An illegal alien from Guatemala is facing sexual battery charges after he allegedly molested a 5-year-old girl at a home where he was working in Florida, according to reports.
The disturbing incidents unfolded last year at a residence in Palm Beach County.
On Dec. 13, the Department of Children and Families interviewed the child, who recounted two separate occasions when the suspect “touched her flower,” according to an arrest affidavit reviewed by CBS 12.
The victim said the first abuse occurred after the suspect lured her into a garage and proceeded to touch her private parts.
“In the second instance, the victim told investigators she was taken to the bathroom where Francisco allegedly exposed himself to her and touched her again,” 12 News reports. […]
