The CDC relieved face mask guidelines this week, saying those who have been vaccinated can go without a face mask indoors. Despite claims by Democrats like Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi that they listen to experts and “follow the science,” most leftist lawmakers have continued to press their authoritarian rules, at least when the television cameras are rolling.
Pelosi has maintained her rule of wearing face masks on the House floor, going against the science and overruling the experts at the CDC. But Representative Thomas Massie and a handful of other Republicans are openly defying her today.
We’ve had enough. We are refusing to wear our masks on the floor during this vote in spite of Pelosi’s threat to take $500 from each of us.
Her rule is not based on science. All you need to know is the mask rule has only ever applied to members when they can be seen on TV !

“We’ve had enough. We are refusing to wear our masks on the floor during this vote in spite of Pelosi’s threat to take $500 from each of us,” he Tweeted. “Her rule is not based on science. All you need to know is the mask rule has only ever applied to members when they can be seen on TV!”
Pelosi has been flexing her Speaker muscles throughout the pandemic, especially after the January 6 Capitol Riots that emboldened her to install metal detectors and force members of Congress to jump through a variety of hoops. But GOP members like Massie, Lauren Boebert, Matt Gaetz, and Marjorie Taylor Greene have continued to vex her.
It is unclear who is participating with Massie in following the CDC guidelines for face masks, but he claimed on Twitter that it’s more than the usual suspects of freedom-loving conservatives.
There are at least 8 of us now on the floor, openly ignoring Pelosi’s oppressive unconstitutional rule.

“There are at least 8 of us now on the floor, openly ignoring Pelosi’s oppressive unconstitutional rule,” he Tweeted before upping the number moments later. “5 Republican women and 5 Republican men are now maskless on the floor.”

A selfie posted by Greene revealed at least three of Massie’s cohorts.

“#FreeYourFace – Masks are oppressive and nothing but a political tool. End the oppression!” she Tweeted from the floor with Massie, Mary Miller, and Ralph Norman pictured without masks.
Whether you’ve been jabbed or you’ve been exposed to potential vaccine shedding, you need to look at Dr. Zelenko’s new Z-DTox. Recover your health by making your immune system clean, resilient, and resistant.
The seed for the idea to oppose Pelosi’s draconian mandate came from an observation Massie had made earlier.
Thought America might like to know this… Few congressmen or staff or guards are wearing masks in the hallways or offices. ONLY ON THE FLOOR FOR TV. It’s all theatrics folks.
— Thomas Massie (@RepThomasMassie) May 18, 2021
“Thought America might like to know this… Few congressmen or staff or guards are wearing masks in the hallways or offices. ONLY ON THE FLOOR FOR TV. It’s all theatrics folks,” he posted before the mask-free protest.
It truly is theater, as Dr. Anthony Fauci had noted earlier on ABC during an interview with George Stephanopoulos:
On March 18, he told Senator Rand Paul and the world that “Well, let me just state for the record that masks are not theater, masks are protective.”
Paul was asking him why he wore face masks even after being vaccinated, and more importantly why he was telling everyone else to do the same thing. Fauci became indignant about having his immense expertise questioned by a United States Senator (who happens to be a trained doctor as well). After all, he’s THE Dr. Anthony Fauci. NOBODY may question his authority, right?
Today, he finally acknowledged that he was lying when he said it wasn’t theater. In an interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, Fauci was asked about how things have changed now that the CDC lifted their face mask guidelines for vaccinated people. It’s important for Fauci to change his tune as the White House now believes face mask freedom is the pathway to get more people vaccinated. Conveniently, Fauci contradicted his own Senate testimony.
“Well, you know George, I’m obviously careful because I’m a physician and a healthcare provider,” he said. “I am now much more comfortable with people seeing me indoors without a mask. I mean, before the CDC made the recommendation change, I didn’t want to look like I was giving mixed signals.”
So, in other words, it was theater. He didn’t want to contradict the mask recommendations the CDC was giving, albeit erroneously if we look at Texas. But he’s been vaccinated since the beginning of the vaccine rollout, so by his current understanding which is practically identical to his understanding before (not to mention his understanding when he testified before the Senate), he should have been able to take the mask off two weeks or so after getting vaccinated. He confirmed this later in the interview this morning.
Whatever they throw at us next, be ready. Dr. Zelenko’s new Z-DTox makes your immune system clean, resilient, and resistant.
Dr. Fauci admits his wearing masks indoors despite being vaccinated was based on imagery, not science:
"I didn’t want to look like I was giving mixed signals but being a fully vaccinated person, the chances of my getting infected in an indoor setting is extremely low." pic.twitter.com/UdJdhHvoR0
— Tom Elliott (@tomselliott) May 18, 2021
“But being a fully vaccinated person, the chances of my getting infected in an indoor setting is extremely low,” he said. “And that’s the reason why in indoor setting snow, I feel comfortable about not wearing a mask because I’m fully vaccinated.”
Thomas Massie and his nine Republican cohorts put Pelosi between a rock and a hard place. If she fines them, she’s not following the science and ignoring the CDC. If she doesn’t, she looks weak. Which is it, Nancy?
‘The Purge’ by Big Tech targets conservatives, including us
Just when we thought the Covid-19 lockdowns were ending and our ability to stay afloat was improving, censorship reared its ugly head.
For the last few months, NOQ Report, Conservative Playbook, and the American Conservative Movement have appealed to our readers for assistance in staying afloat through Covid-19 lockdowns. The downturn in the economy has limited our ability to generate proper ad revenue just as our traffic was skyrocketing. We had our first sustained stretch of three months with over a million visitors in November, December, and January, but February saw a dip.
It wasn’t just the shortened month. We expected that. We also expected the continuation of dropping traffic from “woke” Big Tech companies like Google, Facebook, and Twitter, but it has actually been much worse than anticipated. Our Twitter account was banned. Both of our YouTube accounts were banned. Facebook “fact-checks” everything we post. Spotify canceled us. Medium canceled us. Apple canceled us. Why? Because we believe in the truth prevailing, and that means we will continue to discuss “taboo” topics.
The 2020 presidential election was stolen. You can’t say that on Big Tech platforms without risking cancellation, but we’d rather get cancelled for telling the truth rather than staying around to repeat mainstream media’s lies. They have been covering it up since before the election and they’ve convinced the vast majority of conservative news outlets that they will be harmed if they continue to discuss voter fraud. We refuse to back down. The truth is the truth.
The lies associated with Covid-19 are only slightly more prevalent than the suppression of valid scientific information that runs counter to the prescribed narrative. We should be allowed to ask questions about the vaccines, for example, as there is ample evidence for concern. One does not have to be an “anti-vaxxer” in order to want answers about vaccines that are still considered experimental and that have a track record in a short period of time of having side-effects, including death. One of our stories about the Johnson & Johnson “vaccine” causing blood clots was “fact-checked” and removed one day before the government hit the brakes on it. These questions and news items are not allowed on Big Tech which is just another reason we are getting canceled.
There are more topics that they refuse to allow. In turn, we refuse to stop discussing them. This is why we desperately need your help. The best way NOQ, CP, and ACM readers can help is to donate. Our Giving Fuel page makes it easy to donate one-time or monthly. Alternatively, you can donate through PayPal as well. We are pacing to be short by about $3700 per month in order to maintain operations.
The second way to help is to become a partner. We’ve strongly considered seeking angel investors in the past but because we were paying the bills, it didn’t seem necessary. Now, we’re struggling to pay the bills. We had 5,657,724 sessions on our website from November, 2020, through February, 2021. Our intention is to elevate that to higher levels this year by focusing on a strategy that relies on free speech rather than being beholden to progressive Big Tech companies.
When preparing for societal collapse, don’t forget the water!
During that four-month stretch, Twitter and Facebook accounted for about 20% of our traffic. We are actively working on operating as if that traffic is zero, replacing it with platforms that operate more freely such as Gab, Parler, and others. While we were never as dependent on Big Tech as most conservative sites, we’d like to be completely free from them. That doesn’t mean we will block them, but we refuse to be beholden to companies that absolutely despise us simply because of our political ideology.
We’re heading in the right direction and we believe we’re ready talk to patriotic investors who want to not only “get in on the action” but more importantly who want to help America hear the truth. Interested investors should contact me directly with the contact button above.
As the world spirals towards radical progressivism, the need for truthful journalism has never been greater. But in these times, we need as many conservative media voices as possible. Please help keep NOQ Report going.

Yes, We Need Your Help
I hate being “that guy” who asks people to donate because I think our conservative news network is so crucial, but here I am…
When I left my cushy corporate job in 2017, I did so knowing that my family would have to make sacrifices. But I couldn’t continue to watch the nation slip into oblivion and was inspired by President Trump’s willingness to fight the good fight even at his own personal expense. What I didn’t realize then is that conservative media would be so heavily attacked, canceled, and defunded that the sacrifices would be extreme.
Many in this nation are struggling right now even though we weren’t struggling just a few years ago. I’m not alone. But I wake up every morning and operate the sites we’ve been able to build because there’s really no other choice. I refuse to be beholden to Big Tech like so many other conservative news outlets, which is why you won’t see Google ads here. With that said, it’s often challenging to pay the bills and it’s even harder to expand so we can get the America First message out to a wider audience.
The economic downturn has forced me to make a plea for help. Between cancel culture, lockdowns, and diminishing ad revenue, we need financial assistance in order to continue to spread the truth. We ask all who have the means, please donate through our new GiveSendGo. Your generosity is what keeps these sites running and allows us to expand our reach so the truth can get to the masses. We’ve had great success in growing but we know we can do more with your assistance.
We currently operate:
- NOQ Report
- Conservative Playlist
- Uncanceled News
- Based Underground
- Truth Based Media
- Five other conservative news sites
I would even be willing to entertain investments and partnerships at this stage. I’ve turned them down in the past because editorial purity is extremely important. I’ll turn them down again if anyone wants us to start supporting RINOs or avoid “taboo” topics like voter fraud, vaccines, or transgender supremacy. But I’d talk to fellow America First patriots who want to help any (or all) of our 10 news sites. Hit me up at jdrucker (at) substack (dot) com if you’re interested.
For those who have the means and just want to help keep the mission of spreading a conservative, Christian message to the nation, please consider a generous donation.
