She joined me yesterday for a brief interview, but even in brevity she was able to drop some bombs.

“It is so massive that they had to cheat in such a big, crazy way that it was just plain obvious,” she said. “Everyone knows they cheated. Everyone knows that Katie Hobbs didn’t win and that she’s a fraud sitting in the governor’s office. And that the cartels have basically taken over our state government. And so now we’re in the unfortunate position of having to win again and this time in a court of law.”

Her case keeps getting better as more evidence emerges. Yet most in conservative media seem to have moved on, as noted by Victoria Marshall at The Federalist:

While the GOP and conservative media have largely moved on from Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake and the systemic failures that occurred in Maricopa County on Nov. 8, court testimony and eyewitness reports from the Lake trial include allegations that Arizona’s largest county violated state law by failing to implement chain-of-custody documentation for Election Day ballots, resulting in a mysterious 25,000 extra votes added to Maricopa County’s official tally within a 24-hour period — more than the margin of victory between Lake and gubernatorial victor Katie Hobbs.

It was about 10:00 on election night when Maricopa County’s ballot tabulation vendor, Runbeck Election Services, received its first truckload of Election Day drop box ballots. While Runbeck received seven truckloads total (the last was completed about 5 a.m. the following morning), Runbeck staff thought it odd the deliveries did not come earlier throughout the day. But that wasn’t the only glitch. There were no chain-of-custody forms delivered with the ballots, a stark departure from typical procedure.

According to Runbeck employee Denise Marie, prior to Nov. 8, drop box ballots were “delivered in red bins with a chain of custody form” from the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC), which listed how many ballots were delivered.

But on election night, “instead of receiving the ballots in red bins, the ballots from the drop boxes had been placed in mail trays and loaded onto mail cages. MCTEC did not include the Maricopa County Delivery Receipt forms with any of the Election Day drop box ballot deliveries. There were no chain of custody forms with the ballots and no count of the number of ballots that were delivered,” Marie wrote in a sworn affidavit.

Maricopa County Co-Director of Elections Reynaldo Valenzuela even testified that while the county’s election workers count drop box ballots and record the counts on documents as required by law prior to Election Day, they did not count the ballots retrieved from drop boxes on Election Day itself. During the Lake trial, Valenzuela was asked whether Maricopa County election officials know the precise number of drop box ballots on Election Day, and he told the court, “On Election Day, no, because we’re not doing drop box courier process at that time. It’s a different process for Election Day.”

According to Lake attorney Kurt Olsen, this is in direct violation of Arizona state statute, which requires the county recorder to maintain records that log the chain of custody for ballots “during early voting through the completion of provisional voting tabulation.”

Lake remains hopeful.

“We have presented our case,” she said. “I’m sure you probably saw part of it in the Maricopa County courts. And I thought my attorneys did a great job even though they were only given limited amount that they could pursue in two counts. They did an exceptional job. We put forth exceptional evidence, and unfortunately the judge didn’t rule in the way we wanted him to.”

It seems likely this case will at least reach up to the Arizona Supreme Court despite their unwillingness to expedite the case and take it out of appellate court. Nevertheless, Lake’s team continues fighting.

“So we’re moving it into the appellate court where it already is right now and we will move it to the Arizona Supreme Court and beyond if we need to,” she said. “I will not stop fighting this because I know what happened was wrong, and if I stop fighting it, then the people of Arizona really have lost their voice.”

In this interview, Kari Lake detailed how patriots can help. We need as many as possible to put pressure on corporate media to cover this. Those who have the means can also contribute to her legal fund.

Kari Lake’s case in Arizona has massive ramifications for our nation going forward. We either make our stand now or acknowledge that elections may never be free and fair again in America.

Show host Michele Swinick was an election judge in Maricopa County on Election Day. She has been blowing the whistle ever since and explained on yesterday’s episode of The JD Rucker Show how we can fight back and bring the truth to light.

First and foremost, go here. Her Substack has some of the calls to action that are necessary to try to make this happen. It’s good that Attorney General Mark Brnovich is demanding answers from Maricopa County… or is it? Could this be a ploy to placate Republicans into thinking action is taking place when little actually is? After all, so far they’ve done little more than send a letter. According to the Arizona Capitol Times:

Attorney General Mark Brnovich is demanding answers from Maricopa County about what he said appear to be violations of state election law. In a letter Saturday, his office says it has received “hundreds of complaints” about how the county administered the general election.

“These complaints go beyond pure speculation, but include first-hand witness accounts that raise concerns regarding Maricopa’s lawful compliance with Arizona election law,” wrote Jennifer Wright. She heads the agency’s Elections Integrity Unit.

“Furthermore, statements made by both Chairman (Bill) Gates and Recorder (Stephen) Richer, along with information Maricopa County released through official modes of communication appear to confirm potential statutory violations of Title 16,” she said, referring to the state Elections Code.

Wright also hinted that the investigation could hold up finalizing the election returns.

“These issues relate to Maricopa County’s ability to lawfully certify election results,” she said. So, she wants answers to her questions on or before Nov. 28, the date the county is scheduled to submit its official canvass of the votes to the Secretary of State’s Office.

The letter comes as Republican gubernatorial hopeful Kari Lake, whose results already show she lost to Democrat Katie Hobbs, continued to insist that GOP voters were disenfranchised and that the election results cannot be certified. Lake also said she is consulting with lawyers about her options.

At the same time, the race for attorney general remains far too close to call, with Democrat Kris Mayes leading Republican Abe Hamadeh on Sunday by 850 votes out of more than 2.5 million ballots already counted. There were fewer than 3,400 votes yet to be tallied, all of them from Maricopa County.

But Wright gave no indication that anything her office ultimately finds or any conclusions reached will alter the outcome of the races.

As Swinick noted on my show — and as I have said multiple times since the election — it’s going to take We the People to make any real changes happen. If Arizona’s or any other questionable state’s officials are willing to certify any election in which voter fraud may have changed the results, those officials must be removed from office. We have to fight to expose and reverse both the 2020 and 2022 elections or this is just going to keep happening.

Here’s yesterday’s episode:

Polls taken just before the election showed that that was going to happen. A red wave would sweep Democrats for power in Congress. People were sick of things. For example CNN Politics showed: “Democrats needed at least 50 seats to keep US Senate control and Republicans needed 51 to take over. 35 seats were on the ballot this year. Based on race ratings by Inside Elections, Republicans were favored to win 20 Seats, while Democrats were favored to win 12 Seats. 3 Seatswere rated as toss-ups.”

For the House, CNN Politics showed: “To control the US House of Representatives, a party must hold at least 218 seats out of 435 when all seats are filled. Based on race ratings by Inside Elections, Republicans were favored to win 216 Seats this November, while Democrats were favored to win 199 Seats. 20 Seats were rated as toss-ups.”

But the Democrats did much better than the polls predicted. As Austin Ruse notes, “It is absurd that the GOP did not run away with this election. First, it is an off-year election in which the newly elected president’s party often loses, often bigly. Second, the economy is in terrible shape. It is shocking that people did not vote gas prices alone. There is the threat of nuclear war. The murder rate is exploding all over the country. And yet, the GOP only won a squeaker.”

What happened? Paul Craig Roberts explains: “The same swing states where the last presidential election was stolen are again showing the mysterious sharp upward readjustment of the vote count for Democrat candidates.  In Arizona where election day vote counting is on hold, mysterious tranches of votes keep arriving days after the election for the Democrat candidate for governor–17,000 here, 5,000 there.  Tucker Carlson asked who benefits from long delays in vote counting.  He investigated and reported that a Democrat won in 12 out of 13 delays in arriving at the outcome.

Here is a report showing the same spikes in votes for Democrats in last Tuesday’s election that we saw in the stolen presidential election.  These spikes don’t happen for Republicans except when computer adjustments of the margins of victory for Democrats become too large to be believable.  Then there is a spike in the red vote to eliminate the unbelievable margin of Democrat victory.” See also this.

What are the “spikes” that Roberts is talking about? According to Alexandra Bruce, “Mike Lindell and his group of researchers show massive spikes up and down in vote counts coming from many different races in the 2022 midterm elections. The spikes always favor the Democrat candidate. This evidence cannot be ignored.

Reporting live, using data from the Edison Report, the first spike we see is in the race between Warnock and Walker in Georgia. It has the familiar ‘F’ shape that we saw in the 2020 Election.

In the Fetterman-Oz race, Fetterman had a backwards ‘F’ from vote dumping, when he lost 100k+ votes from one moment to the next, which Mike says is impossible and he thinks it probably had to do them correcting the steal algorithm, because it was too blatant.

In the governor race between Mastriano and Shapiro in Pennsylvania, the same thing happened there, too. The algorithm was set too high and they auto-corrected it too abruptly so as to subtract 90,000 votes.

Here’s the spectacular vote stuffing and dumping in the Illinois Senate race between Tammy Duckworth (D) and Kathy Salvi (R), where the race was called for Duckworth two minutes after the polls closed:

There are many, many more instances of questionable spikes presented that need to be shared widely and investigated!

In addition, the voting machines suffered massive problems across the country. In Mercer County, New Jersey, all the machines went down. There were mishaps in Harris County, TX, in Bell County, TX, in Chesterfield County, VA and and in Suffolk County, NY.

At least 20% of all the machines were not working throughout Maricopa County, Arizona. In Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, officials say that roughly 44 polling locations ran out of paper to print ballots.

It’s not a coincidence that the machines went down in the red precincts of Maricopa County to disrupt voters for Kari Lake and Blake Masters or that they went down in Suffolk County, the Red county where Lee Zeldin has represented New York’s 1st Congressional District since 2015 – and who just lost his bid for Governor to the hideous vaxx goblin, Kathy Hochul.” (Reprinted by permission.)

Roberts fills in more of the details in the case that the election was fraudulent. Sudden spikes in voting always favor Democrats and feature impossible disparities—all of the votes are for the “designated winner.” Voting machines break down in districts likely to go for the Republican candidate. “Americans, not all of them but most, are too proud of their country and too protective of its reputation as ‘the world’s best democracy’ to admit it, but they have just experienced another stolen election.  All the telltale signs are there–just as they are for the 2020 presidential election that was stolen from President Trump.  Ballot count delays while Democrats round up sufficient fraudulent ballots to offset the Republican’s victory.  Sudden upward spikes of 100,000 votes in one moment of time to push a Democrat candidate on a losing path ahead of the Republican.  It is not possible for that number of ballots to be counted in such a short time period or that they would all be for one candidate alone.  I know of no Republican candidate winning by a sudden upward spike in votes. This is a phenomenon exclusive to Democrats.  A person might think that it would strike people as curious that only Democrats win by sudden upward vote spikes and ask questions, but no such question arises.  To my knowledge, no election official has ever produced the names of the vast numbers of Democrats who somehow voted all at once in a short time for the Democrat candidate.

Fox TV’s Tucker Carlson pointed out one way the Democrats stole the Arizona election.  The Democrats arranged for the voting machines to fail in voting precincts known as Republican majority.  Those unable to vote, or some of them, were given a ballot to be put in a box when completed to be counted later. Next the Democrats announced that these uncounted ballots were ‘accidentally’ mixed with already counted ballots and there was no way to tell them apart.  This is one way Republican votes were flushed out of the vote counting system.”

Dr. Naomi Wolf explains how electronic voting machines make it easier to steal elections: “People could steal elections in this ‘analog’ technology of paper and locked ballot boxes, of course, by destroying or hiding votes, or by bribing voters, a la Tammany Hall, or by other forms of wrongdoing, so security and chain of custody, as well as anti-corruption scrutiny, were always needed in guaranteeing accurate election counts. But there was no reason, with analog physical processing of votes, to query the tradition of the secret ballot.

Before the digital scanning of votes, you could not hack a wooden ballot box; and you could not set an algorithm to misread a pile of paper ballots. So, at the end of the day, one way or another, you were counting physical documents.

Those days are gone, obviously, and in many districts there are digital systems reading ballots.”

This isn’t the first time the Left has stolen an election. It happened in the 2020 presidential election too. Ron Unz offers his usual cogent analysis. “There does seem to be considerable circumstantial evidence of widespread ballot fraud by Democratic Party forces, hardly surprising given the apocalyptic manner in which so many of their leaders had characterized the threat of a Trump reelection. After all, if they sincerely believed that a Trump victory would be catastrophic for America why would they not use every possible means, fair and foul alike, to save our country from that dire fate?

In particular, several of the major swing-states contain large cities—Detroit, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, and Atlanta—that are both totally controlled by the Democratic Party and also notoriously corrupt, and various eye-witnesses have suggested that the huge anti-Trump margins they provided may have been heavily ‘padded’ to ensure the candidate’s defeat.

Even leaving aside some of these plausible claims, the case for a stolen election seems almost airtight. I don’t know or care anything about Dominion voting machines, whether they are controlled by Venezuelan Marxists, Chinese Communists, or Martians. But the most blatant election-theft was accomplished in absolutely plain sight.

Not long before the election, the hard drive of an abandoned laptop owned by Joe Biden’s son Hunter revealed a gigantic international corruption scheme, quite possibility involving the candidate himself. But the facts of this enormous political scandal were entirely ignored and boycotted by virtually every mainstream media outlet. And once they story was finally published in the pages of the New York Post, America’s oldest newspaper, all links to the Post article and its website were suddenly banned by Twitter, Facebook, and other social media outlets to ensure that the voters remained ignorant until after they had cast their ballots.

Renowned international journalist Glenn Greenwald was hardly a Trump partisan, but he became outraged that the editors of the Intercept, the $100 million publication he himself had co-founded, refused to allow him to cover that massive media scandal, and he angrily resigned in protest. In effect, America’s media and tech giants formed a united front to steal the election and somehow drag the crippled Biden/Harris ticket across the finish line.

The Hunter Biden corruption scandal seemed about as serious as any in modern presidential election history and Biden’s official victory margin was just 0.01%. So if the American voters had been allowed to learn the truth, Trump almost certainly would have won the election, quite possibly in an Electoral College landslide. Given these facts, anyone who continues to deny that the election was stolen from Trump is simply being ridiculous.”

In the 2020 election, the Left used exactly the same mechanism as in the 2022 Congressional election. When the votes were going against their candidate, they stopped the counting in heavily Democrat districts until enough fake “votes” could be manufactured to ensure victory. As Vasko Kohlmayer says, “By 10 pm eastern standard time, November 3^rd, it was apparent that Donald Trump was cruising toward a comfortable victory in the Electoral College. With Florida and Texas having gone his way, he was posting good leads in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois and Ohio. His path to victory seemed all but assured, and the Trump campaign was preparing for a victory speech and celebration. But then something strange began happening. Count updates from key swing states became irregular and sporadic and then ceased altogether. One after another, they announced that counting would be suspended overnight.

When new updates arrived by mid-morning the next day, Trump’s margins everywhere had – as if by magic – largely evaporated. As counting continued into the days that followed, Trump’s lead would disappear altogether, and he was overtaken in all crucial states.

One cannot but feel that what we witnessed last week was a coordinated election fraud on a large scale. There are some important questions that must be asked. Why, for example, was counting suddenly suspended in multiple states – all of which were battlegrounds where Trump was ahead – nearly simultaneously? This had never happened before in modern American history. In presidential contests, it is extremely rare for a state to suspend counting before the winner is known. For several states to do this in unison is unheard of. What normally happens is that each state continues its count without interruption at least to the point where the presidential winner in that state is determined. This is done by going through a sufficiently high proportion of the ballots to establish with adequate certainty who comes out on top. This is why in the last hundred years we knew the presidential winner either on the night of the election day or in the morning of the next day. The one notable exception was the 2000 Bush-Gore contest when it took weeks to determine who the winner of Florida was. But the problem there was not a delay in counting, but a controversy over a technical issue with the voting machines.

Notice something very important: all the places where the count was incomplete this year are deeply blue precincts. Why is it that the vast majority of red or mixed districts were able to carry out their counting procedure on time and give us their results before midnight on November the third? Why is it that only some heavily blue precincts in the battleground states were unable to carry out their counting duties within a reasonable time frame? Why did it take them so much longer?

The reason for this seems quite obvious. They stopped the counting process so they could come up with enough votes to erase the president’s lead. And then they dragged it out long enough until they finally generated enough ballots for Biden to prevail.

Although Democrat election fraud is nothing new, a fraud of this extent across several states is unprecedented. This travesty was the culmination of a massive, highly coordinated operation that was underway for months. What had made it possible was postal voting.

When COVID-19 came along, Democrats realized what a godsend it was. Perhaps the most important benefit they could derive from the so-called ‘pandemic’ related to elections. Under the guise of COVID-19, they could completely alter the nature of our electoral process by shifting it toward mail-in voting. This is extremely beneficial for Democrats for two main reasons.

The first is voter turnout. This is because a large portion of the Democrat base are what, in less politically correct times, some people used to call ‘riff-raff.’ If you think this is too harsh and old-fashioned, consider the demographic that Democrats seem particularly inclined to pursue: convicted felons. For many years Democrats have been working tirelessly to add felons officially to their rolls, and they made some big gains in this election cycle. So now murderers, violent offenders and delinquents of all types can freely and proudly vote Democrat. They fit in perfectly with the Democratic base, many of whom were on display during the riots that convulsed our nation in the last five months: looters, thieves, arsonists, ne’er-do-wells, malingerers, unemployed (particularly those who avoid work) and the ‘woke.’ In addition, there are the hooligans, professional malcontents and protesters, substance abusers, brainwashed young (and old), militant feminists and gays, etc.

When such people vote, they almost invariably vote Democrat. There is, however, one problem with these types. Not known to be particularly conscientious or inclined to purposeful action, they are chronically unreliable. You simply cannot rely on them to show up at the polls. Thus, the Democrats’ greatest challenge has always been voter turnout. In fact, many elections have been ultimately decided by the effectiveness of the Democrats’ ‘get out to vote operation’ on the ground. If Democrats somehow manage to drag or coax their base to the polls, they stand a good of chance winning. It is because of this that they have become so adept at legal and illegal techniques such as election day busing, money-for-votes schemes and other tricks.

Mail-in voting, however, completely eliminated the Democratic Party turnout problem. All the Democrat operatives had to do was to simply collect the postal ballots, fill them out, and send them back. This also gave them the added assurance that the correct boxes were ticked, since with many Democrat voters you can never be quite sure that they will do it right.”

If we hope to survive as a free people, we must do everything we can to expose this monstrous fraud. If we don’t, it will soon be too late.

His latest attempt to “debunk” claims of Election Day shenanigans that flipped the vote to favor Democrats would be laughable if it wasn’t so destructive. He wanted to defuse complaints that the election was rigged, whether intentionally or due to an inexplicable string of malfunctions, to help Democrats win. His argument is that the problems that took place “coincidentally” at 70 polling places on Election Day were spread out across the county, so therefore there was nothing favoring Democrats. Watch:

What Gates doesn’t say is that Election Day voters favored Republicans 3-to-1 regardless of geography. They knew that. It’s why the machines were able to perfectly count mail-in ballots. It’s why the tabulators were all working the day before. It’s why they suddenly and “coincidentally” broke when a bulk of Republican voters were attempting to exercise their rights.

This guy deserves jail time… but not before we correct this election properly.

The last two years have been challenging for many of us who chose not to “move on” from the stolen 2020 election. We were attacked from both sides of the political fence, which has caused many who would otherwise be vocal about the midterms being stolen to remain silent. That’s a shame, but it’s also understandable. Patriots have lost trust in the system and hope for justice to prevail.

The article below by Jack Phillips with our premium news partners at The Epoch Times gives the factual version of what’s happening in Arizona now that an inquiry has been opened into Maricopa County’s corruption. As you read it, understand that I do not dish out hope very easily. I’m generally skeptical of such things as Kabuki Theater, but this time there seems to be teeth behind the inquiry. Could Arizona be the first domino to fall in exposing massive, widespread voter fraud? Even if it can only help correct the elections in Arizona, that’s enough… but let’s hope for more. Here’s Jack’s article:

Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake proclaimed Saturday that she will become governor after the attorney general’s office demanded explanations on alleged Election Day problems in the state’s largest county.

“The way they run elections in Maricopa County is worse than in banana republics around this world,” Lake, a Republican rising star, told the Daily Mail.

Lake was responding to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s office opening an inquiry (pdf) into polling issues in Maricopa County, which includes Phoenix and other cities, following ballot-tabulation issues that were confirmed by Maricopa County officials on Nov. 8. Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Wright demanded evidence turned over “on or before Maricopa County submits its official canvass to the Secretary of State.”

As of Sunday morning, Lake was trailing Democrat Secretary of State Katie Hobbs by about 18,000 votes. Last week, Hobbs declared victory in the race.

Lake, a former anchor for FOX10 in Phoenix, told the Mail that she believes “at the end of the day that this will be turned around and I don’t know what the solution will be but I still believe I will become governor, and we are going to restore honesty to our elections.”

On Nov. 17, Lake said she would be fighting in the state’s governor’s race after Hobbs declared victory.

“Now I’m busy here collecting evidence and data. Rest assured I have assembled the best and brightest legal team. And we are exploring every avenue to correct the many wrongs that have been done this past week,” she said. “I’m doing everything in my power to right these wrongs. My resolve to fight for you is higher than ever.”

Since then, Lake has posted videos from voters who say they experienced issues during Election Day.

Arizona AG Investigation

On Saturday, Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Wright wrote to Maricopa County about printer problems on Election Day, which reportedly sparked confusion among voters. Maricopa County official Bill Gates and Recorder Stephen Richer on Nov. 8 told reporters that a printer issue was to blame and told voters to place their ballots in drop boxes.

“These complaints go beyond pure speculation, but include first-hand witness accounts that raise concerns regarding Maricopa’s lawful compliance with Arizona election law,” Wright wrote. “Furthermore, statements made by both Chairman Gates and Recorder Richer, along with information Maricopa County released through official modes of communication appear to confirm potential statutory violations of title 16.”

Hobbs declared victory earlier in the week after The Associated Press and other news outlets called the race for her.

A spokesperson for her office told local media last week that she is preparing a transition team. “Our job is to find the people who are, whether they’re democrat, independent, republican, that reflect Arizona. reflect the diversity of Arizona and can help deal with some of the challenges that the administration will face,” Mike Haener, the spokesman, said.

Before the midterm elections, Hobbs faced criticism from Lake and other Republicans for not recusing herself from handling the state’s election duties. Two former Arizona secretaries of state had told Time magazine that she should have stepped away from those duties.

But Hobbs, in several interviews, said that her decision was not out of the ordinary.

“Elected secretaries of state in Arizona have overseen elections where they’re on the ballot since statehood. This has never been an issue until now,” Hobbs told CNN several weeks ago.

I’ve also been hesitant to report on any hopeful news about reversing stolen elections or at least holding people accountable for stealing them. That doesn’t jibe with my ongoing fight to try to make those things happen; call me a masochist for continuing to fight for something that I believe is usually futile. But as a United States citizen I am sworn to defend the Constitution and there have been few greater crimes against this nation than the last two stolen elections. So I fight even if I don’t have much hope.

I was not one who “moved on” nor will I ever be until the truth is revealed.

The last couple of days have brought me the brightest glimmer of hope I’ve had in two years when it comes to stolen elections. After talking to many people involved with campaigns in four states, I can tell you that there really is a chance we can have movement on this issue. Arizona is the best one in play, in which I’d give about a 20%-30% chance of success. Earlier this week I was at 5% at best, so this is a good change. MOMENTUM!

In Arizona, we do not have to prove voter fraud. We don’t even need to prove intent. We just have to prove there are enough Arizonans who have valid reasons to not trust the election results. That’s it. And since we’re talking about civil cases, we do not need to achieve the high bar of “beyond a reasonable doubt.” We need a preponderance of evidence in our favor and a judge who’s willing to do the right thing by annulling the election.

Those last two components are easier said than done. Even though we only need a preponderance of evidence in theory, the reality is we need a slam dunk. We need it to be a no-brainer that the voters in Arizona have been disenfranchised by the process, by a vote-counting system that was run by a candidate for governor, and by a series of uncanny events that took place on election day. We also need to get the right judge, which can be challenging.

But it can happen. I have hope, as I detailed on today’s episode of The JD Rucker Show.

If Arizona or any other state can be opened up to full-scale investigations and a healthy sense of skepticism from the electorate, there’s a chance this could be the first domino to fall that could extend to multiple midterm elections. If the momentum picks up, it could even extend back to 2020. Pray, folks.

For the months after the 2020 election was stolen, I spent most hours of nearly every day trying to figure out how to fix it. I spoke to attorneys, conservative leaders, and fellow patriots to see what courses of action could be taken. My perspective on the situation from around the middle of November, 2020, until some time in mid-2021 was that if the proper election results were going to be honored and if Joe Biden could be prevented from remaining in the White House, it would be due to the Will of God moving America in the right direction.

As is the case now with pretty much everything in my life, my philosophy at the time was to fight the good fight and know that God handles the details. None of us know what role we will be chosen to play in any of the events around us so it behooves us to do what we believe is right from a Biblical perspective so we can be there if God chooses to use us. To those who are not Bible-believing Christians, your philosophy may be similar without the supernatural component. You want to fight for your freedoms, your families, your communities, and your nation and if things work out, we will be victorious in the end.

Either way, we fight.

But as months turned into a year, we saw more and more calls from the right to “move on” and focus on 2022. This was a disastrous choice that far too many made. It was obviously disastrous to many of us who realized that a stolen election that goes unpunished and unresolved will lead to more stolen elections. That’s exactly what happened in 2022. My hope was that perhaps NOW more patriots would wake up to the reality that this is going to be the permanent state of affairs in most states and thereby the nation if we don’t fight it now ceaselessly until it’s fixed.

Oddly, that’s not the reaction we’ve seen so far. Instead, we’re seeing excuses from conservative and alternative media about why the red tsunami didn’t happen, as I covered in yesterday’s episode of The JD Rucker Show. As I noted then, I will give these pundits, commentators, and thought-leaders this week to come to their senses, acknowledge that most if not all of the close elections in states with de facto legalized voter fraud were stolen, and start calling it out for what it is to their audience. Otherwise, they’re on the wrong side of the fight for freedom and should be summarily ignored.

Three More “Election Fraud Deniers”

There are three other arenas in which “election fraud deniers” are rampant. When we look at these arenas, we realize the beauty of the globalist elite cabal’s plans. I hate to frame their plan with the word “beauty” but it truly is a work of art when you look at it as a whole. They were so absolute in the fulfillment of their plans that it seems nearly impossible to overcome the foundation they’ve built, let alone the mechanisms they’ve put into place on top of their voter fraud foundation.

The first and most obvious part of their plan was to control election laws and processes. Under the guise of stopping the spread of Covid-19, they laid the groundwork for easy-to-achieve and difficult-to-catch vote stealing. They allowed these processes to be normalized by switching the narrative to “voter accessibility.” Any states that tried to reverse the pandemic-era voting laws or pass new voter integrity laws were said to be engaged in voter suppression.

They were extremely successful in most states. They used their corporate proxies such as sports leagues and retail giants to pressure and intimidate lawmakers against passing voter integrity bills. It doesn’t matter to them that in states like Georgia where the intimidation didn’t work and the bill became law, records were broken in the number of midterm election voters. To the enemies of this nation, the voter suppression narrative will continue, facts be damned.

This is why Pandemic Panic Theater 2.0 didn’t materialize ahead of the election. It wasn’t necessary. Many of us expected there to be a resurgence of Covid-19 or a new Plandemic to keep the fraud alive and well, but as it turned out they didn’t need it. Arizona, Pennsylvania, and other states retained many of their 2020 election voting practices that allowed the steal to happen.

Another arena that they’ve controlled to allow voter fraud deniers to flourish is in district attorneys offices around the country. What good are laws if the prosecutors won’t enforce them? We can thank George Soros for having such success with his pet project. He had some incredible “wins” in DA’s offices this election cycle that were intentionally overshadowed by “bigger” races.

The third arena is the judiciary. This is the tough one to quantify because we don’t know which judges are corrupt until we get election cases in front of them. That’s getting harder and harder because so few candidates are fighting back. The tide may turn for us if just a couple of candidates whose elections were stolen will stick their necks out and fight it, but as of now we’re just not seeing a whole lot of action. I’ve heard off the record from three campaigns who are exploring this possibility, but they certainly better hurry.

Can We Fix This?

Yes, the picture seems to be bleak. Those who want to perpetuate voter fraud as the new normal in America control the election practices in most states, the prosecutors, and the corrupt judiciary. They have control over the obvious election fraud deniers in corporate media, Big Tech, and the federal government. They have controlled opposition in conservative and alternative media. Where does that leave us?

To answer that question, we need to look at our assets. We have a majority in the form of voters. That’s a good thing and until 2020 it was the most powerful tool we could have. But the vast majority of those voters are being gaslighted into accepting that the elections were not stolen since most of them still get their information from Fox News and other corporate media propagandists, which means we need to shift them away. We need a new form of “red-pilling” that prevents them from being terrified of the “election denier” label. The only way I can think of to do that is if they start getting their news from alternative outlets like The Liberty Daily, The Gateway Pundit, my Substack, or my show.

We have legal recourse. Of course, there will be those who say that avenue is futile since the judiciary is corrupt, but I cannot believe EVERYONE in the judiciary is corrupt. There has to be some out there who will hear the truth and rule on it honestly. We didn’t have nearly enough lawsuits in 2020 and the ones that were put forth were often weak or mishandled. We need more this time. At this stage I’m not hearing about many, but then again maybe there are a lot and they just haven’t been made public yet.

It’s not just the candidates. There are ways in many states for average voters and attorneys to put together suits that can expose the voter fraud and help to overturn stolen elections. If I had a team of researches and attorneys I’d lead the charge, but I do not. Hopefully, someone else out there has the resources. Whoever they are, it’s imperative that they contact me to see if there’s any way I can help by spreading the word.

The final course of action we can take is the one I won’t be discussing today. It’s the revolution play, and while many in my audience believe the time is now, I cannot get myself to explore that option until all others are exhausted. Regardless of what happens, the need to organize our group and coordinate efforts has never been greater. This is why discern.tv is going to be so important. It won’t just be a media hub. Through there, we will work to bring patriots together to fight whatever the enemy has in store for us.

The most important thing we must do is pray. If that’s all you can do to fight what’s happening to this nation, it’s enough.

Nevertheless, nearly every Republican candidate is taking the “high road” of either accepting that voter fraud won’t be discovered or refuse to acknowledge it even happened. One candidate is not. Arizona Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem isn’t ready to concede.

Considering the abuse those who opposed the stolen 2020 election took, it’s understandable that few are fighting back. But they must. We must. Accepting a stolen election when you know it was rigged is as bad as doing the rigging.

We’re still trying. We had some good news the last couple of days with many people reaching out following my interview with Leo Donofrio. Arizona is a hotbed for some of the worst voter fraud that took place this election and the pathway he described might be the best one I’ve heard so far. Various candidate representatives have reached out, as well as independent attorneys and concerned citizens. I’ll update on that front as soon as more information is known.

We can point at Democrats, election officials, RINOs, and foreign players and try to bring about the appropriate consequences, but one of the things I am going to focus on is holding conservative and alternative media accountable. There are far too many who are trying to blame the failed red tsunami on anything OTHER THAN massive, widespread voter fraud. This is unacceptable. I’m not just talking about Fox News or Newsmax. I’m referring to other small, medium, and large conservative outlets and individual journalists who are either in denial (doubtful), being bullied (probable), or getting otherwise coerced (possible) into blaming this on abortion, MAGA, student debt relief, or any other reason.

The elections were stolen. Period. I’ll keep hammering that point home even if it gets me canceled even more than I’ve already been thus far.

The reason many of the heroes of conservative media are unwilling to say the elections we stolen is because doing so can get them blacklisted by the Big Tech platforms they’re beholden to for popularity or profit. Anyone who has a popular YouTube channel, radio show, Facebook page, or who relies on Google ads or Facebook traffic has been told to NOT say “stolen elections.” They cannot call out massive, widespread voter fraud as the singular cause of the feeble red droplet that replaced the red tsunami.

On today’s episode of The JD Rucker Show, I dove into why and how conservative media outlets are ignoring the truth. They’re gaslighting us for a wide variety of reasons, not the least of which is that many are in bed with the Republican Establishment. People like Mitch McConnell and his cronies did not want a red tsunami unless they had fellow RINOs as the winning candidates. They wanted the status quo of the Uniparty Swamp and that means more of what we’ve been seeing the last two years.

I also spoke to Ira Bershatsky, Our Gold Guy, about what all this means for the future of the economy.

I concluded by explaining why I am accelerating Discern.tv. The intention was to launch it on Roku and other television platforms early next year. That intention was based on my naïve assumption that there would be a significant red wave if not a full-blown red tsunami. Now that we are sitting in a red puddle and watching most in conservative media already changing the subject to 2024, I’m moving up my timeline to this week or next for launch. It won’t be on the television networks, but the site is necessary to get the ball rolling for disseminating the truth.

We’re at war. Or to be more accurate, the powers-that-be are at war with us. Until conservative influencers acknowledge this, we’ll keep bringing pebbles to a nuclear battle. The powers-that-be are playing for keeps while most in conservative media are playing for pageviews and profits.
