If you have a good job and you have some cash, you might just consider buying a home. The mortgage interest you pay is deductible, as is the taxes (up to a point). When the mortgage rates come down, which they eventually will, you will be sitting on a bunch of equity and will able to refinance. I was around in the mid 80’s when the rates were 17-18%. We survived carter, we will survive biden.
