select Committee on Assassinations never followed up on him (this was after the honest NY prosecutor Tannenbaum was fired and the CIA took over operations).

Also in those declassified 2017/2018 dumps was further information on PFC. Eugene Barry Dinkin, also institutionalized after he tried revealing intercepted cables between the CIA station/Italy (where William Harvey was chief of station) and a paramilitary fascist organization, the OAS (whose members included Jean Rene Souetre and Lazlo the Hungarian). Barry Dinkin was an Army crypto operator and University of Illinois grad who tried to sound the alarm of the forthcoming presidential assassination in Dallas but was forcibly institutionalized at a psych ward at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where he was the victim of violent electroshock treatments and schizophrenia–inducing drugs, administered by a CIA MK ULTRA team. (In CIA documents the number designation of Barry Dinkin’s battalion was juxtaposed — the actual group he was assigned to was an Army Nuclear Weapons Battalion with highest top secret clearance and sensitivity.)

Also in the 2017/2018 dumps was further clarification that QJ WIN was used to refer to both the assassin section, QJ WIN, and as a term for individual assassins! The original CIA assassin section was called Staff D, founded in the 1950s by William Harvey —- and appeared in CBO budget reports then! (Researcher Lisa Pease uncovered this important tidbit on QJ WIN!)

From declassified JFK documents we know the CIA dispatched agents to meet with French assassin–for–hire, Jean Rene Souetre, five to six months prior to Nov. 22, 1963 —- while at the same time they were in Lisbon, other agents were contacting Mozes Maschkivitzan, Belgian criminal and CIA contract killer (“Frenchy”).

From further declassified documents —– actually a documents mixed in (accidentally???) with 1975 FOIA’d documents —– that a CIA–generated expulsion order caused INS agent, Virgil Bailey, to pick up Jean Souetre from a Dallas Police holding cell for deportation —— EIGHTEEN HOURS after the assassination of the US president in that very same city!!! (And Agent Bailey placed Souetre aboard a US military transport for fascist–ruled Spain, not France where the escaped convict was wanted, and Souetre flew to Barcelona where he would purchase a casino?!)
