I said over 20 years ago if we don’t put traps in our systems to catch and thwart these smart alecks we would have to deal with more and more of these attacks. I, also, said that we have to get all of our most important defense systems OFF of the INTERNET and onto government special circuits, that is, dedicated lines not accessible to the public in any way. Yet, what do I know, I only spent my entire working career in telecommunications?
