Guess that was an untouchable area for more federal criminality in the future (say . . . Lehman Brothers et al.)?!

So Vice President Christian Homes IV was safe from prosecution, and his daughter would come forth one day with yet another scam: Theranos by Elizabeth Holmes!

The feds flash that when questioned about ID. People think its REAL ID. The jokes on them. They wont be serve-vable for process by pocket credential pseudonym. It gets worse…There are millions of documents filed in every county recorder of the US by the federal govt that have a signature that is a psuedonym. Surprised? These are called NFTL’s and they largely are automatically filed by the IRS. (They are not real tax lien s but notices of lien s….sneaky eh?) Notice they are not recorded, but filed. The state laws provide a back door for such as a real recorded document would need a local judge and could be challenged, but the feds want no local challenging. Hence the documents are filed vs recorded.
