By quietly altering the UCC codes at the state level TPTB are covertly enacting CBDC —— we will not rcognize this until we awaken one morning to find it in full effect.

The BIS makes perfect malevolent sense —– why the Rockefeller Foundation set up the Group of Thirty (group30 dot org) in 1978 —— the lobbyist group for the central bankers, which shares the same lobbyist office and phone numbers with the small lobbyist firm in DC for the Bretton Woods Committee, the lobbyist group for the international super–rich which almost no one is familiar with (brettonwoods dot org). This group ONLY speaks to three political theater operators: the Speaker of the House, the Senate Majority Leader and the president (or in this case his handlers)!

And Helms, along with Sidney Gottlieb, was the guy behind MK ULTRA —- which has long since morphed into NIH/MK ULTRA (an old ONI had long ago explained to me that nefarious gov’t programs are NEVER ended, they just go through name changes)!

At least Helms honestly testified before congress in 1975 that Clay Shaw had been a cutout foe the CIA (QK Enchant program) —– when I corrected Edward Jay Epstein’s article on this at the American Greatness site (Epstein has been a CIA asset forever) I was immediately spammed by Disqus (all my posts at ALL disqus sites immediately designated as spam) and had to revert to an old signon!

Helms was involved in a traffic accident while exiting the Chestnut Lodge Sanitarium in Rockeville, MD, in the 1970s, I think it was, and he claimed he was going there for psychoanalyses, when in actuality the CIA/MK ULTRA had a wing of their hospital there and Helms was simply there to destroy all their files!!!
